This research aims to determine the effect of outdoor study-based problem-based learning on high school students' critical thinking abilities on respiratory system material. This research methodology uses quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental type. The research population was class XI high school students with a sample size of 86 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and written tests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the research show that the average critical thinking ability of students in the experimental class taught using the outdoor study-based Problem Based Learning learning model is in the high category and the average critical thinking ability of students in the control class taught using the conventional learning model is low, this is based on the average posttest score from the experimental class, namely 80.22 and the control class, namely 55.95. The results of hypothesis testing using Independent Sample t-test statistics show that there is an influence of the outdoor study-based problem based learning model on the results of students' critical thinking abilities in the material on the human respiratory system Class XI Science SMA Brigjen Katamso 2 Medan.

The researcher chose this type of quantitative research because he wanted to know and prove the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction 3Second in West Jakarta. This study used an associative design which can be used to see the effect of two or more variables. Based on the f testing criteria it can be seen that the significant value is 0.000 or less than 0.05, it can be stated that there is a significant simultaneous influence on promotion (X1) and product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). Brand image has a significant effect on product quality. On the results of the t test, a significant value of the brand image variable was obtained at 0.000 ± 0.05, which means that brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on product satisfaction 3seconds. In the results of the t test, a significant value of the product quality variable is obtained at 0.000 0.05, which means that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

This study is intended to determine the effect of applying forensic accounting and investigative auditing in detecting fraud in the procurement of goods or services at BPKP Representatives of South Sumatra Province, either partially or simultaneously. Forensic accounting and investigative auditing are solutions for detecting cases of fraud in Indonesia, one of which is fraud in the procurement of goods or services. This study was a quantitative research category and data were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique using the help of the IBM SPSS version 23 application. The population in the study were all auditors working at the BPKP Representative for South Sumatra Province while the sample was 46 auditors and this study used a purposive sampling type. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously forensic accounting and investigative auditing have a significant positive effect on detecting fraud in the procurement of goods or services at BPKP Representatives of South Sumatra Province. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the better the application of forensic accounting and investigative auditing at the BPKP Representative of South Sumatra Province, it will have a positive effect on increasing the success of detecting fraud by the auditor.

In the economic field, cooperatives are a form of cooperation in the economic sector. People believe in this collaboration because their lives share some of the same needs. One of the Islamic Boarding School Owned Enterprises (BUMP) at the Izzatuna Putra Palembang Islamic Boarding School is a pesantren cooperative that works to support the economy and improve the economy. This study aims to: (1) Describe the extent to which Islamic boarding school cooperatives have contributed to the economic expansion of Islamic boarding schools., (2) What is the role of cooperatives in improving the economy of the Islamic boarding school Izzatuna Putra Palembang in the study of Islamic economics. This is a type of field research using primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained will be presented with narrative text. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods/techniques using inductive thinking methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of cooperatives in improving the Islamic boarding school's economy is marked by the development of cooperatives that run a trading business every day where a portion of the profits will be deposited to the Islamic boarding school, both material and non-material, and the Islamic boarding school cooperative is also very helpful. in increasing the income of members of the cooperative and the Islamic boarding school community. The results of this research show that: first, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, with a value of tcount > ttable (9.575 > 1.661) and a significant value of 0.042 < 0.05. Second, Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a value of tcount > ttable (8.748 > 1.661) and a significant value of 0.026 < 0.005. Third, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a value of tcount > ttable (7.300 > 1.661) and a significant value of 0.037 < 0.005. Fourth, Service Quality, Trust and Satisfaction, on Customer Loyalty with a value of Fcount > Ftable (37.449 > 2.47) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005.

This research aims to determine the effect of the cyclical learning model on PAK learning motivation and character of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tampahan in the 2023/2024 academic year. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence in the use of the cyclical learning model on the PAK learning motivation and character of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tampahan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses an experimental type research method with a pre-experimental research design in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population in this study was all 30 students in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Tampahan for the 2023/2024 academic year. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique using the entire population as the research sample, namely 30 students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tampahan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research instrument is in the form of a closed questionnaire for variable the value of ý=a+bX is ý=8.77+0.85X, and Fh > Ft (18.70 > 4.20). From the results of the value analysis, it was obtained from the hypothesis test that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, namely that there was a positive and significant influence between the application of the cyclical learning model and the learning motivation for Christian Religious Education and Character in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Tampahan for the 2023/2024 academic year.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and digital literacy on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 41 respondents from the employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Tasikmalaya, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used literature studies, field studies: interviews, questionnaires. The results of the study show that Job Training and Digital Literacy simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Training partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Digital Literacy partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance.

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 30 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample type method, namely non-probability sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Based on research findings, Tanjung Selamat Village in Kec. Percut Sei Tuan has created an accounting record system as a consequence of using village financial techniques (siskeudes). The application of accounting record techniques to the general control of accountability for village capital allocation proves that the implementation of village equity allocation is transparent, accountable and accountable. Ethanas Nusa Palapa was able to reduce its tax obligations from Rp. 23,365,281 to Rp. 19,175,491 and saved Rp. 4,189,790 in taxes.

Breast cancer is a type of cancer that often occurs in women, in the treatment of breast cancer is radiotherapy and fixation tools used, namely breast boards and thermoplastic masks which are aids for patients not to move during radiation therapy. The purpose of the study was to determine the procedure and reasons for using thermoplastic mask fixation devices in radiation therapy cases of breast cancer. This research is qualitative with a case study approach, the research time is from June 7 to July 15, 2023 and the research location at the Radiotherapy Installation of Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung. The subjects of the study were Radiation Oncology Doctors, Medical Physicists, Radiotherapists and Patients. By collecting data, making interview transcripts and reducing data and processed with open coding, given in the form of quotations and then drawing conclusions.The results showed that the procedure for using a thermoplastic mask fixation device was inserted into a waterbath with a temperature of 65.50C until the thermoplastic mask became flexible, the reason for using fixation was a shift in smaller objects at the time of irradiation, and better aesthetic value, because concentration marks and field boundaries did not need to be drawn directly on the patient's body but were drawn on the thermoplastic mask. Using a mask does not need to be marked on the patient's chest so that by using a thermoplastic mask the shift towards the target object is smaller during irradiation.

Job satisfaction reflects one's feelings towards their work, when someone is satisfied with their work, they will be more committed to the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the RSUD Kota Makassar. The type of research conducted is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses who served in the Inpatient Installation, IGD, ICU and OK RSUD Kota Makassar totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study indicates that the high level of nurse satisfaction at RSUD Kota Makassar is able to create a sense of pride and trust in nurses, increase the emotional attachment of nurses to their organization and create a strong desire to continue working in their organization and have a high responsibility to stay afloat in their organization. hospital. This research aims to test and analyze the influence between Village Fund Allocation and Economic Growth in Lewolaga village, Tite Hena District. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach, through statistical analysis by collecting secondary data regarding village fund allocation and economic growth data from Lewolaga village during the 2015 – 2022 period. The results of statistical analysis show that Village Fund Allocation has a significant influence on Economic Growth in Lewolaga village. Sig value. of the Village Fund Allocation Variable is 0.005 smaller than the significance level α=0.05, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The t value is 4,361, while the t table value (df 7; 0.05) is 1.89458, indicating that t count > t table, which confirms the existence of a significant difference between the two variables. This research provides important implications that Village Fund Allocations can be an effective instrument in encouraging economic growth in rural areas such as Lewolaga. The government and stakeholders are expected to optimize the use of village funds by prioritizing programs that contribute to local economic development. In the context of agency theory, community participation in decision making and active involvement of local economic actors are also key in increasing the effectiveness of village fund allocation to achieve better results in supporting economic growth at the Lewolaga village level.

Learning style is an important aspect that must be considered in the learning process. This research was motivated by the discovery of problems where there were several students who had difficulty adapting their way of learning to the teacher's way of teaching in class, students did not understand the subject matter, and many students' learning outcomes were below the standard of completeness. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was a correlation between learning styles and Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for class VII students at SMPN 4 Pangkalan Koto Baru District for the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of correlational research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample of all class VII students was 44 people. Research data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. Data analysis uses the r person product moment test. According to the data analysis, the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) learning styles and learning outcomes 0.000 < 0.05 at a significance level of 5%, the value obtained is rcount = 0.711 > rtable = 0.304, meaning that the Ha hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive significant correlation between learning styles and Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for class students VII at SMPN 4 Pangkalan Koto Baru District for the 2022/2023 academic year and Ho was rejected. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.711, meaning there is a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.506 so it can be interpreted that learning style has a moderate contribution of 50.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors..
