Abstract. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is one of the activities that must be carried out by all students of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya to apply the knowledge they have acquired while sitting on the lecture bench as well as a concrete form of community service. This program aims to improve competency for students in literacy and numeracy so that they are better prepared and more relevant to the times as future leaders of the nation who are superior and have personality. Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) adalah salah satu infeksi akut paling umum yang membutuhkan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Infeksi akut seperti CAP dapat memengaruhi sistem kardiovaskular melalui berbagai mekanisme dan secara langsung menyebabkan atau memperburuk komplikasi kardiovaskular, seperti gagal jantung, sindrom koroner akut, aritmia jantung, dan stroke.  Pasien dengan gagal jantung diperkirakan memiliki risiko pneumonia 2 kali lipat lebih tinggi dibandingkan mereka yang tidak. Sebaliknya, pneumonia meningkatkan risiko perburukan gagal jantung dan sering dianggap sebagai faktor dekompensasi yang menyebabkan rawat inap. Tujuan: Mengetahui prevalensi dan mekanisme pasien gagal jantung yang disertai dengan pneumonia dan tanpa pneumonia. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review melalui google schoolar dan PUBMED dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Gagal Jantung“ + “Pneumonia”. Artikel jurnal yang dianalisis adalah yang dipublikasikan sejak tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022 yang diakses full text dalam format pdf.

This study aims to analyze the causes of writing skills. Grade IV elementary school students involved in this research. In this case the author uses the library research method, which is research conducted by analyzing and making written literature in scientific journals as well as the main source. Writing difficulties are also known as dysgraphia. One of the internal factors that causes students to have difficulty writing is weak fine motor skills, weak visual memory skills, low interest and motivation to learn. And external factors that cause students to have difficulty writing, namely: lack of attention from parents to students, unsupportive home atmosphere, strategies for dealing with writing difficulties through participatory learning in schools that are used by teachers, namely first to provide motivation to students. Second, use interesting learning media in learning to write.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) method in improving reading skills in elementary school children in high grades.  The research method used in this research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach.  Research with literature or literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a review of books, literature, records and various reports related to the problem to be solved to reach a conclusion.  This study provides recommendations for educators and education practitioners to consider using the PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) method to improve reading skills in high school elementary school children.  Proper and integrated implementation of the use of this method can be an effective alternative in developing students reading skills and creating a more meaningful learning experience in the learning process at school.  The results showed that the use of the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) can significantly improve students skills in reading but there are also some drawbacks when using the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review).  This method relies on the performance of the brain's memory so that it can improve student understanding, because at this stage of the method carrying out reading activities repeatedly, the information obtained will stick in the students memory longer.  While this method is not effective in a small amount of time because this method requires a lot of time, especially at the read stage.

Difficulty reading in the lower grades of elementary school is a common problem faced by a number of students. The process of learning to read at this early stage is an important foundation for their future literacy development. Some factors that can affect reading difficulties include intelligence, physical health, sensory abilities, interests, family environment, motivation. In dealing with reading difficulties in the lower grades of elementary school, a holistic and diverse approach is needed. Teachers need to use learning methods that integrate vocabulary understanding, and student interests. In addition, involving parents in providing support and creating an environment that supports reading at home is also important. With the right approach and collaborative effort, students can overcome their reading difficulties and improve their literacy skills. This study aims to understand in depth the factors that cause reading difficulties in the lower grades of elementary school. This article uses a literature study to collect data which is carried out using literary literacy. Methods of data collection using various theoretical references in the field of reading difficulties in low grades related to research. The data sources in this study are in the form of books, journals, research report articles, and internet sites.  

Gadgets have an important role in human life. In addition, the gadget also has a negative impact on its users. This negative impact is caused by use not in accordance with the actual function, especially children. The purpose of this service activity is 1) to provide information about children's cognitive development, 2) to provide information regarding technological developments and their impact on child development, and 3) to provide information on the impact of gadgets on children's development and solutions for dealing with children who are addicted to gadgets. The methods used in this dedication are lectures, discussions, problem solving solutions. This dedication activity was carried out at Plus Muhammadiyah Pancor Elementary School. The results of this dedication show that the participants were enthusiastic and active in discussion activities during the activity.

This study aims to analyze reading difficulties in class ll students at SD Negeri 1-7399 Bandar Khalifah and find out the strategies of class ll teacher at SD Negeri 107399 Bandar Khalifah. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research mothods. The qualitative method is a research method that focuses on in depth observations of the object of research. The subject of this research of this research at SD Negeri 107399 Bandar Khalifah named Mrs. Yustika. In addition, the method of data collection was by interviewing Mrs Yustika at Sd Negeri 107399 Bandar Khalifah. The result showed that students reading difficulties were caused by: 1) Difficulty in recognizing letters, 2) Spelling letters, 3) Lack of understanding of the contents if the reading so that it makes them stammer. The classroom teacher strategy used is: 1) By routinely practicing reading every day and being listened to by the teacher, 2) Give students a reading assignment at home for at least 5 minutes and then repeat ut again at school, 3) Do random guessing games so students will recognize these letters better, 4. Proovide motivation continuously to students, inviliting students to learn to read while playing for example playing word cards and choosing books whose words are easy for students to understand.

This study aims to find out the difficulties experienced by students in learning English in elementary schools. Analysis of student difficulties was taken from the perspective of observing the teacher when students were learning English in elementary schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires via the G-Form, which were distributed via social media with a target of 150 teacher respondents. From the questionnaire carried out by elementary school teachers, it can be concluded that the difficulties experienced by students in learning English at elementary school are inferred. achievement is the unachievedness of students who are not in accordance with the desired target. The difficulty factor in learning English is influenced by internal and external factors. From the results of this study a solution can be found that can be carried out by education in the future. Because English in this globalization era has an important role in various aspects.

The Jibril method is a method of reading the Qur'an which is done by Taqlid (imitating) where the teacher recites one verse of the Qur'an followed by another. Gabriel's method is one of the methods used to improve the ability to read the Koran. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Jibril's Method in Improving Al-Qur'an Reading Ability. This research uses Quantitative method. The population in this study were students in the Al-Huzaimah Region of the At-Taufiqiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire which was determined by means of a sample so that 168 respondents were obtained. Each given statement is measured using a Likert scale. Processing primary data using statistical analysis techniques Package for Social Science (SPSS) with the method of suspension and correlation test analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Gabriel Method is effective to be applied in improving students' Al-Qur'an reading skills. Which is obtained by looking at the results of the analysis performed.

The expansion of Islam in Indonesia started in the middle of the 7th century AD. The expansion of Islam cannot be separated from the role of Walisongo as the guardian and assembly of Sufism experts in Indonesia, especially in Java. Sunan Ampel became one of the figures who made a major contribution to spreading Islam in East Java. The aim of this research is to find out the background of Sunan Ampel to Java and how Sunan Ampel spread Islam with his preaching in East Java. This research aims to understand the strategies used by Sunan Ampel while spreading Islam in East Java. This research uses a historical research method with a qualitative research model. The main sources used in carrying out this research are several books, journals, and babad that are relevant to the research topic studied. The results and discussion of this research concluded that Sunan Ampel's da'wah strategy through marriage, relatives, and building mosques and Islamic boarding schools, as well as teaching Islamic knowledge to the surrounding community seemed still not practical and was still considered difficult to accept by the surrounding community at that time.   Keywords: Sunan Ampel; Preaching; Surabaya; East Java.  

The aim of the study was to describe the English Teachers interpretation, implementation, and the challenges in implementing independent curriculum. The research used a descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The data was collected using interviews, observation, and document study. The subjects of this study were 3 English teachers in the seventh grade of junior high school in Lombok Island. The results showed that the English teachers participating in the study had right interpretation of the objectives of English learning in the independent curriculum. They were familiar with the content of English materials, the method of implementing differentiated learning, and method of conducting learning evaluation using formative and summative assessments. However, these English teachers did not have proper interpretation of the content of learning the six skills, including the implementation of text-based approach and student centered learning. Results of the study show that these teachers did not implement independent curriculum optimally because they lacked knowledge in interpreting the components of independent curriculum. The study yields that the challenges faced by English teachers in implementing independent curriculum included (1) the lack of time to prepare the material and (2) the lack of time to internalize the concept of independent curriculum. Ultimately, participants of the study found some difficulties to implement the learning methods in differentiated learning because they lacked time allocation for addressing and adjusting to the demand of new English teaching-learning model.    

The first education children get comes from their closest environment, namely the family environment, especially parents. Parental education is considered to have an influence on student learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the level of parental education has an influence on student learning achievement at SD Islam AL Falah Bukittinggi. The method used in this research is quantitative method with simple linear regression statistical technique, with a significance level value of 5% or 0.05%. This research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to parents to see the level of parental education and giving knowledge tests to students to measure the level of student achievement. The sample of this study were 23 students of class II of Al Falah Islamic Elementary School Bukittinggi. The results showed that grade II students of SD Islam AL Falah Bukittinggi who have high learning achievement do not always come from children who have parents with high educational backgrounds.  

The concept of tolerance is an important thing to study, especially in a pluralistic society with different ethnicities, nations, races and religions.  This study discusses the concept of tolerance from the viewpoint of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah, in order to examine the concept of tolerance in literature from the Nahdhatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, and Islamic Unity fronts (FPI) so that it can be implemented in life, especially in Islamic education learning.  The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach.  The results of the study show that from the perspective of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah tolerance is an important principle in building brotherhood and harmony among religious communities by emphasizing the importance of equality in rights and obligations without discrimination.  In line with that, the application of the concept of tolerance in PAI learning can be through religious education curriculum content which is not only dominated by worship and belief material, but material about the harmonious life of fellow human beings which is implemented through religious tolerance.  Instilling the concept of tolerance in PAI learning can also be implemented with an emphasis on PAI teachers in tolerance learning practices and assisted by significant learning materials that assist in tolerance learning both in early childhood education, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools even in  study bench.

Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

With the formulation of a vision that can foster creativity, togetherness in professional development. The principal at SMAT At-Taisiriyah tries to provide motivation and provide good role models in the school environment. The Supporting Factors a) The high sense of togetherness and kinship that is intertwined in the school environment. b) Providing incentives/rewards and awards for educators who carry out their duties very well, and Inhibiting Factors a) The existence of honorary teachers, this has an effect on the low income of honorary teachers. So that it affects the teacher's performance, not optimal in providing the best service for the school

This study aims to analyze thel asbabun nuzul of Q.S Al-mujadalah verse 11 which is rellated to the perspelctivel of education in the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darul Ihsan. Asbabun Nuzul surah Al-mujadalah versel 11 is about manners and morals when someone is in the assemby, so it is analyzed how the manners of the students or santri and santriwati in the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darul Ihsan when they are in the assemby. Asbabun Nulzul surah Al-mujadalah verse 11 is not only intended for students, but for all Muslims who are in an assemby of knowledge, both students and educators. such as the story when the Prophet opened an assemby and at that time the Badr came and no one gave him a seat, so the Prophet ordered other companions to gelt up and give a seat to the Badr who had just arrived, because whoever clears his seat during the assemby, Allah SWT will raise his degreel. This must be applied to students in all educational institutions and also in their daily lives, not spared from the students who study at boarding schools, adab and moras are the most important things that are seen and taught in pesantren, because in fact adab is higher than knowledge. So, for students who study in pesantren, it should bel emphasized to them about adab, especially when they are in the assemby of knowledge or in teaching and learning activities, adab used towards teachers, towards friends around and towards the boarding school environment.This research makes an important contribution in understanding the asbabun Nulzul of surah Al-mujadalah verse 11 in the perspective of education in the Modern Darul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School which is about adab when in the assemby, and the implication of this research is the importance and necessity of knowing how adab when in the assemby of knowledge for students.

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. This research was explored in depth from the contextuality aspect of the study, and the research methodology design aspect. With a mixed method design (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods), the results of data analysis show that the implementation of the CTL concept at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor is carried out by following its main components, namely constructivism, inquiry (finding and solving problems), questioning (asking questions). ), learning community (learning community), modeling (modeling), reflection (reflection), and authentic assessment (authentic assessment). The CTL approach implemented in the entrepreneurship subject at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School, in addition to teaching students to be more critical in the learning process, to be more active, sensitive, and creative in analyzing issues relevant to entrepreneurship subject matter, teachers also teach students to in the context of the values ​​taught by Islam and internalized at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, namely the principle of mutual benefit, not tyrannizing, and not dominating or harming each other, and intended to build a better life and economy for the ummah. The outline of the results of the analysis of student perceptions regarding the implementation of CTL in the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor shows that as much as 91.38% of the total respondents stated that the CTL concept was very effective in the context of the relevance of material to everyday life experiences and reflections on learning from problem analysis . Learning to read in elementary schools is considered very important. This is due to the fact that learning to read plays not only a role in improving a child's language skills, but not only the ability of that, namely to improve students in learning other subjects. However, the teaching of reading in elementary schools is still below standard and far from expectations. This is because the development of children's reading habits is still not the main emphasis in learning to read in elementary schools. In addition, learning to read is still considered monotonous and boring. Some educators continue to use this method ineffectively when teaching students to read. On the other hand, the instructor ignores the development of students' metacognitive skills through mastery of various reading methods. Students who are still considered to have relatively low reading skills are likely to be affected by this situation. This paper provides a number of alternative reading learning techniques that are expected to improve students' understanding of basic school reading, especially in the high grades.
