Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life is an important effort to improve infant health and survival. Although the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding are widely known, its practice is still not optimal in various regions due to the influence of social and cultural factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between socio-cultural factors and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers. The study used a descriptive analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 30 mothers with infants aged 6–12 months at the Kobe Community Health Center, selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using a structured questionnaire and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-square test and Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed that 56.7% of mothers successfully provided exclusive breastfeeding. Husband's support and family traditions had a significant relationship with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding, with p = 0.030 and p = 0.040, respectively. Mothers who received high husband's support and were in a supportive family environment had a greater chance of successfully providing exclusive breastfeeding. This study concluded that socio-cultural factors play an important role in determining the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

This community service program was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah/Pondok Pesantren Al-Mansyuriyah, Tangerang, to provide students with structured experience in English news writing and digital publication through blogs. The program responded to three main partner needs: limited experience in structured English news writing, limited use of blogs for publication, and the need to strengthen students’ digital literacy and writer identity. The activity was designed as a participatory and practice-based training program through three workshops: EFL News Writing, Blogging for EFL News Writing, and English Journal Writing. The evaluation used a pre-survey, a post-survey, observation, and documentation of student blog posts. The pre-survey involved 46 students; 31 students (67.4%) had written English news articles, but 42 students (91.3%) had never used blogs or written blog posts. The post-survey involved 45 students; all respondents (100%) reported that they understood ethical blog publication, and 42 students (93.3%) reported that they could use blogs, images, links, and videos to support their writing. The program produced six student blog posts on pesantren activities, National Santri Day, Teacher’s Day, new student admission, and literacy events. These findings indicate that blog-based genre pedagogy can provide an authentic medium for introducing EFL news writing, digital publication, ethical awareness, and students’ emerging writer identity. The modern era has brought significant changes to human life, including to family structures and relationships. The dominance of individualism and materialism, as well as the development of digital technology, has affected the quality of interpersonal relationships within families. This paper aims to analyse the family as communio personarum in the modern era, based on the teachings of Familiaris Consortio. The research method used was qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical approach through a literature study of Church documents, particularly Familiaris Consortio, as well as theological literature on family and related scientific literature. The results of the study show that the family as Ecclesia Domestica is called to live out a communion of persons rooted in Trinitarian love. However, the modern reality reveals serious challenges in the form of individualism, work commitments, and technological dependency, which reduce the quality of family relationships. Therefore, an updated understanding and practice of communio personarum is required to ensure that the family remains an authentic and relevant community of love in the modern era.

This study examines the transformation of family structures among Syrian refugees in Gaziantep, Turkey, using a meta-synthesis of 47 studies published between 2015 and 2024. The research focuses on changes in relational, economic, and normative aspects due to prolonged displacement. The findings reveal significant shifts in family dynamics, with 73.8% of families redefining traditional gender roles and 64.2% of women becoming the primary breadwinners. The divorce rate increased by 42.6%, with 38.7% of cases linked to economic pressures. Logistic regression shows a strong correlation (r = 0.78, p < 0.001) between displacement duration and family structure transformation. The study supports Heger, Boyle, and Ali’s (2010) argument about the fluidity of gender roles in forced migration but challenges Buscher’s (2011) view on the persistence of patriarchal structures. Additionally, 82.3% of families adopted more egalitarian parenting, and children's participation in education rose to 67.4%, reducing the gender gap to 8.2%. The study also identifies adaptive strategies, such as the use of communal support systems by 58.6% of families and the integration of local cultural values by 45.2%, offering insights into resilience and adaptive capacity in prolonged crises.

Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior commonly experienced by adolescents and has significant impacts on both physical and mental health. Schools, as primary social environments for teenagers, often become settings where bullying occurs. Several factors contribute to this behavior, particularly peer influence, family roles, and social media use. This study aimed to analyze factors related to bullying behavior among adolescents in a junior high school, including respondent characteristics, peer influence, family roles, and social media usage, as well as their relationships with bullying behavior. This research used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design involving 71 eighth-grade students as respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with the Chi-Square test. The results showed significant relationships between peer factors (p=0.003), family roles (p<0.001), and social media use (p=0.001) with bullying behavior. A large proportion of respondents reported high social media usage (45.1%) and low family involvement (45.1%), while more than half (53.5%) were categorized as being at risk of engaging in bullying behavior. These findings indicate that adolescents are strongly influenced by their social environment, both offline and online. Negative peer interactions and limited family supervision can increase the likelihood of bullying behavior. In conclusion, peer factors, family roles, and social media use are significantly associated with bullying among adolescents. Therefore, collaboration between families, schools, and communities is essential through psychosocial assessments, increased family involvement, and character education programs to prevent and reduce bullying behavior.

This study aims to describe the implementation of innovative learning strategies through the Game-Based Learning (GBL) model to enhance the active participation of tenth-grade students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at MA Hasyimiyah. The research is motivated by the prevalence of conventional teacher-centered learning, which results in low student engagement and enthusiasm. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research subjects included tenth-grade students at MA Hasyimiyah and Field Experience Practice (PPL) students as key informants who conducted the lessons directly. Data collection techniques included classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PPL students, and documentation gathered during a one-month PPL period. The results indicate that the application of the GBL model utilizing digital media such as Quizizz, Wordwall, Zep Quiz, and Spinner, as well as manual media like question-and-answer cards, significantly increased learning motivation, classroom interaction, and active participation. This improvement was evidenced by students' increased confidence in expressing opinions and intensive involvement in group discussions. Although challenges such as limited infrastructure, unstable internet connections, and restricted student device access were identified, these obstacles were effectively overcome through adaptive strategies by PPL students, who modified digital games into manual formats. This study confirms that innovative and adaptive learning strategies play a crucial role in enhancing student participation levels, particularly within the context of schools with limited facilities.

Civil servants (ASN) entering retirement represent a strategic human resource asset for national development; however, their potential is often underutilized due to an institutional vacuum. This study identifies this fundamental problem as manifesting in two dimensions: the absence of a cohesive structure among the retired community and the lack of a structure that systematically connects them to the economic empowerment ecosystem. Consequently, the transition from active service to a productive retirement period presents a significant challenge. The purpose of this research is to design an effective institutional forum model to serve as a facilitative bridge. The analysis employs a framework integrating three pillars: Mochtar Kusumaatmadja's Development Law Theory as the philosophical foundation, Ansell and Gash's Collaborative Governance concept as the governance paradigm, and the Pentahelix model as the operational framework. This study proposes a multi-stakeholder collaborative forum designed to synergize the roles of government, industry, academia, communities, and the media. The primary recommendation is the establishment of a formal entity functioning as an incubator and accelerator. This entity is intended not only to address the economic needs of retirees but also to align with the country's constitutional mandate to achieve sustainable social welfare.

This study examines the seismic performance of slender Air Traffic Control (ATC) towers in high‑hazard regions (PGA > 0.4g), where vertical taper, torsional eccentricity, and top‑heavy cab mass can significantly increase drift, base shear, and collapse risk relative to conventional buildings. Existing studies often rely on linear procedures and outdated provisions, leading to underestimation of nonlinear behaviour and limited guidance for ATC towers designed to SNI 1726:2019. The research aims to quantify these irregularity effects and formulate design recommendations that satisfy Immediate Occupancy, Life Safety, and Collapse Prevention performance targets. The methodology couples response spectrum analysis, using a site‑specific Padang spectrum consistent with SNI 1726:2019 and ASCE 7‑16, with nonlinear pushover analysis interpreted through FEMA/ATC performance‑based criteria. A parametric study is performed on three cab configurations small, medium, and large modelled as 5%, 15%, and 25% mass ratios at the tower head, while keeping a 10 m × 10 m hybrid core–frame shaft constant. Results indicate that larger cab mass produces systematic but moderate increases in global displacement, story drift, and base shear, while plastic hinges localize primarily in the upper stories and cab‑support region, yielding performance levels from Immediate Occupancy to Collapse Prevention. Overall, the tower meets code drift limits and acceptable performance if local strengthening is provided around the shaft–cab interface, offering a calibrated reference for top‑heavy ATC tower design in Indonesian high‑seismic settings and identifying priorities for future time‑history and soil–structure interaction studies.

Article 170 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning HKPD emphasizes the synchronization of fiscal planning and policy for integrated national development. However, in the APBA (Aceh Provincial Budget) planning, discrepancies persist between the Aceh Government’s documents and the central fiscal policy direction, leading to synchronization that remains administrative rather than substantive. This issue is further complicated by Aceh's special status under Law No. 11 of 2006, which results in differences in macro indicators, program structure, and a lack of substantive participation from Aceh, creating epistemological inequality and structural injustice in central-regional financial relations. The research aims to understand why APBA management planning is not fully synchronized with government policy and to explore the ideal procedure for achieving synchronization, considering Aceh’s unique autonomy. This study is a normative juridical analysis using a legislative, conceptual, historical, and futuristic approach, with the application of authority theory, policy suitability theory, asymmetric decentralization theory, and good governance principles. The findings reveal that the lack of synchronization is caused by procedural issues, such as the absence of integration between RKPD (Regional Government Work Plan) and RKP (National Government Work Plan) schedules, the lack of a mechanism for reducing KEM-PPKF indicators, unclear fiscal support evaluation, and absence of guidelines and sanctions. Additionally, there are substantial issues like the incompatibility of Aceh's macro indicators with national targets. To achieve ideal synchronization, normative legality, equal central and regional authority, and integrated planning systems are needed.

This study examines the stigma and patterns of social support in adolescents with unplanned pregnancies in Makassar in the context of the Bugis-Makassar culture that upholds the values of siri' (honor and shame). Teen pregnancy is understood as an experience influenced by the confluence of traditional values, religious morality, and modern social demands. This study used an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach on 17 adolescent girls aged 15–19 years who experienced unplanned pregnancies in June–November 2023. Data were obtained through in-depth semi-structured interviews, recorded, verbatim transcribed, and analyzed using a six-stage science process with a focus on the experience of stigma and social support. Two main themes emerged: Living Under the Shadow of Siri': Multidimensional Stigma and Navigating Social Support in the Context of Shame. Participants experienced widespread stigma in a variety of contexts, including family (serial violations and family shame), society (moral judgments and gossip), health services (discrimination of health workers), and educational environments (bullying and exclusion). Stigma is also internalized in the form of guilt and negative identity, and is especially severe in adolescents with economic limitations. Efforts to seek support are often hampered by concerns about stigma, so adolescents engage in selective disclosure and rely more on peers. Grandma is often the most accepting source of family support. These findings underscore the need for multilevel interventions that reduce community stigma, strengthen friendly and confidential health services, and develop culturally sensitive peer support networks.
