The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Incubation Program in Financial Management for Tenants Assisted by the IBTI Maleo Techno Center. The incubation program here plays a very important role in understanding the financial management process of IBTI-assisted tenants, namely Local Accountants. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that shows the role of IBTI in running the financial incubation program as well as in assisting financial management for local chartered accountants. This research uses observation data collection methods and interview on Local Accountant tenants. The data analysis used is in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The financial management process consists or is measured from four basic frameworks for business financial management, these four basic frameworks consist of budget planning, financial recording, financial reporting and financial control. Overall, the Incubation program plays a very important role in developing the financial management capabilities of tenants assisted by IBTI Maleo Techno Center, which can also increase the chances of success and sustainability of their business in the future.

Introduction: Land tenure conflicts and forest degradation in national forest border areas have become a complex challenge that impacts social stability and environmental sustainability. These conflicts often arise due to uncertainty in land ownership rights, leading to tensions between local communities, the government, and private companies, resulting in environmental damage such as deforestation. Community-Based Forest Management (CBFM) has emerged as a mitigation approach to address these issues by involving local communities in the sustainable management of forests. Research objective: To evaluate the impact of CBFM policies on the well-being of farmers and the conservation of endemic species in national forest border areas. Research method: A mixed-methods approach, combining household income surveys, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and land cover analysis based on GIS. Research results: The CBFM policy has successfully increased farmers' income, particularly through forest-based business diversification, reduced illegal logging, and supported the preservation of endangered endemic species. Additionally, active community participation in this policy has increased compliance with environmental conservation efforts. This study recommends enhancing local community capacity, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and implementing stricter supervision to ensure the sustainability of the CBFM policy. The success of CBFM implementation is expected to be applied more broadly to achieve farmers' welfare and sustainable forest conservation in Indonesia.

The growth of the Sharia Banking industry in Indonesia continues to show a positive trend in line with increasing public awareness of finance and financial solutions that comply with sharia principles. One product that is attracting attention in this context is murabahah financing, especially in the form of Gold Installments, as a marketing strategy that is expected to not only retain customers, but also increase the number of customers significantly. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy for murabahah financing on gold installment products in increasing the number of customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Krakatoa Field. This article will conduct an in-depth analysis of the marketing strategy for Bank Syariah Indonesia's gold installment products, identify the factors that contributed to success, and detail the impact on increasing the number of customers at the Sharia Bank. This research uses qualitative research while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that in increasing the number of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, KCP Medan Krakatau implemented a strategy that focused on segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix. Among these strategies, the main focus is on publicity methods included in the marketing mix. The publicity method is the most effective means of building a brand image, which in turn can increase the growth of gold installment customers. Other supporting factors are also influential, such as Bank Syariah Indonesia carrying out appropriate market segmentation by focusing marketing efforts on target groups who have a need for gold financing, such as the adult age group with a fixed income, while in terms of positioning strategy, Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Krakatau positions itself as a safe and beneficial business partner.

One of the government's efforts to protect the environment in the Indonesian industrial sector is by establishing laws and regulations that become a reference for the public and business actors and/or activities related to the environment. The government, through the Ministry of the Environment, issued regulations in the form of PROPER as an evaluation of industrial performance in environmental management. Based on the PROPER program mentioned above, the East Java Provincial Government is implementing the Environmental Trust Business/Activity Development Program or known as PUSAKA, which aims to provide environmental management guidelines based on environmental permits held by businesses and/activities (non-PROPER) in East Java. The PUSAKA mentoring program is used to prepare business actors and/or activities in East Java to achieve PROPER. Apart from that, it can also improve environmental management performance in business entities and/or activities in East Java Province, especially PT X. The PUSAKA development program has been successful in becoming a trigger for evaluating PT X's environmental management. Because it succeeded in increasing compliance with PPA and PLB3 by 85.7% and 3.75%.

The results of this research are that Rumah Masyarakat MSMEs have a business license and are legally registered, the market and marketing aspects of Rumah Masyarakat have good market and marketing strategies so that now their products have been sold to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad such as Malaysia and Singapore, from the technical and technological aspects, community houses also have a system that runs well so that production and sales activities run smoothly, then the management aspect of Community Houses has a clear organizational structure and job description and also has definite criteria for recruiting candidates. employees, from the financial aspect Rumah Masyarakat started its business with the trust of its relationships, and as seen from the income and sales of RumahCommunity products which continue to increase, RumahCommunity can be said to be feasible and successful in running its business.

This research aims to address the challenges faced by SMEs in adapting to the changing business environment, particularly with the influence of digital technology on consumer behavior. Through the utilization of product photography in visual marketing, the Padang traditional cake business, Kresh Cookies, successfully creates high product appeal and reaches a wider market. The research methodology includes market analysis, target audience identification, photography training and editing, social media management, and market research. The findings reveal an increase in brand awareness, consumer interest, and engagement on social media. This research provides guidance for other SMEs in developing their businesses through the utilization of product photography in visual marketing.

This sharing session activity aims to find solutions to the problem of increasing business productivity among MSME players. This activity is the result of a collaboration between STIEM Bongaya Makassar and the Bali chapter of the TDA foundation which was held at the Wistara cafe, Badung Regency, Bali with the theme of MSME revival activities. The activity method is carried out through sharing sessions by forming a group discussion forum (FGD) where the presenters and participants provide input to each other and formulate appropriate strategies to increase business productivity. One of the conclusions obtained is that increasing productivity among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be the key to business success and growth in the form of increasing production efficiency, improving product quality, improving marketing, improving skills and knowledge, increasing cooperation.

The Cikembulan Garut Animal Park tourist attraction not only offers a valuable educational resource for its visitors, but also offers a fun and entertaining experience. This positive experience can encourage visitors to spread a good message or achieve their own satisfaction. The increasing number of tourists is the easiest indicator of the success of a tourism business. If the number of tourists who come are satisfied, the number of tourists will continue to increase. In fact, the experience of visiting this tourist attraction is not able to provide satisfaction to visitors, which is indicated by the increase and decrease in the number of tourist visits to the Cikembulan Animal Park tourist attraction. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of accessibility and facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Cikembulan Garut Animal Park. The type of research is quantitative research with an associative descriptive approach with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all visitors who came to the Cikembulan Garut Animal Park in 2022, while the sample in this study was 100 respondents who were calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale which is part of an ordinal scale. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling. The results of the research show that: (1) accessibility has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (2) facilities have no significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Researchers suggest using new variables in future research to determine visitor satisfaction.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how economic development is Digital and factors that influence the income of MSME business actors in Serang City. Method The research used is qualitative descriptive research, the data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The informants in this research are MSME business actors in Serang , there are approximately 10,321 MSMEs from various types of businesses spread across Serang Jaya City as research objects. The results of this research show there is a positive and significant partial influence of the digital economy on perpetrators' income MSME businesses in Serang. Meanwhile, factors that support and hinder the MSME sector in the digital economy perspective, namely the ability to know how to use technological media which is a supporting indicator of the success of the digital economy.

Business transformation in the digital era requires an innovative marketing approach. One way is by utilizing the potential of the internet and information technology. This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

This research aims to apply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the context of procuring materials to support services at PT. XYZ. The implementation process begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection, identifying Odoo software, designing an ERP system using Odoo software, and implementing the system that has been designed. The results of the comparative analysis between the implementation of the ERP system application and manual processes show that the advantage lies in using the ERP system application using Odoo software. This application was successfully implemented, as proven by the results of the tests carried out. This success makes a positive contribution to effectiveness and efficiency in procuring materials for service work at PT. XYZ. This research also proposes recommendations for further research, namely the creation of a comprehensive integrated system in PT business processes. XYZ. The hope is that this research can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes as a whole.

This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

Karang Taruna's Real Work Program in Sungon Village is a sustainable effort to improve the quality of life of the community. This research aims to explain the problems faced, the program objectives, the methods used, and the results that have been achieved. Karang Taruna Sungon has succeeded in launching superior programs in local economic empowerment, education, public health and sustainable environmental projects. Small business training and preventive health campaigns are the main focus, implemented through active member participation in a spirit of mutual cooperation. The community's positive response to the Karang Taruna initiative created a climate of mutual listening and support, even though they faced limited resources. Program sustainability is maintained through ongoing planning, member capacity development, and support from external partners and donor agencies. Despite the challenges, Karang Taruna was able to overcome most of them, gaining important lessons about adapting to local changes and community participation. The implementation of the program has had a significant impact on Sungon Village, including increasing living standards, reducing poverty levels, and higher local economic participation. Close collaboration with local government, non-government organizations and the private sector is the key to success in supporting the overall village development vision.

The Community Economic Program (EMAS) has an important role in the community, especially to provide support to community groups and individuals who have potential with the aim of increasing income with various efforts, namely providing access to business capital, training, and guidance needed to advance the business. With the current era shifting to digitalization, it is necessary to implement it as a form of mustahik business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the results and impact of business development assistance in the form of financial report assistance and digital marketing on the Community Economy program. This study used field research methods by collecting data through direct observation and focus group discussions. The collected data was analyzed descriptively to identify the success of the implementation of the interventions that have been given to the Community Economic Program (EMAS) KSM Malang. The results showed that this EMAS program can have a positive impact on the development and increase of mustahik business in increasing the number of consumers after being provided with financial report assistance and introducing digital marketing to LMI assisted mustahik.

In an increasingly competitive business environment, research and development companies, especially in the agro-industrial sector, need to maintain operational efficiency and competitiveness by having an integrated management system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has become an effective solution in automating business processes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Odoo Inventory module at PT XYZ, focusing on inventory management and its impact on efficiency, decision making, and customer satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative involving interviews, literature study, and data collection through observation. The implementation of Odoo's Inventory module successfully overcomes the constraints of warehouse operations by providing features such as Receipt Product, Internal Transfer, Scrap Orders, and Inventory Adjustments. Thus, the company can track, manage, and adjust inventory efficiently, overcome recording errors, and increase transparency in inventory management. The results show that the implementation of ERP through Odoo Inventory module at PT XYZ brings significant benefits in improving operational efficiency and inventory management. The study recommends further evaluation of user acceptance of the implemented system as well as regular updates to the latest version of Odoo software. This study provides a better understanding of the benefits of ERP implementation in the context of research and development in the agro-industrial sector and identifies potential for further research in this area.

This study conducts a thorough examination of the factors influencing consumer purchasing interest in the snack market, utilizing Mr. Fathoni Jr's Gajahan Leker as a case study. The research focuses on the analysis of the impact of price, flavor choices, and location on consumer purchasing preferences within the context of Leker products.By gathering data through surveys conducted using questionnaires and statistical analysis, the research discovers that the price of Mr. Fathoni Jr's Gajahan Leker plays a significant role in shaping consumer purchasing interest. Additionally, the various flavor choices offered by this brand also have a positive impact on purchasing preferences.The strategic placement and good accessibility of locations are proven to be key factors in attracting consumer purchasing interest. The success of Mr. Fathoni Jr's Gajahan Leker in leveraging strategically located sites to reach their target market contributes significantly to consumer purchasing interest.This study provides profound insights for business owners, marketers, and strategic decision-makers in the snack industry. By understanding the complex interactions between price, flavor choices, and location, Mr. Fathoni Jr can devise more effective strategies to enhance consumer purchasing interest, strengthen their brand, and support long-term business growth.
