This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of human relations at PT Federal International Finance. The approach in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of human relations at PT Federal International Finance and to find out the obstacles in developing the implementation of human relations at PT Federal International Finance. This research refers to Effendy's implementation theory (2020), which has five dimensions. The first is communication which aims to build cooperation within the company. The second is directives to tell the tasks that must be carried out by employees so that employees can find out what the instructions from the leadership are. The third is openness to build harmonization between leaders and employees for the sake of creating openness so that there is no social jealousy. The fourth is mutual respect with the aim that employees and leaders can respect each other. The fifth is loyalty, the important role of a company is having employees who are able to survive in any condition for the sake of building a company. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of human relations is the lack of smooth communication between leaders and employees. In addition, there are barriers to direction, openness, mutual respect, and loyalty which hamper the implementation of human relations.

The research method to be used in this study is a literature study approach, in which data and information will be collected from various academic sources, such as books, journals and relevant articles on education management and quality schools. The results of this study show that effective education management plays a key role in creating quality schools through key components such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, finance and education supervision. Each of these components works synergistically to support optimal learning processes, although they often face challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change and lack of stakeholder support. Through collaborative strategies from various parties, including the government, community and parents, schools can overcome these obstacles. Optimizing education management complemented by educational supervision helps improve the professional quality of teachers, curriculum and school management, and builds a culture of continuous evaluation. This synergy results in schools that are qualified, adaptive and able to respond to the demands of today's education.

One of the roles of the Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) is to provide credit to improve the economic welfare of the lower middle class through micro and small business services. However, the provision of BPR credit is prone to misappropriation, one of which is used as an election campaign fund. This research is a legal research in analyzing the problem using literature study which is analyzed qualitatively. The results obtained from this research are that the misuse of BPR credit used as campaign funding can be suspected of being a criminal act of corruption and money laundering because it is obtained from state finances and there are indications of disguising and hiding money. The source of state finances provided to BPRs can be viewed in terms of state capital participation in the form of securities and the provision of facilities provided by the government. In anticipating campaign funds originating from criminal acts, the Badan Pengawas Pemilu must cooperate with other parties such as the Public Accounting Office to conduct campaign fund audits and related law enforcement officials such as the Pusat Penelusuran dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan and the Corruption Eradication Commission to prevent and prosecute the use of money from corruption crimes for campaign funding.
