The dominant problem that requires special attention in the elderly is a decrease in health and a problem of poor nutritional intake which can be caused by a lack of knowledge or due to decreased functions of the digestive organs due to the aging process. Bivariate data analysis was used to see the significance of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable which was carried out using the Chi-square (x^2) statistical test. If Ρ=(0.05) > Chi-Square results then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between the research results and theory. If ρ=(0.05) < from the Chi-Square results then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is a relationship between the research results and theory. The results of the analysis showed that of the 36 respondents the majority had insufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 18 respondents (50.0%), respondents who had sufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 17 respondents (47.2%) and respondents who had good knowledge about diet healthy as much as 1 respondent (2.8%). Kada Cake Kiosk is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that has seized the opportunity to develop Banana Chips as processed food in Kobalima District. Even though Kobalima District has made a small contribution in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Malacca Regency, this potential can become a business opportunity for K2 Cake Kiosk owners in developing these processed foods. The idea of developing a banana chip business began in 1993 when Ms. Sipriana Hoar wanted to develop a banana chip business with minimal capital but had the potential to increase business income. This is done by moving from developing chips and other processed food businesses to processing products that have the potential to increase product-added value. This business analysis originates from existing recipes from their parents in micro businesses as snacks or snacks. This opportunity, where the bananas cultivated by farmers sometimes have a low selling value, was utilized by Ms. Sipriana to increase her business in banana chips and other processed foods. The method of carrying out the Professional Work Practice activities of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, provides solutions to the problems identified in Lakekun Village, especially at the K2 Cake Kiosk. The method of carrying out the intended activity is purposive, namely the intentional determination of the K2 Cake Kiosk as the main indicator that is used as a respondent in carrying out the intended activity. The approach taken in answering problems such as: 1. Location surveys, namely looking at existing potentials and constraints such as Community Problems in the Benpasi Village.2. Identification of each Community that can be used as an example of the intended entrepreneurship training. 3. Training for each farmer group in the Benpasi Village to answer these problems to increase agricultural production in the Benpasi Village. 4. Counseling and training on maintenance and care management for plants so that they can be used for further processing 5. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities in question in an effort to increase the intended community service activities. From the Training Activities for Making Banana Chips at the K2 Cake Kiosk in Lakekun Village,Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province based on Professional Work Practices in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, it can be concluded that students can see business potential and are able to analyze the advantages possessed in micro-businesses in Lakekun Village. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it was found that the variable land area has a significant effect on the income of corn farmers because the wider the land owned will increase the income of farmers because the more land planted is also encouraged by other factors such as plant care. The variable cost of fertilizer has no significant effect on the income of corn farming because the use of fertilizer must be in accordance with the recommended dosage. If it exceeds it can cause plant death and continuous application of fertilizers can have a bad effect on soil conditions. Soil becomes quickly hardened, less able to store water. The cost of pesticides has no significant effect on the income of corn farming because the excessive use of pesticides is not friendly to the environment and the health of farmers, because nutrients in the soil are eroded in the long term and productivity decreases. Seed costs do not have a significant effect on corn farming income. That is, the more seeds used, the greater the production yields, but there is still a maximum limit for this use, if it is used beyond this limit it will reduce production yields. The variable amount of labor does not have a significant effect on the income of farmers because the more labor used will reduce income to provide wages, the labor used in this case is daily workers and only at harvest time. The output price variable does not have a significant effect on farmer income where the increase or a decrease in the total output price will result in an increase and decrease in corn income in the Waterfall Village, Pantai Cermin District.

The research aims to find out how the palm oil mill workforce and how the production of oil palm smallholders contributes to the income of employees who work in oil palm plantations. The Rokan Hilir method used is interviews and documentation. Sampling was done purposively. The productivity of the palm oil mills is very high because the oil palm farmers are always pressing their superiors to achieve the targets they achieve. Meanwhile, oil palm farmers who have to reach the target of factory employees are unable to calculate how much % of their income is very large, so that the used palm fruit piles up in the factory until they have to fertilize the used palm fruit which is commonly called by the local community as janjangan. The saplings are thrown into the forest or into the oil palm, which the smallholders haven't harvested yet, why throw it back into the oil palm because the saplings can fertilize other palm oil. The research was conducted 3 times to interview employees of the palm oil mill. the pressure of oil palm farmers to achieve the target because their income is already optimal.

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations affect planning, decision-making, and access to agricultural development programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and skills in data management and institutional administration through extension activities at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to group administration, increased awareness of the importance of orderly administrative management, and a collective commitment to implementing sustainable record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital toward farmer independence and welfare.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was motivated by the limited understanding and skills of farmer groups in managing administrative systems, which are essential prerequisites for developing agribusiness partnerships. Farmer groups under the supervision of the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Dumai Timur District, Dumai City, have not yet implemented well-organized data recording and administrative management, resulting in low institutional readiness to establish agribusiness partnerships. This program aimed to apply administrative management practices to strengthen farmer group institutions and support the development of agribusiness partnerships. The methods used included extension activities through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of the importance of administrative management in agribusiness partnerships, enhanced skills in organizing and maintaining administrative records, and the emergence of collective awareness of institutional governance. Furthermore, the program contributed to behavioral changes within farmer organizations, increased leadership roles among group administrators, and initiatives to develop more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships.
