This study aims to develop a hypothetical model of Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) / Job Training Center through the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) approach as a fundamental framework in reforming the vocational training system. Using qualitative methods with data triangulation from expert interviews, empirical studies, and international reports, the study identified four key themes that determine the effectiveness of the model: digital transformation, strengthening triple helix partnerships, sustainable competency development, and industry-based standardization and certification. Digital transformation through virtual reality-based simulations and digital learning platforms has increased training effectiveness by up to 48%. Triple helix partnerships increase graduate absorption rates by up to 78%. Sustainable competency development is essential, considering that 65% of jobs in 2030 will require skills that do not yet exist today. Industry-based standardization positively correlates with labour productivity, increasing it by 24%. The hypothetical Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) model that integrates these four themes is expected to be a reference in preparing an adaptive, competitive workforce that is ready to face global challenges in the era of technological disruption.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen the concept of electrolysis for students of SMAN 1 Suwawa through interactive laboratory exercises, as well as to enhance students' understanding and practical skills related to the electrolysis process. The partners involved in this activity include the Principal, Chemistry Teacher, and all 12th-grade students of SMAN 1 Suwawa. The implementation method of the activity involves four main stages: a pre-test to measure initial understanding, providing material to reinforce the concept of electrolysis, conducting interactive laboratory exercises using electroplating tools, and a post-test to measure the improvement in students' understanding. The results of this activity show a significant improvement in the understanding of electrolysis concepts, with an N-Gain value of 76.8%, indicating the effectiveness of this method in improving students' learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is recommended to continue applying interactive laboratory approaches in science education in secondary schools, as well as utilizing technology and interactive modules to support students' understanding of complex chemical concepts. Additionally, teacher training is also important to ensure the sustainability of effective laboratory-based learning.

This community service activity was carried out among the members of the Sakinah Tailors' social gathering in the Kampung Bali sub-district of Sungai Serut, Bengkulu City. The members of the Sakinah Tailors' social gathering have the potential to grow because the members or partners already have sewing skills or their own sewing businesses. This is a supporting factor in developing a cooperative. However, they are constrained by limited knowledge about the procedures for forming a cooperative, capital, and how to prepare cooperative financial reports. So far, the members of the Penjahit Sakinah sewing circle have been carrying out savings and loan activities, but the administrators still carry out savings and loan activities in a conventional manner, so they want to form a sharia savings and loan cooperative. Therefore, the Community Service Team from the Faculty of Economics and Business wants to conduct socialization and assistance activities for the formation of a sharia-based savings and loan cooperative. The method used is through direct socialization and assistance activities using the Excel application, followed by posting, adjusting journals, and reporting activities.

Community service activities were carried out at MTsN Sumba Timur on September 7, 2024 starting at 08.00 -10.00 WITA. The name of the community empowerment program is Earthquake Disaster Preparedness Education and Simulation for MTsN Sumba Timur Students as a form of community service in the East Sumba NTT region, by providing education and understanding of the dangers of earthquakes and how to prevent accidents due to earthquakes, as well as providing simulations to maximize participants' knowledge. The first stage is a pre-test on disaster mitigation. This aims to determine students' initial understanding of earthquake disaster mitigation. There are eight Guttman scale questions containing "yes" and "no" answer choices with one correct answer. Next is the presentation of material on earthquake disaster mitigation supported by the use of power points and animated videos. The material provided is in the form of a disaster preparedness plan that includes an introduction to the types of earthquakes, the impact of earthquakes, what happens when an earthquake occurs, and the stages of efforts to increase preparedness before an earthquake occurs, when an earthquake occurs. and after an earthquake occurs. Community service activities through Earthquake Disaster Preparedness Education and Simulation for MTsN Sumba Timur Students were carried out well and effectively. The suggestions that can be conveyed are 1. Activities like this should be carried out periodically in different locations but are prone to disasters so that Disaster Preparedness efforts can be felt by the community fairly and evenly. 2. Partnerships with other sciences and sectors so that Disaster Preparedness efforts can be evenly distributed in all aspects of community life towards optimal public health.

However, it is explained in the UUJN, the notary civil partnership is not completely the same as the civil partnership contained in the Civil Code. The purpose of this study is to analyze the responsibility of Notaries in carrying out Notary civil partnerships and the impacts caused by the existence of Notary civil partnerships. This research is processed with a normative juridical approach method, namely by looking at law as a set of regulations/rules or doctrines that have a normative nature (law in book). As a result of the problem, each Notary remains individually responsible for what is done and the legal products made as well as the confidentiality of the contents of the deed become the individual responsibility of the Notary and there are positive and negative impacts of the existence of a Notary civil partnership becoming a common concern for Notaries to become members of the Notary civil partnership.

This research aims to analyze the business model canvas on traditional Indonesian pastry and beverage products, focusing on understanding the elements that make up an effective and sustainable business model. This research uses a qualitative approach by identifying nine key components in the Business Model Canvas, namely customer segmentation, value proposition, distribution channels, customer relationships, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structure, and revenue streams. The main focus is on utilizing the uniqueness of traditional cake and beverage products that reflect the richness of Indonesian culture, as well as the challenges in maintaining competitiveness in the modern market. The results show that the value proposition of traditional Indonesian products, such as authentic flavors and natural ingredients, is the main attraction for consumers. However, distribution and marketing channels remain a challenge, given the lack of digital market penetration and understanding of technology-based marketing. In addition, the cost structure and revenue streams show potential for efficiency improvements through product innovation and strategic partnerships with small and medium-sized enterprises. This research provides important insights for culinary entrepreneurs to design more adaptive and sustainability-oriented business strategies in an increasingly competitive market.
