The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a library approach. A literature study was conducted by reviewing various sources related to the topics discussed as a conclusion that early adulthood is a period that is not easy, many developmental tasks will be faced, problems that come and go so that many early adults do not know the direction of their life, therefore it is necessary to have a coaching to direct and guide early adults so that they become strong and strong adults in facing the tasks they will carry.

Banyak dari negara berkembang di dunia sedang berusaha dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi juga taraf hidup warganya, salah satunya adalah Indonesia. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas pekerja dengan peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Literatur Review dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel penelitian yang pernah diterbitkan dan berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian yang sama. Berdasarkan 6 jurnal yang telah dianalisis terdapat persamaan bahwa dengan peningkatan kesehatan akan berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas tenaga. hal ini dikarenakan efektivitas dan produktivitas bekerja menjadi faktor utama dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingga semakin baik derajat kesehatan seseorang akan mendorong tingkat produktivitas dan efektivitas dalam bekerja yang kemudian akan memberikan dampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Akreditasi sekolah menjadi suatu hal yang urgen bagi SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia apalagi setelah 3 tahun berdiri. Hasil akreditasi yang baik bisa memunculkan legacy dan citra baik seiring dengan peningkatan standar dan kualitas pembelajaran Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan borang akreditasi standar mutu proses pembelajaran.kepada mitra dalam menghadapi akreditasi perdana. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 fase, yaitu: observasi persiapan penyusunan borang standar mutu proses pembelajaran; pemetaan, review, dan analisis SWOT potensi yang ada; pendampingan terhadap mitra dalam penyusunan borang akreditasi; pendampingan visitasi dan asesmen lapangan akreditasi sekolah; dan workshop peningkatan standar mutu proses pembelajaran pasca visitasi lapangan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia mampu meraih akreditasi perdana dengan predikat A (Unggul) dengan nilai 93. Dampak dari hasil akreditasi ini adalah kepercayaan masyarakat meningkat kepada potensi lembaga pendidikan baru yang meraih akreditasi unggul.  

Background: The discipline of health protocols is one of the first steps for the revival of tourism in Bali, which during the pandemic period experienced very difficult phases for tourism activists as well as local, domestic and international tourists. Bali Rise is Bali's tag line to re-open itself to accept tourists from abroad, of course with a health protocol that has become an absolute price. Purpose: The purpose of this article review is to evaluate the application of health protocol discipline, especially in Bali. Method: the method used in this article review is to search for articles with the keywords health and tourism protocols. The inclusion criteria are literature on health protocols during a pandemic with a range of publication years from 2019 to 2021, while the exclusion criteria are review articles. The results of the literature search carried out deletion of double articles, screening of titles, abstracts, and full-text obtained 20 articles. Result: tourism activists in Bali have increased their attention to support the recovery of Bali tourism by participating in training and socialization of health protocols and even some tourist objects that make strict SOPs regarding the implementation of health protocols. Conclusion: tourism in Bali is ready to rise with the application of health protocol discipline

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

Stereotypes and abnormal behaviour (SAB) exhibited by long-tailed macaques (LTMs) have attracted the attention of behavioural study, although caused by many factors. Mostly found in captivity, it can also occur in the natural environment. This study aims to review several scientific articles on SAB in LTMs, as well as for environmental enrichment conditions. This study used a web-based survey to collect all scientific publications related to SAB in LTMs with a statistical correlation test to determine the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and the regression test to determine the effects of the number of individuals observed, as well as SAB types in LTMs. This study used two variables: the number of individuals and SAB types and sorted by rank. The statistical correlation result shows that the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and publication's year is positive correlate. The regression test result shows that the total number of individuals observed is significantly different (p-value<0.05, one-tailed) between SAB types. The primary goal of stimulating environmental enrichment is to give pleasant options for animals based on the treatment object in the study supplied while emphasising animal welfare and promoting research effectiveness.

The company exports its food ingredients to Asia, Australia and Europe. This research will review the strategic management of a company, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. In this study the authors used qualitative method techniques with a descriptive qualitative method approach. This study shows that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carries out strategic management by promoting it on various platforms such as Instagram and TV shows. Then another management strategy is to continue to innovate to produce new products that can attract the attention of consumers and have added value.  

This study examines the implications of legal policies on the social structure of village communities in rural areas of Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this research analyzes how the implementation of various legal policies affects social dynamics, power relation patterns, and local institutions in rural areas. The results show that legal policies, especially those related to decentralization, agrarian reform, and recognition of indigenous communities, have resulted in significant changes in rural social structures. However, their impact varies depending on local context and community capacity in responding to changes. This study identifies transformations in local leadership, restructuring of access to resources, and shifts in traditional value systems. These findings highlight the importance of a more contextual and participatory approach in the formulation and implementation of legal policies in rural areas.

The results of the research, hazard mitigation in enclosed spaces begins with risk assessment, followed by the correct procedures for closed room entry (before, during and after), particular responsibilities (Captain to Rating), organized assistance measures (if a victim falls) and the implementation of the Drill. according to SOLAS 74

Character education is increasingly relevant in the millennial era, where the younger generation faces complex global and local challenges. This research aims to explore the role and urgency of character education in facing these challenges. In the context of social and technological change, character education is an important basis for forming a strong and competitive generation. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review. The importance of character education in facing the challenges of globalization and the various perspectives of values in society are analyzed. The influence of technology and social media is also a new challenge in building the character of the millennial generation. Strategies to ensure effective character education in dealing with globalization and local currents are also discussed. This research provides in-depth and useful insights for education practitioners, policy makers, and all parties who care about the character building of quality and competitive millennial generations. Through a deep understanding of the importance of character education in the millennial era, it is hoped that the younger generation can grow as individuals with integrity, globally competitive and respect local values that strengthen national identity.

This study investigated the role of financial literacy and social influence in the actual usage of digital payment as a fintech service systems in an effort to gather information and the degree of risk that users will experience, taking into account the advantages received. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative strategy coupled with a literature review method for data collection, namely the acquisition of data from publications and journals pertaining to the usage of digital payment systems. The data analysis technique employs the approach of deriving conclusions by objectively, systematically, and generally recognizing the many specific qualities of a message. The findings indicated that financial literacy and social influence have a substantial impact on the utilization of digital payment systems. The usage of digital payment services as a type of risky financial behavior raises knowledge and comprehension of financial goods, which will affect judgments on whether or not to utilize these products. This study is limited to a literature review and paves the way for future empirical studies to analyze the elements and dimensions of financial literacy and social influence in the usage of digital payment services in more depth.

Latar Belakang: hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit sistem kardiovaskular yang membunuh secara perlahan dan didefinisikan sebagai tekanan darah darah diatas batas normal dengan tekanan sistolik >140 mmHg dan tekanan diastoliknya >90 mmHg. Hipertensi jika tidak ditangani dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang cukup parah seperti penyakit jantung, gagal ginjal, stroke bahkan bisa sampai kematian. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi secara nonfarmakologis yaitu dengan senam yoga. latihan yang memberikan manfaat kesehatan fisik dan mental melalui pengaturan hipotalamus, kelenjar pituitari, kelenjar adrenal dan sumbu sintetis, memunculkan respons sistem saraf terhadap stres dan membuat para lansia lebih rileks. Tujuan: Untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan hasil dari kajian Literature review tentang pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Metode: Pada penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode Literatur review yaitu mengumpulkan data jurnal, membaca, membandingkan dan menyimpulkan dari 10 jurnal utama. Hasil: Setelah penulis melakukan kajian literature review dari beberapa sumber, didapatkan 90% senam yoga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Pemberian terapi senam yoga efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.

This study aims to find out the gap in shaitan entering the human heart. As is already known that shaitan will tempt humans until the end of time. Shaitan will do everything possible to tempt people and invite them to go to hell with them. It began when God created the first man who was the Prophet Adam AS. Allah Almighty commanded the angels and shaitans to kowtow to men. All angels were always obedient to God's commands and prostrated themselves to the first man, the Prophet Adam AS, while shaitan was reluctant to kowtow because he felt better because he was created from fire while man was created from a clod of earth. The pride of the shaitan caused Allah to impose the punishment that the shaitan took out of heaven. However, shaitan pleaded for the punishment to be suspended by vowing he would tempt people until the end of time. Therefore, shaitan both in the form of jinn and man always tempts to do things that Allah Almighty forbids.

The findings show that in general it is effective because there are things in the TEAR indicator and related to the slogans of this World Cup, such as multiculturalism, diversity and peace.

In the era of technological and information development that is all sophisticated and modern, let's call it the era of industry 4.0 which is currently taking place and will also lead to the era of society 5.0, of course, making the use of the internet and technology a primary need. It cannot be denied that there are positive and negative impacts from the use of the internet and technology, moving from the negative impact that has started to make people behave individually. Lack of care and intolerance among others, the main purpose of this paper is to analyse the concept of Pancasila education as a national character education in the midst of the current era. The research in this paper uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analytical research type, with data collection techniques using literature review. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education as a national character education is certainly a character formation starting from the practice of Pancasila values ​​for the millennial generation in all aspects of social, national and state life. This can certainly be done well if the strengthening of the cultivation of Pancasila values ​​is carried out both in the family environment and in the world of education or even introductory socializations that can be carried out so that the millennial generation does not lose direction, it can actually better understand the values ​​of Pancasila itself.

This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the short story, Lara Lana, by Dee Lestari using an objective and mimetic approach. The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The resource in this study is the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique used in this study was to read critically and carefully the entire contents of the short story. The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation of learning media as message distributors. The study in this paper uses a descriptive method with literature study, namely by presenting an overview and analysis of the meaning, rationale for using media, rationale for using media, learning media in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and the benefits of using media. The results of this literature review indicate that learning media in general are tools for teaching and learning processes.
