Challenges in sugar factory logistics management are often factors that hinder production efficiency and effectiveness. Kebon Agung Sugar Factory is one of the major sugar producers in Indonesia that has an important role in supporting the national sugar industry, a key factor in maintaining competitiveness. In addition, optimization of procurement of goods and services is also closely related to risk management. The implementation of a more modern procurement system is also expected to support aspects of sustainability and resource efficiency. This study uses a descriptive method. Descriptive research with data collection methods used in this study is observation to obtain data regarding the service procurement system at PG Kebon Agung Malang, interviews with Mr. Egi as the head of the logistics sub-section and Ms. Debby as staff in the service procurement sector, and documentation. The system is an important element that a company has to manage all components in the company. Likewise at PG Kebon Agung which has a system that applies to the procurement of goods or services. the service procurement system at PG Kebon Agung Malang has been operating optimally. With the existence of its Own Estimated Price and Service Procurement Request Letter. And after that there will be minutes, aanwijzing, negotiations and finally the process of printing SPK and partner signatures.

In this era of globalization, having critical and creative thinking skills is a capability that students must possess to compete and face the future. Community service conducted at SMAN 1 Batukliang Utara aimed at developing students’ skills and creativity was carried out by adopting the domino theory approach. The results of the pre-test showed that the average student score after statistical testing was 64.06. However, after participating in the community service activities and taking the post-test, the average score increased to 89.81, indicating an improvement in students’ understanding by 40.20%.

This research aims to: (1) describe how much logical thinking ability increases in students who are taught using the problem-based learning model; (2) describe how much logical thinking ability increases in students who are taught using conventional learning models; and (3) analyze the influence of the problem-based learning model on students' logical thinking abilities. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques use logical thinking ability tests (pretest and posttest). The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The research results show that: (1) the logical thinking ability of students taught using the problem-based learning model has increased by 0.75 (high category) with an average pretest score of 9.40 and posttest of 26.30; (2) the logical thinking ability of students taught using conventional learning models increased by 0.22 (low category) with an average pretest score of 12.53 and posttest of 17.17; (3) there is a significant influence of the problem-based learning model on students' logical thinking abilities, which is proven by a probability value of 0.001 <significant 0.05.

Political stability was found crucial for ensuring policy consistency and investor confidence, while efficient regulatory frameworks streamlined subsidy allocations. Economic fluctuations, both global and domestic, significantly influenced resource allocations, underscoring the need for adaptive economic policies. Infrastructure investments emerged as pivotal in enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs, essential for fostering regional economic competitiveness. Effective policy implementation through transparency, accountability, and monitoring mechanisms was critical in maximizing socio-economic benefits. The findings underscore the importance of integrated policy approaches to address complex challenges and leverage opportunities for sustainable economic development in Indonesia's maritime sector.

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of financial target variables, ineffective monitoring, change in auditor, change in director, frequent number of CEO's picture on fraudulent financial statements. The sample in this study includes 45 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period (2019-2023). The sampling technique used the purpose sampling method and obtained 225 sample data from 45 companies. The statistical analysis used in this research is logistic regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Program Version 22. The results of this research show that financial targets have a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial statements, ineffective monitoring has an insignificant effect on fraudulent financial statements. statement, change in auditor has no significant effect on fraudulent financial statements, change in director has no significant effect on fraudulent financial statements, frequent number of CEO picture has a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial statements.    

Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia berfokus pada penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Namun, pengelolaan data menggunakan Ms. Excel menyebabkan berbagai kendala, termasuk dalam mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk tagihan, dan laporan periodik. Proses pembayaran manual yang sering terlambat juga mempengaruhi operasional dan reputasi organisasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan sistem informasi berbasis Web dengan Framework Laravel. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem tersebut dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Scrum. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan umpan balik berkelanjutan dari pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan terintegrasi dengan Midtrans sebagai Payment Gateway untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran yang aman dan efisien, serta Wablas sebagai Whatsapp Gateway untuk notifikasi otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box, di mana setiap fitur diuji berdasarkan fungsionalitasnya tanpa melihat ke dalam struktur kode. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Web ini memungkinkan admin mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk, dan tagihan dengan lebih efektif. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan meliputi login, master data, transaksi, pendaftaran anggota, perpanjangan keanggotaan, perumahan, produk, dan laporan. Semua fitur telah diuji menggunakan pengujian Black Box dan berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi, serta mengatasi kendala yang ada dalam proses pengelolaan data dan pembayaran di Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia.

Project management is managing projects by considering all aspects of construction projects. A project must run according to plan and can be completed on time, so planning is needed before a project runs; scheduling must be considered. Scheduling is an important step in determining the exact duration and sequence for each activity in the project to create a logically structured schedule that can be implemented realistically. Many methods can be applied in project scheduling, such as S Curve and CPM (Critical Path Method). The use of different scheduling methods is considered to affect the final result of scheduling. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the two methods. The analysis was carried out by comparing the critical trajectory, duration, and cost of structural work on the Kediri Regency Stadium Design and Build Project produced by the two methods so that it can be concluded which method is more efficient. The results showed differences in critical trajectories in the S curve and the CPM methods. In addition, the difference in duration is obtained; the S curve method requires a work duration of 140 days with a cost of Rp 48,041,965,577.96. Meanwhile, the CPM method requires a work duration of 131 days at a cost of Rp 47,535,997,308.05. Based on the results, the CPM method is superior in terms of time and cost.

This study was conducted to examine the influence of GCG and CSR on company value with company size as a moderation variable. The sample selection technique in this study uses the purposive sampling  method and was obtained from 20 transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2023 period. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using  SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on the company's value, while the independent board of commissioners and CSR have a positive effect on the company's value. The size of the company is able to moderate managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the value of the company, but it is not able to moderate the influence of the independent board of commissioners and CSR on the value of the company. It is recommended that researchers further add other factors that affect the value of companies, as well as expand the scope of companies so that the sample will be more and more.

The service of container activity flow in the depot that is not carried out effectively will have an impact on the service users which can have a major impact on the company resulting in a reduction in service users in the company. To avoid service users feeling dissatisfied with the depot service, it is better to supervise the activities in the depot and it is necessary to add workers to activities that require fast processing time. The handling scheme for container activity flow in the depot at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistik Belawan starts from container rental and the depot stacking yard. However, in the handling scheme for container activity flow at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistik Belawan, there is still a manual system so that there are often similarities in the numbers in the input lines and have an impact on repeating data input. And damage to the tools that often occur, such as damage to the Reach stacker (Heavy Equipment) which results in hampered activities in the depot. The method used in this study is the Library Research and Field Research methods.

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is still a global health problem, this disease is directly transmitted caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of nutritional status and lighting on the incidence of pulmonary TB in Padangsidimpuan City. This study is an analytical observational study with a case-control design. The sample consisted of 56 cases and 56 controls. The analysis used simple logistic regression and multiple logistic regression tests. The results of the logistic regression test showed a significant effect between nutritional status (p = 0.041; OR = 2.906, 95% CI 1.045-8.081) and lighting (p = 0.048; OR = 2.995, 95% CI 1.008-8.902) on the incidence of pulmonary TB. It is recommended to maintain body health by consuming nutritious food and paying more attention to the physical environment of the house, especially lighting so that sunlight enters the house.

This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment of PT MIF Surabaya, namely to find out what factors are the strengths and weaknesses of the company as well as knowing the opportunities and threats faced by the company and formulating the best and most suitable marketing strategy for PT MIF Surabaya by taking into account internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (threats and opportunities) to face business competition in the field of Domestic Forwarding and Logistics. One of PT Meratus Line's strategies in developing market penetration in Indonesia is through the formation of PT MIF which was determined by the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No.C2.734.HT.01.01 – 1991 dated March 6 1991, and published in Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 26 dated March 3 1992. Indonesia is the country with the fourth largest number of internet users in the world, after the United States, with 212.9 million users in 2023. The development of technology and the internet has had a significant impact on people's lives, especially in terms of online shopping. E-commerce users in Indonesia have increased significantly in recent years. Shopee is one of the platforms that is often used by Indonesians to shop online easily, safely, and quickly. This platform supports customers with strong payments and logistics services, and can be easily accessed via smartphones. Shopee Express, as part of Shopee's e-commerce service, has advantages over other platforms because of the various offers provided. However, a number of Shopee consumers have complained about the delivery service, ranging from damaged goods to packages that arrive late. This study aims to determine the effect of  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality on Shopee Express Customer Satisfaction in Bandung City. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with quantitative methods, and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed were then analyzed using research instrument analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The statistical analysis tool used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The number of samples in this study was 385 people, selected through simple random sampling techniques. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially,  Customer Experience has an effect of 11.953, Security of 5.466, and Punctuality of 8.647, which have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously,  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of 389.559, with a coefficient of determination of 75.2%.

The objective of this study is to investigate and gather empirical data about the impact of leverage, firm size, and cash flow on financial distress in construction companies that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. Research data is evaluated using logistic regression using SPSS 23 for Windows, using secondary data gathered from the company's annual financial reports and official website. According to the study's findings, three factors significantly influence financial distress: 1) leverage has no effect; 2) firm size has a negative effect; and 3) cash flow has no effect. The results of this research can be used as a basis for taking corrective action if there are indications that the company is experiencing financial distress. Thus, to better manage the firm's financial risks, even though company size is the only major element, management should nevertheless keep an eye on other factors like liquidity and cash flow.

With the concept of a Leadership Capability model based on the development of Emotional Competency which aims to anticipate the combination of Human Resource Management Strategy and team performance. As a statistical test, this research raises four variables, namely: Human Resource Management Strategy, Emotional Competency Based Leadership Ability, Job Crafting Behavior and Teamwork Performance. Empirical testing through a survey of 120 respondents, namely the school principal's work team consisting of the principal, deputy principal and head of administration who are members of the State High School development team in Central Java, Indonesia. Revealed the role of Leadership Ability based on Emotional Competence. In this research, to mediate Strategic Human Resource Management with team work performance. There are two limitations, the first is that the survey was only conducted at State High Schools and SKM in the province of Central Java, Indonesia, the second limitation is that it focuses on the mediator of Leadership Ability Based on Emotional Competence. This does not consider the existence of other variables from human resource management theory. intelligence theory, social exchange, service dominant logic, agency and others. At a practical level, the perspective of the relationship between Emotional Competency Based Leadership Capabilities, Strategic Human Resource Management and Teamwork Performance provides guidance on how public organizations such as schools can strive for value alignment to encouraging Emotional Competency Based Leadership Capabilities which in turn will improve team work performance  

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease (ncd) which is a major problem in the health sector and continues to increase every year even though many preventive and promotive measures have been developed following advances in science and technology. to find out analysis of risk factors related to the incident of hypertension in heads of families in tatinang and tita mandiri village waesala regency seram bagin barat tahun 2024. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. sampling method used a total sample population of 133 people. data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate analysis with chi square and multivariate analysis with logistic regression. Based on the results of the stress logistic regression test, p = 0.042; smoking p = 0.998; alcohol p = 0.996, and diet p = 0.000. diet is the dominant factor with a logistic regression value of p = 0.000 with an or or exp (b) = 12,722. There is a relationship between stress levels, smoking, alcohol and diet. these are the most dominant factors related to the incidence of hypertension in the tatitang and tita mandiri hamlets, while the age factor is not related to the incidence of hypertension.

The quality of health services is very important to measure how far the Community Health Center is in providing services to patients by looking at the number of BPJS patient visits at the Bukit Lawang Community Health Center, Langkat Regency, which only reached 82.00% in 2020, 77.9% in 2022 and 76.9% in 2023 compared to the target of 95%. Data from the Bukit Lawang Community Health Center, Langkat Regency for the period 2021-2023 showed fluctuations in the number of BPJS patient visits every month. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality of public health services on patient satisfaction at the Bukit Lawang Health Center, Langkat Regency in 2023. The research design used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all patients who visited the Bukit Lawang Health Center, Langkat Regency in 2023 with an average number of visits of 292 patients per month, the number of samples of 75 people was obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with logistic regression tests. The results of the study using the chi-square test showed that the variables reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness had a p-value <0.05. The results of the study using the logistic regression test showed that the variables reliability, empathy and responsiveness had a sig. <0.05 and the variables assurance and tangible had a sig.> 0.05. The conclusion of the study is that the variables that significantly affect patient satisfaction are the variables reliability, empathy and responsiveness and the variable that most significantly affects patient satisfaction is the variable reliability.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Audit Committee, Accounting Conservatism, and Profitability on Audit Quality. The sample selection technique in this study uses purposive sampling and was obtained from 48 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The data analysis used in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on Audit Quality, while Accounting Conservatism and Profitability have no effect on Audit Quality.

In the agricultural sector, integrating e-commerce platforms in rural areas has ushered in a new era of opportunity for farmers and producers. By leveraging efficient logistics systems, these platforms have enabled them to tap into broader markets. Furthermore, they have proven instrumental in enhancing rural farmers' growth, efficiency, and market access. As rural areas undergo revitalization, e-commerce platforms play a pivotal role in the development of agriculture. Their impact is far-reaching, fostering diversification, adopting intelligent agricultural practices, and establishing e-commerce trading and delivery platforms. The number of respondents for this study was 390, with its focus on the intricacies of the e-commerce development strategy for consumer satisfaction in rural areas is of utmost importance. It aims to spotlight the logistics model and specific development strategies that will further the advancement of e-commerce in rural regions, all within the broader context of rural revitalization.

Pregnancy exercise is an effort to improve the health of mothers and babies during pregnancy. Maternal participation in pregnancy exercise in Indonesia is still low, including in Medan  City, of 168 pregnant women, 140 of them did not take part in pregnancy exercise. Survey results at the Medan Johor Community Health Center showed that pregnant women did not participate in pregnancy exercise due to lack of knowledge and lack of motivation (60%). The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence the implementation of pregnancy exercise in the Medan Johor Community Health Center Work Area, Medan City in 2024. This type of research is an analytical survey using an approach cross-sectional. The population of this study was all 135 pregnant women aged 22 weeks and over. The sampling technique uses the method proportional samplingas many as 101 people. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis with tests chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of research using logistic regression are known valuesp-value Logistic regression of educational variables 0.808>0.05, knowledge 0.021<0.05, family support 0.000<0.05 and motivation 0.000<0.05. It is recommended that pregnant women actively participate in outreach programs to increase their knowledge and carry out pregnancy checks and participate in pregnancy exercises.
