Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to determine the influence of Market Value Added (MVA) and Economic Value Added (EVA) on stock prices, with Return on Asset (ROA) as a moderation variable. In the world of investment, stock prices are an important indicator that reflects the value of a company in the eyes of investors. Therefore, this study seeks to explore how economic added value and market value can contribute to an increase in stock prices, as well as whether a company's financial performance reflected in ROA can strengthen the relationship. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling of 30 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019 to 2022. The sample selection criteria include companies that consistently publish financial statements and have the complete data needed in this study. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test the direct influence, as well as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the role of ROA moderation. The results of the study show that MVA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The same goes for EVA, which also has a positive and significant influence on stock prices. However, when ROA was tested as a moderation variable, the results showed that ROA was unable to strengthen or weaken the influence of MVA on stock prices. The same is true of the influence of EVA on stock prices, where ROA has not proven to be a significant moderator. These findings indicate that while MVA and EVA are important indicators in determining stock prices, financial performance through ROA is not always able to moderate these relationships in the context of banking companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to investigate the influence of workload, competence, and red flags on auditors' ability to detect financial statement fraud. Fraud detection is a crucial aspect of the audit process, especially amidst increasing business complexity and pressure on the integrity of financial reporting. This study was conducted on 104 external auditors working at 12 Public Accounting Firms (KAP) operating in the Bekasi area. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria relevant to the research objectives. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires compiled based on research variable indicators, then analyzed using hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS Statistics software version 26. The results of the analysis indicate that partially, the variables of workload and red flags have a negative influence on auditors' ability to detect financial statement fraud. This indicates that auditors with high workloads or who do not accurately identify red flags have a lower tendency to detect fraud. Conversely, auditor competence shows a significant positive influence on fraud detection ability. Auditors who have adequate knowledge, skills, and experience tend to be more capable of identifying and analyzing indications of fraud in financial statements. Simultaneously, the three independent variables—workload, competence, and red flags—significantly influence auditors' ability to detect financial statement fraud. This finding underscores the importance of managing auditor workload, improving competence through ongoing training, and developing a thorough understanding of red flag indicators to enhance audit effectiveness and financial statement quality. This research is expected to contribute to the development of audit practices and the enhancement of auditor professionalism in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the influence of the marketing mix on the sales volume at Senyala Space coffee shop, focusing on four independent variables: product, price, place, and promotion. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of the study consists of Senyala Space customers from 2020 to 2024, and the sample was selected using nonprobability sampling and Slovin’s technique to determine a representative sample size. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with customers who visited Senyala Space during the specified period. Data analysis was conducted using several statistical tests, including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, linearity testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R²), partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F-test) were used to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. All analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results show that the marketing mix significantly affects the sales volume at Senyala Space. Of the four marketing mix variables analyzed, price was found to have a significant negative effect on sales volume, indicating that an increase in price tends to decrease sales volume. On the other hand, the other three variables—product, place, and promotion—have a significant positive effect on sales volume. This suggests that improvements in product quality, strategic location selection, and effective promotions can increase sales at Senyala Space. These findings provide recommendations for Senyala Space’s management to enhance their marketing strategies by considering the factors influencing customer purchasing decisions, in order to boost sales volume in the future.

Competition in the cosmetics industry in Indonesia is getting tougher, prompting local brands to develop effective marketing communication strategies to increase consumer loyalty. Make Over, as one of the popular local lipstick brands, leverages collaboration strategies with credible beauty influencers, such as Tasya Farasya, to build positive perceptions and increase consumer engagement. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer credibility on brand loyalty and examine the mediating role of brand trust in the relationship. This research was carried out in Denpasar City by involving 180 respondents who were consumers of Make Over lipsticks. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with certain criteria to ensure the relevance of respondent participation. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that were distributed online and offline. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 29.0.2.0. The results of the analysis show that influencer credibility has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty and brand trust. In addition, brand trust has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty. Another important finding is that brand trust partially mediates the relationship between influencer credibility and brand loyalty, suggesting that the influence of influencer credibility on loyalty is not only direct, but also through the formation of trust in the brand. Thus, this study confirms that collaboration with influencers who have high reputation, expertise, and credibility can be an effective strategy to increase consumer trust and loyalty towards cosmetic brands. Therefore, choosing the right influencers is essential in a marketing communication strategy to build long-term relationships with consumers.

This research is motivated by the low utilization of accounting information by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which can impact suboptimal business decision-making. Accounting information plays an important role in helping business actors manage operational activities, plan finances, and evaluate business performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge, business scale, and business experience on the perception of the use of accounting information, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a causal research type. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Ngronggot District, Nganjuk Regency, totaling 162 business units. The sample used was 62 respondents, obtained through a simple random sampling technique with calculations using the Slovin formula. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to predetermined respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of the study indicate that partially, accounting knowledge and business scale have a significant influence on the perception of the use of accounting information. This indicates that the greater the level of accounting knowledge and the larger the business scale, the higher the positive perception of the importance of using accounting information. Conversely, business experience did not show a significant partial effect, indicating that the length of time a person has been running a business does not always lead to increased use of accounting information. However, simultaneously, all three variables—accounting knowledge, business scale, and business experience—significantly influenced perceptions of the use of accounting information. This finding implies that increasing accounting knowledge and expanding business scale need to be addressed in MSME empowerment programs to optimally utilize accounting information.

The current transformation of the workplace demands that organizations be more adaptive in understanding the factors that influence employee productivity, especially among the younger generation. Generation Z, as an age group that is starting to dominate the workforce, brings different characteristics and needs, including in terms of work-life balance and motivation. They tend to value time more, opportunities for self-development, and an inclusive work environment that supports a balance between professional and personal life. This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and motivation on the performance of Generation Z employees in Klaten Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. A total of 100 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on age and employment status criteria. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, which included statements related to the dimensions of work-life balance, levels of work motivation (both intrinsic and extrinsic), and employee performance indicators. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 software with correlation tests and multiple regression. The results showed that both work-life balance and motivation have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance. Among these two variables, motivation is the dominant factor influencing performance improvement. This suggests that while work-life balance is important, internal employee motivations such as passion, purpose, and a sense of belonging have a greater impact on job performance. The implications of these findings suggest that companies need to design human resource management strategies that are not only flexible but also responsive to the needs of the younger generation. Creating a work environment that supports work-life balance, provides recognition, and provides career opportunities.

This study explores the impact of organizational commitment, rewards, and punishment on employee performance at Perum DAMRI Bandar Lampung, a branch of the state-owned enterprise specializing in land transportation services for passengers and cargo. The research arises from the necessity to improve employee performance by leveraging both internal and external motivational factors, including employee loyalty, reward systems, and disciplinary actions. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through a structured survey distributed to 168 active employees of the organization. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 24. The study found that organizational commitment and rewards have a significant and positive influence on employee performance. These findings support the proposed hypotheses and highlight the importance of fostering employee loyalty and implementing an effective reward system to boost performance outcomes. In contrast, the analysis revealed that punishment does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that punitive measures alone may not be effective in encouraging desired work behaviors or improving overall performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Perum DAMRI Bandar Lampung prioritize initiatives that strengthen organizational commitment and develop a fair, transparent, and performance-based reward system. Such efforts are likely to enhance employee motivation and productivity. Additionally, the current approach to punishment should be critically evaluated to determine its role and effectiveness in supporting performance goals. A more constructive disciplinary framework may be needed to align with modern human resource management practices. This study contributes to the broader understanding of performance management in state-owned enterprises, especially in the transportation sector.

Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of stock price fluctuations in manufacturing companies, which reflect market instability, both internal and external to the company. These volatile stock price changes create uncertainty for investors, particularly when financial performance indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) show varying results across companies and time periods. Strong financial performance is usually a positive signal for investors, but inconsistencies in these indicators raise doubts in investment decision-making. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ROA, CR, and NPM on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research type, where the data used are secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial reports. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with certain criteria, resulting in a sample of 85 companies. With an observation period of four years, a total of 340 observations were analyzed. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 30 software. The results of the analysis indicate that, partially, ROA and CR have a significant influence on stock prices. This means that increasing the efficiency of asset use and the company's ability to meet short-term obligations are important factors considered by investors. However, NPM does not have a significant influence partially on stock prices. Nevertheless, all three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. This finding has important implications for company management, namely that increasing asset efficiency and optimal liquidity management can strengthen a company's attractiveness to investors by improving credible financial performance.

This sampling method was employed to target employees who met specific criteria relevant to the research objectives. The data for the study were collected through a questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale, and the analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The analytical process included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicated that work discipline, work-life balance, and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both independently and in combination. Specifically, work discipline plays a key role in ensuring that employees adhere to organizational rules and regulations, which contributes to improved performance. Work-life balance helps employees manage their personal and professional lives, reducing stress and improving overall job satisfaction, which in turn enhances performance. Employee engagement, which refers to the level of enthusiasm and commitment employees have toward their work, was found to significantly influence their performance as well. The study suggests that organizations should focus on fostering a strong work ethic, providing support for work-life balance, and increasing employee engagement in order to improve overall performance. The findings emphasize that when employees are disciplined, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and are engaged with their work, their productivity increases, leading to improved outcomes for the organization. This research highlights the importance of these factors in creating a motivated and high-performing workforce, and the results can be used to inform human resource strategies in other organizations aiming to improve employee performance and achieve organizational success.

The issue of climate change and increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability are driving the tourism industry to adopt sustainable practices. One such effort is the use of environmentally friendly products or green products in its operations. BudiSun Resort Maumere, located in East Nusa Tenggara, is one resort that has implemented environmentally friendly principles in its services and facilities. However, further research is needed to determine the extent to which these practices influence consumer behavior, particularly in terms of purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of green products, brand image, and environmental awareness on consumer purchase intention at BudiSun Resort Maumere. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method. The sample in this study consisted of 150 respondents who had stayed at the resort. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The analysis results showed that all three independent variables—green product, brand image, and environmental awareness—simultaneously had a significant effect on purchase intention, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.827 and an F-value of 231.894 at a significance level of 0.000. Partially, brand image (β = 0.321; sig = 0.000) and environmental awareness (β = 0.651; sig = 0.000) had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. However, green product (β = –0.056; sig = 0.354) did not show a significant effect. These findings suggest that while the use of environmentally friendly products is important, the strength of brand image and consumer environmental awareness play a greater role in influencing consumer intention to revisit resort services. Therefore, sustainable tourism marketing strategies should emphasize strengthening brand image and environmental education.

This study aims to identify and measure the influence of customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and brand image on customer loyalty at Ryandini’s Sweet Chicken Claw business, located in Sei Sijenggi Village, Hamlet III, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaires used a Likert scale as a measurement tool to assess respondents’ opinions accurately. Data analysis was conducted using several stages, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis, processed through SPSS version 22. These methods were used to ensure the validity of the instrument and the consistency of the findings. The research findings demonstrate that customer relationships have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. Customers who feel connected and valued by the business are more likely to remain loyal. Likewise, customer satisfaction—reflecting the extent to which customers' expectations are met or exceeded—has a strong and positive influence on loyalty. In addition, the brand image of the business, which encompasses customer perceptions and reputation of the product, also significantly influences loyalty in a positive direction. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis of customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and brand image shows that all three variables jointly have a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. This means that enhancing these three factors can strengthen customer retention and long-term commitment. These results provide valuable insights for small business owners in the food and beverage industry. Focusing on building strong relationships with customers, consistently delivering satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image are essential strategies to increase loyalty. For Ryandini’s Sweet Chicken Claw and similar businesses, these findings offer practical guidance for developing customer-centered marketing strategies in an increasingly competitive market.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and financial management on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gresik Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of strengthening the financial aspects of MSMEs as a foundation in facing the challenges of competition and economic uncertainty. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing structured questionnaires to 96 MSMEs selected through a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS version 26 software to examine the relationships and influences between variables. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. This means that the higher the level of understanding of MSMEs regarding financial management, the better the financial performance achieved. Similarly, the use of financial technology has also been shown to have a significant positive effect. The use of digital financial services such as mobile banking, e-wallets, and digital bookkeeping applications can help MSMEs simplify transactions, financial recording, and access to financing, which ultimately improves efficiency and business results. Meanwhile, the financial management variable shows a moderate influence on financial performance. This indicates that financial planning, recording, and control practices in some MSMEs are still suboptimal and need to be improved to contribute more significantly to business performance. Overall, these findings underscore the importance of improving financial literacy and adopting financial technology as key strategies for strengthening MSME performance. This research provides practical recommendations for MSMEs and stakeholders to enhance their financial management capacity to encourage sustainable business growth in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the influence of technological literacy, accounting information system maturity, and technology-based auditing on cyber risk in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the increasing adoption of digital technology by MSMEs, particularly in the management of financial information and business operations. However, this digital transformation has not been fully matched by system readiness or human resource competency, creating the potential for significant digital threats, including cyber risks that can impact business continuity. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 90 MSME respondents who have utilized digital accounting systems in their business activities. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the latest version of SPSS software. The results show that technological literacy and accounting information system maturity have a negative and significant effect on cyber risk. This means that the higher the level of technological literacy and the more mature the accounting information system implemented, the lower the level of cyber risk faced by MSMEs. On the other hand, technology-based audits did not show a significant impact on cyber risk, indicating that the effectiveness of audits using a technology approach is still suboptimal in the context of MSMEs. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 52.3% indicates that the variation in cyber risk can be explained by the three independent variables. This finding has practical implications for MSMEs and policymakers, namely the importance of strengthening technology and information systems capacity as a cyber risk mitigation strategy. Furthermore, there is a need to improve understanding and implement technology-based audits in a more structured manner to have a more significant impact on MSME digital security.
