Technology currently plays an important role for a company. The implementation of information systems in companies is very popular because performance activities will run well, including the ease of data processing. In this case the company that wants information technology is PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi. The inventory system used at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi still uses notes in the form of spreadsheets which are summarized every day, making it prone to errors in planning raw material needs, and it is difficult to control the use of production raw materials such as dyes. From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. PT Bangun Tenera Riau is a company engaged in the processing of oil palm fresh fruit bunches, located in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The problem faced by PT Bangun Tenera Riau is that the company has not maximally utilized the by-products produced in the form of waste. This research aims to improve the production process by selecting alternative solutions to increase and enhance the initial green productivity index value so that productivity can increase and the impact on the environment can be reduced. The method used in this research is the green productivity method. Based on the environmental performance indicator (EPI) calculation, it is known that the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD) liquid waste has a deviation of -0.63% and an EPI value of -0.16 which exceeds the waste quality standard based on Kep-51 / MENLH / 1995 so that it is necessary to improve the quality of waste through alternative solutions. The alternative solution chosen is an anaerobic biogas reactor and rotating biological contactor (RBC) used to improve waste quality and company productivity. The study's results using the green productivity method obtained an average final total productivity of 1.31 with the initial value of the average productivity in each month being 1.17. The productivity value of the company increased by 0.21 with the efficiency of improving the quality of waste by BOD by 96.81% and converting liquid waste into biogas which is beneficial to the community

The Covid-19 pandemic phenomenon also has an impact on the economic and business sectors. The IHSG trend has decreased since the Covid-19 pandemic case was announced. Rises and falls in share prices can be caused by financial performance factors. This research examines whether there is a difference in the influence of ROA on share prices both before and during the pandemic. The objects in this research are all telecommunications companies, with a purposive sampling method, the sample obtained in this research was 13 companies, namely telecommunications companies that published share prices before the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 13 and during the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 13. Using this method Simple linear regression shows that ROA has an effect on stock prices before the pandemic, and ROA has an effect on stock prices during the pandemic. ROA for telecommunications companies was 12.7% before the pandemic, increasing to 24.2% during the pandemic. This means that a pandemic event can increase the relationship between ROA and share prices.

Optimization of video tutorial information media in the world of work is needed for mechanics and users at United Tractors, because it can have an impact and contribution to United Tractors, but because their performance is not optimal, a solution is needed to solve this problem. The purpose of this design is to create information media for the "Mechanic Shift Salesforce" feature that is informative, communicative, and effective for the performance of mechanics and users, easily understood as an SOP guideline for United Tractors. The designer makes information media about a new feature specifically for mechanics and users in maximizing their performance. Based on these issues, it is necessary to design a Video Tutorial in solving the problems faced by United Tractors. This design method is 4D which consists of: Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate. Define to find design solutions for mechanics and users at UT. Design is carried out in several steps including: pre-production, production, and post-production. Develop to test the video tutorial to one of the mechanics and users at UT. Desseminate or dissemination is supported by several supporting media that will be connected to video tutorials. Data analysis is carried out in 5W + 1H. What, what is the background of the design. Who, who is the target target in the design. Why, why this design is needed. When, when the issue occurred. Where, where the issue occurs. The main media of the design is a video tutorial building on the procedures and steps of using the "Mechanic Shift Salesforce" feature. Supporting media such as Guidebook, E-Guidebook, Poster, and X-Banner.

An audit is a systematic process carried out by an auditor to obtain and evaluate evidence of a company's economic events and include fairness based on predetermined standards and convey the findings obtained to interested parties. My aim in writing this article is to find out to what extent auditors play a role in improving company performance from an Islamic perspective. The method I used in this research was using qualitative research methods by means of field observations, interviews with related sources and supported by several sources such as books, journals and other documents. The results of this research are that an auditor has a vital role in the management and administrative audits in every institution or company, because with an audit, the financial system in a company will run well and will of course have an impact on improving the quality of each existing employee. at every company. So I can conclude that audits within the company must be carried out periodically to review the extent to which administrative controls have been implemented to improve company performance and to achieve predetermined goals
