: This article introduces a community service conducted by the PkM ITERA team in Hanau Berak Village, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Nutmeg, being a primary agricultural commodity in this region, reveals an underutilized surplus of nutmeg flesh, leading to organic waste accumulation. In response to the urgent need for minimizing organic waste and elevating the economic viability of nutmeg fruit flesh, this endeavor is driven by the realization that this waste represents an overlooked potential. Nutmeg flesh possesses intrinsic qualities, notably a rich concentration of antioxidants known for their role in promoting skin health, stabilizing cardiac rhythms, mitigating insomnia, alleviating angina, enhancing digestive processes, improving blood circulation, increasing appetite, and fortifying the immune system. The proposed solution involves the creation of nutmeg-flavored tea, intended to mitigate the issue of excess nutmeg fruit waste while simultaneously augmenting the economic worth of the produced merchandise. Thus, this initiative materializes as a strategy to optimize nutmeg fruit utilization, curtail waste generation, and amplify its market value. The Community Partnership Program administered by the ITERA team serves as a conduit for the enrichment of knowledge, insights, and competencies among local nutmeg farmers, empowering them to generate high-value commodities from an underexploited resource. The scope of activities encompasses the entire production process, extending to packaging design.

The team teaching approach in madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) is often considered effective in improving the quality of learning, but empirical evidence on its impact on student discipline and focus is still limited in the context of basic Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative design of a case study in class II of MI Unggulan Al Muhammad Cepu. Primary data sources include participant observations, in-depth interviews with two teachers of the teaching team and six purposive students, as well as secondary data such as collaborative lesson plans and teacher reflections. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of team teaching in improving student discipline and focus on learning. The results showed that the symbiotic-asymmetrical collaboration between the Core Guides and the Response Facilitators created a pauseless instructional flow, reduced extrinsic cognitive load (time-on-task by an average of 85%), and transformed the discipline from external control to relational-proactive co-regulation that is in line with Islamic ta'dib. These findings have practical implications for MI teacher training.

One of the goals of improving the quality of human resources is to ensure that the organization/company has quality people to achieve organizational goals. As one of the main drivers in the smooth running of a company's activities, the important role of human resources requires every company to pay attention to and motivate its employees to provide good performance. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach, which can be interpreted as a research statement that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 33 employees who worked at the Medan Plantation Company. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, the results showed that each compensation and job satisfaction variable had a partial effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous testing resulted in an F-count value of 8,472 with a significance level of 0.000, while the f-table value at alpha 5% was 3.32, therefore based on the calculation results it was concluded that F-count > F-table and the significance level was 0.001 < 0.05 shows that compensation and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Plantation Companies. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2), obtained an R-Square value of 0.361, this means that 36.1% of the variation in employee performance values is determined by the role of variations in compensation values and job satisfaction so it can be concluded that the contribution of compensation values and job satisfaction in influencing employee performance was 36.1% while 63.9% was the contribution of other variables not included in this research.

Corruption in Indonesia is a chronic problem that damages the social and economic structure of the country. This paper explores the history of corruption from feudal times to the modern era, highlighting corrupt practices as part of the culture of government. The government has taken serious steps by establishing anti-corruption regulations and institutions to eradicate corruption that harms society and the state. This research uses the literature study method with a focus on improving governance and increasing transparency as an effort to prevent corruption. Through qualitative analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of existing anti-corruption regulations and institutions, as well as understanding the impact of corruption on people's social and economic rights. The results show that the government has taken concrete steps, such as establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and encouraging the use of information technology. However, the fight against corruption is faced with structural, cultural, instrumental and management barriers. Measures to improve governance and increase transparency are key to preventing corruption. Challenges include organized corruption, corrupt practices in the private sector, and non-compliance with regulations. Lack of resources is a constraint, and corruption in complex bureaucratic systems complicates case handling. Improving coordination, transparency, and public participation is needed to overcome these challenges. The government needs to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corruption-fighting measures. Regular evaluation, public participation, and human resource capacity building are key to creating a strong and resilient system against corrupt practices. Collective awareness and cooperation between the government, anti-corruption organizations, and society are essential to build an Indonesia that is clean from corruption and just for all its people.
