BACKGROUND Children require special attention as the nation's next generation who will become valuable assets for future development, so that quality human resources can be formed. The first five years of human life greatly influence a child's growth and development for the next stage, especially for physical growth and intelligence. One of the factors that influences the child's growth process is nutritional status which determines success in improving the quality of human resources (Nurrizka and Saputra, 2015). The main causes of death in the group of children under five (12-59 months) were diarrhea at 10.3% and pneumonia at 9.4%. Other causes of death include dengue fever, congenital heart defects, drowning, injuries, accidents, other congenital disorders, COVID-19, parasitic infections and other causes. (Indonesia Health Profile, 2021). Undernutrition or overnutrition (malnutrition) will happen if food consumption patterns are wrong (Oemar, Novita, 2015). In 2017, 22.2% or around 150.8 million children under five in the world experienced malnutrition. However, this figure has decreased compared to data in 2000, namely 32.6%. In 2017, more than half of children under five experiencing malnutrition in the world came from Asia (55%) while more than a third (39%) lived in Africa. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019).   OBJECTIVE To analyze the pattern of nutritional intake on children's growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and child growth, showing that the majority of respondents with good nutritional intake patterns have children with normal growth, namely 14 (77.8%). From the results of the chi-square test, it was found that the p value was 0.001 or less than 0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted that Nutritional Parenting Patterns on Child Growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023

STBM is a comprehensive approach that not only includes sanitation infrastructure development, but also emphasizes changes in community behavior and sustainable waste management. Thus, in the implementation of STBM, the 3R Waste Disposal Site (TPS) is a key component in sustainable waste management. TPS 3R refers to waste management with the 3R principles, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. However, in this case Menur Pumpungan Village still does not have a 3R-based waste processing facility. So it is necessary to plan the optimal design of TPS 3R to be applied in the future and be able to make a significant contribution in efforts to realize Community-Based Total Sanitation. To calculate the number of TPS 3R services as the basis for design, data on the population in 2023 and the waste generation rate of 2.6 liters/person/day were used. Based on the calculations made, in an effort to support the implementation of the Community-Based Total Sanitation program. The construction of TPS 3R, which is planned to be able to serve the domestic waste processing of the entire Menur Pumpungan urban village community, is expected to reduce the amount of waste entering the landfill. The total land required for operational facilities is 511.85 m2 with a TPS 3R design consisting of a 440.85 m2 waste processing area and 96 m2 of other supporting facilities..

Its presence, as a result of advances in information technology in this era of globalization, not only changes the way we communicate, but also creates a deep transformation in the structure of social values and societal norms. These changes involve not only practical aspects, such as lifestyle, but also include the basics of behavior and worldview. With social media, we have entered an era where information can quickly and easily spread throughout the world. This opens the door to unprecedented global connectivity, allowing people to interact without the barriers of distance and geographical boundaries. However, behind this convenience, there are significant changes in the way we view and appreciate cultural values. The advantages of social media include its ability to accelerate the flow of information, facilitate intercultural interactions, and provide a platform for previously unheard voices. The spread of false information or hoaxes has become easier, and the impact on mental health, especially among the younger generation, is a serious concern.
