Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses distribusi tiket pelanggan pada Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ. Dengan fokus pada implementasi sistem distribusi yang lebih terotomatisasi, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode observasi digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam proses penanganan tiket pelanggan di lapangan oleh Teknisi Assurance, sementara wawancara melibatkan pemangku kepentingan kunci seperti Teknisi Assurance, Helpdesk Assurance, dan manajer divisi. Studi pustaka digunakan sebagai dasar teoritis untuk merinci best practices, keberhasilan, dan tantangan dalam implementasi sistem serupa. Hasil observasi akan memberikan pemahaman tentang dinamika lapangan, sementara wawancara akan menggali pandangan langsung dari pemangku kepentingan. Studi pustaka memberikan landasan teoritis untuk memandu perancangan dan implementasi sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang efektif. Pengembangan sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang terotomatisasi mengadopsi metode Waterfall dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan.

Husain Basyaiban is a content creator who is active on Tiktok, with Islamic preaching material content which is often uploaded to his Tiktok account. The da'wah topics created are quite varied, but still in accordance with the current situation in society. Husain's easy and interesting explanations make the content he creates very popular with many people. This research aims to understand and analyze the response of viewers or the public to the content created by Husain Basyaiban on his account @Kadamsidik00. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research show that the content created and uploaded by Husain Basyaiban since early 2022 has received a lot of positive responses from viewers. One of the preaching content with the theme of mandatory bathing that he uploaded received a very good response from viewers.

A tourist area is a valuable asset for a region, which not only provides sustainable economic potential, but also reflects and promotes its rich cultural, natural and historical heritage. Along with developments over time, changes in tourist behavior patterns, and demands for more memorable tourist experiences, developing tourist areas has become very important. The Marimbunna tourist attraction is a tourist destination that offers typical Toraja cultural heritage, especially in the form of burial or funeral tourism. The aim of this tourist area development innovation program is to create tourism destinations that are sustainable, competitive and attractive for tourists. The methods used in this service are field observation, interviews with the community, identifying problems and determining work objectives. The results of the work program activities include comparative studies, improvements to facilities and infrastructure, site cleaning, and outreach about the importance of preserving cultural tourism objects.

Cultural development in Indonesia, driven by science and technology, places education as the key to achieving national goals. Focusing on the practice stage in educational technology provides practical experience at SMA Negeri 8 Maros. Informatics learning involves programming, artificial intelligence, and computer networks. Research at SMA Negeri 8 Maros involved 35 class X.5 students with a focus on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Strengthening the Teaching Profession (P2K) from 4 September to 30 October 2023, creating innovative learning tools for the integration of office applications. Students are required to master office applications and online communication skills. The Pancasila student profile emphasizes critical thinking skills, independence and creativity. The results of implementing Informatics learning using the PBL model show a positive impact on student motivation, increasing enthusiasm, and building critical thinking skills. Students who apply PBL produce higher grades. Informatics learning classification is important for understanding computational thinking and computer systems. The application of the PBL model has a positive impact making students more creative and independent in creating projects using Microsoft Office.

This research was conducted to find out how the marketing strategy carried out by CV. Ciwidey food and what CV does. Ciwidey Food in developing its business network. Observation and interviews were the data collection techniques used in this study. The analysis method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely by collecting, processing and presenting data obtained when conducting research so that complete information is obtained about what is researched. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the strategy in building a CV. Ciwidey Food can be done by expanding promotions through social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. CV. Ciwidey Food builds a business network with expedition services in marketing its products. Expedition business networks can provide great benefits to CVs. Ciwidey Food by having a partnership with the network CV. Ciwidey Food can expand the distribution range of their products, such as being sent out of town and even abroad.

ST HALIJA, 2023. "The influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening among Management Study Program students" Thesis of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Supervised by Mrs. Hety Budiyanti and Mr. M. Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin.This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. The variables studied are brand ambassador and social media marketing as independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were active students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University with a sample using purposive sampling of 100 people. This research is quantitative research which was tested using the multiple linear regression method via SPSS 23.The results of this research show that brand ambassadors partially have a positive effect of 0.115 but are not significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.229 > 0.05, social media marketing partially has a positive effect of 0.765 and is significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing influence purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine how Price discount and Electronic Word Of Mouth influence the Purchase Decision of Cinema Tickets through M-TIX. This study uses a descriptive type of analysis with quantitative methods. The entire Garut community became the population in this study, while 100 respondents became the sample.  Saturated samples were used in this study.  The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS multiple regression analysis on Windows 25.0. The results showed that Price discount and E-Word Of Mouth can explain the Purchase Decision variable by 73.3%, while the remaining 26.7% is explained by other variables not included in the model.

Marketing strategy is an effective strategy to increase company brand awareness. As social media develops quite rapidly, many companies use social media to market and introduce their products. To be able to attract an audience on social media, one of which is Tiktok, you need content that is interesting and follows developments in trends. PT Otak Kanan is a company that operates in the creative industry sector and has subsidiaries, one of which is Kisana, which is a hair removal cream product brand. This brand has problems with branding that is not optimal because this brand is still relatively new. Therefore, this research aims to observe, find out, provide solutions, and be involved directly using the method of implementing active participant observation in creating content marketing using soft selling and hard selling on Tiktok to increase brand awareness. Social media also plays a key role in marketing for brand awareness. The results show that creating interesting creative content by implementing softselling and hardselling on social media platforms such as Tiktok can increase company brand awareness.

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

XYZ of the many types of promotions that have been carried out so far, it is not yet known to what extent their effectiveness is in increasing the number of customers at PT XYZ. Every business must have a marketing strategy that must be implemented in carrying out its business activities. This research aims to determine marketing strategies using a marketing mix approach consisting of product strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy and sales location strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).

With a focus on the “Kampung Kue Sawahan” in Surabaya, the project aims to address marketing challenges, enhance online presence, and broaden sales channels for local businesses. Key objectives encompass leveraging social media and e-commerce platforms, as well as offering training in product photography. The project's ultimate goal is to benefit the community by resolving marketing issues, expanding business reach, and fostering economic empowerment. The comprehensive implementation involves a two-day program targeting mothers residing in rural areas, local entrepreneurs, and potential resellers. Activities include product photography, content creation, TikTok account setup, and e-commerce training on platforms like Shopee. The anticipated tangible outcomes include an enhancement of online business skills within the "Kampung Kue Kering" community, contributing to the overall development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

The use of gadgets in children requires important attention for all parents because it influences the disruption of children's social interaction patterns, gadgets become a strong thing in children's memories. They use gadgets to watch YouTube, games, TikTok, listen to children's songs, cartoons, etc. When using gadgets, children tend to be engrossed in themselves, ignoring their surroundings, which has an impact at school, children prefer to play alone, when they try to call or talk to them, these children tend to remain silent, don't answer, don't look at the person they are talking to, children tend to be shy. , not confident. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between gadget use and social interaction in children aged 3-5 years. The research design that will be used to identify the relationship between gadget use and children's social interactions is an observational analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. The independent variable or what is called independent from this research is the use of gadgets in PAUD age children, while the dependent variable or what is usually called dependent from this research is the social interaction of children aged (3-5 years). The sample for this research is: In this study, the sample used was as many as respondents from all children aged (3-5 years) in PAUD Kuwiran Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, totaling 42 children/students. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling research technique. The research instrument used is a closed questionnaire which will be given to the respondent's parents. The use of gadgets among children aged (3-5 years) is high for 26 children (68.4%). Social Interaction in Children Aged (3-5 Years) is moderate for 25 children (65.8%). There is a significant relationship of -0.362 which is categorized as sufficient (0.26-0.599) between the use of gadgets and the social interaction of children aged (3-5 years) in PAUD. Providing positive guidance and direction regarding the use of gadgets so that children's interactions with the surrounding environment are not disturbed, children can build social interaction relationships.

MSMEs have a large contribution to the Indonesian economy both at the micro and macro level. In carrying out their operations, of course MSMEs have their own advantages and disadvantages. Rengginang GR Wedoro MSMEs face challenges in building brand awareness among their target market. The technology that has been implemented by MSME Rengginang GR Wedoro is still considered very minimal, namely only using WhatsApp and Instagram which are still not optimal. This means that MSMEs cannot reach consumers optimally. The data collection method applied involves two main approaches, namely observation and interviews. The results of the current use of digital marketing, Rengginang GR Wedoro MSMEs use websites, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook as marketing media because they are platforms that have quite a large number of users in Indonesia. The use of social media has a significant impact on increasing brand awareness of Rengginang GR MSMEs. . It is important to manage social media accounts effectively by providing quality content, interacting with audiences, and tracking performance metrics to continuously improve the marketing strategies implemented

Digital business is starting to become the most popular business activity. The reason is that people continue to try to adapt to the sophistication of technology in this digital era to make it easier to do their work. Ease of carrying out digital buying and selling transactions is now available in GoTo, a company resulting from the merger of Gojek and Tokopedia. GoTo is a forum and provides access for entrepreneurs, especially MSMEs, to open businesses and sell online. Apart from making it easier for people to do business and shop, Goto also has a positive impact on the development of the Indonesian economy. Tiktok is also an online platform that influences the development of Tokopedia. Tiktok not only accommodates Tokopedia product branding but is now also one of the sales channels for Tokopedia products on its TikTokshop page. This invites high enthusiasm from economic actors. This research was conducted to find out how GoTo developed after the merger and the influence of the Tiktok and Tokopedia collaboration on the Indonesian economy. The method used is descriptive qualitative so that the data collected is correct based on literature reviews and scientific publications.

The aim of this research is to determine the negative impact of online gambling in the current era, especially on the younger generation. We use this research method as a qualitative method, where we as researchers carry out an analysis by observing various digital media platforms, from which we can find out the various negative impacts experienced by several young people today due to carrying out online gambling transactions. We took the case example of a TikTok celebrity named Fahdan who shared a story about the other side of online gambling that not many people know about. From this case, we as researchers concluded that in fact online gambling has more negative impacts than positive ones.

Product packaging design is an important factor that can strengthen MSME branding in increasingly competitive business competition. An attractive and quality packaging design differentiates it from competitors. For this reason, community service was carried out to find out the extent to which Galo-Galo Village UKM players understand the importance of product packaging redesign. The aim of this activity is to build brand awareness from the redesign of the product packaging being launched. The method of activity is through socialization and assistance in redesigning product packaging that is more attractive to consumers by choosing one of the superior products. The external target is to create alternative product packaging, one of the superior products, namely Natural Soap, produced by UKM Galo-Galo Village. The results of community service regarding packaging redesign are related to shape, structure, materials, colors, images, typography and design elements with product information so that the product can be marketed. Packaging redesign in the form of redesigning old packaging into new packaging to make it more attractive, so that it has maximum function to wrap, protect, send, issue, store, identify and differentiate a product on the market.

Tangerang Regency is an area with many industrial, commercial and residential sectors. So that many migrants are looking for work and this results in many ethnic groups entering one area. Thus, inter-ethnic marriages have become commonplace because they are a natural process that occurs in multi-ethnic societies, especially marriages between Javanese and Sundanese ethnic groups. Developing perceptions and stereotypes have become obstacles that have an impact on harmony in inter-ethnic marriages. Various obstacles arise because each ethnic group has a different background, culture and beliefs. The aim of this research is to analyze the process of intercultural communication in inter-ethnic marriages, namely Javanese and Sundanese. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach, with a constructivist paradigm with the subject being 3 Javanese and Sundanese husband and wife tennis couples. The results of the research show that in the Optimistic Phase, couples still feel happy with their partner's cultural differences. They still don't know their partner's culture and experience difficulties at the beginning of their marriage. In the Culture Shock Phase, couples begin to be shocked and confused by their partner's culture, so they experience cutlure shock. In the Recovery phase, they begin to introduce each other to their respective cultures. In the adjustment phase, couples are starting to get used to and adapt and understand their partner's culture.

When the identification was carried out, various problems were found, including poor product development (packaging), labeling that did not meet standards, minimal mastery of digital marketing, financial reports that had not been implemented properly and legalities such as Business Identification Number (NIB) permits that were not yet owned by several actors. MSMEs in Raja Village. Based on this problem, the aim of this activity is the socialization and registration of business identification numbers (NIB) for the community in business development in Raja Seberang Subdistrict. The method used in this activity is the delivery of material and practice in making NIB using OSS. This activity can provide information on the importance of legality such as NIB and other permits so that MSMEs can move up in class and develop following the development of the times and information technology.

Today's era of globalization has become one of the media used to express opinions or views. Freedom of opinion, especially on social media, is currently widely misunderstood and abused by the public, because in exercising the right to freedom of opinion, many people carry out actions which result in insults, accusations without evidence and defamation which causes loss, hurt feelings, Mental health even has an impact on suicide situations for certain individuals and groups. The problem in this research is that many social media users give opinions or views that the female artist with the real name Chintya, who is an Indonesian citizen living in Germany or better known as Bunda Corla, is a transgender. This was conveyed clearly on social media Instagram and Tiktok without supporting evidence. This is an activity of defamation, an attempt to influence other people to believe in their opinions or views to the detriment of one party. If we look at the criminal law and violations of the misuse of the right to freedom of expression on social media and the criminal sanctions for criminal acts of defamation under the guise of freedom of opinion, this already refers to 3 crimes, defamation, unpleasant acts and violations of human rights. . Persons involved in defamation cases can be charged with criminal penalties for acts of insult and/or defamation on the internet. Especially for internet users, criminal threats through Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law. Through this provision, internet users can also be subject to coercive measures considering the maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. The method used in research is the literature method, data collection techniques in the form of documentation and observation. Data from observations is in the form of screenshots from social media. The results of this research show that; comments on social media are included in several violations of existing laws in Indonesia, the ITE Law article 45 paragraph 1, the Defamation Law articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code; Threat of Criminal Defamation in the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45. Source of material Instagram, TikTok, primary and secondary law. This research concludes that freedom of opinion is not absolute freedom, but rather, opinion must be in accordance with ethics and norms in society and in accordance with legal regulations without harming any party. and these unpleasant acts can be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Freedom of opinion on Instagram and Tiktok media aimed at Mother Corla has been proven to be defamation.

Digital marketing is a service practice used to market products or services using digital media. Analysis of product or service marketing services before digital marketing developed was to use traditional methods such as print media, radio and television. Marketing using this old method involves promotions carried out without using the internet. As technology develops, now marketing products or services so that they are quickly recognized by the wider community does not require high costs for printing or paying for advertisements on TV. Marketing products or services can be done using digital media or what is usually called digital marketing. One of the popular digital platforms that quickly makes something or a product viral is the TikTok application. Tiktok is a social media that also has a tiktokshop feature to facilitate e-commerce. Tiktokshop offers advantages in terms of wide audience reach, high engagement, and innovative advertising features. However, a month ago, on October 4, 2023, Tiktokshop officially closed its services. This closure has an impact on business actors who have relied on this platform to market their products. However, there are still many other digital platforms that can be used for marketing activities. Therefore, business actors must continue to follow developments in digital marketing trends and utilize platforms and e-commerce that suit their target audience.
