The use of sophisticated technology is very much needed by the company as a support for the success and success of a plan that the company wants. The financial report is an information medium that records, summarizes a company's activities and is used to report the company's state and position to interested parties, especially creditors, investors and the company's management itself. Financial ratio analysis helps determine whether the company's financial performance is good or not. Financial ratio analysis can be classified into various types, some of which are liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. The financial management system at the food market eat and eat Paragon Mall still uses a simple and less effective system (Microsoft Excel) because it still uses excel formulas and logic if using the formula incorrectly will result in errors in recording financial statements. The method used really takes a long time so that it is often not timely and the way to analyze it is only with profit and loss and the profits are written in the table. The financial ratio method is the main tool for conducting financial analysis and has several uses. Financial ratios show a systematic relationship in the form of comparisons between estimates (posts) of financial statements. The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.  

One way for parents to guide their children is to read fairy tales. When reading stories, parents can also insert messages that aim to stimulate the religious and moral development of children. The purpose of this research is to analyze the religious values ​​contained in the book Tales in the Al-Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan as a tool that can be used by parents or educators to optimize children's religious and moral development.This research method is library research. The results of the research show that there are religious values ​​contained in the bookStories in the Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan. The religious value in this study refers to Muhaimin's perspective which includes 3 aspects, namely: human relationship with God, human relationship with humans and human relationship with nature. The religious values ​​contained in the book Acts in the Quran Published by Pelangi Mizan, namely 1) the relationship between humans and God is an attitude of piety, gratitude, praising God and surrender. 2) the relationship between humans and humans, namely not insulting other people and being arrogant 3) the relationship between humans and nature, namely loving animals, which is contained in the story of Prophet Sulaiman.

Dating is something that is very close to our daily life. Dating in this millennial era, everyone may also be familiar with the component known as the relationship. Dating relationships are especially important for younger adults. Millennials want positional fashion as an extraordinary courtship. Along with the times and technology, millennial fashion relationships are becoming more and more excessive. It depends on the character of the individual with a view to comparing their courtship relationship with certainty or negatively. The millennial generation is often referred to as a very open technology, likes practicality and dares to take risks. In terms of love life, it is now not much different. In younger people, courtship is seen as a method of gaining recognition. For example, the idea that a person is considered a person if he or she already has a partner, daring to have a relationship is considered manly or having a female friend who is handsome or beautiful is considered an achievement.  

This article is a research through Christian Religious Education counseling for adults which discusses "Healthy Dating." Nowadays, when it comes to dating, adults no longer consider this a difficult thing, considering themselves to have sufficient ability to determine the actions they take in dating, so it is not uncommon to find adults whose relationships are broken and do not match the teachings of their religion. Dating is no longer a taboo subject for adults, therefore it is necessary to teach and guide these adults for such assumptions. Christian Religious Education aims to guide, foster, and express guilt for all actions that are contrary to God's will in order to qualify someone before God Himself. Unhealthy dating is a dating phenomenon that deviates from the essence of courtship itself. In maintaining a healthy relationship, there are several tips, including praying to God, organizing, need for action, fear God and have a good relationship with God, and personality.

Research was conducted to analyze factors that affect interest in using Mobile Banking. Research conducted on the use of Wow Aps in central Java using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory developed by Fred Davis in 1989 which was later updated by Davis and Venkatesh in 1996. It was a theory that was often used by researchers regarding public confidence in new technology and acceptance of technology. Sampling method used convenience sampling method. The data collection technique used by researchers was questionnaire deployments aimed at users of the Wow Aps Mobile Banking application located in central Java as respondents. Relationships and/or influences between variables were described using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the perceived usefullness, the Perceived Ease of Use, the Feature Availability has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use .

Communication patterns are very influential in maintaining relationships with the environment such as friends and family. One of the challenges in establishing effective communication patterns for children is social media. The Tiktok application is one of the social media that is now favored by many people, including children. This study aims to analyze the communication patterns between parents and teenagers using social media tiktok. This study uses Mary Anne Fitzpatrick's theory which reveals that family communication patterns depend on two important types of orientation, namely conversation orientation and conformity orientation.This study took place in Puyun village, Halong sub-district, Balangan district and was conducted by 10 informants, namely 5 children of tiktok users and 5 parents of children who use tiktok. The results of the study show that 1) one family of TikTok users has a communication pattern with a high conversational orientation and a high sense of compliance. 2) one family of children using tiktok has a communication pattern with low conversation orientation and high sense of compliance. 3) Three families of children who use tiktok have communication patterns with low conversation orientation and low sense of compliance.            

This study aims to exam ine the effect of transformational leadership on turn over intention and OCB by considering the role of psychological empowerment and   affective commitment. Conducted at WS Warung Steak, this study involved 121  participants.  For the analysis of this study using SEM-PLS w ith SmartPLS version 3.0. The finding of this study is that  transformational  leadership  has  a  significant  negative effect  on  turnover intention. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee  OCB behavior. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment. Transformational leadership has a significant positive  effect on affective commitment. Psychological empowerment has a significant  positive  effecton employee OCB behavior. Psychological empowerment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Affective  commitment  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect on OCB. OCB behavior of  employees  has a negative  influence  on  turnover  intention. Psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership on employee OCB. Psychological empowerment has been shown to mediate the effect of transformational   leadership on turn over  intention. Affective commitment mediates transformational leadership in OCB . Further research is recommended to develop further research on the relationship of transformational leadership to turnover intention and OCB by considering other variables in order to obtain more in -depth results.

The Covid-19 pandemic and the hospital class transition caused a decrease in the number of outpatient visitors at the Pandan Arang Hospital, Boyolali, except for the Gastroentero Hepatology (GEH) clinic. This study aims to determine the service quality by management to create patient satisfaction and loyalty, especially at the GEH clinic. In this study, the factors of service quality, customer experience, and customer perceived value that link trust and customer satisfaction to customers loyalty to find out motivate consumers or patients in the selection of hospitals. The methodology in this research is a mixed-method approach to Sequential Exploratory design, starting with interviews with the management and consultant doctors of GEH, followed by distributing questionnaires to GEH clinic patients with a total of 307 respondents at different and sequential times. The results of the study are Pandan Arang Hospital prepared infrastructure and competent human resources according to type B hospital qualifications. During the pandemic era, Pandan Arang Hospital provided outpatient services according to the recommendations of WHO and the Ministry of Health with a separate service flow between Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19 patients. The results of quantitative research found a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer experience, customer perceived value on trust; a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer perceived value, and trust in customer satisfaction; the positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. Then, MSME solutions by maintaining cash flow, product innovation, maximizing social media and delivery services

Background: Stroke is a disease of the brain consisting of disruption of local or global nerve function, inhibiting sudden, progressive, and fast, which develops (in seconds or minutes) which lasts more than 24 hours to attack modern society and cause physical, mental and also good disability when productive also old age. The main problems faced by stroke patients are family problems, the environment and medical staff to meet the needs of care and assistance because they require continuous care in order to improve the quality of life that can have an increasing effect on the physical good medically and help cure the disease repeatedly. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-management of post-stroke patients. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional. Results: The results of the study obtained from the Chisquare statistical test obtained the value of ? = 0.002 (? <? = 0.05), which means there is a significant relationship with self-management statistics with post-stroke patients. Conclusion:  that research on self-management related to patients can be improved post stroke.

Stunting is defined as the condition of children aged 0 – 59 months, where the height for age is below minus 2 standard deviations (<-2SD) from the WHO median standard. It is further said that stunting will have an impact and is associated with disrupted brain development processes, which in the short term will affect cognitive abilities. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and economic status on the incidence of stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is Cross Sectional Study. The sample in this study was all toddlers who experienced stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency, totaling 31 toddlers using the total sampling technique. The results of the research state that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and economic status and the incidence stunting in East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. It is hoped that nutrition officers and cadres can increase posyandu visits and carry out health promotions about stunting to the community

BACKGROUND: According to afifah (2013), The postpartum period is still a vulnerable period for the survival of new mothers giving birth. Most maternal deaths occur during the postpartum period, so postpartum health services play an important role in efforts to reduce maternal mortality. Postpartum services are health services provided to mothers during the period from 6 hours to 42 days after giving birth. The proportion of health service coverage during the postpartum period decreases over the period of time after giving birth. Births that received complete postpartum health services included KF1 at 81.9%, KF2 at 51.8%, and KF3 at only 32.1%. Considering the importance of bounding attachment between mother and baby and the lack of knowledge regarding this matter, it is important to realize this love. The attraction of affection can be manifested from the fetus that is still in the womb and to strengthen the newborn baby can be done using IMD, the aim of which is very beneficial for changes in the psychology of the mother and baby because affection begins with a mother's touch and hug to her baby when carrying out IMD ( early initiation of breastfeeding).   OBJECTIVE: Analyzing the Relationship between Knowledge of Postpartum Mothers and the Implementation of Bounding Attchment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 202. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers and the implementation of Bounding Attachment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 2022. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding Bounding Attachment.

Even though the immunization program has been implemented well, there are still some immunization coverage that have not been achieved. Parents are the most important factor in scoring a child's complete immunization. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

Nursing mothers usually fail to breastfeed or stop breastfeeding early because they do not know breastfeeding techniques. This can cause interference in the breastfeeding process. To achieve successful breastfeeding requires knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques by providing information in the form of breastfeeding techniques through health education. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a cross-sectional approach with a total of 25 postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. Results: research using the chi Square statistical test, obtained a p-value = 0.003, which means it is smaller than the value α = 0.05. (OR 16.5; 95%; CI 2.246-121.228). there is a relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022.  

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

Background: Pregnancy is something that naturally happens to productive women. During pregnancy, changes occur in the mother, both physical and psychological. In general, the physical changes during pregnancy are, no menstruation, enlargement of the breasts, changes in the shape of the uterus, changes in the working system of the body's organs, enlargement of the stomach, weight gain, weakening of the relaxation of the muscles of the digestive tract, sensitivity to the senses, and the feet and hands begin to enlarge. The psychological changes in mothers in the first trimester are estimated to be 80%, resulting in feelings of disappointment, rejection, anxiety and sadness. In the second trimester, the mother's psychological life appears calmer and begins to adapt, and in the third trimester, changes in the mother's psychology seem more complex and increase again compared to the previous trimester, and this is none other than because the condition of the pregnancy is getting bigger. Psychological impacts on pregnant women include being sensitive, tending to be lazy, asking for more attention, easily jealous, and anxiety. Pregnant women will be more open to themselves and like to share their experiences with other people. Pregnant women will reflect on all their dreams, dreams, fantasies about objects, events or abstract concepts, such as death, life, success and happiness during pregnancy.Objective: Knowing how the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester is related to the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Adolescence between the ages of 10-19 years, is a transitional period experienced by a person with physical and psychological changes. One of the health problems that occur in adolescents is anemia. This study aims to determine the incidence of anemia, the relationship between knowledge and menstrual history in the Working Area of ​​the Stungkit Health Center, Wampu District, in 2022. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional method approach. The number of samples used was 40 people. The data analysis technique uses the Chi Square test. the results obtained from 40 respondents, obtained a value of p = 0.001 (P> 0.05) this means that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of anemia in young women. p value = 0.000 (P > 0.05) this means that there is a relationship between menstrual history and the incidence of anemia in young women. 

The process of pregnancy and childbirth is a natural process that occurs in a mother. Perineal Rupture is tearing or tearing of tissue by force. This study aims to determine the relationship between birth weight and the incidence of perineal rupture in Primipara at Independent Practice Midwife Lidya in Delitua in 2022. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional method approach. The number of samples used was 22 people. The data analysis technique uses the Chi Square test. the results obtained from 22 respondents, obtained a value of p = 0.001 (P> 0.05) this means that there is a relationship between birth weight and the incidence of perineal rupture in Primipara.

Low birth weight (LBW) is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a birth weight of less than 2,500 grams. LBW continues to be a significant public health issue globally and is associated with a range of short-term and long-term consequences. Overall, it is estimated that 15% to 20% of all births worldwide are low birth weight, representing more than 20 million births per year (WHO, 2014). The research aims to identify factors influencing the occurrence of LBW. This study adopts a simple observational design with a cross-sectional approach, a method that seeks to find factors related to independent variables (age, education, occupation, parity, pregnancy interval, gestational age) with the dependent variable of Low Birth Weight (LBW). The research findings at RSKD Mother and Child Pertiwi Makassar from 2022, reveal that, through the Chi-Square test, there are five variables that have no relationship with the occurrence of Low Birth Weight (LBW), namely age, education, occupation, parity, and pregnancy interval. There is only one variable, gestational age, that is associated with LBW. The study also highlights the characteristics of mothers delivering LBW babies at RSKD Mother and Child Pertiwi Makassar. Most of them are under the age of 20, accounting for 26 individuals (63.6%). The majority have basic education, with 26 individuals (50.0%), and the most common occupation is unemployed mothers, comprising 46 individuals (48.4%). Multiparous mothers are the highest in number, with 41 individuals (47.7%), and the majority have a pregnancy interval of less than 3 years, amounting to 28 individuals (54.8%). The gestational age is predominantly less than 37 weeks, with 31 individuals (100.0%). The study suggests the importance of recommending regular prenatal check-ups, a minimum of six times during pregnancy, for all normal or at-risk pregnant mothers.
