The digital economy has significantly transformed economic growth by introducing innovations in payment systems and financial services. The modernization of payment instruments through monetary policy has enhanced the ability to control inflation and ensure financial system stability. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of monetary policy and the utilization of the digital economy in maintaining financial stability in Indonesia. Using time series data from 2010 to 2024 obtained from the World Bank, this research applies the Vector Autoregression (VAR) method to examine both short-term and long-term relationships among variables, including e-money, money supply, inflation, exchange rate, interest rate, and credit card usage. The results show that e-money has a significant reciprocal influence on the money supply, while inflation is also affected by e-money and interest rates. The impulse response function demonstrates that the interactions among these variables tend to converge towards equilibrium over time. Variance decomposition analysis indicates that in the short term, e-money primarily drives financial stability, whereas in the medium and long term, the money supply plays a dominant role. Overall, the findings suggest that monetary policy, supported by digital economic systems, effectively enhances financial system stability in Indonesia. This research contributes to understanding the dual effect of digital payment innovations and provides recommendations for policymakers to strengthen financial inclusion, economic resilience, and macro-financial stability in the digital era.

This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and learning environment on learning outcomes, with learning motivation as a mediating variable, among students of SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, the research involved a population of 175 students, all of whom were included as the sample through a total sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The analytical procedures encompassed measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing for both direct and indirect effects. The findings reveal a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes, indicating that students with higher confidence in their abilities tend to achieve better academic performance. Similarly, the learning environment was found to have a positive and significant direct effect on learning outcomes, suggesting that supportive academic surroundings contribute meaningfully to student achievement. However, the study found no significant direct effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, nor any significant mediating role of learning motivation in the relationships between self-efficacy and learning outcomes or between learning environment and learning outcomes. These results imply that while self-efficacy and a conducive learning environment are key determinants of academic success, the role of learning motivation as an intervening variable may not be as substantial in this context. The absence of mediation suggests that motivation alone may not bridge the gap between personal and environmental factors and actual academic performance. This study contributes to educational research by providing empirical evidence on the complex interplay between psychological, environmental, and motivational factors influencing student achievement, highlighting the need for educators to strengthen both self-belief and learning conditions to optimize outcomes.

Dating violence among adolescents is a phenomenon that is often unnoticed and hidden behind relationships considered to be normal. Many adolescents get caught in unhealthy relationships due to a lack of understanding about boundaries and the types of violence that can occur in dating relationships, such as physical, verbal, emotional, and sexual abuse. Dating violence is often seen as part of the normal dynamics of a relationship, but it can have significant negative impacts on the mental and physical health of adolescents involved. This study aims to provide education on the importance of recognizing signs of dating violence and to encourage adolescents to build healthy, equitable relationships. Through educational activities, it is hoped that adolescents can increase their awareness of dating violence, understand the importance of boundaries, and gain the courage to take action if they or their partners experience violence. This education also aims to foster empathy, respect, and healthy communication skills between adolescent couples. The education provided includes information that helps adolescents recognize the different forms of violence and how to avoid them. It also emphasizes the importance of open communication and mutual support in relationships. With good communication skills, adolescents are expected to resolve conflicts constructively and keep their relationships positive. Values of equality and mutual respect in relationships are also introduced to ensure that both partners feel valued and respected. With a better understanding of healthy relationships, it is hoped that adolescents will be able to make better decisions in their relationships. Through ongoing education, dating violence can be prevented from an early age. This will allow adolescents to engage in safer, more respectful, and positive relationships, while reducing the negative effects of dating violence.

This study examines the influence of parental absenteeism and parenting styles on adolescent delinquent behavior, as well as the role of emotional intelligence as a moderator. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected from 224 high school students using delinquency scales, parental absenteeism, parenting styles, and the TEIQue-SF. The data were analyzed using linear regression and moderation analysis with SPSS and the PROCESS model 1 macro. The results indicate that parental absenteeism has a significant positive effect on juvenile delinquency (β = 0.232, p < 0.01), which means that the more frequently parents are absent, the higher the likelihood of delinquent behavior in adolescents. Additionally, parenting styles also have a significant effect on delinquency (R² = 0.149, p < 0.01). Both authoritarian and permissive styles increase the risk of delinquency, while the authoritative style serves as a protective factor that can reduce juvenile delinquency. The authoritative style, combining discipline with affection, is shown to be effective in preventing negative behaviors in adolescents. Emotional intelligence plays a significant role as a moderator in the relationship between parental absenteeism and delinquency (β = -0.128, p < 0.05), suggesting that adolescents with higher emotional intelligence can mitigate the negative impact of parental absenteeism on their delinquent behavior. However, emotional intelligence does not significantly moderate the relationship between parenting styles and delinquency. These findings highlight the importance of active parental involvement in parenting and the development of adolescents' emotional intelligence to prevent delinquent behavior. Therefore, comprehensive and culturally-based intervention approaches involving families, schools, and communities are needed to support the prevention of adolescent delinquency and foster healthy, positive relationships for them.

Public communication plays a crucial role in delivering targeted transportation information and building a positive image of government institutions in the eyes of the public. One concrete implementation of effective public communication is the Edutrip program, an educational initiative from Surakarta's Tirtonadi Terminal designed to improve public transportation literacy, particularly among students and teachers. This program is not merely an educational visit, but also a strategic tool for Tirtonadi Terminal Public Relations to introduce the terminal's function as a modern and integrated transportation service center. This study aims to analyze the public communication strategies implemented by Tirtonadi Terminal Public Relations in implementing Edutrip, with a primary focus on their interactions with students and teachers as participants. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the results show that Tirtonadi Terminal Public Relations predominantly applies the Public Information model from Grunig and Hunt (1984), namely by conveying one-way information that is educational and factual. However, in practice, elements of the Two-Way Symmetrical model were also found, particularly through question and answer sessions, discussions, and gathering feedback from participants which were then used as evaluation material for future program improvements. In contrast, the Press Agentry and Two-Way Asymmetrical models did not appear dominant, given that the approach used did not focus on excessive promotion or information manipulation, but rather on objective and dialogical education. This adaptive and responsive communication strategy not only increased participants' understanding of public transportation but also helped shape the positive image of Tirtonadi Terminal as a transparent, professional, and educational public institution. These findings emphasize the importance of selecting an appropriate and contextual communication model in building constructive relationships between public institutions and the community.

This study investigates the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance at Omba Tana Rara Public School, a rural educational institution located in a geographically remote area with distinct contextual challenges. Despite the crucial role of teachers in shaping educational outcomes, limited research has explored how job satisfaction contributes to teacher performance in such isolated settings. Employing a quantitative approach, the research surveyed 32 teachers using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire designed to measure key dimensions of job satisfaction, including recognition, professional development, remuneration, interpersonal relationships, and work environment. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to determine the statistical relationship between job satisfaction and teacher performance. The results revealed that job satisfaction has a significant and positive impact on teacher performance (β = 0.67; p < 0.01), indicating that increases in satisfaction levels are associated with higher levels of effectiveness and engagement among teachers. Among the satisfaction factors examined, recognition from leadership, opportunities for professional growth, and supportive working conditions were identified as dominant contributors to improved performance. The findings of this study contribute to filling the research gap concerning human resource issues in remote schools and offer practical insights for stakeholders in education. In particular, the study emphasizes the importance of designing context-specific strategies that prioritize teacher welfare as a means of boosting instructional quality and learning outcomes. It recommends policy interventions focused on enhancing intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction elements through improved school management practices. By highlighting the correlation between teacher satisfaction and performance, especially in rural and under-resourced areas, this research underscores the need for holistic human resource development in education. It advocates for a welfare-centered approach in managing and supporting teachers to ensure sustainable improvements in school effectiveness.

This study aims to uncover, analyze, and document the cultural values embodied in the paca or belis tradition in Manggarai community weddings in Golo Wangkung Village, Congkar District, East Manggarai Regency. The belis tradition is understood as an important element in wedding customs that symbolizes the groom's family's respect for the bride's family for their services in raising and educating their daughter until she is ready to start a household. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, utilizing data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, the bridal couple, and local residents, as well as documentation of the traditional procession. The results show that belis not only contains economic value through the provision of material or livestock, but is also full of social, cultural, and spiritual meaning. The main values identified include respect for parents and ancestors, the responsibility of the groom's family for the continuity of family relationships, strengthening social ties between two extended families, and a symbol of the legitimacy of marriage according to Manggarai customs. The belis tradition also functions as a mechanism to maintain harmonious relationships between families and strengthen social networks within the community. Furthermore, this tradition plays a strategic role in maintaining local cultural identity amidst modernization and changing social values. However, challenges arise when the economic value of belis experiences inflation or a shift in meaning, potentially triggering financial burdens and conflict. Therefore, preserving the belis tradition requires adjustments to its values and implementation mechanisms to maintain its relevance, without losing the essence of respect and togetherness that are at the heart of Manggarai culture. This research makes an important contribution to the documentation and preservation of cultural heritage, and serves as a reference for local governments, traditional leaders, and the community in maintaining the sustainability of the paca or belis tradition.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the way humans communicate and live their daily lives. One important innovation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), one tangible manifestation of which is the chatbot as a virtual friend. This study aims to examine the role of chatbots as virtual friends through a literature review approach. The results of the study indicate that chatbots can serve as a potential, easily accessible tool for providing emotional support. Chatbots are able to create a safe space for users, especially Generation Z, to express themselves and overcome loneliness. However, the relationship between humans and chatbots is complex. Chatbots can mimic supportive responses, but as algorithmic systems, their ability to experience true empathy is very limited. Users' awareness that responses are coming from a machine also influences perceptions of trustworthiness and the quality of the interaction. On the other hand, the use of chatbots also raises serious ethical challenges, such as data privacy issues, the potential for over-dependence, and increased loneliness if chatbots are used as a substitute for real social interaction. Therefore, the development and use of chatbots as virtual friends must be carried out with a critical understanding and ethical approach. Technology design oriented towards humanitarian values is needed so that the presence of chatbots does not diminish the essence of human relationships but instead becomes a psychosocially beneficial complement.

This study examines law enforcement through a restorative justice approach in resolving criminal acts of assault within the jurisdiction of the Bantul Police. This approach offers an alternative way to resolve criminal cases, emphasizing restorative justice, aimed at restoring relationships between perpetrators, victims, and the community. The main objective of this study is to analyze how investigators implement restorative justice and to identify obstacles encountered in its implementation in the field. The methods used in this study are normative and empirical juridical. The normative juridical approach is conducted by examining laws and regulations governing restorative justice, while the empirical approach is conducted through a case study of the implementation of assault case resolution at the Bantul Police. Data were obtained from documentation, interviews with investigators, and related parties in the mediation process. The results of the study indicate that the resolution of criminal acts of assault through restorative justice is implemented in the form of mediation between the perpetrator and victim, facilitated by investigators. This process prioritizes deliberation and consensus to achieve peace and avoids formal legal proceedings. However, its implementation has not run smoothly. Some of the main obstacles identified include low public legal awareness, victims' unpreparedness for reconciliation, and limited police understanding and skills in implementing restorative justice principles. Therefore, strategic efforts are needed, such as strengthening regulations supporting restorative justice, training for law enforcement officers, and ongoing community outreach to ensure this approach can be optimally implemented in resolving assault cases.

This study aims to determine the influence of Market Value Added (MVA) and Economic Value Added (EVA) on stock prices, with Return on Asset (ROA) as a moderation variable. In the world of investment, stock prices are an important indicator that reflects the value of a company in the eyes of investors. Therefore, this study seeks to explore how economic added value and market value can contribute to an increase in stock prices, as well as whether a company's financial performance reflected in ROA can strengthen the relationship. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling of 30 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019 to 2022. The sample selection criteria include companies that consistently publish financial statements and have the complete data needed in this study. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test the direct influence, as well as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the role of ROA moderation. The results of the study show that MVA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The same goes for EVA, which also has a positive and significant influence on stock prices. However, when ROA was tested as a moderation variable, the results showed that ROA was unable to strengthen or weaken the influence of MVA on stock prices. The same is true of the influence of EVA on stock prices, where ROA has not proven to be a significant moderator. These findings indicate that while MVA and EVA are important indicators in determining stock prices, financial performance through ROA is not always able to moderate these relationships in the context of banking companies in Indonesia.

This study explores the legal consequences of bankruptcy on reciprocal agreements made prior to the debtor’s declaration of bankruptcy, as governed by Law Number 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. In the event of bankruptcy, control and management of the debtor's assets are transferred to a curator, which can alter the implementation of reciprocal agreements that have not been fully or partially fulfilled. According to Article 36 of Law No. 37/2004, parties who have agreements with the debtor can request confirmation regarding the continuation of the agreement from the curator within a specified period. If the curator decides not to continue, the agreement is terminated, and the other party has the right to claim compensation and will be recognized as a concurrent creditor. This study also examines the legal protection available to the parties involved, as well as the practical implications for legal and business relationships after a bankruptcy decision is made. The findings demonstrate that bankruptcy significantly affects the performance of reciprocal agreements, necessitating adjustments to the rights and obligations of all parties based on the provisions of the Bankruptcy Law. These adjustments are essential to ensuring justice and legal certainty for all parties involved in such agreements, balancing the interests of creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders. Ultimately, the study emphasizes the importance of understanding the legal framework surrounding bankruptcy and its consequences on ongoing contractual relationships, as well as the need for a fair and transparent process in dealing with claims and obligations post-bankruptcy.

This study analyzes the phenomenon of judgmental attitudes among women in public spaces, particularly in women-only train carriages, through the perspective of radical feminism and the concept of internalized misogyny. Internalized misogyny is a form of internalization of sexist and discriminatory values against women that are accepted and carried out by women themselves without realizing it, as a result of the influence of patriarchal culture that has taken root in society. This judgmental attitude appears in the form of rivalry, mutual demeaning, and the tendency to compare oneself with other women to gain validation or feel superior. A case study conducted in a women-only train carriage shows that spaces that should be safe for women actually create new social dynamics, such as competition for facilities, conflicts between passengers, and the erosion of empathy and solidarity among women. These findings indicate that internalized misogyny exacerbates negative stereotypes against women and strengthens rivalries between them, thus creating an environment that does not support solidarity. For example, women tend to demean each other or feel threatened when they are in spaces that should be safe for them. This research highlights the importance of understanding the mechanisms of internalized misogyny and its impact on women's social interactions in public spaces, as this phenomenon hinders the creation of more equal and supportive relationships between women. A deeper understanding of these dynamics can facilitate women's empowerment and foster stronger solidarity within society. Therefore, it is crucial for women to dismantle their internalized patriarchal values to foster equality and support among women in public spaces.

This study examines the primary motivations of authors in creating erotic slash fanfiction using Thai boys-in-love actors on the app X. Adopting a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, and interpreted through the lens of Symbolic Interactionism Theory and Labeling Theory, this study highlights how authors understand and interact with this phenomenon. The findings indicate that authors perceive their work as a form of self-expression, art, and entertainment, despite being aware of the potential for labeling as pornography or violating legal norms. Their primary motivation stems from the fulfillment of personal imagination and self-satisfaction, which is significantly strengthened by the validation and support of a supportive online community. This community also plays a crucial role in shaping unwritten norms and providing psychological buffers against potential external negative views. Authors demonstrate various strategic responses, including the use of disclaimers and a realistic acceptance of societal perceptions. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a nuanced understanding of online subcultural practices, fostering digital literacy, and suggesting a wise and adaptive approach to content regulation in the digital age. This study also provides insights into how authors of erotic fanfiction on online platforms like X interact with popular cultural values and gender identity. The authors in this study are not only connected to their communities but also engaged in a broader process of identity construction through the characters they create. The Thai boy-love actor, a frequent inspiration in their work, serves as a symbol that reinforces the representation of non-heteronormative relationships, providing space for a more free and inclusive exploration of sexual identity.

This article explains the influence of intellectual performance efficiency (MVAIC) and the moderating effect of innovation capital on company performance. The research population includes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2024. This study used a purposive sampling method, and 18 companies meet the criteria, resulting in 108 observations. The MVAIC method was chosen because it encompasses RCE and INCE, and research on this topic in Indonesia is limited. Panel data regression was used for estimation, and Sequential Residual Centering (SRC) was applied to address multicollinearity. The study findings indicate that CEE, HCE, and SCE enhance profitability, while MVAIC, CEE, SCE, and RCE improve productivity. An important finding in this study is the moderating effect of INCE. INCE provides the appropriate environment and mechanisms to enable HC to effectively generate new ideas and improve ROA. Excessive investment in INCE can disrupt the optimization of the company's internal systems, processes, and infrastructure (SC), thereby affecting profitability. Excessive innovation priorities can divert resources from developing and maintaining strong external relationships (RC), thereby hindering productivity. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of potential trade-offs in IC investment, showing that excessive INCE can hinder financial performance derived from SC and RC. The implication, companies need to balance the allocation of IC resources to achieve holistic performance, rather than focusing solely on innovation.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction, while also exploring the role of trust as a moderating variable. The focus of the research is on participants of the Digital Marketing Independent Internship at PT Satukelas Adhyapana Nusantara, Jakarta. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed, involving 87 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that both service quality and customer value have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Trust was also found to have a direct effect on satisfaction. However, the moderating role of trust was significant only in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. In contrast, its moderating effect on the relationship between customer value and satisfaction was found to be statistically insignificant. These findings provide empirical support for the SERVQUAL theory, the concept of customer value, and the performance-expectations model, while also reinforcing literature that highlights the importance of trust in sustaining customer relationships. From a practical standpoint, this research emphasizes the need for strategies that integrate service quality enhancement with the delivery of perceived value, accompanied by efforts to build and maintain trust as a reinforcing factor for satisfaction. This combination of strategies is expected to enhance positive customer experiences, foster loyalty, and sustain long-term relationships. Furthermore, this study offers valuable contributions for developing marketing strategies and managing customer relationships in the digital education sector, which faces increasingly intense competition and challenges in the era of technological transformation and globalization.

Reflection : Islamic Education Journal 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

The moral crisis and low religious understanding among the younger generation pose a major challenge in shaping national character based on Islamic values. This phenomenon is increasingly complex amidst the rapid flow of globalization and technological advances that have led to individualistic, materialistic lifestyles far from the principles of Islamic law. In this context, religious education plays a central role as a moral and spiritual bulwark. This study aims to determine the role of Madrasah Diniyah (Islamic religious schools) in improving the mastery of Islamic religious knowledge and shaping the Islamic personality (syakhsiyah Islamiyyah) of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation at one of the Madrasah diniyah. The focus of the study is directed at the learning process covering the Qur'an, aqidah, fiqh, and morals, and how this process contributes to the formation of Islamic character in students. The results show that Madrasah Diniyah plays a strategic and significant role in shaping a generation that not only understands religious knowledge but is also able to implement Islamic values in everyday life. This success is supported by several factors, including the quality of competent and exemplary teachers, a structured and contextual curriculum, and good interpersonal relationships between teachers and students. Furthermore, support from parents and the surrounding community is also crucial in strengthening the internalization of Islamic values. Thus, Islamic schools (madrasah diniyah) can function as a vital partner in the Islamic education system, developing a generation with character, noble morals, and a commitment to Islamic teachings from an early age. These findings reinforce the urgency of strengthening religious educational institutions amidst the challenges of the times.

This research investigates the correlation between public debt and several indicators of economic stability in Iraq for the period from 2004 to 2023. It analyzes the development of both internal and external public debt in the Iraqi economy during this period and examines the relationship between public debt (internal and external) and key economic indicators, such as the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the inflation rate. The study utilizes standard statistical methods to analyze these relationships and provide a comprehensive overview of the effects of public debt on economic stability. The findings highlight a negative and significant impact of the growth rate of public debt on the inflation rate, both in the short term and long term, suggesting an inverse relationship between them. Similarly, the analysis shows a negative and significant effect of public debt growth on the unemployment rate, both in the short and long run, again indicating an inverse relationship. The study further discusses how the Iraqi government’s growing dependence on public debt, particularly external debt, can have an impact on the nation's economic policies. These results emphasize the complex dynamics between public debt and economic stability in Iraq, demonstrating how changes in debt levels can influence inflation and unemployment rates. The research underscores the need for effective debt management strategies to maintain economic stability and promote sustainable growth. Additionally, the findings suggest that public debt, if not managed carefully, can undermine key economic indicators and hinder the long-term stability of the economy, making it crucial for policymakers to consider the balance between debt levels and economic health.
