Stunting does not occur in a short time, but is a long and repeated process of malnutrition starting from the womb. Efforts to prevent stunting can be done starting from adolescence. The health status of adolescents determines the quality of life as adults, especially adolescent girls. The most common health problem in adolescent girls is nutritional problems, namely anemia. Adolescent girls who suffer from anemia are at risk of becoming women of childbearing age with anemia, then becoming pregnant women with anemia, and even experiencing protein energy deficiency. The activity method is carried out by providing counseling using the Pocket Book on Anemia in the work area of the Perumnas II Health Center to participants who attended as many as 30 Adolescent Girls. Community service activities have been carried out and have received a good response from adolescent girls. The pocket book distributed to participants functions as an effective tool to remind and reinforce the material that has been delivered during the counseling.

The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) organized by BPJS Health aims to improve access and quality of health services for all levels of Indonesian society. This research examines the effectiveness of the JKN program, with a focus on the use of the JKN mobile application, program implementation in health facilities, and factors that influence service quality. Based on case studies in several regions, the research results show that the JKN mobile application makes it easy for participants to access health-related services and information, although there are still obstacles such as a lack of public understanding of the application and technical problems. Apart from that, health services in hospitals and community health centers still face challenges such as a shortage of medical personnel, delays in services, and timeliness in administrative processes. Although the JKN program has expanded access to services, challenges in equal distribution of service quality and health resources still need to be overcome. Overall, the JKN program plays an important role in improving people's health and welfare, but improvements are needed in terms of community understanding, infrastructure and service efficiency to achieve more optimal and equitable health goals throughout Indonesia.

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women can cause children born with cognitive decline, risk of stunting, and risk of chronic diseases in adults. The problem of pregnant women in CED is caused by low nutritional intake. Pregnant women with anemia are at 4.13 times greater risk of giving birth to children with short birth length compared to mothers who are not anemic. CED in pregnant women can cause risks and complications including anemia, bleeding, maternal weight does not increase normally and contracting infectious diseases. CED in pregnant women can affect the growth process of the fetus and can cause miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, neonatal death, congenital defects, anemia in infants, intrapartum asphyxia, and low birth weight (LBW). Based on a survey conducted at the Cendana Putih Health Center, 45 pregnant women experienced CED (12.4%) in 2023. The problems that occur can be overcome by holding a collaborative program that can improve the health of pregnant women. This program can be used to address problems appropriately, namely by empowering pregnant women and cadres through GerCep CED. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a component of the development index and quality of life index which is calculated by taking into account and considering women's health status (MMR). The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with hyperemesis gravidarum at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center in 2024. The design of this research is an analytical survey using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was all 1st trimester pregnant women who visited ANC at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center in 2024, namely 26 pregnant women. The results of the analysis using the Telst Chi-sqularel test showed a value of p=0.008 (95% CI 1.522-26.081). Mothers who are working have a rate of 6,300 times more likely to experience hyperreleasing disease compared to mothers who are not working. It is hoped that by increasing the number of antenatal care, follow-up or maternal visits in research will reduce the number of cases of hyperelelmosis. Apart from that, it is highly recommended that you learn about health regularly by actively asking health professionals every time you visit a health care facility.

Deviations from normal that directly cause pain and death for the mother and baby. The high maternal mortality rate is caused by high risk, namely women with 4T conditions (pregnancies that occur at too young an age, too old an age, too close a pregnancy distance, too many children). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the 4T factors with pregnancy complications in the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center working area. The research design used in this research is cross sectional analysis. The sampling technique in this research was accidental sampling of 38 people. The results of research conducted on 38 respondents conducted in August 2024 showed that 22 respondents had sufficient knowledge with a p value of 0.002, where there was a relationship between knowledge and high risk pregnancy (4T) at the Tanjung Unggat Health Center. Meanwhile, there were 25 respondents who had a positive attitude and the risk of pregnancy complications with a p value of 0.000, where there was a relationship between attitude and high risk pregnancy (4T) at the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center. It is hoped that respondents will better understand the concept of high risk of 4T during pregnancy and be more concerned about the mother's health when planning the next pregnancy.
