This study aims to explore the experience of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets and the role of husband support in the prevention of anemia in Bukittinggi City. The problem faced is the high rate of anemia in pregnant women in this region, which is caused by the low compliance of mothers in taking Fe tablets regularly. With a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with pregnant women undergoing the Fe tablet supplement program to understand how their husband's support affected their compliance. The results showed that husband support had an important role in improving pregnant women's compliance, especially through emotional support, reminders, and encouragement in overcoming side effects that mothers often experience during Fe tablet consumption. Husband's support plays a significant role in maintaining the consistency of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, which has a positive impact on efforts to prevent anemia. The existence of a husband as a companion provides additional motivation for mothers to be disciplined in undergoing this health program. To increase the effectiveness of the anemia prevention program, it is recommended that health workers involve their husbands in health education for pregnant women regarding the importance of consuming Fe tablets. Maternal and child health programs should include a family approach, especially by increasing husbands' participation in pregnancy classes and counseling sessions, so that support for pregnant women can be maximized.

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

Writing this thesis aims to determine the effect of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The problem encountered in this study is the lack of a sense of mutual support in doing work as a team.                The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The population in this study amounted to 525 people consisting of employees and contract employees, the sample in this study were 84 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis.                The results of the study found that work conflict and workload can affect employee performance at PT. It is known that Timber Sibolga has a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.605. Work conflict and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where is the Fcount > Ftable value (61.931> 3.11). Partially, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the value of tcount = (5.461) is greater than the value of ttable (1.989), Partially the most dominant workload affects performance, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work conflict. Where the value of tcount = (8.886) > ttable value (1.989 ). Multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.315 + 0.315X1 + 0.511X2 employee performance shows a positive direction. It is recommended for companies to always try to control conflicts that occur in employees, namely by providing solutions to every problem that occurs in employees.

The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. Where the value of tcount = (4.453) is greater than the value of ttable (1.995).

The quality of hospital services will affect patient satisfaction and also their loyalty in using these facilities and the rapid development of health services currently requires hospital managers to run their business well. in the hospital. This study uses the method of literature review (literature review) with search engines used in literature searches including Google Scholar and Research gate with the keywords Service Quality Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Hospitals. The resulting articles were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. The results showed that the application of lean six sigma in hospitals in improving the quality of their services can be carried out through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. The conclusions of this study indicate that the application of lean six sigma can reduce difficulties, increase speed, and separate activities that have added value or value added from activities that have no added value or non-value added in hospitals, such as improving service quality by setting priorities by according to the highest gap required by the patient.

Sexual violence in campus settings has become an increasingly concerning issue in Indonesia. From the perspective of Pancasila as an ethical system, sexual violence is an action that contradicts the noble values of the Indonesian nation. Campuses should be a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, especially students, but the reality is that there are still many cases of sexual violence occurring within them. The purpose of this article is to discuss sexual violence in campus settings from the perspective of Pancasila as an ethical system. The method used is a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review related to sexual violence in campus settings and the values of Pancasila. The results show that sexual violence is an action that contradicts the values of Pancasila, such as social justice, fair and humane treatment, and mutual cooperation. Therefore, efforts to prevent and address sexual violence in campus settings must prioritize these Pancasila values. Some efforts that can be taken include raising awareness among students and campus staff about sexual violence, promoting a culture that values diversity and strengthens solidarity between students and campus staff, and improving the effectiveness of legal action against perpetrators of sexual violence. Thus, it is hoped that a safe, comfortable, and human rights-respecting campus environment can be created.

With the increasing use of information technology in various fields, including e-commerce, ensuring user data and privacy protection is crucial for companies like Tokopedia, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This research aims to identify Tokopedia's security management system and its challenges in protecting user data and privacy. The study utilizes a literature review methodology, analyzing various documents, books, and journals related to Tokopedia's security management system. The research objectives are to understand the system's effectiveness, challenges, and Tokopedia's efforts to improve data and privacy protection. Tokopedia has prioritized information security since its establishment, implementing tight security measures, and continuously improving them. Tokopedia Shield, a security feature introduced in 2015, has significantly reduced fraud risk in the platform. Additionally, the company has taken several steps to secure user data, such as data encryption, access restriction, and password quality enhancement. Tokopedia continuously develops its security system, incorporating the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics to detect potential threats early and improve the security system's responsiveness.  

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

A manufacturing company engaged in the furniture industry, specializing in wood, rattan and glass products. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. This study aims to analyze and evaluate programs carried out by public relations at The Square Hotel in improving the company's good image in the pandemic era.Hotel The Square Surabaya is working with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) to carry out a vaccine package program and also a care tourism program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the two programs being undertaken by Hotel The Square Surabaya. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews.The results of the study show that the tourism care program and the vaccine package program are active strategies and apply stakeholder theory as a form of enhancing the company's positive image. Hotel The Square is also trying to carry out these activities in accordance with the program planning that has been done.

The conclusion drawn from the results of this research analysis is that the ERP system has succeeded in improving the performance of supply chain management at AirAsia so that it is effective in increasing efficiency in AirAsia's own operations as a low-cost airline with the best quality in the world.

The are so many poor education carry out and ignore its importance character building in students especially in elementary school age, therefore it is necessary to instill character through the activities of the dhuha prayer habituation, and istighosah for better personal printing. The purpose of this research is to describe implementation of the strategy of the principal by building teacher collaboration, as well as the result of character enhancement in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso. The research method used is with a qualitative approach that result narrative data in the form of natural explanations. Methods of data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. While the method of analysis uses an interactive model analysis method. Meanwhile the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to get the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on research results, then it can be found that strategy of the madrasa principal in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso school namely through teacher cooperation strategies, as well as parets, this collaboration can be through social media, or through the advice of the teacher. As well as character that is implanted in the form of a religious character, honest, and disciplined, because these characters can print student sho have noble character, who has a quality personality, have an awereness of discipline and likes to practice the sunnah of the prophet that is to have a balance of morals and knowledge.    

Analysis of the marketing strategy for Pos Express services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in South Jakarta is a study that aims to understand and analyze the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) to promote Pos Express services in the South Jakarta area. In this study, an analysis of the market and competitors, market segmentation, targeting and positioning is carried out. The results of this analysis are then used to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to increase the number of Pos Express subscribers in the South Jakarta area. The results of this study indicate that PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a sizable opportunity to expand the Pos Express service market in South Jakarta by optimizing the use of technology and improving service quality. In addition, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) needs to carry out more effective promotions to attract new customers and retain old customers. The marketing strategies recommended in this study include: improving the quality of Pos Express services, offering competitive prices, increasing promotion and branding, optimizing the use of technology and innovation, and improving the quality of customer service. By implementing the right marketing strategy, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) is expected to increase market share and maintain its superiority in the courier and logistics industry in Indonesia, especially in the South Jakarta area.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.    

This research is motivated by the changing welfare conditions of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari (MGL) in Sukabumi Regency over time. The changes in the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari have had some positive impacts, notably in meeting the household needs of factory workers' families. Furthermore, the changes in workers' welfare can transform their family's lifestyles. This study aims to examine, analyze, and describe the welfare, lifestyle changes, and the influence of welfare on the lifestyle of workers' families at PT Muara Griya Lestari in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari, in general, has changed. Two aspects that have experienced noticeable changes are income and household consumption or expenditure, shifting from the moderate category to the high category. This has had an impact on the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families, which can be seen in three dimensions: activities, interests, and opinions. However, the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families at PT MGL have not reached a consumptive lifestyle and remain within reasonable conditions. Meanwhile, welfare has only a small influence on the changes in the lifestyle of workers' families. Lifestyle changes are influenced by the social and environmental conditions in which the workers reside. Therefore, lifestyle changes are a process that occurs as a result of the interaction between the members of the workers' families and their environment.    

Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. There are several important aspects in realizing a green economy through policies and regulations to encourage the transition to a sustainable economy that considers environmental and social aspects that support the green economy in realizing the transition to a sustainable economy.
