This study aims to examine the optimization efforts made by the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit in supervising and regulating the movement of people and vehicles in the airside area of Komodo International Airport, Labuan Bajo. The AMC unit is responsible for managing the movement of aircraft, people, and vehicles, including plotting parking stands, arranging ground handling, administering flight data, licensing airside vehicles, supervising engine run-up, apron cleanliness, and handling fuel spills. Supervision is carried out based on SOP, but in emergency situations such as aircraft skidding or unloading on the taxiway, the AMC must be able to adapt quickly to relevant safety procedures. This study uses a qualitative method with direct observation techniques, interviews with three AMC personnel, as well as SOP documentation and incident reports. The results show that the implementation of supervision and control has been running according to PM-IK standards. The focus of supervision includes aircraft movement, engine idle, GSE vehicle speed, completeness of worker PPE, and passenger arrangements to the aircraft. However, the main obstacle is the limited personnel which causes a high workload and supervision is not optimal, so that violations by service users or workers still occur and have the potential to endanger flight safety.

Office management is a key component in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services in both public and educational institutions. The increasing demands for service speed, accuracy, transparency, and professionalism necessitate an integrated and adaptive office management system. This study aims to explore how office management contributes to enhancing administrative service quality through a library research approach. Data were obtained from academic journals, theses, institutional reports, and theoretical literature. The analysis reveals that effective office management encompasses structured planning, proper document management, digital information systems, and staff competency development, all of which contribute significantly to improved service quality. Moreover, standard operating procedures and the integration of manual and digital systems enhance consistency and service reliability. The study supports the theoretical proposition that office management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling are directly correlated with administrative performance indicators. Practical implications include the urgency of digitizing records, implementing standardized workflows, and continuously training administrative personnel. Limitations of this research lie in its purely conceptual and literature-based nature, thus future studies are recommended to adopt empirical or mixed methods approaches for broader generalizability. These findings reaffirm the importance of repositioning office management from a support function to a strategic pillar in administrative service improvement efforts.

This study aims to determine and evaluate the BPJS Health Service Policy in the VIP Room of Edelweiss, Dr. M. M. Dunda Limboto Regional General Hospital, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study indicate that several indicators of the effectiveness of the BPJS Health service policy in the VIP Room of Edelweiss, Dr. M. M. Dunda Limboto Regional General Hospital have not been running optimally. In terms of effectiveness, the administrative procedures are still considered unclear and not easy by patients and families, especially with the time limit for processing BPJS only 3 x 24 hours. The adequacy indicator is running quite well, but administrative information is only delivered verbally without written support, so patients or their families often have to ask again for the information needed. In terms of equality, although there are differences in facilities and comfort between the VIP room and the general care room, equality in processing BPJS administration is maintained. Responsiveness is considered good; administrative officers are considered fast and precise in providing solutions to obstacles faced by patients. However, in the accuracy indicator, some informants felt that the time given for administrative management was not yet in accordance with needs, especially for patient families who live far away or have other activities. This indicates the need for a re-evaluation of the time provisions and the delivery of more complete and written information.

The state's efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date population data for various development needs, such as planning policies and public services, are known as the implementation of population administration. Due to the large number of people living in big cities, many non-permanent residents have not been officially registered. This is due to difficult procedures, lack of legal knowledge, and limited access to population registration services. The need to maintain the basic rights of every citizen, both permanent and non-permanent, and ensure orderly administration as part of national development is the basis of the policies used to manage population administration. By ensuring proper data collection, accurate recording, and legal protection for non-permanent residents, proper population administration is expected to be an important tool to reduce the negative impacts of urbanization, especially in the city of Surabaya. This study aims to determine how population administration for non-permanent residents in the city of Surabaya is implemented in the context of urbanization and to suggest more reasonable and efficient policies. The results of the study, which was conducted using a qualitative approach by conducting literature research, in-depth interviews, and policy analysis, showed that simplifying registration procedures, increasing socialization, and increasing cooperation between related institutions are needed to carry out population administration for non-permanent residents.

Abortion is a contentious legal and moral issue, as it involves two equally important rights: the right to life of the fetus and a woman's right to bodily autonomy and reproductive health. Under Indonesian criminal law, abortion is generally classified as a criminal offense, as stipulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP). However, exceptions are recognized under specific conditions such as medical emergencies and pregnancies resulting from rape, in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2023 on Health. This study aims to examine the legal boundaries between prohibited and permitted abortions and to analyze the challenges of implementing these provisions in practice. The findings indicate that despite the existence of legal exceptions, implementation remains difficult due to complex procedures, limited facilities, and inadequate understanding among law enforcement and health workers. Therefore, clear technical regulations and cross-sectoral education are essential to ensure fair legal protection for both women and medical professionals.

Regulation PER-05/PJ/2019 is a fiscal regulation issued by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) as an effort to strengthen the governance and accountability of zakat institutions in Indonesia. This regulation governs the procedures for issuing certificates for zakat management institutions so that the zakat paid by muzakki can be deducted from gross income for tax purposes. This study aims to analyze how PER-05/PJ/2019 is implemented by zakat institutions, the extent to which this regulation enhances reporting and transparency, and the various obstacles encountered during its implementation. With a qualitative approach and descriptive method, this research found that PER-05/PJ/2019 encourages zakat institutions to meet administrative requirements, conduct external audits, and perform regular financial reporting, thereby enhancing professionalism and public trust. However, the main challenges are still faced by small zakat institutions, such as limited human resources and financial information systems. Nevertheless, this regulation opens up opportunities for zakat institutions to become more professional, transparent, and accountable, as well as strengthening the integration between the zakat and tax systems in Indonesia.

The mass deportation of Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) from Malaysia is a multidimensional threat to national security, especially in Indonesia's border areas. In 2022–2023, more than 40,000 migrant workers were forcibly repatriated, mostly through North Kalimantan and Riau. Malaysia's strict immigration policies such as Operation Nyah and the implementation of online recruitment procedures accelerate the deportation process and increase migrant workers' vulnerability to exploitation. This journal examines the impact of these deportations on local socio-economic stability, increased cross-border crime, and institutional weaknesses in the management of migrant worker repatriation and reintegration. Using a policy study approach and analysis of deportation data, the paper highlights the need for integrated and responsive security policies and strengthened bilateral Indonesia–Malaysia coordination. Recommendations focus on institutional capacity building, protection of migrant workers' rights, and a human security approach in dealing with the challenges of forced migration.

Muhasabah is the correction of mistakes, weaknesses, actions, attitudes and similar reviews of oneself. The meaning of self-reflection is a way to cleanse oneself of the mistakes one has made. Apart from that, the way to reflect on yourself is to pray repentance, using the same procedures as prayers in general, you can also pray diligently and make meditation. Muhasabah needs to be made a human need, because it provides many benefits in life in this world and in the afterlife. Muhasabah needs to be done to assess and re-examine what we have done, then improve ourselves. Basically, the meaning of self-muhasabah in Islam is as simple as self-introspection. A process of evaluating yourself for something better.

The quality of public service is one of the indicators of the success of local governments in the context of regional autonomy. This research examines the implementation of the Integrated Administrative Services Program (PATEN) in Kalidawir District, Tulungagung Regency, as a strategy to bring administrative services closer to the community. This study aims to determine the quality of PATEN services and identify the inhibiting factors in optimizing the conduct of public services. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews, and then analyzed interactively using the Miles and Huberman model. This study adopts five dimensions of service quality according to Zeithaml, Berry, and Parasuraman, namely: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research findings indicate that the implementation of PATEN in Kalidawir District has good performance in terms of service infrastructure, procedural accuracy, responsiveness, and transparency. The inclusivity of services is supported by facilities such as child-friendly rooms and breastfeeding rooms. The staff always implements SOP, provides timely services, and maintains professional behavior. However, there are two main obstacles that hinder the optimization of services: inadequate infrastructure for the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as limited public understanding of service procedures. These challenges affect access, efficiency, and perceptions of service delivery. This study concludes that although PATEN services in Kalidawir District meet general standards, improving inclusive facilities and communication strategies is essential for more equitable and effective service outcomes.

Aim of the study: The study aimed to investigate the causes, risk factors, and incidence of caesarean sections in Diyala province during the research period. Patients and Methods: This prospective study was conducted at Al-Batool Maternity Teaching Hospital between October 2023 and December 2023. The study population consisted of 96 women who attended the labor ward for delivery after 32 weeks of gestation, irrespective of the delivery method. Patients' data were collected using an organized questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Chi-square test for independence between variables.  Results: Study outcomes revealed that the percentage of cesarean sections increased significantly with age, peaking among women aged 20-35 and those over 35 (67.1% and 77.8%, respectively), in contrast to the group under 20, where most deliveries were vaginal (81.8%). An increasing number of previous deliveries (four or more) led to a higher chance of cesarean sections in subsequent pregnancies (76.9% compared to 58.8%) for those with two to four previous deliveries versus those who were primipara (52.6%). The most common indication for elective cesarean sections among participants was a scarred uterus (62.5%), followed by fetal indications such as malposition, abnormal presentation, post-date, and oligohydramnios (15%). The leading reasons for unplanned cesarean sections included obstructed labor (30%), followed by cephalo-pelvic disproportion (20%), and maternal factors (15%). Conclusion: study finding highlight key risk factors influencing delivery methods, suggesting the need for tailored obstetric care to optimize birth outcomes and reduce unnecessary CS procedures.
