Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. Peripheral Arterial disease is a condition in which the peripheral arteries carrying blood to the extremities of the body, such as the feet and hands, become narrowed or blocked due to the large amount of atherosclerotic plaque. The effects of this disease include pain, cramps, difficulty walking, and decreased quality of life. Peripheral artery disease also increases the risk of serious complications such as poorly healing wounds, gangrene, infection and even amputation. In addition, peripheral artery disease can be a sign of more extensive blood vessel disease, such as coronary heart disease or stroke. Therefore, early attention, appropriate treatment, and healthy lifestyle changes are very important to reduce the negative effects of peripheral arterial disease. This community service activity was carried out at the Kalam Kudus Foundation on June 9, 2023. All participants received education and physical care related to peripheral vascular disease. The results of the physical examination revealed that there were 8 (15.4%) respondents with suspected peripheral arterial disease (ABI <0.9) and 4 (7.7%) respondents with suspected vascular calcification (ABI > 1.3). Community Education and Physical Examination with Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) is an important activity in the prevention and management of peripheral arterial disease. Through community outreach, awareness about peripheral arterial disease can be increased, early symptoms can be identified, and preventive measures can be stepped up. Meanwhile, physical examination with ABI helps detect this disease early, allows timely intervention, and reduces the risk of serious complications. Through the combination of these two approaches, we can increase public understanding, reduce the risk of developing peripheral arterial disease, and improve the quality of life of individuals affected by this disease.

This research is to find out the difficulties faced by students in preparing research proposals for Indonesian language and literature education. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects being students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that many have difficulty defining problems in writing research proposals and formulating the benefits of a research. In some cases the activity proposal text is rejected because the content and objectives in the text are unclear and unconvincing (could be due to structure or written language) which seems not optimal) so that the authorities hesitate to accept it. Student difficulties as illustrated by the results of the questionnaire indicate that students still need to be given more information.

Urinary tract infection (UTI) in women occurs when bacteria or other microorganisms infect parts of the urinary tract, such as the urethra, bladder, ureters, or kidneys. UTIs are more common in women due to the shorter anatomy of the female urethra and closer to the anal area, which allows bacteria to enter the urinary tract more easily. Community education and detection of urinary tract infections in female workers are important activities to increase awareness, prevention and early detection of this condition. Extension activities provide appropriate knowledge about the causes, symptoms, and steps to prevent UTIs. In addition, early detection through urine examination helps in finding UTI cases early and taking appropriate treatment measures. This activity brings long-term benefits, such as reducing work absenteeism and increasing productivity. By raising awareness and providing good understanding, women workers can take effective prevention measures. Community education and detection of UTIs in female workers is important for improving their health and quality of life, as well as reducing the burden that UTIs place on individuals and society as a whole.

Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital is one of the private hospitals in Ponorogo Regency. At this time the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital has received Plenary accreditation from the Indonesian Hospital Accreditation Institute (LARSI). The problem that is often faced by hospitals is that there is a lot of waste that occurs in the service process at the Eye Polyclinic of RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The most critical level of waste for eye polyclinic services is waiting with a weighting value of 4.00, waste inventory with a value of 3.16, waste overproduction with a weighting value of 3.00, waste defects with a weighting value of 2.91 , waste inappropriate processing with a weight value of 2.66, waste unnecessary motion with a weight value of 2.58, waste transportation with a weight value of 1.41, and waste underutilized abilities of people with a weight value of 2.25. The initial activity time before the repair was 14,677 seconds or 244 minutes (4 hours) and after the repair was reduced to 6,577 seconds or 109 minutes (1 hour 61 minutes). The highest waste is waiting, namely doctors often do not come on time and there is a lack of nurses or pharmacists in the pharmacy with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 252 and 224. Recommendations for improvement that can be proposed are adding doctors to the eye poly department to reduce doctor delays because there are surgery schedules that often collide with the schedule for opening eye poly services and adding medical personnel to the pharmacy department, to reduce queues you can use a drug delivery application that can be accessed by patients without having to queue again at the hospital.

Street vendors are the dominant informal economic activity in urban areas. These street vendors are a form of scale economic activity that can produce and or distribute goods and services. Goods sold on roadside and in city centres that are busy with visitors provide necessities for the lower middle class, but it is not uncommon for people from the upper middle class to buy wares from street vendors. The purpose of writing this research is to. This study uses a normative juridical method. The results showed that the street vendors in the UPN Veteran Jakarta environment had filled the sidewalks on the road in front of the UPN Veteran Jakarta campus. Which is where the road or sidewalk should be used by pedestrians so that it is difficult for pedestrians to pass through the road because the road is narrow and there are many vehicles passing by. Thus, it can be concluded that the existence of street vendors, especially those selling in the UPN Veteran Jakarta Campus Pondok Labu environment, clearly violates laws and regulations. This is because the stalls used by street vendors for selling use roads and sidewalks which can disrupt traffic order and deprive pedestrians of their rights. Apart from that, this also damages the beauty of the city's spatial planning which causes the locations where street vendors sell their goods to look shabby and dirty.

Accountability in village governance is crucial to ensure responsible government oversight of village financial management and prevent misappropriation. Cupak Village, renowned as a religious tourism destination in Gunung Pucangan, possesses potential in the craft of weaving mats using pandan leaves. However, the village community lacks the capacity to fully utilize this potential as an additional source of income. To address various issues faced by the community, particularly in establishing accountability in event fund management for a cultural parade called "Kirab Budaya," a community engagement activity called the "Matching Fund Kedaireka 2022" was conducted in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. The implementation aimed to generate significant outcomes in the planning of the cultural parade event, enhance the sustainability of community welfare, and boost the economic potential of Cupak Village. Anemia is a health problem throughout the world, especially in developing countries where an estimated 30% of the world's population suffers from anemia. In Indonesia, one of the problems faced by adolescents is the problem of micronutrient nutrition, namely around 12% of male adolescents and 23% of female adolescents experience anemia, which is mostly due to iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemia. Anemia in adolescents specifically experienced by female adolescents will have a more serious impact, considering they are prospective mothers who will become pregnant and give birth to a baby, thus increasing the risk of maternal death, premature birth and low birth weight babies (LBW).The government has a routine program related to the distribution of iron tablets for women of childbearing age (WUS ), including adolescents and pregnant women. To support this program requires a good understanding for young women regarding anemia and the importance of blood-supplementing tablets, one of which is providing counseling to students at MTs N 1 Sumbawa with the aim of increasing knowledge about the dangers of anemia and the importance of taking tablets added blood. This community service activity was carried out on May 26 with the result that the knowledge and understanding of students about anemia was getting better, students also knew that taking iron tablets was important.
