This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of the quality of financial reports, the length of office of the regional head and the size of the regional government on the transparency of the regional government through. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisting of all regional governments in Indonesia in 2023 with a sample size of 517 regional governments. Based on the statistical tests that have been carried out, the results of this study indicate that the quality of financial reports and the size of the regional government have an effect on the transparency of the regional government through the website. Meanwhile, the length of office of the regional head does not affect the transparency of the regional government through the website.

An Illustrated Storybook of Sir Alex Ferguson’s Coaching Career at Manchester United is designed to narrate the journey of one of the most prominent figures in the world of football from the United Kingdom. This project addresses the lack of engaging and inspiring reading materials for Indonesian adolescents, particularly those that present biographical content in an illustrated format. The book aims to serve as an alternative form of educational and motivational media, with the ultimate goal of fostering reading interest among young readers in Indonesia. The visual elements of the book are rendered in a semi-realistic, full-color illustration style to enhance appeal and accessibility for the target audience—teenagers. The design process utilizes the glass box method, which involves the collection of data and information from external sources. These sources include academic journals, articles, websites, films, YouTube content, autobiographical e-books, and other relevant digital platforms. Data collection is conducted to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. Additionally, the problem-solving approach employed is based on the 5W+1H analytical framework (What, Why, Who, When, Where, and How). The final outcome of this undergraduate thesis project is a primary medium in the form of an illustrated storybook. It is further supported by a variety of promotional media such as an e-book, T-shirt, drawstring bag, X-banner, stickers, keychains, and posters.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Social Service of the North Sumatra Province Batubara Regency are business operators engaged in the business sector, which touches the interests of the community around the Regency of Coal. MSMEs have an important position, not only in employment and public welfare, in many ways they are the glue and stabilize the problem of social inequality. MSMEs are currently very developed. However, the current problem that arises is that the Chair of the UMKM in Coal is having difficulty monitoring MSME social funding assistance provided to communities around Coal, the lack of public understanding of the reporting of the social assistance fund accountability and due to these inaccessible location conditions that triggered the social services difficult to monitor. then we need an information system that is able to do data collection, management, monitoring the use of aid funds. In addition, the Social Service can directly monitor the responsibility of MSMEs in managing aid funds.The results of this study are a monitoring information system application that replaces the previously running process, in this application makes it easy for the recipient to know the amount of assistance received and in making reports can be directly accessed online.

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech), particularly digital wallet applications like OVO, has significantly transformed transaction patterns in society. However, issues such as server instability and unsatisfactory user experiences frequently emerge on social media platforms. This study aims to analyze user sentiments toward OVO on platform X (formerly Twitter) by comparing the performance of two machine learning algorithms: Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data were collected through web scraping from 1,000 Indonesian-language tweets containing the keyword "OVO." The research methodology included text preprocessing (data cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal), feature extraction using TF-IDF, and sentiment classification (positive, negative, neutral). Evaluation results demonstrated that SVM achieved the highest accuracy of 85.2%, while Naïve Bayes reached 78.5%. SVM also outperformed in precision (87%) and recall (83%) due to its ability to handle non-linear data. These findings provide actionable recommendations for OVO developers to enhance server stability and features based on user feedback. Additionally, this study serves as a reference for future sentiment analysis research employing algorithmic comparisons.

This research aims to determine the Village Government's strategy in developing the Cemara Indah Beach tourist attraction, Gosong Telaga Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The sample in this research was the Cemara Indah Gosong Telaga Beach tourist attraction. The results of the research show that the Village Government's strategy in developing Cemara Indah Beach, Gosong Telaga Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency is more focused on creating promotional media such as creating social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WEBSite, Tiktok and Banners. This method is one of the promotional methods used. can attract the attention of visitors to visit Cemara Indah Gosong Telaga Beach. The era of Society 5.0 demands the integration of digital technology into various aspects of life, including the field of education. This study aims to describe the digital marketing strategies implemented by SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing in Muara Enim Regency in facing the challenges and opportunities of the Society 5.0 era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation with the school’s stakeholders, as well as content analysis of the school's official social media platforms.The research findings show that SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing has utilized various digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and the school’s website to strengthen its institutional image, establish communication with the community, and increase the school's appeal to prospective students. The use of digital marketing also supports digital transformation within the school environment through innovative and adaptive approaches to contemporary developments.The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of schools being prepared to integrate digital technology as part of their institutional marketing strategy in the transition toward the Society 5.0 era.

The purpose of this research is to design a basic food sales information system at Misman Store to assist the performance of Store employees in processing data and selling basic necessities which still use a manual recording system in managing stocks and transactions in the store, which causes inefficiencies in monitoring inventory of goods. Research using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study, among others, make it easier for employees at misman shops to complete the main tasks of selling goods such as data management to be easier, more efficient, and effective with this system. sales and sales transaction reports. The designed web-based information system has several main features such as system login, dashboard, item category management, inventory management, and transaction recording and reporting. This system is designed to improve the efficiency of store operations and facilitate the management of goods data and sales transactions.

Work Practice is a form of providing education and skills training that systematically and synchronously combines educational programs on campus and skills mastery programs obtained through working in the world of work, aimed at achieving a certain level of professional expertise. This work practice is part of an internship program implemented by the North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) consisting of students from the Computer Science Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology. North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU). The author was assigned to the Medan City Religious Education and Training Agency, one of whose duties was compiling and archiving documents. The author supervises and reviews the progress of structuring and writing documents at the Education and Training Agency. The method for implementing the internship/field work practice program (Magang) used by students is Project Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching method where students learn by being actively involved in projects in the real world and with personal meaning. This MBKM program internship activity results in the transfer of knowledge, transfer of skills, and transfer of new technology which will be useful for students as guidance and useful experience in the world of work in the future.

This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Santosa Catering through the implementation of a web-based catering ordering system. Santosa Catering, as a micro business, faces obstacles in managing orders that are still done manually, which causes inaccurate stock information, delays in delivery, and limited customer access to menus and prices. Through a Diffusion of Science and Technology and Knowledge Transfer approach, a web-based ordering system was developed and implemented to support business operations. The system allows customers to access real-time menu information, place online orders, and choose preferred payment methods, while the owner and staff were given intensive training to effectively operate the system. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all aspects of assessment, including understanding of system features, operational skills, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as shown in the comparison chart of pretest and posttest results. The system not only optimizes operational processes but also increases customer satisfaction, strengthens business competitiveness, and has the potential to become a model for other micro businesses in utilizing digital technology. Thus, this PKM activity is expected to contribute to the sustainability of Santosa Catering's business in the digital era.

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of four cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2013 period. To achieve this, a descriptive quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling. Data for the study was gathered from annual financial reports, which were publicly accessible through the official websites of the IDX and the individual companies. The analysis was carried out using the Du Pont System, a method that decomposes return on equity (ROE) into its components to assess the financial performance of the companies. The results of the analysis reveal that PT Inisial A exhibited the strongest financial performance among the four companies, demonstrating superior efficiency, profitability, and leverage. Following PT Inisial A, PT Inisial X performed moderately well, showing stable financial health but with some room for improvement in certain areas. On the other hand, PT Inisial Y and PT Inisial Z displayed the weakest performance, with PT Inisial Z facing significant challenges in maintaining profitability and managing its assets efficiently. This study’s findings provide valuable insights for investors, as it highlights the financial strengths and weaknesses of the companies involved, assisting them in making more informed investment decisions. Additionally, the results can serve as a reference for other companies within the cement industry, allowing them to identify areas for improvement and potential strategies for enhancing their financial performance. Furthermore, the research may contribute to future academic studies on corporate financial performance, particularly in the context of the cement industry in Indonesia. Overall, this research is expected to benefit both practitioners and academics by providing a comprehensive analysis of the financial status of the companies in question.

Development is achieved if the physical amount of goods and administrations created in the economy increases over a long time. The reason of this research is to see and encourage for the impact of Investment and Local Revenue (PAD) on Economic development. Methods used in this research This research uses literature review to get an overview of what are the efforts of Batam city government in economic growth in Batam city, therefore in this article there are various data sources and references. The data used in this research is additional information in the form of budget reports obtained from BP Batam and BP Batam's official website. The result of this research is a review of several data sources that have been collected for the purpose of solving the problem at hand derived from previous studies and research.

This research aims to help MSMEs in Cibalung Village through the creation of a website with features that are specially designed according to the wishes and needs of the MSMEs in the village. The creation of this website involves several respondents in Cibalung Village which includes Farmers, MSME business actors, Housewives, and freelancers. The website that was created is intended as an information media about agricultural cultivation, fisheries and livestock and marketing that can be used to introduce and promote processed products for the community in the village. Data collection was carried out with a survey using a questionnaire with 21 questions and reinforced by interviews. based on the results of interviews and questionnaires obtained with 30 respondents from the entire UMKM population in Cibalung Village.

The government essentially provides services to the community and is required to serve the community and create conditions so that it has an impact on the community to develop, one of which is education. Through the Secretariat General, public complaints about education issues are submitted to Commission X of the DPR RI. The background for choosing this title was due to the increase in complaints submitted by the public regarding education, as well as a decrease in the performance of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. The research objective is to identify and analyze the performance of the Secretariat General in following up on complaints to Commission X DPR RI. This study uses the theory of Agus Dharma (2004) with three measurement indicators that determine success, namely, (1) quantity, (2) quality, and (3) timeliness. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study uses a way to collect data by making observations to collect data at the Secretariat General and Commission X DPR RI. The results on indicator (1) Quantity, the number of reports that have been completed by Commission X DPR RI are not submitted back to the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. (2) Quality, there is no clear information regarding the follow-up of letters submitted through the websitewebsite, human resources need to conduct training on the applied information technology system, Commission X DPR RI is one that receives the most complaints in 2020-2021, (3) Timeliness, the time needed is very long because of the difficulty level of the complaint letter, correction of the results of the analysis until the letter can be submitted to Commission X DPR RI. The conclusion of this study is that in following up on complaints to Commission X DPR RI, reports that have been completed by Commission X DPR RI are not submitted back to the Secretariat General.

This research applies the Lean UX approach in redesigning the Mitra Mapan Mulia website with the purpose of enhancing user experience. The Lean UX method is used as a responsive and efficient approach to designing solutions that are more user-focused. Data was collect using interview, literature study and observation methods. The research subjects were state-owned companies and MSMEs. The results showed that there was an improvement in user experience, with performance parameters including navigation time, information clarity, and engagement level. Evaluation results from users involved in prototype testing showed a positive response to design changes, and the use of Lean UX methods provided advantages in accelerating the design process and increasing user satisfaction. This research contributes to the practical understanding and effectiveness of Lean UX in the context of website redesign to achieve the goal of improving user experience

Critical thinking skills are essential for every student, especially in today's digital era, where information is spread so freely and without limits. Students need to be taught how to think critically to make the right decisions regarding the information obtained. At school, developing critical thinking skills will help students face increasingly complex challenges. In this case, teachers play a very important role in guiding and educating students to develop these skills well. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the role of social studies teachers in improving the critical thinking skills of 8th grade students in the digital era of Ngeri 1 Boyolangu Junior High School. 2) To find out the steps used by social studies teachers to develop critical thinking skills of 8th grade students at Ngeri 1 Boyolangu Junior High School. 3) To find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in developing students' critical thinking skills. The approach used in this research is qualitative. data collection procedures in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. Research Results: 1) Teachers play a role in designing lesson plans with varied learning methods, in each method there are discussion activities, teaching by taking real problems in accordance with the reality related to the material in the classroom, familiarizing students to ask, answer, provide input and provide simple solutions related to the problems given.2) Steps to Develop Students' Critical Thinking Skills, including teachers getting students used to asking questions, answering, providing simple solutions related to the problems given. Teachers use digital media, such as PowerPoint and websites, as well as game-based learning, which not only makes learning more interesting but also supports students' critical thinking skills through technology. Teachers provide positive motivation to encourage students to participate more actively in learning. 3) The inhibiting factors include the rapid flow of digital information, “filter bubble,” lack of digital literacy, and low learning independence. Supporting factors include motivation from teachers or parents and students' intellectual development, which encourages exploration of information and a higher learning spirit.

MSMEs play an important role in economic growth, but still face challenges in branding and digital marketing. Kiringan Hamlet, as one of the traditional herbal medicine production centers, is experiencing obstacles in marketing their products due to the lack of attractive visual identity and minimal utilization of digital technology. This service program aims to assist MSMEs in Kiringan Hamlet in improving their branding and competitiveness through logo and packaging redesign and website design as a digital marketing medium. The methods used include observation, interviews, solution design, and digital-based design implementation. The results of this program show that the new logo design and packaging stickers increase product attractiveness and strengthen MSME brand identity. In addition, the website design provided a digital solution to expand market reach. The evaluation showed that MSME players responded positively to this contribution and began to realize the importance of digital branding in marketing. With this program, it is expected that MSMEs in Kiringan Hamlet can be more developed and able to compete in a wider market with more effective digital branding and marketing strategies.

This article examines the implementation of Google Sites as a platform for developing a digital magazine by students of MAN 3 Solok. The research aims to describe the design, execution, and evaluation processes of utilizing Google Sites in creating a digital magazine, as well as to identify the challenges and benefits encountered. The method employed involved training and direct mentoring for 20 members of the student council at MAN 3 Solok. The results indicate that 70% of participants successfully accessed the website and created the digital magazine effectively, while 30% faced operational and infrastructure-related technical challenges. The use of Google Sites has proven effective in enhancing digital literacy, creativity, and collaboration among students in creating digital-based school publications. Through this activity, students not only gained technical skills but also developed essential creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities in the digital era.
