This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

The development of communication media has led to the presence of applications to order online motorcycle taxi transportation services. The application can be easily downloaded via PlayStore or similar applications. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to find out how business competition is between conventional ojek and online ojek business actors. In Indonesia there are several online motorcycle taxi service providers such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The services provided are not only in the form of online motorcycle taxi services, but also in the form of food delivery services (grabfood), online shopping services (grabmart), package delivery (grabexpress) and other services. It is known that there are problems between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis that have occurred, such as the beating by a conventional motorcycle taxi driver against a Gojek driver in Bojongsoang, Bandung. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. The research approach used by the author in this journal is included in the type of statutory approach and the Case Approach.

The post-reform era became public and government awareness of ethnic Chinese. This is evidenced by President Abdurrahman Wahid's decree to relax ethnic Chinese activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intelligence and financial literacy on the financial resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Jambangan Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya. This research was conducted on the type of business, namely in the culinary or trading business sector with a sample size of 30 micro, small and medium enterprises. In this study using a quantitative approach method. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques for hypothesis analysis. The results of the study show that intelligence and financial literacy have a high impact of 57,1% on the financial resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Jambangan Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya.

Canva is a graphic design application used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. This application provides a variety of design examples to use. Canva consists of two types of services, namely free and paid. For paid services, Canva provides Canva Pro and Canva for Enterprise. In addition, users can also pay for products physically to be printed and shipped. Muhammadiyah 3 South Tangerang Vocational School, which was established on July 1 2009, has two Department Programs, namely Business Management with Accounting Skills Competency and Informatics Technology with Computer Network Engineering Skills Competency. Because of this, we hope that this training on making CVs can help friends at school to make CVs and later can be used to apply for jobs when friends have graduated from the Vocational School.

The influence of social media on guest decision behavior in booking hotel rooms is increasingly relevant in today's digital era. Social media provides a broad platform for guests to seek information, interact, and make decisions regarding hotel room bookings. Perceived ease of use is an important factor influencing guests' decisions, where an intuitive interface, simple navigation, and a smooth booking process will influence their conclusion to make a booking through social media. In addition, perceived helpfulness is also a key consideration, where relevant information, reviews from previous guests, and useful recommendations on social media can shape positive perceptions and encourage guests to take the next step. Booking intention, as a result of perceived ease of use and usefulness, is also an important variable that influences guest behavior. This research aims to study and identify guests' decisions in booking hotel rooms through social media. One of them is to find out whether social media as a channel for booking hotel rooms is useful, easy to use, and easily accessible to the wider community. the type of research used is a quantitative approach with an explanation (explanatory research). The variables in this study are perceived easy use, perceived usefull, booking intention, and decision to book a hotel room. the population used in this study were UNP Hotel & Convention Center guests. The number of samples used was 111 respondents with purposive sampling technique and describe data from respondents' answers to questionnaires along with inferential statistical analysis techniques using the SEM (structural equilibrium modeling) data analysis method with the PLS (partial least square) approach. In 2020, the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio are respectively 115%, 66% and 52% and in 2021 they are 113%, 64% and 53%. The cash turnover ratios in 2020 and 2021 are 2 times and 4 times. Debt to Asset Ratio in 2020 and 2021 is 46% and 41%. Working capital turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 2 times and 4 times. Fixed asset turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 0.23 times, and 0.28 times. Meanwhile, total asset turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 0.12 times and 0.16 times. The net profit margin in 2020 and 2021 is 37% and 35%. Phrases can start with a preposition or a verb and also can just be the subject.  Phrases are in a syntactic function which is formed from a combination of words.  Often found in the text in a sentence, for example, is one of which is in the Book-Based Play and Learning Guide for Early Childhood Teachers.  This study discusses the analysis of the use of phrases in the textbook.  The aim is to find out the relevance of the sentence study of the types of phrases contained in book-based play and study guides for early childhood teachers.  This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses observation techniques and examines how the language is applied, and the note-taking method is also used to record the structure being analyzed.  This study found that there are 3 verb phrases, 3 adjektiva phrases, 3 numeral phrases, 3 noun phrases, 3 exocentric phrases, and 3 endocentric phrases.  One of the benefits of this research is that we understand more about the types of phrases in each sentence.

The main discussion in this research article is the analysis of phrases that have a function in observing the use of the types of phrases contained in the essay text entitled "Dusta yang Jujur" and "Godaan". There is also a purpose in conducting this research, namely to inform, classify, and describe the types of phrases in the essays listed in Giyato's Dusta yang Jujur and Goenawan Mohamad's Godaan. The type of research in this article is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods and techniques applied in this study are the observing methods and the note-taking technique. Data collection refers to the essay text in the Class XII book of the Merdeka Curriculum. The objects of research in this article are the essay entitled Dusta yang Jujur by Giyato which has 3 pages and the text of the essay entitled Godaan by Goenawan Mohamad in the Indonesian language book Class XII of the Merdeka Curriculum. With this research on phrases, it is hoped that readers will be able to find out the types of phrases contained in the essay text entitled Dusta yang Jujur by Giyato which has 3 pages, and the text of the essay entitled Godaan by Goenawan Mohamad in the Indonesian language book class XII of the Merdeka Curriculum.

The development of international business activities coincides with the widespread phenomenon of market globalization (Cavusgil, Knight, & Riesenberger, 2008). Market globalization refers to the growing economic integration and growing interdependence of countries around the world. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the implications of globalization for international business. The study population consists of four empirical cases: strategies of ICT producers to cope with globalization, strategies used by Brazilian companies to survive China's challenges due to globalization, strategies for globalization and corporate real estate. This method allows researchers to select cases that have the desired information or required characteristics that are useful in achieving research objectives. The internationalization of companies refers to the tendency of companies to systematically increase the international scope of their business activities, whereas globalization refers to the macrotrend-intensive economic relations between the countries of the world. Globalization is driving companies to internationalize and substantially increase the volume and type of cross-border transactions in goods, services, and capital. Also, globalization leads to the rapid spread and diffusion of products, technology and knowledge in the world. The process of globalization is a natural process which is the result of the growth and acceleration of the process of character generalization and production processes.  

This research analyzed one of the syntactic fields of study, namely phrases in argumentation texts in class XI textbooks of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Two data will be studied in argumentation texts entitled "Ketahanan Pangan Lokal” and “Ketahanan Pangan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19". In this study, the researchers limit the analysis of phrase type studies, namely based on word categories in the form of verb and noun phrases. The purpose of this research is to know in depth the research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on word categories, namely verb phrases and noun phrases found. In addition, this research is also expected to be valuable as a learning medium, especially in one of the fields of syntactic units, namely about phrases. The research method used a qualitative descriptive methodological approach and theoretical syntax with reading, listening, and recording techniques. In the analysis, it was found that verb phrases based on their position and location were divided into two, namely Coordinative Verb Phrases (FVK) and Subordinative Verb Phrases (FVS). Meanwhile, noun phrases based on their position and location are also divided into two, namely Coordinative Noun Phrases (FNK) and Subordinative Noun Phrases (FNS). To facilitate the analysis and understanding of the reader, the phrase data is presented in the form of a table accompanied by an explanation. This research is important to analyze the phrases in the argumentation text contained in the independent curriculum textbook, this is because the independent curriculum is the latest educational learning system in Indonesia.

This research was conducted to analyze the phrases in the procedural text in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Kurikulum Merdeka. This study focuses on analyzing phrases based on categories or word classes used in procedure texts. The purpose of this research analysis is to examine the use of adverb phrases, numerals, adjectives, nouns, and verbs in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Merdeka Curriculum. This study uses a methodological approach in the form of a qualitative descriptive approach and a theoretical approach in the form of a syntactic approach. The data in this study were taken from fragments of phrases in procedural texts in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Kurikulum Merdeka. The results of this study are that there are 9 noun phrases or nouns, 8 adverb phrases or adverbs, 2 verb or verb phrases, 2 adjective phrases or adjectives, and 1 numeral phrase or number word. The benefit of this research is to find out the types of phrases in the procedural text in the book Indonesian Moving Together for class V at the Merdeka Curriculum Elementary School as well as provide initial knowledge about phrases to fifth-grade elementary school students as an introductory knowledge to continue to the next level of education.

A grammatical arrangement has smaller constituents, namely sentences. This study aims to describe the types of sentences based on the number of clauses, modes, passive sentences, direct sentences, and negative sentences contained in the biographical text in the learning book entitled "Cerdas Cergas Berbahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia untuk SMA/SMK Kelas X Kurikulum Merdeka," which is made by Aulia & Gumilar. This article can increase knowledge about the types of sentences in the study of syntax and their application in biographical texts. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The object of the data study is in the form of sentences in four biographical texts in predetermined learning books. Data collection was carried out by determining the biographical text contained in the teaching material. Data analysis was carried out by reading each sentence in the text, analyzing the building blocks of the text, and classifying the sentences based on the types of sentences. This study uses note-taking techniques. The note-taking technique is to record the results of data analysis from sources that have been identified. The results obtained from this study show that broad sentences are more dominant than simple sentences in the types of sentences classified based on the number of clauses. Then, based on the types of sentences based on the mode, it was found that all the biographical texts contained in the learning book used declarative sentences. There were 41 types of passive sentences found in the four biographical texts analyzed. Indirect sentences totaled 3 sentences, and we found 6 negative sentences from 4 biographical texts. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that one biographical text did not contain negative sentences and one text did not contain indirect speech.

The aim of this study is to find out the ability to analyze the implied meaning of the text structure of the saga "The Miskin" Muhammadiyah Makassar SMA students. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. This research took the number of subjects as many as 27 students from class X IPA. Selected by using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis are based on the Ability to Analyze Implied Meanings in the Text Structure of the Hikayat "The Miskin" Class X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. The research results showed that only 11 students achieved the KKM standard with a percentage of 40.74% and students who scored below the KKM still had 16 students with a percentage of 50.26% which was still very low. it is known that the average score in the abstraction analysis is 16.81, the orientation analysis is 15.51, the complication analysis is 14.92, the evaluation analysis is 9.88, the resolution analysis is 9.74, the coda analysis is 8, and the overall average in the assessment and final score 74,66. So the ability to analyze the implied meaning of the text structure is still very low.

This study describes the analysis of the controversy over the meaning of nasikh and mansukh in the verses of the Qur'an according to the scholars and the analysis of the meaning of Surah Al-Imran verse: 93 according to two interpretations, Tafsir Jalalain and Tafsir Ibnu Katsir as a comparison. The type of research method used in this research is literature research or literature review to collect relevant information about the meaning of nasikh wal mansukh. The results of the research show that (1) In essence there is no disagreement among the scholars about the possibility of making changes to the law, they intend and agree that changes to the law are produced by their own ijtihad or changes made by Allah for those who argues that there are texts in the Koran, (2) From the two Tafsirs used as references in this study that Surah Al-Imran: 93, that some types of food that were forbidden to the Children of Israel were not forbidden to followers of the Shari'a of the Prophet Abraham and other prophets before the Torah lowered. This is also stated in the Torah, their own book.

Changes in society will continue for as long as people interact with one another. The phenomenon of urbanization is one form of social change. This is because of geographical, biological, economic, and cultural factors, as well as shifts in social norms, influenced social change. Social change cannot be viewed solely from one perspective because it can result in shifts in numerous social society sectors. This indicates that social change will always occur within society as a whole. Naturally, this social change occurs not only as a result of the individuals who wish to change but also as a result of developments in various fields, particularly technology. Based on theories of social change, the author tries to describe the social changes that take place in society. The type research used is field research while the data collection thecnique is carried out by observation and interview. This research was conducted in Sampung village, Sampung district, Ponorogo Regency to know of the reason why people urbaniz and the impact of urbanization on social and environtmental origin. The result of this study concluded that, 1) the reason how people urbanizm because the economic case, geographical, population compesition, ideology, biological,  and new discoveries, 2) the impact of urbanization can improve the economic case and the spread of technology on the other hand it also results in a redaction in agricultural land and social tempest within the family.

Seeing the root of the problem of student independence during the Covid-19 pandemic, implementing the effectiveness of learning with the Seven Jumps model assisted by the whatsapp group during the Covid-19 Pandemic is the aim of this research. This type of research approach is a qualitative and quantitative experiment carried out online with the Seven Jumps learning model assisted by WhatsApp groups. Data was collected by questionnaires, observation sheets and tests. Valid device tests come from expert perceptions, test the effectiveness of learning with statistical tests of the effect of regression and comparative t tests. The results showed that the root problems and constraints for student independence in utilizing information technology to achieve the expected competencies were: low self-motivation to learn, self-assessment ability, self-discipline, self-control, responsibility, pattern-learning ability, self-reliance in designing appropriate learning objectives, design implementation strategies, monitoring the progress of learning outcomes, coordination of learning methods, and the need for guidance in finding learning resources, implementing independent learning with the Seven Jumps model assisted by the whatsapp group is effective. This is indicated by: a) there is a positive influence of independent learning on problem solving ability of 60.8%, b) The gain test to measure the effectiveness of the pretest and posttest is 0.52 in the medium category and the effectiveness is sufficient. The Seven Jumps method can be implemented boldly during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm is one of the businesses located in Tanjungsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. This UMKM is engaged in catfish cultivation. The lack of knowledge and information about digital marketing has resulted in the marketing of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm products being limited to conventional media. Therefore, there is a need for outreach and assistance regarding the importance of digital marketing and the benefits of this type of marketing to Al-Qolam Fish Farm UMKM. The methods used in this service are surveys, questionnaires, outreach, FGDs, and assistance to UMKM. The results of this study, Al-Qolam Fish,Farm can understand the benefits and importance of digital marketing. These UMKM also know the platforms that can be used for digital marketing. In addition, these UMKM also understand how to create and run websites through the Google Site and TikTok social media accounts. It is hoped that the socialization and mentoring activities carried out for UMKM can increase the sustainability and competitiveness of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm in the current digital era.
