Climate change is increasingly recognized as a significant financial risk factor, particularly in developing countries where financial systems are often less resilient to environmental shocks. This study explores the relationship between climate-related financial risks, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and economic stability in developing nations. It highlights how both physical risks, such as extreme weather events (e.g., floods and droughts), and transition risks, including regulatory changes and shifts toward a low-carbon economy, deter FDI and contribute to economic volatility. The findings show that developing countries, which are more vulnerable to these risks, experience reduced FDI inflows due to the increased costs of adaptation and the potential for operational disruptions. Additionally, the study finds that countries with weaker financial institutions and governance structures are more susceptible to the economic instability induced by climate risks. The analysis suggests that climate risk mitigation strategies, such as strengthening financial sectors, improving governance, and implementing effective climate policies, can help reduce these risks and create a more stable investment environment. The research also identifies gaps in the literature, particularly the combined effect of climate risks and financial instability on FDI, which warrants further exploration. The study calls for more comprehensive research, particularly focusing on regional case studies and sector-specific impacts, to guide policymakers in fostering a climate-resilient economic environment that attracts sustainable foreign investment.

In Article 338 of the Criminal Code, the element of taking a life is formulated as een ander van het leven beroven which means "taking another person's life". Because the act or behavior of taking another person's life does not always contain an element of violence, whereas if the word oven is translated with the word plunder then the act must be carried out with violence. The research method used in this thesis is juridical-empirical. Juridical-empirical research is legal research regarding the application or implementation of normative legal provisions directly to each specific legal event that occurs in society. Data collection methods are techniques or methods that can be used by researchers to collect data. The technique of designating a word that is abstract and not manifested in objects, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, exams (tests), documentation, etc. Based on the research results, in case 200/Pid.B/2023/PN Kabanjahe, the application of Article 338 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) as a basis for assessing the crime of murder has a number of aspects that need to be studied in depth. The Public Prosecutor charged the Defendant with many articles, starting from Article 170 paragraph (2) 3e of the Criminal Code to Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code. This shows the prosecutor's efforts to cover all actions carried out by the Defendant. However, the main focus should be on premeditated murder, which is regulated in Article 340 of the Criminal Code.  In case 200/Pid.B/2023/PN Kabanjahe, the defendant Melina Simanjuntak alias Mamak Rani alias Ina Juntak was found guilty of committing the crime of murder accompanied by theft based on Article 339 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code. The Panel of Judges considered a number of legal facts revealed during the trial, including the Defendant's direct involvement in the criminal acts committed with Jamando Sipayung. The use of strong evidence, such as bloodstains and valuables belonging to the victim, further strengthens the charges. Therefore, the Defendant was sentenced to prison for 15 years, with the period of detention already served being deducted from the sentence. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that in case 200/Pid.B/2023/PN Kbj, the application of the elements The crime of murder as regulated in Article 338 of the Criminal Code has been carried out carefully. Apart from that, the consideration of the Panel of Judges in handing down sentences against perpetrators also reflects justice. The judge considers the background of the case, the perpetrator's motivation based on hurt feelings, and the impact of the act on the victim and his family

Sentences are classified as effective if they meet several requirements, namely structural equivalence, word economy, accuracy of reasoning and logicality of language. Meanwhile, ineffective sentences are caused by the structure of the sentence not being unified, not parallel, and very wasteful or wordy. The practical benefit obtained is the ease of determining the effectiveness of sentences in news texts. Dengue Fever is caused by the dengue virus transmitted by humans through the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes previously infected with dengue virus from other dengue fever patients. The problem is that there is no vaccine or anti-viral drug for dengue hemorrhagic fever, an extraordinary event of dengue hemorrhagic fever if in the community: someone dies or the mortality rate is fifty percent of the previous one and in one month the number of dengue cases doubles from the previous year. Epidemiological control of the presence of mosquitoes through the 3M movement and the larva-free rate (ABJ) ≥ 95% of the national target. Alternative Fogging is carried out if three or more patients with unexplained fever are found and more than or equal to five percent of larvae are found. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the larval stage of DHF vectors to determine the distribution, mosquito density, the main habitat of larvae, and the alleged risk of transmission. The purpose of this study was to determine the House Index, Container Index, Bruteau Index, Density Figure and ABJ through a larval survey. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Research instruments: questionnaires, observation sheets, flashlight equipment to check for the presence of larvae. Results HI, BI and CI Habitat Index > 5%. The larva free rate in Sumberejo Prosperous Village was 87%, indicating a moderate density of potential dengue transmission, because it was below > 95%.
