Each agency in carrying out its activities has goals that must be achieved. To achieve or realize these goals, each agency must be good at choosing strategies, especially there is human resource planning which in essence is focused on certain steps taken by management. For the availability of a permanent workforce to occupy the position and the right time in order to achieve the goals and various targets set. Employee placement is expected to make an adequate contribution to the organization in addition to being an effort to develop human resource competencies in the organization. With improper placement, a person's performance will not match the expectations of management and organizational demands, thus they display low work productivity which can result in boredom and boredom. Theoretically, the placement of employees in an organization must have an adjustment between the qualifications or educational background of employees with the qualifications of the job they will carry. To find out whether the placement process is successful or not, what the company can do is to evaluate employee behavior and work performance in the form of a work presentation assessment. The ability of employee resources is often hampered if faced with job placement problems.  

Abstract consist of the background of the problem, The results of the interviews also explained that teachers had difficulty making teaching aids or learning media so that they experienced obstacles in providing material to students. Based on data analysis and discussion of research results, then associated with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, it was concluded that the validation of the media developed by the researchers received an assessment of 94%, meaning that the reliability of the media obtained results worthy of slight revisions. Validation of the material developed by researchers received an assessment reaches 89%, meaning that the reliability of the material in the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practicality validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment from the teacher validator reaches 95%, it means that the practicality reliability of the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practical validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment From the responses of the students, it was obtained that the percentage mode was ≥ 80% with the category suitable for use. Validation of the effectiveness of the media developed by researchers. From the 10 questionnaire statements, the mode percentage was obtained ≥ 90% with the category suitable for use, and the results of critical thinking test questions from the pretest value of 54% with the value of the increase in the posttest from the value of 95%. Therefore it can be concluded that the pretest data for students' critical thinking skills is very good because they have reached the specified KKM

Introduction : Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is a serious health problem because its prevalence continues to increase. Hypertension often does not show signs and symptoms, so it is often called the silent killer of death and is one of the main triggers for diseases such as heart disease, stroke and kidney disease. Method: Research design is a strategy used in research to achieve the goals of the researcher. The research design of the Nursing Final Scientific Work is pre-experimental with the pretest-posttests one group design approach. Results: showed that before giving Progressive Muscle, the blood pressure of Client 1 was 160/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 150/100 mmHg, and Client 3 was 180/100 mmHg. And after being given juice for 3 consecutive days, the blood pressure of client 1 was 130/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 130/90 mmHg, and Client 3 was 140/100 mmHg. Conclusion: The overall evaluation results after nursing actions are carried out, namely observing that the patient's blood pressure decreases, the patient can feel pain independently, as well as health education for patients and their families. Families can care for patients suffering from hypertension                            

The problem in the study carried out is that it provides an understanding regarding student learning in Civics learning which is still not good, especially because the teacher only uses the classroom environment and places more emphasis on taking notes from textbooks. In addition, student participation in asking and answering questions during learning activities is still lacking, which makes them less motivated to learn. Using the Teams Games Tournament approach, this study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes and student involvement in the learning process in class IV SDN Blega 1 unit "GOTONG ROYONG". Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are the four steps of classroom action learning carried out over two cycles. At SDN Blega 1, the research participants were grade IV students. The authors tested, interviewed, and made observations while developing a data collection methodology. Based on the findings of the data analysis, it was found that students learned more about human collaboration in the Civics curriculum. Whereas in Cycle I 44% of students passed the KKM, and 56% of students did not pass, after being given instructions, Cycle II used the Teams Games Tournament approach to carry out learning achievement tests, so that the number of students who passed increased. 32 people or 89%, while the decrease in the number of students who did not pass was 4 people or 11%, and Cycle III increased the number of students who passed by 36 people or with a percentage of 100%. Civics learning outcomes for class IV SDN Blega 1 can be improved through learning activities with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) paradigm.    

Role is an action taken by someone in an event or event, in this case, the action taken by the principal in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. Discipline is defined as one's awareness and willingness to comply with all applicable rules and norms. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the role of the school principal and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's role in disciplining students of SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. This study aims to find out how the roles and supporting and inhibiting factors play the role of school principals in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. To better understand the role of the school principal in shaping the discipline of SDI Nurul Bayan students, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this method, then manage and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this study were taken from school principals, teachers, and students of SDI Nurul Bayan. The results of the research in this thesis are that (1) the principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep has become a headmaster who has set a good example for his school staff, ( 2) The role of the school principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep in forming student discipline is quite good, namely by disciplining himself, namely by setting an example, directing and coaching carried out on teachers/staff and students, (3) Factors supporting the role of the principal in SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep is the existence of support from teachers/staff, support from parents, the existence of rules written in each class, and awareness of the students themselves, while the inhibiting factor for the role of the principal is the delay of students coming to school.    

In an effort to increase productivity to ensure smooth production processes, it is necessary to implement an appropriate maintenance system to reduce production machine downtime. The purpose of company maintenance is to keep production machines in good condition so that production operations can run efficiently and effectively. PT Yale Woodpallet Indonesia is a company in Indonesia that produces wooden pallets (wood pallet). This company often experiences problems with damage to machines due to suboptimal machine maintenance because the maintenance system is carried out to repair damaged components with new components resulting in downtime. Among these problems, this study aims to determine maintenance intervals to minimize maintenance costs by using modularity design and age replacement methods. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, it is known that the modularity design and age replacement methods can achieve optimal component replacement intervals for pallet machine components is 30,000 minutes, rotary screening components are 33,200 minutes and hopper components are 33,200 minutes. The total maintenance cost per year is Rp. 2,115,610,959, -. compared to the company's maintenance costs which have a value of Rp. 2,668,692,000, the maintenance system using the modularity design and age replacement method is more efficient by 1.27%.

CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

Stroke is a major health problem in the world. Stroke is the third cause of death in the world after coronary heart disease and cancer. Stroke, both ischemic and hemorrhagic, can have an impact on the sufferer. The aim is to determine the relationship between family knowledge and behavior and early management of stroke events. The research design is a correlative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in the Internal Room of HCU lt1 and G3 Neuro lt1 Prof. Hospital. Dr. Aloei Saboe. The number of samples is 67 people. The results showed that the average family knowledge of stroke patients was sufficient with a total of 45 respondents (67.2%), the initial treatment of families in most stroke patients was insufficient with a number of 41 respondents (61.2%). The results of the chi-square analysis test obtained a p-value = 0.000 <? 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family knowledge and the initial treatment of stroke patients. The existence of this research is expected to add to and increase family knowledge in the initial management of stroke patients.  

A company in achieving its goals needs good strategic management, including through management evaluation and control. However, in Indonesia there are still some problems in the performance implementation process. This study aims to analyze the evaluation and management methods in measuring and controlling company performance. The study has a qualitative descriptive approach with data generated from relevant journals. As for the results of discussions on this study, both evaluation and management control will play a crucial role in measuring corporate performance. With management evaluation and control, company goals can be achieved as planned

Problems in learning writing did not seem to find a bright spot in education. Teachers tried to find solutions by evaluating learning materials and learning media. Recently, the solution of the writing problem had become a major concern. Thus, this research aimed to design technology-based learning materials referred to interactive videos with target learner seventh graders. This methodology used design development research (DDR). Data were sourced from junior high schools in Jabodetabek. The main data for designing were the results of the analysis learning materials, learning objectives, and interview result with teacher. The design of interactive video paid attention to the main aspects including the characteristics of interactive video, learning objectives, and students' needs. In addition, time efficiency was also important to maintain students' motivation in learning. Through interactive video, students' engagement in interacting with the learning content was the key to successful learning. Therefore, the result of this design showed this media has high potential to be implemented in writing class.

Khotib and Bilal Training for Youth in Sukolilo Labang Village. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity relates to the function of the khutbah and Bilal which are very important in the da'wah of Muslims, so the sermon must be delivered in a language that is easily understood by the congregation (perhaps the local language), except for the pillars of the sermon. To find alternative solutions to the above, a khatib and bilal training was held for youth in Sukolilo Labang Village. The objectives of this PkM activity are: 1. To equip youth with knowledge about khatib and Bilal, 2. To equip youth as preachers in a better change, and 3. To increase knowledge and morals in society through Friday sermons that touch the hearts of the congregation 'Ah. The problem-solving framework designed in the PKM activities in the form of implementing these training activities is: 1. Explanation of the concept of khatib and Bilal, the philosophical basis of which is good, followed by exercises to find the root of the problem according to conditions, 2. Designing and implementing Khatib and Bilal Training accompanied by supervision and guidance of youth in designing sermon scripts, 3. Practicing Khatib and Bilal Activities, 4. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observation during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increased knowledge and understanding of youth about procedures as khatib and bilal, and second, increased youth skills regarding procedures as preachers and bilal so that it is possible can participate as khatib and bilal in Friday prayer activities, as well as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers.

The organ of the company in carrying out its management functions is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is one of the company's organs. In the company, directors have obligations that must be carried out. The negligence committed by the board of directors has the right to be held accountable and can be subject to sanctions. These actions can be detrimental to the company, and can lead to legal consequences of the actions that have been committed. It is better for the directors to ask for approval in advance in the company's GMS, but this is not done by the directors and only takes their own policies aimed at taking their own benefits which can clearly be detrimental to the company, because these assets belong to the company. From this background, in this issue what is discussed is how to analyze the abuse of authority of limited company directors over the use of company assets. This type of research belongs to normative law where the work done is to process data related to the problem, besides that this research can also be seen from its nature, literature research, library research, using legal literature materials related to the problem under study.

This research focuses on implementation, benefits, and to find out the problems faced in the treatment of inmates with deviant sexual behavior. This study raises the issue of how legal protection is given to victims of inmates with deviant sexual behavior in Class IIA Gorontalo Correctional Institutions and what are the obstacles faced by correctional officers in providing legal protection to victims of inmates with deviant sexual behavior. This study used interview and observation research methods, which described the treatment of inmates with deviant sexual behavior, then analyzed and concluded using a qualitative approach. Based on the analysis, it was found that the treatment of inmates with deviant sexual behavior was considered very necessary. Inmates with deviant sexual behavior have characteristics that are unique and different from other inmates in general. In general, inmates with deviant sexual behavior scattered in prisons throughout Indonesia are men who look like women or who like the same sex. Inmates with deviant sexual behavior are very vulnerable to bad treatment by other inmates, and can also have a negative influence on other inmates. Special treatment for inmates with deviant sexual behavior is deemed necessary, starting from placement in individual blocks to special coaching. There are obstacles encountered in its implementation, including the procurement of individual blocks of inmates with deviant sexual behavior and the understanding of Correctional Officers about the problems and deviations that will be caused by the presence of inmates with deviant sexual behavior in correctional institutions.

This research is motivated by the existence of an initial phenomenon in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. In Pasaman, there are still teenagers who drop out of school at school age. Temporary assumptions are caused by internal and external factors that prevent children from acquiring knowledge. Based on the problems stated above, the purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause adolescents dropping out of school in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. Passover. So the authors are interested in doing this research. Research on the Causes of Teenagers Dropping Out of School in Jorong Setia, Dua Koto District, Pasaman Regency, the type of research that the author uses is field research, namely collecting data directly from research locations to support the success of a case using relevant methods. The method used by the authors in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by describing the factors of youth dropping out of school in the view of Islamic education, as key informants are adolescents who have dropped out of school in Jorong Setia, Dua Koto District. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and documentation. The results of research in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. Pasaman is the cause of teenagers dropping out of school from internal factors and external factors, first: from internal factors, namely children just want to play compared to school. Second: school is considered unattractive because of the tasks and rules at school that they cannot follow. Third: the inability to follow lessons because the child feels that the lessons given by the teacher at school are very difficult for him and the child also does not like the way the teacher explains the lesson. Fourth: from external factors, namely the low economic status of parents so that they cannot afford to send their children to school. Fifth: lack of parental attention, namely parents are too busy with work and pay less attention to and control their children. Keenan: the playing environment, namely most children are not good at adjusting to their friends, causing children to be affected by negative things.

The research was conducted since there were many problems in reading ability which were correlated with students critical thinking. Some students who had critical thinking but their reading ability was low. It can be proved by the teacher given as test reading some students with critical thinking are able to understand a reading text well, but some students who do not think critically do not understand the reading text. Some students had good reading ability but critical thinking was low. It can be proved when students are given a reading test, there are some students who are able to read the reading text well, but their critical thinking is low so they can not do the exercises well. The design of this research was correlational research. The researcher was use the quantitative approach. The population of this research was all at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan which consist of 113. The sample was 23 students taken by class X IPA Pi. The research was carried out in May 2022. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and test for measuring students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade. To find out that the students critical thinking and students reading ability correlate or not, the researcher used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. There were two finding of this research. The first finding was a positive and significant correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. It means that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Second finding was a enough direction correlation between students’ critical thinking and students’ reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. The researcher found that the coefficient of correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan was 0.603. In conclusion, this research was done for finding the correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan.

The purpose of this writing is to identify, study and analyze procedural diversion for children in conflict with the law in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In this paper the author uses the normative juridical method. In the conclusion of the discussion, children who are in conflict with the law are considered as legal subjects who are not competent and do not understand what they are doing. Investigation of child cases is carried out by investigators appointed by Decree of the Head of the Indonesian National Police or other officials appointed by the Head of the Indonesian National Police. If the Diversion succeeds in reaching an agreement, the Investigator will submit the Minutes of Diversion along with the Diversion Agreement to the head of the district court for stipulation. Meanwhile, if the Diversion process fails, the Investigator must continue the investigation and transfer the case to the Public Prosecutor by attaching the Minutes of Diversion and minutes of community research. Arrested children must be entrusted to the LPKS. The cost for each child placed in the LPKS is borne by the budget of the ministry that administers government affairs in the social sector. The role of diversion as an effort to protect the rights of children's rights is expected to solve the problems of children who are in conflict with the law. When a child is faced with a formal criminal justice process, it is certain that the child will lose his freedom. By diverting, the freedom of children is still guaranteed, and the deprivation of independence for them can be avoided. Diversion is a very meaningful effort to provide protection for children who are in conflict with the law so that they can fulfill the basic rights of children.

Based on the choice of the community, this leader will be elected through the democratic system of elections, but there are still many problems that often occur in its implementation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the law of democracy in the implementation of presidential and regional elections in a presidential system country. This research method is normative juridical research with the basis of research using a statutory approach. The results of this study are that the Presidential System, especially in Indonesia, is still often weakened by the provisions of public office and the constitution on the powers of the head of state and the law, supervision in the general election system must certainly be carried out as cleanly as possible in order to create leaders who really have high integrity.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.
