This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain the data studied. The data collection technique used is through interviews and documentation. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data validity assurance techniques used is Triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on student learning outcomes, it has not been achieved well. Judging from the data or student scores, it ranges from 75-79 with sufficient predicate, only a few students achieve 80-90, and from the data obtained by the school, 19 out of 33 students achieve sufficient predicate scores. with the average has not been reached to the maximum. Even then, the value of the learning outcomes has been assisted by carrying out remedial or repeat exams when student scores are problematic and assisted with plus values from the student's personality, therefore the authors conclude that PAI learning has not achieved maximum learning goals, so it needs stages or performance. maximum to improve learning outcomes so that learning is achieved properly. A company engaged in selling various herbal products, various health products and herbal cosmetics. The purpose of this research is to determine efforts to increase sales through current and future marketing strategies to be more effective and achieve maximum profits. This research is field research with qualitative descriptive methods, data and information collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The factor causing the decline in sales and not achieving the desired target is an ineffective marketing strategy. So far the marketing strategy implemented has been quite good, namely by implementing advertising, sales promotions and personal selling. However, in practice these three elements do not work according to what the company expects due to a lack of evaluation of each element, so that the results achieved are not optimal. Therefore, you should add promotional activities that are relatively cheaper and more effective, namely through advertising with larger signage media and an annual calendar as well as carrying out a more in-depth evaluation of the marketing strategy being implemented, so that a goal can be achieved, namely increasing sales.

This research is motivated by the existence of problems where iIncentives are still lacking so that they affect employee motivation. There is still little ability to communicate between records. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Parengan Village is one of the leading villages located in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. Parengan village has a lot of good potential. There are 16 MSMEs that are the source of life for the people of Parengan Village with various types of businesses consisting of woven crafts, woven sarongs, handicrafts, cosmetic businesses, food businesses, livestock businesses, agriculture to service providers. This service involved 16 MSME partners who were in Parengan Village. The problem faced by MSME partners in Parengan Village is a lack of understanding of digital literacy, so that in running their business most of them still use conventional methods. To help solve the problems faced by MSME partners, socialization was carried out regarding digital literacy and assistance in implementing digital MSMEs. The stages carried out in this service consist of 4 stages, starting from the coordination stage, the socialization stage, the mentoring stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the socialization activities that have been carried out show that knowledge and insight regarding digital literacy has increased, this is supported by a desire to learn from MSME partners in digitizing their businesses. Then from the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it shows that MSME partners have started to be able to implement their business promotions through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WA Business as well as make sales through e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Tokopedia or Lazada

Describes the rational choices made by Tanjungpinang City students in deciding to get married. And this research discusses the factors for students in their decision to get married, the impact felt and the problems faced when deciding to get married. This research uses a qualitative type of research method with a phenomenological approach. The data sources in this study were obtained using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were students who decided to get marriedduring their final year. The results of this study are in the form of an analysis of the factors or background of each informants is based on several factors, namely external factors such as family, economy, environment and religion. And there are also internal factors such as desire and opportunity. There is alsi an impact felt bystudents on their decision to get married, namely the impact on social life, where problems arise that can affect the field of education being undertaken and the strategies used by students in dealing with obstacles in the process of completing their studies. The theory used in this research is the rational choice developed by James S Coleman. So that it can be seen that the decisions taken by students in their decision to get married are (1) there is motivation that grows from the social environment to get married young, (2) religion that influencces student decisions to get married, (3) the decision to get married because they get advice from their parents, (4) mutual love.

According to BPS statistics from 2021, there has been a dramatic drop in both domestic and international tourism. Diverse initiatives are made to keep Indonesian tourism alive. According to Kaspar, wellness tourism is a type of tourism service that can be produced or enhanced in response to a destination's social and environmental circumstances. In terms of the tourist industry, wellness tourism is a subset of health tourism that is comparable to other tourism industries. Here are some motivational ideas that were examined based on the push and pull variables used in this study However, push factors do not considerably increase the desire to travel for wellness in Indonesia. Push factors might be said to cause the urge to return to traveling for wellbeing. According to reports, pull factors significantly influence foreign tourists' interest in visiting Indonesia for wellness tourism. Enhancing mental wellbeing is the indicator that best explains the push factors for tourists to engage in wellness tourism in Indonesia, whilst heritage and culture are the indicator that best describes the draw factors. However, out of the two, pull factors have a greater impact on tourists' interest in visiting.

The community service program carried out by UPN Veteran East Java, especially the KKNT 06 group, aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the duck breeding community in Nglebak Jombang Village, especially in the aspect of hatching. Group 06 focuses on MSMEs of duck breeders because one of our flagship programs is to make an egg incubator machine. After the use of this egg incubator machine, the hope is that business people know that there is a more efficient way to improve the welfare of their business, and another thing that is desired is that the people of Nglebak Village are not left behind about technology in the current era of globalization. We, the KKNT 06 group, will not just let go of the Nglebak Village community, of course we will accompany them from how to make to how to use this tool until the results are clearly visible for the welfare of the Nglebak Village community.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The population in this study were employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram in the field of testing and inspection, totaling 43 employees using Non Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) where the sample can represent the characteristics of the desired population. Data processing in this study uses SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Based on the research results, intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, social intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance. the most dominant variables that affect the variables of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.

Welding is an important thing in shipbuilding. There are several types of joints and types of materials with different material thicknesses, on of which is Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). FCAW is a welding process that has a high level of productivity so that it is suitable for fabrication activities. Double-sided welding is often performed on joints. This causes time inefficiencies and costs quite a lot. Therefore, the solution so that welding is only done on one side, by using a backing ceramic. The Backing Ceramic is used to hold the welding penetration better and get better welding result. The purpose of this study was to determine the result of the strength of Backing Ceramic Weld on FCAW welding of A36 carbon steel material so that it can get perfect results, not defective and can be accepted according to the desired criteria.

This research is based on the desire to analyze the role of supervisory management in dealing with waqf management problems. The analysis tool is a qualitative method used by the author, namely to fill in the data or information collected with the final result in the form of writing. This method is used to describe and explain management strategies for dealing with waqf problems through gathering information and studying documents, such as e-books, journal articles, and papers. The ideas that will be put forward highlight: first, the concept of waqf; second, the legal basis of waqf; third, the waqf supervisory management function; fourth, productive waqf and its management in Indonesia.The research results conclude that basically, the problem of supervision is something that is absolutely necessary. For hundreds of years, waqf in Indonesia has not received serious supervision. As a result, quite a lot of waqf assets were neglected and some of the waqf assets were even lost. The waqf supervision process is part of waqf management. The management function includes 4 things, namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling.

According to Adler, living things are an inseparable social unit. They relate to the social cooperation around them, placing the general welfare ahead of their own desires, and achieving a stronger way of life within social organization. Adler made a major contribution to thinking, namely, firstly, he emphasized the social factor of behavior, secondly, the concept of self-creation, and thirdly, the characteristics of each personality. Adler further developed these main points so that they became the characteristics of Adlerian thought, namely: a) the purpose of life, b) the ego drive, c) feelings of inferiority, d) the societal impulse, e) lifestyle, and f) creative power. The basics of Alfred Adler's personality theory assume that individuals and their life problems are always social, such as belonging to other people and paying attention to the welfare of that person.

Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. Technology information (IT) has been widely adopted across sectors like healthcare, education, governance, and business, playing a crucial role in facilitating relationships between businesses and stakeholders. However, Val, a business that has incorporated technology, lacks an analysis of information technology governance. Consequently, Val faces challenges in effectively aligning their technology usage with their business objectives. This research aims to assess Val's information technology practices, recommend improvement measures, and achieve desired capability targets. Utilizing the COBIT 2019 framework and the design factor toolkit, two priority Governance and Management Objectives (GMOs) have been identified: APO04 (Managed Innovation) and DSS05 (Managed Security Services). APO04 currently operates at capability level 2, falling 2 levels short of the desired capability level, while DSS05 operates at capability level 1, with a gap of 3 levels.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant role for the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The long-term goal of this research is to build a management model that can be practically applied by MSMEs to support productivity and business development. In general, MSMEs business management (marketing, production, HR and finance) can be implemented by providing training to MSMEs actors. In its journey, MSMEs need to be monitored intensively, to always monitor the management they are doing. SWOT analysis is the right option to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and project changes in the business environment. SWOT analysis can evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses which include internal factors in MSMEs, Opportunities and Threats which include external factors or competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, a strategy was obtained to provide training in all aspects, given the lack of knowledge possessed by SMEs. From this study, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products to strengthen competitiveness, establish product characteristics, and aggressively carry out promotions and sales by utilizing technological developments with online sales. In the W-O strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to market and consumer desires, determine market targets, and improve the quality of human resources. S-T strategy, MSMEs should make a prominent feature of the product and innovate in product promotion. In the W-T strategy, MSMEs players need to determine their target market, where and who is the target for their sales and pay attention to the wishes of the market and consumers to adapt their products.

Providing motivation is something that is absolutely necessary for world campuses to increase learning motivation and learning outcomes. Internal and external motivation is a requirement that cannot be ignored. This study aims to analyze the causes of the increase in N-Act members of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar through PKM. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis research types. The data was obtained through interviews with 5 students from Muhammadiyah Makassar University. Analysis of presentation of motivation is based on David McClelland's theory. The research results: 1) Achievement of N-Ach Through Student Creativity Programs, 2) Giving motivation encourages the desire to achieve, 3) The influence of providing information encourages students to achieve achievements. The implication of providing motivation is not only to increase interest in developing student creativity but also to create an atmosphere of competitive competition within the scope of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar  

Many institutions need to pay more attention to the fact that employee abilities and motivation significantly influence the company's progress. Because of that, it is necessary to conduct research trials on whether abilities in their fields and motivation affect employee performance. Collecting data in this study used a quantitative method with a sample of 150 employees at Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study state that talent management is essential for companies because they work according to the desired field. Likewise, motivation also has a significant contribution to employee morale. It can be concluded that talent management and inspiration have a considerable influence on improving employee performance.

For shop owners, deciding to open a new strategic branch is one of the main keys in establishing their business. In determining a good place will provide advantages for the shop owner. In determining a place, there are several ways that will be considered in an effort to develop its business and have criteria, these criteria will later become a consideration for choosing a strategic place. Deciding to open a new branch takes a long time because the criteria given may not meet the desired criteria. And in determining a place is not easy because you have to know the distance between one branch to another, so it requires a strategic and efficient place so that the shop owner can be accepted easily by a consumer. Therefore, to be more effective and efficient, a system is needed that functions to assist an entrepreneur in determining which place is suitable for occupancy. In this research, the method that will be used is Simple Addicie Wighting (SAW). The SAW method will process data by assigning a weight value to the criteria that will be used as a reference by making decisions after which a decision matrix value will be made based on the criteria. From the results of the study, it can be the best recommendation for the shop owner to establish a strategic place of business in accordance with the wishes of Sinar Rizky Stores.
