This research was conducted to see whether there was an influence of liquidity and profitability on profit growth in three islamic commercial banking companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange (BEI). The phenomenon of profit growth is the company’s ability to increase net profit compared to the previous year. Good profit growth can reflect that the company’s financial performance and financial condition are good. Profit growth can be calculated by subtracting the current period’s net profit from the previous period’s net profit and the dividing by the previous period’s net profit. There are two ratios used in this research, namely the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio) and the profitability ratio (Return On Asset).

This research aims to examine the influence of work competency on the performance of PT Cityneon Prima Mandiri employees. This research is a type of quantitative research. The subjects of this research are employees of PT Cityneon Prima Mandiri. and the object in this research is the work competency variable. The population used in the research were all employees of PT Cityneon Prima Mandiri. which amounts to . The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire which will be given a score based on a Likert scale. This research uses observation and pre-research methods involving one variable. The results of this research show that work competency has a positive and significant influence.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, corporate image and competitive advantage on economic performance in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research time period used is 4 years, namely the 2018-2021 period. The population of this study includes all state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained 10 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using the eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Image have no effect on Economics Performance, while Competitive Advantage has an effect on Economics Performance.

The purpose of this study is to provide details on how character education is developed in SMK PGRI 7 in Surabaya. Findings from this study shed light on the challenges faced by educators and the methods they used to overcome them in their quest to guide pupils toward more religious, empathetic, and patriotic conduct. Data for this study was gathered via interviews with teachers and administrators at SMK PGRI 7 Surabaya, observation of students and staff, and careful documenting of all relevant events. Methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation are used in data collecting. An interactive model is used for data analysis, which consists of many steps including data collecting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study point to several conclusions, including the following: (1) the development of educational technology affects the incorporation of character education; (2) parental involvement and encouragement positively affects the success of cultivating character education; (3) educators lend a hand in the form of concrete actions to ensure that students successfully implement character education; and (4) the existence of the new curriculum presents a minor barrier to educators' efforts to cultivate character education. The school has decided to address the problem of low teacher performance by funding their attendance at a series of seminars and training sessions focused on developing their "soft skills."

This research aims to analyze the influence of regional financial performance on capital expenditure allocation. The data used is secondary data from 2018 to 2021 which comes from regional financial reports. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that regional financial performance has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure allocation. This shows that the better the regional financial performance, the greater the capital expenditure allocation that can be allocated. The ability of regional governments to manage their regional finances can be measured by analyzing regional financial performance. Regional financial performance consists of financial ratios. These financial ratios are used to assess regional financial independence in financing the implementation of regional autonomy, measure effectiveness and efficiency in realizing regional income, measure the extent of regional government activity in spending its regional income, measure the contribution of each source of income in the formation of regional income, see growth/development of income and expenditure during a certain period of time.

This study aims to analyze the difference in the value of West Java's BAZNAS' financial performance before and after Covid-19. Use descriptive analysis techniques in conjunction with quantitative approaches to produce a comprehensive picture. The sources of research data are primary data and secondary data. The method of calculating zakat financial ratios uses the formula Net Allocation Ratio, Zakat Allocation Ratio, Infaq and Shodaqo Allocation Ratio, ZIS Turnover, Current Ratio, and Cash to ZIS Ratio. Data analysis techniques to measure differences in BAZNAS performance before and after the pandemic, the author uses a statistical test, namely paired sample t-Test. Paired sample t-Test is a difference test between two paired samples. Based on the results of paired sample t-test, all financial ratios tested did not have a significant difference between before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This means that the collection and distribution of zakat funds during the Covid-19 pandemic did not experience significant differences.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability, Leverage, and Fixed Asset Intensity on Tax Avoidance in manufacturing companies. The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2017-2021 period.          The population of this study includes all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the established criteria 47 companies were obtained. The ana;iytical method used is [ane; data regression  analysis using Eviews 12.            The results show that Institutional Ownership and Leverage had no effect on Tax Avoidance, Audit Committee, Profitability, Fixed Asset Intensity, and Fixed Asset Intensity with Tax Avoidance.   .

This study examined the effectsl of workload, stress, job appraisal, professionalism, and skills on employee performance among workers at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Using the Yamane formula and purposive sampling methods, a total of 75 individuals were found. Workload lhas a strongl favorable impact lon employee performancel, citing SPSS data. lWork stress has al considerable beneficial impact on employee performance, as demonstrated by the computed lt value ofl 3.901 lwith la significance value ofl 0.001 <0.05.l This suggests that lH1 is acceptedl. The calculated t lvalue ofl 3.361 indicates that H2 is rejected. H3 is approved since lthe regression coefficient value of 3.383 (positive)l and the lsignificance value of 0.001l<0.05 show that work appraisals significantly improve employee performance. H4 is rejected, according to lthe regression coefficient value ofl 1.348 l(positive)l and lthe significance value ofl 0.182 > 0.05. The computed F value of 21.812, lwith a significance valuel of 0.000 > 0.05, indicates that lH4 is acceptedl; work evaluation, lprofessionalism, andl talents all positively impact employee performance at the same time. This demonstrates that skills significantly improve worker performance. At 3.343, the regression coefficient is positive and has a significance level lof 0.001 < 0.05l.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.

Lembang Financial Performance Analysis is a form of accountability and a manifestation of financial decentralization and authority from the center to lembang. The service of an aircraft on the ground at the airport is handled by the Ground Handling unit. One of the ground handling companies at the airport International Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang is PT Gapura Angkasa. PT Gapura Angkasa is engaged in providing Ground Handling services for airlines operating in Indonesia. One of the factors that support organizational culture is one of the factors that is strong and supports performance development is organizational culture Another factor that affects the performance of PT Gapura Angkasa employees is work discipline, because discipline is a form of training for the company. This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of PT Gapura Angkasa employees at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport Palembang. The method used in this study is quantitative method. A sample of 95 employees. The population in this study consisted of employees of PT. The gate at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport Palembang is as many as 95 population. The sampling technique used is the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for every element or member of the population to be sampled.The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were carried out in September 2023. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests, T tests, and F tests. The results showed that partially organizational culture and work discipline affect performance. The higher the organizational culture and work discipline, the higher the performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the results of multiple linear tests show a constant value (a) marked negative, which is 3.356 meaning that if organizational culture, work discipline and performance are equal to zero (0) then employee performance decreases; From the results of coefficient determination, the R square number is 0.813 or 81.3%. This explains that the relationship between organizational culture variables and work discipline has a very strong correlation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The method used by this study uses the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis of research that has a relationship with the influence of transformational leadership and employee performance. The data collection method uses 3 accesses, namely Science Direct, Emerald and Google Scholar. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 data that have a significant positive effect and dominate, 6 data with a positive and significant effect but do not dominate, and 3 data have a significant negative effect, 8 data show the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through mediating variables, and 1 effect of transformational leadership on employee performance data through moderating variables. Conclusion, that transformational leadership affects employee performance where the better the application of transformational leadership in the organization, the more it improves employee performance.

This research aims to determine leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture simultaneously on work performance of PT employees. Indonesian Palm Oil Calendar. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 97 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The research results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style on work performance, there was a positive and significant influence of teamwork on work performance, there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work performance and there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture together on work performance. The contribution of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture to work performance is 0.683 or 68.3% while the remaining 40.6% is determined by other variables not analyzed in the model in this study.

Every company formed has a vision and mission that must be carried out to achieve goals. To achieve the goals to be achieved, competent human resources are needed in their respective fields. However, nowadays many people are not working according to their competence because they are looking for income. While working, it is undeniable that employees will feel anxious and lead to burnout. Employee performance will go well if they have the same competence as their job and also do not feel burnout. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competence and burnout on employee performance at CV Asih Suminar. In this study involved 30 respondents using descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by interviews, observation and documentation. With the result that competence lacks influence while burnout has an influence on performance.

The leadership of the Citatah Village Head plays an important role in developing the community of Citatah Village, Cipatat District West Bandung, the village head is the main key in driving human resource developmentin the village environment. Through data collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis involving village heads, village officials and village communities. The author can provide an overview of the Citatah Village Head, namely that the village head is able to play an active role in human resource development programs, building awareness and the spirit of community participation through effective communication and collaboration with the local community. The transformational leadership used by the village head makes working relationship and relations with the community more harmonious. The discipline applied by the village head can be accepted by every village official. However village officials have hopes of providing rewards from the village head for optimal performance carried out by village officials both in terms of service performance and development in the field. It is hoped that the provision of these rewards con further motivate the performance of existing village officials.

The research background indicates that modern teenagers often struggle to manage their sleep time due to academic pressures, activities, social media, and electronic devices. This threatens the quality of their sleep and has a negative impact on their health. Therefore, it is essential to emphasize the importance of healthy sleep recommendations, including the Islamic perspective, to enhance adolescent productivity. The research aims to explore the challenges of adolescent sleep and strategies to improve sleep management by integrating Islamic values. A literature review method is used to gather and analyze data from various sources. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of sleep as a natural human need and the negative effects of sleep deprivation on the productivity, academic performance, mental health, and physical well-being of adolescents. Therefore, good sleep time management, following age-specific guidelines and Islamic values, is necessary to improve the physical and mental health and productivity of adolescents. The research implications suggest that adolescents need to adhere to age-appropriate sleep recommendations and Islamic guidelines. This will help improve academic performance, mental and physical health, and reduce stress. Effective sleep time management will contribute to achieving a balance in mental, physical, and spiritual health aspects, ultimately enhancing adolescent productivity.

This study aims to determine how the process of planning facilities and infrastructure in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan Central Jakarta. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by analyzing the problems and data found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through journals, articles, and previous research related to the research topic. This research design is based on a qualitative approach and takes several samples. Respondents of this study are employees involved in facilities and infrastructure at the research site. Planning of facilities and infrastructure is carried out so that all office facilities and infrastructure can run well, so that employees in the office can utilize them optimally, can also support employee performance and smooth work so that maximum final results can be obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning of facilities and infrastructure in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan Central Jakarta.

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Awareness, and Fiscal Services on Individual Taxpayer Compliance Registered at the West Semarang Primary Tax Service Office (KPP). The population of individual taxpayers registered at the West Semarang Tax Service Office (KPP) is 12,736 people. The sample/respondent was taken as many as 100 respondents with the Slovin formula, and was determined using the accidental sampling technique. The results showed that tax sanctions had a positive effect (β 1 = 0.338) and t count = 4.326 > t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, the hypothesis 1). (H1) that tax sanctions have a positive effect on the performance of taxpayer compliance received. Taxpayer awareness has a positive effect (β 2 = 0.262) and t count = 4.189 > t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 2). (H2) that taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on accepted taxpayer compliance. Fiscal services have a positive effect (β 3 = 0.433) and t count = 7.507 > t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 3). (H3) that tax authorities have a positive effect on tax payer compliance.

Success in carrying out work duties serving the community can be achieved with the quality of community satisfaction. Improving the quality of performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Serdang Bedagai Regency will be achieved by continuously improving the quality of Human Resources and work facilities which are always oriented towards improving the quality and quality of services. The objectives of this research are (1) To analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (2) To analyze the influence of work facilities on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (3) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (4) To analyze the influence of work discipline, work facilities and compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population was 70 employees, the sample taken was 64 employees. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show that partially it can be concluded that work discipline (X1), work facilities (X2) and compensation (X3) have a positive and significant influence on performance (Y) . From the results of this research, it can be concluded that work discipline, work facilities and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on performance.

This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. There were four informants for this research, consisting of three general staff and one administrative staff. The main objectives of this research are to find out employee performance programs that have been implemented to improve PT Tri Digi Fin, find out about continuous training and development to improve their performance, and find out how employees improve their work performance. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding employee performance. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that our program performance includes regular assessments based on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that help identify areas for improvement. This finding is reinforced by interview results which show that employees who cannot adapt to change or are open-minded to new ideas and improvements can perform less well in a dynamic environment.
