Changes in world society and our own society in the socio-cultural field and the growing issue that the quality of education is low. Therefore, to face these challenges, education and learning requires changes in both quantity and quality. Various efforts have been made in the field of education. Teachers as direct executors of achieving learning objectives need to improve the quality of the learning process by paying attention to how to convey the knowledge they have to their students. The discovery method in learning mathematics is intended to encourage students to understand something that is factual or mathematical relations that are still new to students, for example certain patterns, characteristics or formulas. This study aims to determine how much influence communication and work knowledge have on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using saturated jampel which is part of non-probability sampling with a total of 46 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test. The results of this study show that partially, communication has a positive influence on performance. Partially, knowledge has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Simultaneously, communication and knowledge have no significant effect on performance

The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.

Educational activities and physical examinations regarding ear canal hygiene and tympanic membrane health have the aim of increasing public knowledge about the importance of maintaining ear hygiene and maintaining the integrity of the tympanic membrane. In this activity, counseling is given to the public to provide a correct understanding of cerumen, proper ear care, and signs of damage to the tympanic membrane. This community service activity was carried out on June 9, 2023 by involving 52 respondents. All respondents attended community counseling and physical examinations. On the results of the physical examination it was found that 3 (5.8%) respondents had a perforated tympanic membrane, and 6 (11.5%) respondents had prop cerumen. The results of this educational activity and physical examination are expected to increase public understanding of the importance of maintaining ear hygiene and maintaining the health of the tympanic membrane. With the right knowledge, it is hoped that people will be able to adopt healthy habits in caring for their own ears and take the necessary precautions to maintain optimal ear health.

Urinary tract infection (UTI) in women occurs when bacteria or other microorganisms infect parts of the urinary tract, such as the urethra, bladder, ureters, or kidneys. UTIs are more common in women due to the shorter anatomy of the female urethra and closer to the anal area, which allows bacteria to enter the urinary tract more easily. Community education and detection of urinary tract infections in female workers are important activities to increase awareness, prevention and early detection of this condition. Extension activities provide appropriate knowledge about the causes, symptoms, and steps to prevent UTIs. In addition, early detection through urine examination helps in finding UTI cases early and taking appropriate treatment measures. This activity brings long-term benefits, such as reducing work absenteeism and increasing productivity. By raising awareness and providing good understanding, women workers can take effective prevention measures. Community education and detection of UTIs in female workers is important for improving their health and quality of life, as well as reducing the burden that UTIs place on individuals and society as a whole.

Anemia is a health problem throughout the world, especially in developing countries where an estimated 30% of the world's population suffers from anemia. In Indonesia, one of the problems faced by adolescents is the problem of micronutrient nutrition, namely around 12% of male adolescents and 23% of female adolescents experience anemia, which is mostly due to iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemia. Anemia in adolescents specifically experienced by female adolescents will have a more serious impact, considering they are prospective mothers who will become pregnant and give birth to a baby, thus increasing the risk of maternal death, premature birth and low birth weight babies (LBW).The government has a routine program related to the distribution of iron tablets for women of childbearing age (WUS ), including adolescents and pregnant women. To support this program requires a good understanding for young women regarding anemia and the importance of blood-supplementing tablets, one of which is providing counseling to students at MTs N 1 Sumbawa with the aim of increasing knowledge about the dangers of anemia and the importance of taking tablets added blood. This community service activity was carried out on May 26 with the result that the knowledge and understanding of students about anemia was getting better, students also knew that taking iron tablets was important. Students are also motivated to meet their nutritional needs and increase adherence in taking iron tablets regularly.

As a form of community service, East Java "Veteran" UPN students participated in inviting and educating the UMKM Daivik Cell through utilizing the tiktok platform and joining to become partners of the bangbeli application with the aim of increasing income. The method used uses four stages, namely interviews, socialization, conducting training on the use of social media and the Bangbeli application, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained by Daivik Cell MSME players are that they know the importance of using tiktok and bangbeli applications which can increase income. In addition, the results of students being able to share existing knowledge by implementing it to UMKM Daivik Cell in developing their abilities in the field of business and marketing.

Breast milk contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of infants. Exclusive breastfeeding, namely that babies are only given breast milk, without any liquid or solid food except vitamins, minerals or drugs in the form of drops or syrup until the age of 6 months. The main obstacle to achieving correct exclusive breastfeeding is the lack of proper knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding for mothers. Objective: A mother must have good knowledge of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect of social support on exclusive breastfeeding behavior, the influence of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior, as well as the effect of social support, knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior. Methods: The research method used is quantitative, namely cross sectional analytic survey method. Results:The results of the analysis show that first, the direct effect of social support on exclusive breastfeeding behavior is 34.6% and the remaining 63.4% is influenced by other variables. Second, the effect of social support on the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers is 11.8%, the remaining 88.2% is influenced by other variables. Third, the effect of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior is 9.9% and the remaining 90.1% is influenced by other variables. Conclusion: this study is the influence of social support, knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on behavior of giving exclusive breast milk.
