The research explores the growing concern about the lack of ethical behavior and values globally and the need for moral education, particularly in the context of Islamic education. It focuses on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia and its efforts to cultivate a moral culture among its students through its curriculum, pedagogy, and community engagement. The research aims to explore the ethical values emphasized in its education and compare the experiences of its students and alumni with those who have received a secular education. The research methodology involves a literature review to gather and analyze data from various sources. The study examines the role of curriculum and pedagogy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, emphasizing the integration of Islamic values into various subjects and the emphasis on character development. It also explores the school's community engagement efforts, including partnerships with families, religious leaders, and local institutions to reinforce ethical values. The text compares the experiences of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students and alumni with those of secular education, highlighting differences.

A healthy life is a life that can be said to be a carefree life or living in a prosperous state, namely physical, psychological, social and spiritual health according to Law No. 23 of 1993 concerning Health, which states that health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that makes life possible. socially and economically productive. Health must be seen as a unified whole consisting of physical, mental and social elements in which mental health is an integral part of health. Healthy living is also very influential, especially in teenagers. Routine activities for teenagers that support health and are carried out regularly by teenagers so that they are always in a healthy condition include thinking, emotions, movement and exercise, nutrition and social and spiritual aspects. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle will have an impact on reducing all causes of death and increasing lifespan and well-being. A healthy lifestyle culture will also provide the opportunity to be independent for longer in old age. Through good understanding, it is hoped that it can give birth to thoughts that motivate oneself to carry out activities that are good for health so that a culture of healthy living will support every daily activity among teenagers and support them in achieving achievements.It is important to monitor and evaluate the impact of these efforts periodically to ensure continued behavior change and improvements in the culture of healthy living in the school environment. Apart from that, collaboration between schools, parents and communities is key in creating an environment that supports the implementation of a healthy living culture among teenagers.  

This research aims to: (1) describe the formation of the main character's self-identity in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye in relation to feelings factors, (2) Describe the implications of the main character in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye in Literature Learning in High School. The data source in this research is the novel Sesuk with Structural theory. The research method used is a description method with a qualitative description approach. A qualitative description approach is used to describe the formation of the main character's self-identity in the novel and describe the implications for literature learning in high school. The results of this research: (1) Analysis of the formation of the main character Sesuk's self-identity in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye based on the factor of feeling happy. In the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye, the feelings that emerge are sad, happy, happy and moved. (2) implications for literature learning in high school in accordance with Basic Competencies (KD), Learning Materials and learning activities related to novels for class XII Indonesian language competency knowledge and skills.

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. The results of community service activities at SDN 01 Bumi Laweyan include teachers starting to carry out and apply local culture in daily learning activities such as greetings, greeting fellow friends, and with teachers using fine Javanese. Ecoprint is a technique of giving patterns on fabrics made from natural materials which aims to reduce the negative impact on the environment. The activity of making environmentally friendly ecoprint crafts on drawstring bags using the pounding technique was carried out with fifth grade students of SDN Cemara Dua Surakarta. Extra-curricular activities are routinely carried out by schools, one of which aims to maintain environmental preservation and prevent damage to the environment and pollution of the school.                Through this activity it is hoped that students will acquire a simple provision of knowledge about nature, especially plants. The pounding process that was trained on them used kenikir leaves which have a variety of nutritional content and are beneficial for health, besides having a unique color when tapped on the cloth. New things that can be valuable input for elementary school students besides gaining skills to make crafts that can be used alone.             The method used in this service activity is in the form of training. Students are provided with very basic simple knowledge about plants, understand the process of making works using the pounding technique, learn to make beautiful patterns by arranging kenikir leaves on the surface of drawstring bags, and produce eco-friendly crafts. In this activity the service team accompanies each student to work while playing in the hope of awakening their creativity.

Darsono Village is a village located in Arjasa District, Jember Regency, East Java. The economic condition in Darsono Village is relatively low and exacerbated by low literacy skills. Darsono Village has several potentials, such as empty land, beautiful village atmosphere and various facilities in the village.  Therefore, we carry out a service program that focuses on improving the quality of formal education through the program "Edu Nature Park: Creative Education Vehicle as a Means of Improving the Life Skills of Elementary School Students with Natural Nuances in Darsono Village, Jember Regency". Edu Nature Park is a fun educational program that refers to nature in Darsono Village. The problem in Darsono Village is that there are still cases of school dropouts due to economic factors and underage marriages to the low interest in reading by the community. The majority of children in Darsono Village often use their time by playing. The method of empowering rural communities is carried out in full in the field (offline) using the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method.  

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. This research is based on problems regarding students who are less interested in participating in extracurricular activities, students in the process of participating in extracurricular activities are less enthusiastic about following directions, and lack the ability to focus. With this, the problem can be formulated from this, namely what are the factors that influence students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities at SMPN 4 Bukit Barisan District. The aim of this research is to reveal the factors that influence students' interest in choosing scout and tahfidz extracurricular activities at SMPN 4, Bukit Barisan District, 50 City District. This type of research uses field research which is descriptive quantitative using factorial analysis. The key informants were class VII students and class VIII students, as well as supervising teachers in extracurricular activities. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). After the data is collected, it is processed and analyzed. The result of the research is that students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities at SMPN 4 Bukit Barisan District. Factors that influence student interest are intrinsic factors which include ability, temperament, character, physical structure, teachers, facilities, peers, habits. . The results of the analysis obtained are the matrix component values ​​for the ability variable (0.852), temperament variable (0.727), physical structure variable (0.835), teacher variable (0.849), facility variable (0.816), peer variable (0.851), parents (0.821 ), habit variables (0.812). From the results of this research it can be concluded that the variables are willingness, needs, motivation, family support, school environment. So the researcher concludes that the most dominant factor influencing students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities is the factor that has the highest value, namely ability variable (0.852). This shows that most students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities is influenced by the students' own abilities, so teachers should always arouse students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities through developing the factors that influence them in each extracurricular activity, especially the students' abilities.

The spread of psychotropics is starting to become widespread among teenagers, the abuse of psychotropics is an action that is not permitted both from a health and legal perspective. This research aims to find out how widespread psychotropic abuse is in Pulo village and how efforts are made to prevent psychotropic abuse. This research uses a qualitative approach and an interactive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research on psychotropic abuse education for teenagers in Pulo village, the distribution of psychotropic pills type Y is widespread and often abused, from teenagers to the elderly. The distribution of these pills can come from friends in the school environment, home environment and work environment. In order to create a healthy environment and free from psychotropic abuse. They should hold positive activities that involve village youth, such as more sporting and religious events, and regularly provide education or socialization about the dangers and ongoing impacts of psychotropic abuse.

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the form of persona deixis in Boy Candra's novel Origami Hati, (2) to describe the form of place deixis in Boy Candra's Origami Hati novel, (3) to describe the form of time deixis in Boy Candra's Origami Hati novel, ( 4) to describe the function of persona deixis in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra, (5) to describe the function of deixis of place in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra, (6) to describe the function of time deixis in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra, (7) to describe the implications of deixis in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra on learning short story texts in junior high school. The results showed that the deixis contained in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra includes first-person deixis, second-person deixis, third-person deixis, place deixis and time deixis and their respective functions. The function of persona deixis in this novel is used to refer to actors or participants who are involved in language events; used as a pointer to belonging; used as a subject; used as an object. The function of place deixis in this novel is used as a description of the place where a language event takes place. The function of time deixis in this novel is used to refer to the time of utterance; used to refer to past or before utterances; used to refer to the time after the utterance. Personal deixis in this novel consists of the form aku, -ku, saya, anda, kami, kita, kamu, -mu, kalian, dia, -ia, mereka. The deixis of time in this novel refers to the past, present and future. The deixis of place in this novel refers to places that are far from the speakers, close to the speakers and somewhat far from the speakers.

The contemporary state of Indonesian education grapples with challenges concerning educational quality. The zoning system stands as one policy initiative by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) to ensure equitable access to educational services and an even dissemination of national education quality. This study aims to elucidate the impact of school zoning system policies and school culture on education quality, moderated through student motivation and achievement at Public schoolin Semarang City. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 192 participants chosen through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed as the data analysis method. Findings of this study reveal that both the school zoning system and school culture exhibit a significant, positive influence on student motivation and academic achievement. Consequently, these factors culminate in the enhancement of education quality within public senior high schools located in Semarang City. In sum, the study underscores the critical role of the zoning system and school culture in shaping student motivation, achievement, and, subsequently, the overall quality of education within the realm of public senior high schools.

This research focuses on school strategies in aligning the learning curriculum with the industrial world in the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Concentration at SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The curriculum used at SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang is based on independent learning. The research method used is a qualitative research method, which involves collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results were obtained based on observations and interviews with the Deputy Principal for Curriculum and the Head of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Concentration Program.

This research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is in line with the research findings, namely in the form of a description of the Indirectness of Expression in the Song Lyrics of the Album Human Karya Tulus. This type of research is qualitative, because the data found were not obtained using statistical (quantitative) calculations but in the form of phrases, clauses or sentences contained in indirect expressions in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus. The results of this research show that the analysis of deviations in meaning and creation of meaning in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus obtained data that the indirectness of expression in the song lyrics in the form of replacement of meaning in the form of metaphor amounted to eight quotations, personification amounted to eleven quotations, deviations in meaning in the form of ambiguity amounted to six quotations , contradiction of three quotations, creation of meaning in the form of rhyme totaling six quotations and creation of meaning in the form of typography totaling three quotations. Thus, the indirect expression in the song lyrics that is most dominantly used in the Human Album by Tulus is the indirect expression in the song lyrics in the form of changing meaning in the form of personification totaling eleven quotes. The implications of the analysis of indirectness of expression in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus for literature learning in junior high schools are expected to provide an understanding of the types of indirectness of expression in a song lyric. These implications are also expected to become additional teaching material to improve students' abilities in understanding the building blocks in a song lyric as well as creating a work of song lyrics.

This study aims to determine the ekranization of the novel Kisah untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa in the form of shrinkage, addition, and varied changes. This research is limited to the analysis of ekranization of intrinsic elements (plot, character, and setting). Therefore, this research describes: (1) the plot ecranization from the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa. (2) the characterization of the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa. (3) the ecranization of the setting from the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa. (4) the implication of the ekranization of the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa to the learning of literature in high school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research is one of the types of research included in the type of qualitative research. This research is to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables, or circumstances, which occur when the research takes place by presenting what actually happens. Data collection procedures in this study are using reading techniques, watching techniques and note-taking techniques. From the results of the ecranization of the novel Kisah untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa, it was found that the form of shrinkage, addition and change of variation in intrinsic elements in the form of plot, character, and setting, as follows. a) The plot ecranization is carried out because of the process that occurs in changing the tools used, namely changing the world of words into a visual world that moves continuously. b). Character ecranization in this study is carried out because during the casting process, the film will only show characters who are considered important, due to technical limitations so that only characters who have an influence on the course of the story are shown. c). Ecranization of the setting is done because during the casting process, the director will only show the setting that is considered important, so that only the setting that has an influence on the course of the story is shown. d). The study of ekranization in this study can be implied with KD 3.9 in analyzing the content and language of the novel. Ekranization helps students in analyzing novels that have been written.

This study aims to describe the strategy of a kindergarten principal in improving the quality of education, from a leadership perspective, the role of the principal towards teachers and the management of the principal in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education in Sentang, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan District.The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There were three subjects in this study, namely one school principal and two teaching teachers in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Quran Education. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy of a school principal is seen from three aspects, namely: 1) Principal leadership, the head of the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education, becomes a leader by learning to understand and learning to act professionally by dedicating oneself and being loyal to the school. 2) The role of the principal towards teachers in improving quality, the principal refers to improving good communication with teachers, students and school members. Meet the needs of teachers, both in fulfilling teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure. 3) Management of the principal of the school, carrying out the preparation, implementation of a program of school activities that have been designed to achieve school program goals in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals that have been set.

This study aims to determine the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare at MI Ma'arif Nu Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto with a research focus: How is the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of head entrepreneurial competence schools in improving the welfare of teachers MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are made by data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification) and data validity. The results of this study indicate that: (1) indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals is reflected in various innovative programs, such as the English-based Billingual Program, Student Shuttle Car, and Morning Prayer (TPQ). Commitment to work hard, have motivation, the principal also pays attention to the welfare of teachers with various forms of support, such as payment of salaries according to certification standard salary, THR, health benefits, allocation of BOS funds, and Family Gathering events. (2) Supporting factors include the experience of school principals in entrepreneurship, innovative programs such as the Billingual Program, Morning Prayer (TPQ) and student pick-ups, as well as transparency with all stakeholders. Inhibiting factors include financial constraints and parental constraints. Limited funds affect the implementation of innovative programs. whereas parental constraints such as limited time and understanding of the program may affect their participation      

Learning media can stimulate students to remember what they have learned. Currently, technology sophistication delivers information and knowledge quickly. This has a big impact on educational progress. However, based on observations and interviews with the Principal of  SDN Tamberu 1, information was obtained that most teachers were unable to use technology wisely even though the school had 6 laptop units,  wifi to support the learning process. Technology is only limited on telephone, WhatsApp, or other applications such as TikTok. The partner problems is the lack of teacher competence and the use of technology-based learning media. The aim of this service is to provide solutions and assistance in creating technology-based media, especially at SDN Tamberu 1 Pamekasan. The targeted output are (1) An increasing in partners' knowledge about technology-based media (2) Implementation of technology media in learning (3) articles in accredited national journals and electronic media, (4) videos in electronic media

Education is one of the main means to develop the potential or abilities possessed by the younger generation of a country, so that they can become qualified individuals and benefit society. The purpose of the research is to find out what factors influence the interest of vocational students to continue their education to college. This research was conducted descriptively quantitatively and used frequency distribution to analyze responses from 47 students of class XII Computer & Network Engineering Department at SMK Islam Assalafiyah. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students have a higher interest in continuing their education to college, and internal factors, especially the drive to achieve a successful career, are the main causes of this interest.  

This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study type approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis from the results of observations, interviews and documentation begins with data reduction, data presentation and ends with drawing conclusions.The results of this study are: 1) Management of Head Masters  in increasing the recruitment of new students starts with a work plan that is formulated from objectives based on the school's vision and mission. The principal has three principles that the first principal can do; planning, the second; announcement of information, the third; file selection, 2) Implementation management of Head Masters  in the recruitment of new students takes organizing actions to create a good new student committee structure, in application through three processes namely planning, information announcement, file selection.      

The purpose of this study was to obtain the symbolic meaning of Natas Banyang at the Maanyan Dayak Traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito and its implications for literatur learning in SMA. The purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the symbolic meaning of events in natas banyang (2) symbolic meaning of objects in natas banyang (3) the symbolic meaning of language in natas banyang (4) implications for learning literature in high school class X. This study uses a qualitative opproach method. The data source for this research is the natas banyang process and interviewing traditional mantir.
