This study aims to determine the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare at MI Ma'arif Nu Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto with a research focus: How is the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of head entrepreneurial competence schools in improving the welfare of teachers MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are made by data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification) and data validity. The results of this study indicate that: (1) indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals is reflected in various innovative programs, such as the English-based Billingual Program, Student Shuttle Car, and Morning Prayer (TPQ). Commitment to work hard, have motivation, the principal also pays attention to the welfare of teachers with various forms of support, such as payment of salaries according to certification standard salary, THR, health benefits, allocation of BOS funds, and Family Gathering events. (2) Supporting factors include the experience of school principals in entrepreneurship, innovative programs such as the Billingual Program, Morning Prayer (TPQ) and student pick-ups, as well as transparency with all stakeholders. Inhibiting factors include financial constraints and parental constraints. Limited funds affect the implementation of innovative programs. whereas parental constraints such as limited time and understanding of the program may affect their participation

Learning media can stimulate students to remember what they have learned. Currently, technology sophistication delivers information and knowledge quickly. This has a big impact on educational progress. However, based on observations and interviews with the Principal of  SDN Tamberu 1, information was obtained that most teachers were unable to use technology wisely even though the school had 6 laptop units,  wifi to support the learning process. Technology is only limited on telephone, WhatsApp, or other applications such as TikTok. The partner problems is the lack of teacher competence and the use of technology-based learning media. The aim of this service is to provide solutions and assistance in creating technology-based media, especially at SDN Tamberu 1 Pamekasan. The targeted output are (1) An increasing in partners' knowledge about technology-based media (2) Implementation of technology media in learning (3) articles in accredited national journals and electronic media, (4) videos in electronic media

Education is one of the main means to develop the potential or abilities possessed by the younger generation of a country, so that they can become qualified individuals and benefit society. The purpose of the research is to find out what factors influence the interest of vocational students to continue their education to college. This research was conducted descriptively quantitatively and used frequency distribution to analyze responses from 47 students of class XII Computer & Network Engineering Department at SMK Islam Assalafiyah. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students have a higher interest in continuing their education to college, and internal factors, especially the drive to achieve a successful career, are the main causes of this interest.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study type approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis from the results of observations, interviews and documentation begins with data reduction, data presentation and ends with drawing conclusions.The results of this study are: 1) Management of Head Masters  in increasing the recruitment of new students starts with a work plan that is formulated from objectives based on the school's vision and mission. The principal has three principles that the first principal can do; planning, the second; announcement of information, the third; file selection, 2) Implementation management of Head Masters  in the recruitment of new students takes organizing actions to create a good new student committee structure, in application through three processes namely planning, information announcement, file selection.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the symbolic meaning of Natas Banyang at the Maanyan Dayak Traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito and its implications for literatur learning in SMA. The purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the symbolic meaning of events in natas banyang (2) symbolic meaning of objects in natas banyang (3) the symbolic meaning of language in natas banyang (4) implications for learning literature in high school class X. This study uses a qualitative opproach method. The data source for this research is the natas banyang process and interviewing traditional mantir. The objects of this study are all the symbolic meanings of natas banyang at the Maanyan Dayak traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito. The results of this study areas follows. (1) The symbolic meaning of events in natas banyang (2) The symbolic meaning of objects used in natas banyang (3) the symbolc meaning of language in natas banyang (4) Used in teaching literature for class X SMA, In accordance with KD 4.1 Interpreting the meaning of pantun texts both oral or written. This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

The application of the zoning system to the acceptance of new students gives rise to various perceptions in society. Likewise, what happened in the Kebonsari Village community was that the implementation of the zoning system caused them to have negative and positive perceptions. The purpose of this research is to see the condition of Kebonsari Village regarding zoned school registration with the widespread transfer of Family Cards. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. By using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research was conducted in Kebonsari Village. The conclusion from the research results shows that in Kebonsari Village where the Family Card was moved due to minimal schooling, only in Kebonsari Village, there are several residents who are not or are not in that domicile. They only include a Family Card with a Surabaya address but they are outside the city of Surabaya for various reasons. This case was discovered by the author while carrying out the Kalimasada program by surveying the residences of residents in the sub-district. This could cause them to be suspected of not knowing their residency and being blocked from being registered in the Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) because the data is blocked because these residents do not actually live in that area.

The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher concluded that the solution to the problems faced by teachers in fostering students' moral awareness is by teachers becoming good individuals so that students can emulate them.

Environmentally Caring Character is an attitude and action that always strives to prevent damage to the surrounding natural environment, and develops efforts to repair natural damage that has occurred. Based on initial observations, the facts that the author found in the field are that there are still some students whose character is still far from what was expected, even though they have received PAI learning at school, such as there are still some students who like to throw rubbish carelessly, there are still some students who damage facilities. At school, there are still some students who are reluctant to be involved in cleaning the school environment and there are still some students who lack awareness in maintaining and maintaining gardens at school. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research. This research is descriptive qualitative field research as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and behavior being observed. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming students' environmentally caring character at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi were carried out in various ways, starting from the school principal's efforts in providing support and appreciation to students and parents, teachers' efforts in synchronizing learning materials with the character of caring for the environment, reminding students when someone behaves that does not reflect concern for the environment and modeling and providing an example to students. Supporting factors in the character education process at SMP N 1 Bukittinggi are good, namely the presence of pre-school experience, the existence of good learning motivation, the existence of students' attitudes and habits in learning, the teacher has the ability to deliver the material and can adapt it to the needs of the students, the teacher has high enthusiasm. in teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor: the bad habits of some students from home who are brought into the classroom, thus affecting other students.

This research was structured with the aim of knowing the application of religious culture, and the impact of the application of religious culture on the spiritual intelligence of students, as well as to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in the application of religious culture at SDN 35/VI Seling Kab, Merangin, Jambi. This type of research is qualitative research. Data sources who are key informants are students, and supporting informants are educators. Data was collected through using observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the forms of the application of the religious culture of students at SDN 35/VI Seling were congregational prayers, the culture of tadarus Al-Qur'an and prayer together, Istighosah and Asmaul Husna, mutual respect and tolerance, Islamic school dress code, smiles, greetings and greetings (3S), disciplined school members, school members who take care of the beauty of themselves, the room and the school environment, Islamic boarding schools, commemoration of Islamic holidays. The impact of applying religious culture to the spiritual intelligence of students is the midday prayer in congregation and the Islamic way of dressing trains students to feel the presence of Allah, congregational prayers, istighosah and asmaul husna trains students to get used to always remembering and praying to Allah, Tadarus Al-Qur'an makes the habit of reading Al-Qur'an students increasing. Mutual respect and tolerance makes students tend to be good, mutual respect and tolerance at school makes students treat people well and like to help others. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of students' religious culture are from the school principal, educators, students, from the community and parents, as well as facilities and infrastructure.

Based on the observations made by the author at the Al-Munawwarah Islamic Boarding School, Bangko Jambi, it is known that there is still a lack of honest character among students. Bangko Jambi. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative in the form of field research. The data sources with key informants are educators and student supporting informants. data collection techniques by observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the method of forming the honest character of students at the Al-munawwarah Islamic boarding school, Bangko Jambi, includes: exemplary, giving punishment, holding reflections, giving advice/lectures, direct, open learning and giving rewards. In this study, problems can be found with low activity and student learning outcomes because students still do not understand learning and do not participate in learning. As for the solution to overcome these problems, researchers used a combination of PBL, TPS and CRH models. With the aim of this research to know the activities of students and teachers and improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative approach, in this study conducted for 4 meetings. The research subjects were fifth grade students who were at Sungai Miai 8 Elementary School Banjarmasin with 18 students. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in teacher activity from meeting I reaching a score of 64 in the "Good" category and at meeting IV reaching a score of 97 with the "Very Good" category. Student activity at meeting I reached a score of 57 with the category "Quite Active" there was an increase in meeting IV reaching a score of 84 with the category "Very Active". Likewise, the learning outcomes in both the cognitive domain increased to 94%, while the affective and psychomotor domains increased to 100%.

This article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the IndependentThis article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in assisting the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SDI Bistio which is located in Masebewa, Sikka Regency, NTT. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.

This study is motivated by a moral dilemma that arises among students, especially verbal intimidation in the form of words that hurt the victim's heart that can be perceived by the sense of hearing. Bullying is a moral problem that must be addressed in students. Bullying is against moral and religious principles because Islam has instilled good values. Islam strongly recommends mutual respect and appreciation. With the existence of Islamic religious education teachers emphasizing the importance of Islamic teaching in transmitting values and reducing social violence in madrasas. For this reason, the problem of bullying is so complex and urgent to study. Therefore, to find out how teachers' efforts to deal with bullying behavior that occurs, it is necessary to conduct research on handling bullying. So that it can be used as a reference or reference to prevent and deal with problems such as bullying. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes, forms, efforts of PAI teachers or school teachers' solutions in dealing with verbal bullying. This research is a type of field research, namely qualitative research. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Therefore, the task of the teacher is as a facilitator and mediator for their students, it is hoped that the presence of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher will be able to influence the attitudes and behavior of students to avoid violence in schools such as bullying.

This article aims to discuss in detail the importance of language education in building a cultured character at the PGRI 9 SIDOARJO Junior High School level. Language education has a very important role in shaping the character of students, especially during adolescence which is a crucial period in the formation of their personality. Language education at Junior High School PGRI 9 SIDOARJO provides opportunities for students to develop language skills, both in speaking, writing, reading and listening. Students learn grammar, vocabulary, and language skills needed in everyday life. Language education is also important in building a cultured character. Students are exposed to literary works that represent diverse cultural values, develop empathy, tolerance and understanding of cultural diversity. Language education teaches good communication ethics, respect for the opinions of others, courtesy, and honesty. Students learn to respect and understand the perspectives of others and communicate effectively by taking into account social and cultural contexts. Good language skills open doors for students to acquire new knowledge and access broader information. Language education provides a strong foundation for students in studying other subjects, developing interests and talents, and facing challenges in an increasingly global world of work. The syntax is a grammar that can decipher the relationship of language elements to form sentences. The function of syntax is as a container in a syntactic structure that contains certain categories. It can be called subject (S), Predicate (P), Object (O), Complement (COMP), and Adverb (ADV). Phrase analysis in short story texts in Indonesian language books for fourth-grade elementary school independence curriculum. This analysis is a qualitative descriptive analysis of the short story text in the Indonesian language book for the fourth grade of the Independent Curriculum. Phrases are syntactic units cobining of two or more words and do not have clauses that occupy one function. Many do not understand how to divide groups of phrases and the causes of errors. Therefore, this research to classify phrases based on their types, and the causes of phrase errors in short stories texts in Indonesian language books for fourth-grade elementary school independence curriculum. Listening and then recording is a technique that can be done when data collection. The results of this study indicate that there are noun phrases, verb phrases, adjective phrases, numeral phrases, and errors in the use of phrases in short stories sentences. This analysis is expected to better understand and be able to develop the use of phrases in short stories.

The aim of this research is to describe the efforts of teaching staff in improving the quality of learning with the independent learning curriculum at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research describe the efforts of teaching staff in improving the quality of learning with an independent curriculum at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon in 2023 by: delivering interesting learning, getting students used to asking questions, and attending seminars/training. This research concludes that the efforts made by teaching staff to improve the quality of learning with an independent learning curriculum are very necessary at St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon Vocational School so that the quality is higher and student achievement increases.

This study aims to: 1) develop material for writing descriptive texts using a mind mapping model in Indonesian subjects; 2) analyze the feasibility of writing descriptive text material using the mind mapping model as teaching material in Indonesian language lessons in class VII junior high school. The development method used is the research and development method from Borg and Gall modified by Sugiyono with five stages. The development stages include analyzing potential and problems, collecting data, designing product development, validating, and revising products. The development was validated by two validators, namely material experts with an assessment reaching 86% included in the very feasible category, media expert validation with an assessment reaching 74% included in the feasible category. From the overall feasibility assessment of the teaching materials that have been presented, the descriptive text teaching materials using the Mind Mapping model for class VII have decent quality and can be accepted as one of the teaching materials.

This research was conducted to find out the impact of mathematics learning on the cognitive abilities and life skills of elementary school students. This research uses a questionnaire to find out how they have learned mathematics. This research uses a qualitative approach by utilizing a questionnaire as an instrument. The distribution contained 15 questionnaire statements given to 18 class VI students. The results of the analysis show that most mathematics learning has a positive impact on students' cognitive and life skills. Through mathematics lessons, students can hone their ability to think critically, systematically, so that they can solve problems from the questions they are given and problems found in everyday life. Although there are still many who do not feel the benefits of mathematics itself.
