Muhammadiyah merupakan gerakan kebangkitan Islam tanah air yang bergerak dibidang sosial, dakwah dan pendidikan, dengan motto amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Namun tulisan ini menitikberatkan pada Muhammadiyah sebagai sebuah gerakan Islam dibidang pendidikan, sebagai bagian dari Tujuan Muhammadiyah, yakni menegakkan dan menjunjung tinggi agama Islam sehingga terwujud masyarakat Islam yang berkemajuan.  Maka menjadi penting bagi penulis menyoroti Islam berkemajuan Muhammadiyah dalam konteks pendidikan, penggagas, gagasan, rumusan serta implementasinya . Dengan Mengambil metode penelitian kepustakaan, pada tiga buku utama, penulis menyimpulkan Muhammadiyah melalui sang pendirinya KHA. Dahlan semenjak awal telah memberikan pondasi bagi rumah besar Islam berkemajuan sebagai dasar bagi berdirinya pilar-pilar utama berupa puritanisme, nasionalisme dan humanisme yang tampak dengan lahirnya lembaga pendidikan Kristen Muhammadiyah melalui tangan para penerus khittah dan amaliyah Muhammadiyah pada akhir abad XX.

Adolescence is when a person begins to learn to be an adult human being. Therefore, there is a need for coaching. On the other hand, adolescence also experiences resilience. For this reason, faith formation is needed. This also happened to the students of St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. Therefore, faith-building at St. Fransiskus Vocational School affects student resilience. To discuss this problem, the researcher conducted a study entitled The Correlation Between Faith Development and Resilience in Catholic Adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang as the subject of the study was a Catholic student at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. The method used is descriptive quantitative with correlational techniques. This research was conducted from July to September 2021. The variables of this research are independent variables of Catholic faith development and dependent variables of adolescents. The research population was all St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang students, and samples were taken using simple random sampling techniques. The theoretical basis used is the theory of faith development and adolescent resilience. The results showed that the calculated r-value (rxy) was 0.6373, which was included in the relatively strong or high category (the calculated r-value was 0.41 - 0.70). Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that there is a correlation between faith development and resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School in Semarang. The percentage of contribution of faith development to resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang is 40.61%, based on calculations using the product-moment correlation formula.

The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The Human Development Index (HDI) & expenditure inequality for each province in Indonesia need to be studied whether the Human Development Index (HDI) and expenditure inequality in each district/city in Banten Province have an influence or not. The independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI) and the dependent variable is expenditure inequality. The research method used is quantitative method using document data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Banten Province. The results showed that the Human Development Index (HDI) had no significant effect on expenditure inequality. Where if there is a decrease in the Human Development Index (IPM) it is not certain that it will reduce Inequality in Banten Province.

Consumer behavior in accordance with the provisions of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah will certainly lead to goodness, blessing and maslahah. The needs of every human being are not just to eat and drink, but also in terms of appearance. So based on this to find out more about how consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products. This study aims to determine the consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products on students. Then the consumption behavior of purchasing fashion products for IAIN Palangka Raya students and UPR students is viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and analyzed holistically. The subjects in this study were students consisting of 10 IAIN Palangka Raya students and 10 UPR students. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that of the students of IAIN Palangka Raya and UPR, there were 5 people who were extravagant because they always followed their passions and sought pleasure while the other 15 were frugal because they knew the limits of consumption and had also been accustomed from a young age not to be extravagant in their consumption. use property. Of the two differences are influenced by personality factors as well as social factors. An overview of Islamic economics on consumption behavior is that it does not apply extravagantly and excessively and does not apply dzalim, because Islamic economics has the main goal of seeking maslahah to achieve success and prosperity in life in this world and the hereafter.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a health problem that is quite complex and continues to increase in Indonesia. The number of HIV infections in Indonesia from 2005 to 2017 has reached 280,623. The highest percentage of AIDS cases is in the 20 – 29 year age group. Adolescents aged 15-24 years are a group that is vulnerable to HIV infection. The aim of PkM is that it is hoped that universities can participate in developing youth knowledge about HIV/AIDS at Bawakaraeng High School. Community service activities were carried out at Bawakareang High School on Thursday, April 20 2022 with 44 students participating using the counseling method. The results of the service had a positive impact on the participants in the pretest, there were 14 students (31.8%) who had good knowledge, and 26 (59.1%) who had sufficient knowledge, while 4 students (9.1%) had poor knowledge. This was followed by a 45 minute presentation of HIV/AIDS material and a 15 minute question and answer session. After that, the activity ended by working on posttest questions with the results showing that there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge, namely 36 students (82%) had good knowledge and 8 students (18%) had sufficient knowledge, while 0% had less knowledge. Further collaboration can be carried out by giving counseling to teenagers. which is on the same topic.

Jembrak Village has very diverse potentials that can be used as capital in developing as a Tourism Village. The following are the problems encountered in Jembrak Village, such as: (1) the need to form a Community-Based Local Management Agency to manage the tourism village potential in Jembrak Village; (2) it is necessary to train and increase the ability of community human resources to become the main actors in the management of Tourism Villages in Jembrak Village; (3) it is necessary to explore the unique tourism potentials of Jembrak Village to be presented to tourists as a local tourist attraction; (4) the participation of the Jembrak Village community in the framework of environmental management for the realization of sustainable tourism. The author succeeded in realizing programs to support the development of Jembrak Village as a Tourism Village. These programs are the Establishment of Jembrak Village Tourism Village Managers, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Trekking Routes, Producing and Packaging Local Culinary for Jembrak Village, Making Jembrak Village Tourism Profile Books, Making Local Souvenirs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality human resource, quality application, reward and punishment, organization management, and socialization and training on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. This research method uses primary data with a sample of 92 respondents. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.3.3. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources and reward and punishment have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. Application quality and organizational management have no effect on the effectiveness preparation of cash withdrawal planning. The flow of containers through Tanjung Emas Port is increasing, this can be seen from the growth of loading and unloading containers from year to year. The condition of the flow of containers is inseparable from the improvement of services at the Container Terminal of Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang through the provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure. With the growth of the container flow which is quite high, the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure and operating systems needs to be reviewed whether the operation is optimal or its performance is still possible to improve, or it is time to add infrastructure and facilities to anticipate future transportation demand. will come. Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:   Y= -0,504 + 0,264.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,323.X3 + 0,249.X4 + µ   From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

Having the same flu-like symptoms, the Corona virus develops rapidly, resulting in more severe infections and organ failure.

Electricity is one of the vital needs that is indispensable for all humans and other places, one of which is PT. Cemindo Gemilang, engaged in the cement-producing industry, requires a huge electricity capacity. To reduce or reduce the cost of electrical energy, a power plant unit and a WHRS (waste heats recovery system) were made to supply electrical energy to the cement plant area. PT. Cemindo Gemilang and the Power Plant rely heavily on electric motors, almost all of which operate using electric motors. The electric motor is a single-phase or three-phase type with a voltage of 11 KV, 6.6 KV or 400 volts. When all generating units operate, all electric motors that play an essential role will continue to be active so that damage is often caused by operation and service life therefore in the power plant department, and there is an electrical and mechanical maintenance division to maintain the continuity of the power plant operational system. This study's aim 1). Explain about electric motors, 2). Explain the definition of the water jet pump, 3). Explain how the water jet pump works 4). Explain the components used in electric motors and their repair and maintenance.

Basic sanitation is a community effort that focuses on controlling the physical structure, where people use it as a shelter that affects the degree of human health. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of basic sanitation facilities in Kairatu Village, Pakarena Coastal Area in 2021 which includes facilities for providing clean water, toilet and bathroom facilities, waste water management facilities and waste disposal facilities. This type of research is descriptive research, namely the research method carried out with the aim of making a description or descriptive of an objective situation. which was carried out in Kairatu Village, Pakarena Coastal Area in 2021. Provision of clean water facilities in Pakarena hamlet, there are 11 existing families, own property, odorless, colorless, tasteless while there are 4 existing families, but not their own, odorless, colorless and tasteless. On average, Pakarena hamlet residents have a latrine, the type of latrine used is goose neck and has a saptic tank of 14 families and 1 family who does not use a goose neck latrine. Waste water management facilities have not met the requirements. A total of 14 families of waste water are channeled into open sewers and 1 family has SPAL that does not pollute the water. Garbage disposal facilities do not meet the requirements, garbage boxes are not available at all and residents only throw garbage in rivers near settlements while some residents manage waste by burning so that it can pollute the environment.

The intelligence of students in the contemporary era is no longer traditionally measured from cognitive achievement alone. The development of research on children's intelligence states that the ability to multi-intelligence is currently needed in the era of Society 5.0. Because at this time one's intelligence is required to be able to balance the development of an increasingly fast era and changing situations that are uncertain. In Islamic education, human intelligence is based on divine values ​​contained in the Qur'an as the core principle of intelligence. Because the core of Islamic teachings is aimed at developing one's potential as well as leading to an optimal direction. This study is a library research, data is collected from various literatures, then the data is processed by synthesizing various relationships between existing data and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that in order to increase the intelligence of students in the 5.0 era, it is necessary to strengthen contemporary learning models that are relevant in Islamic education. This learning model increases critical-religious reasoning which becomes the capital for students not only to think rationally but also to strengthen the awareness of divinity.    

We found the phenomenon of human−primate conflict (HPC) in the Kalisalak Forest, Central Java, Indonesia. This location is also known locally as the research site of the Kalisalak Study Site or Kalisalak Grand Forest Park (KGFP) and is used for religious activities by local ethnicities. The research site is used for pilgrimages every Suro Month in the Islamic calendar. Based on the history adopted from the local people, the macaques already existed in the colonial period of the Dutch East Indies. We interviewed "caretakers", mentioning that there are about 75 to 100 long-tailed macaques, but an unusual phenomenon occurs in HPC. According to local people, this conflict is in the form of crop-raiding, expressing agonistic behaviour such as grimacing and chasing visitors. However, when we repeated observations for one month, there was no conflict between long-tailed macaques and humans. The recorded population is still one large group. Besides, to conserve long-tailed macaques and minimize the incidence of HPC, further research is needed to be related to the management of primates by considering the location of the grand forest park type as well as secondary forest types, with the main commodity of the community being forest products.

The process analysis, No Longer Human novel uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting the data and processing it by reading the story thoroughly and analyzing the qualitative narrative. The results of the study represent the story of Oba Yozo's theatrical story and his regrets as well as the figure of speech used in Osamu Dazai's art, including (1) Idiomatic (2) Alliteration (3) Onomatopoeia (4) Personification (5) Simile (6) Metaphor (7) Hyperbole. Based on the analysis, it is found that the expression to beautify a literature study used by the author, the enrichment and disposition of the language used and the meaning of the story about fear and the harshness of the world make this Japanese novel in demand by connoisseurs of psychology or sociology genre novels.

Bilal: A New Breed of Hero is the first feature-length animated film from the United Arab Emirates and a Barajoun Entertainment film to win the award for Best Inspiring Movie in the Animation category. Bilal bin Rabbah himself was one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad. Even so, this film was made by not highlighting Islamic studies in depth so that it can be accepted by various groups, not only Muslims. This film tells the story of Bilal's struggle from childhood to old age to be able to free himself and other people from Umayyah slavery. Bilal struggles for freedom, truth and justice which is impossible for him because he has been a slave all his life without being able to put up a fight. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the main character in the film Bilal: A New Breed Of Hero, namely Bilal bin Rabbah who fights for human independence from other human possessions in the path of truth, namely the teachings of Islam, and fights for the rights that should be owned by every human being. man. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the existing data were collected by watching and recording the main points of the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero. Forensics has become an essential part of the disclosure of criminal evidence. A bioinformatics approach in the form of DNA forensics and digital forensics can be a good combination in disclosing digital-based criminal evidence. This study explains how the role of bioinformatics through the digital approach can be a means of forming new approaches in integration with digital forensics, called cyber-bioinformatics. Despite many hopes and challenges ahead, it does not rule out the possibility of criminal cases related to the privacy of human genomic data, so it proposes a new hypothesis, “cyber-bioinformatics.” The role of cyber-bioinformatics is very central in this regard.
