The company as a place for providing employment, requires accepting workers the detention of the employee's original diploma as a guarantee so that employees cannot violate the rules in the company. Withholding of diplomas is a form of human rights violations that are often ignored by job providers. The purpose of writing this study is to determine the role of the government in handling cases of withholding original diplomas carried out by employers and protecting the human rights of employees to recover original diplomas withheld. The need for legal protection for employees who experience diploma withholding. The research method used by the author in this thesis is using normative research methods with literature research which is research on laws and regulations (Statute Approach) and literature or reading materials and obtained experts and scholars (Conceptual Approach) related to the material discussed. Based on research conducted in the results of the study, there are still many entrepreneurs holding diplomas. Although employers and workers enter into an employment agreement that does not include a clause withholding diplomas, but the original diplomas are still withheld on the basis of mutual trust between employers and employees. The actions of employers have been included in human rights violations, this results in employees not being able to apply for jobs elsewhere that are better in accordance with their abilities. There is a conclusion that there is a legal vacuum, there is no specific law prohibiting the withholding of diplomas.

This research aims to determine the regulations related to the implementation of digital gold investment in Indonesia and to determine the form of legal protection that BAPPEBTI can provide through statutory regulations for digital gold customers. This research is normative legal research that is descriptive in nature. The research approach used is a statutory and conceptual approach. The types and sources of legal materials used consist of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The legal material collection technique used is literature study a. The legal material analysis technique used is deductive using the syllogism method. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of digital gold investment trading in Indonesia is generally regulated in the Commodity Futures Trading Law, explained in more detail in Minister of Trade Regulation No. 119 of 2018, and the technical provisions are regulated in BAPPEBTI Regulations. The legal protection that BAPPEBTI can provide to digital gold customers includes carrying out supervision and even inspection of companies carrying out digital gold trading activities, then if violations are found by the company concerned, BAPPEBTI can impose administrative or criminal sanctions. However, there is a contradiction in Article 6 letters e and f in the Commodity Futures Trading Law, in letter e it is stated that BAPPEBTI has the authority to carry out inspections of parties who have business permits, individual permits, approvals or registration certificates. However, in letter f it is stated that BAPPEBTI appoints another party to carry out certain inspections in the context of implementing BAPPEBTI's authority as referred to in letter e. This shows that BAPPEBTI as a special institution for futures trading cannot be directly involved in enforcing the futures trading system, which means that BAPPEBTI's role in providing legal protection for digital gold customers is not optimal.

This study explores the intersection of classical Islamic philosophical thought and modern environmental ethics to propose a Sharia-based eco-theology model for addressing global sustainability challenges. It investigates key Islamic environmental principles, such as khalifah (stewardship), amanah (trustworthiness), and mizan (balance), which emphasize humanity’s responsibility to protect and preserve the environment. These values, derived from Islamic teachings, offer a moral and spiritual framework for ecological stewardship, aligning closely with contemporary concerns like sustainability, biodiversity preservation, and climate change mitigation. The research integrates these Islamic principles with modern ecological ethics, including ecocentrism, deep ecology, and environmental justice, to construct a holistic eco-theological model. Through this framework, the study emphasizes the importance of balancing ecological, economic, and social factors to promote environmental justice. The findings suggest that Islamic eco-theology can play a significant role in fostering environmental responsibility within Muslim communities and beyond, contributing to global sustainability efforts. Practical applications of these principles are seen in educational initiatives, such as the incorporation of eco-theology into curricula at Islamic institutions, and in community-based environmental projects. The research also highlights the challenges and limitations of traditional interpretations of Islamic environmental ethics, suggesting the need for progressive and adaptive approaches in addressing modern environmental issues. Future research directions include exploring the integration of this eco-theology in policy-making, Islamic education, and cross-cultural applications, ensuring its relevance to diverse communities facing environmental challenges.

The aim of this research is to investigate the regulations governing the position of the insured in credit life insurance and the responsibilities of insurance companies, as delineated in Decision Number 3079K/Pdt/2019. Credit life insurance serves as a mechanism for banks to mitigate the risk of debtor default in debt repayment resulting from the death of the debtor. It entails a collaborative effort between banks and insurance companies aimed at facilitating credit repayment to the bank in the event of the demise of the credit facility user (debtor). This research adopts a normative legal approach with a case study methodology, examining legal issues elucidated in court decisions of enduring legal significance. The findings from Decision Number 3079K/Pdt/2019 reveal that the insurance company bears the responsibility of settling the outstanding debt of the insured, contingent upon premium payments, in the event of the insured's demise. In the realm of insurance, the direct relationship typically exists between the insured and the insurer; however, in credit life insurance, the direct relationship materializes between the insurer and the policyholder, thereby rendering the position of the insured comparatively weak and indirect.

This study examines the impact of differentiated learning models in inclusive educational settings, focusing on their effect on student participation, motivation, and academic performance. Differentiated instruction (DI) adapts content, teaching methods, and assessments to meet the diverse learning styles, interests, and abilities of students. Using a mixed methods approach, the research combines quantitative and qualitative data to explore how DI influences engagement and academic outcomes in diverse classrooms. The findings show that DI significantly increased student participation, as lessons tailored to individual strengths encouraged more active involvement. Motivation also improved, with students displaying higher intrinsic motivation when engaging with relevant material at their own pace. Additionally, academic performance improved, especially for students who had struggled with traditional teaching methods. These results suggest that DI is an effective strategy for inclusive education, particularly for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The study emphasizes the importance of teacher training and ongoing professional development for successful DI implementation. The implications are significant for global educational settings, where classrooms are becoming more diverse. By adopting differentiated strategies, educators can create more equitable and inclusive learning experiences. This study investigates teachers' perceptions, experiences, and challenges in implementing authentic assessment in multicultural secondary school classrooms. Authentic assessment, focusing on real-world applications and holistic evaluation, is considered valuable for engaging students and fostering critical thinking. However, teachers in multicultural settings face specific challenges, including cultural sensitivity, time constraints, limited assessment literacy, and institutional policies favoring traditional assessments. Through qualitative, phenomenological research with in-depth interviews of language and literacy teachers, the study examines the benefits and barriers of authentic assessment. The findings indicate that while teachers recognize its pedagogical value, they encounter difficulties such as time limitations, insufficient professional development, and a lack of institutional support. Additionally, adapting assessments to be culturally relevant while ensuring fairness and inclusivity proves challenging. This research contributes to understanding the practical obstacles teachers face when applying authentic assessment in diverse classrooms. It also suggests that enhancing assessment literacy, providing targeted professional development, and revising policies to support flexible assessment approaches could help address these issues. The study emphasizes the need for a more culturally responsive approach to assessment, aiming to better equip students for real-world success while addressing the complexities of multicultural education.
