Lactation management is needed to support the successful management of breastfeeding. Failure of the breastfeeding process is often caused by some mothers who do not understand the correct way to breastfeed. Based on UNICEF data, only 30% of post partum primiparous mothers provide exclusive breast milk, this shows that babies in Indonesia still receive non-exclusive breast milk. The aim of this service is to increase knowledge about lactation management which consists of how to breastfeed, the benefits of breastfeeding, the correct breastfeeding position. The activity was carried out at the Bara Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City on December 9 2022. The method used in this service was lecture and question and answer which began with a pre-test then providing information and then a post-test with a total of 7 participants. The results of the activity showed that those who had good knowledge before the counseling were carried out were 3 people (42.85%) and after the counseling it increased to 7 people (100%), this shows that the counseling was effective in lactation management for Primiparous Postpartum Mothers..

This study aims to determine the meaning of failure from a book entitled "Read this book when you fail: pretending to be successful is tiring" by K.L Rahayu. This book explains how to take failure and turn it into success. This book also provides knowledge of who we are, and various ways to know ourselves to achieve true success. This study uses a qualitative method, namely by deciding conclusions by outputting data and also focusing more on the morals and messages of this book. The results presented in this study, if you feel a failure, then immediately collect your spirit and throw away negative thoughts to quickly return to repairing things that have fallen apart. Failure should be considered a friend, so it will change bad things for the better and more colorful. A person's success is the product of a failure, therefore failure should never be considered the end of everything, instead, it becomes a big opportunity in the next step.

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).

In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.

The main function of the kidneys under normal conditions is to regulate fluids and electrolytes and the acid-base composition of body fluids, remove metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulate blood pressure and hormonal function. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008). Cases of chronic kidney failure in the world have increased by more than 50%, in the United States which is a very developed country every year there are about 20 million adults suffering from chronic kidney failure and undergoing hemodialysis in more than 100,000 patients, while in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Kidney Diatrans Foundation, YDGI), in 2007 there were about 100,000 chronic kidney failure patients but only a few patients were able to undergo hemodialysis. Kidney replacement therapy in Indonesia was started in 1972 in Jakarta (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/FKUI), in Bandung in 1976 (Hasan Sadikin Hospital/FK UNPAD).

This article examines various models of credit risk assessment. The study results show that the models can be classified based on the approach adopted, namely the traditional and the structural. In its development, the structural approach by Merton model is dominating, although at the end it reaps many critics when the LTCM crisis happened in America, in the late 1998. Those critics lead to the assumptions used, which considers only the endogenous factor without having to analyze the exogenous factor. The failure of the Merton model has its own attention from the experts so that many of them are trying to polish them. Nevertheless, the results showed that each model has its own advantages and disadvantages that need a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the managers when they want to adopt one of them. Keywords: Credit risk, Merton model, firm-specific risk, and market risk.
