Question and answer is a classroom activity that allows learners to create or recreate meaning through language. Effective questioning is a means for students to respond during the learning process. Designing questions that capture student interest and attention comprises diagnosing and verifying specific facts or information, determining, and encouraging analytical, inductive, differentiation, extension, application, problem-solving, and synthesis skills. To be effective, we must design questions and answers to request information. Effective classroom questioning techniques require good preparation and do not require students to use thinking skills. This article illustrates that Q&A is a very common activity that can help students learn English and is an important way for students to exchange ideas with teachers and students. Immunization is an act of providing immunity to children against diseases that can be prevented by immunization before the age of 12 months, namely tuberculosis, polio, hepatitis B, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus and measles. Complete and regular basic immunization by receiving all types of basic immunization when children are less than 11 months old can reduce morbidity and mortality rates for toddlers by around 80-95%. Incomplete basic immunization, maximum can only provide 25-40% protection. The role of a mother in the immunization program is very important, because the use of health facilities by babies/children is related to factors that influence the mother. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between factors that influence mothers on basic immunization status in babies aged 12-24 months. This research uses a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 40 people. Sampling was taken using the total population. This research was conducted in Nauli Village, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency in 2023. The instrument in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square. From the research results, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between maternal age with a value of p=0.001, education with a value of p=0.004, employment with a value of p=0.001, number of children with a value of p=0.000, and knowledge with a value of p=0.000 on basic immunization status . Clean architecture is a method of application development that divides code into multiple layers based on the purpose of the code, ensuring minimal dependency. Popular architectures in Android application development include MVP (Model View Presenter), MVI (Model View Intent), and MVVM (Model View ViewModel). This research focuses on creating three applications with similar features and interfaces using different architectures. The study compares modifiability, testability, and performance aspects to determine the differences between each architecture. The results show that MVVM architecture is the best in modifiability, with the lowest number of index modifications. Testability requires no more than four scenarios for all architectures. However, MVI architecture outperforms in test coverage, and MVP architecture outperforms in performance. Overall, clean architecture is a valuable approach for improving the performance and usability of Android applications.

This research discusses the performance allowance system (pay-for-performance), which is a more modern and progressive system and is expected to improve employee performance significantly. The aim is to analyze the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis technique used is through interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office is quite good, this is shown in the performance sheet management system in providing performance allowances which uses the SIMPEG E-Kinerja application, thereby simplifying and speeding up the reporting process. However, there are still weaknesses, namely the existence of organizational behavior that cannot be overcome, for example crab mentality, allowances provided by agencies that are not in accordance with the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are late in coming to the office, do not come to the office, employees who leave their duties during working hours without permission, delays in incentive payments at the Langkat Regent's Office. Therefore, some employees feel unfair in the performance allowances they receive, and this causes competition between employees, they become lazy and less motivated to work hard, until in the end they prefer to just work as it is.

This learning media aims to develop and improve elementary school students' learning. This media is a development media that uses meta analysis methods. One of the problems in education is the minimum media facilities and infrastructure, so teachers are required to be creative in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, such as developing learning media in the classroom. An interesting learning media that can overcome students' boredom in learning activities is game-based learning activities, such as the application of the snakes and ladders game media. Children at the elementary level have a tendency to play. A fun and relaxed situation will help children to increase their interest in learning. The development of learning media in the form of the snakes and ladders game has the impact of providing discourse about alternative teaching media for elementary level. It is hoped that the use of this learning media can improve the quality of teaching and learning activities at the basic level.
