The population consisted of 82 respondents from all first and second-trimester mothers at MIP Mustofiah, Weding Bonang Village, Demak. The sample consisted of 76 participants taken with purposive sampling. The applied instrument was questionnaires of knowledge level and food frequency. The data analysis applied Pearson's product-moment correlation test. The results showed that the pregnant women at MIP Mustofiah, Weding village, did not consume fish as an important nutrient for pregnant women in preventing stunting. They did not consume fish because they had lower knowledge about the nutrition of fish. The evidence was the obtained p-value, 0.000 lower than 0.05. The value indicated the correlation between the knowledge level about fish nutrition and the consumption of fish as the nutritional source for pregnant women in preventing stunting. The observable correlation was strong, indicated by r-value = 0.803. The results recommended pregnant women improve their knowledge by following health socialization, reading mass media, and improving the consumption of fish as a nutritional source of pregnant women. The mortality causes of babies in Demak regency, in 2020, were low weight birth (43.87%), Asphyxia (16.9%), Tetanus Neonatorum (1%), and Sepsis (5.3%), and inherited abnormality (30.6%). The umbilical cord is a unique tissue and could be the infection source for newly born babies. Umbilical care becomes a behavioral realization that must be improved with excellent knowledge of taking care of the cord. This excellent behavior to take care of the cord could improve the behavior of taking care of the umbilical cord. Thus, the cord will be easily detached. Lack of adequate knowledge about umbilical cord will lead to incorrect administration of using traditional medicine which highly leads to neonates infection. This research determined the correlation between the mother's knowledge about the opened umbilical cord care and the detachment period of the umbilical cord. This analytic correlation research used a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of all mothers, 64 mothers, with an estimated period of birth from June to July 2022 in the working area of Sayung 1 Health Care, Demak Regency.  The researchers analyzed the data with univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed the correlation between the mother's knowledge and the opened umbilical cord during the detachment period. The obtained p-value was 0.000, lower than 0.05.   Keywords: Mother knowledge, Opened umbilical cord care, Umbilical cord detachment

The postpartum period is a crisis for mothers due to various changes that occur physically, psychologically, and in family structures that require an adaptation or adjustment process. From the records of the Jepara District Health Office in 2021, data obtained from 127 of 392 maternity mothers (32.4%) experienced postpartum blues symptoms between the ages of 17 and 19. This study aimed to determine the relationship of adolescent postpartum mothers to the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were teenage mothers who gave birth in July 2022 at the Nalumsari Health Center Jepara. The sample is 35 respondents utilizing total sampling. The research instrument used the EPDS questionnaire and was analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that (1) most of the respondents, as many as 20 people (57.1%), were in their late teens (16-19). (2) The incidence of Postpartum Blues in postpartum mothers who did not experience postpartum blues was 14 people (40%), mild postpartum blues were nine people (25.7%), and severe postpartum blues were 12 people (34.3%). (3) the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between postpartum teenage mothers and the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara (p-value 0.254 > 0.05). The result showed that age was not the main factor in the incidence of postpartum blues; however, it was caused by other factors such as social, psychological, and emotional factors. In addition, a person's maturity level cannot be determined merely by age. Breastfeeding is the process of giving milk to babies or small children with breast milk (ASI) from the mother's breasts. Every effort is made to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies, which is called lactation management (Sutanto, 2018). Giving formula milk is not recommended for babies aged 0-6 months, because it can increase the risk of illness and even death in babies. UNCIEF states that giving formula milk can increase by 25 times the incidence of death in babies early in life compared to babies who are given exclusive breast milk.               This study used an analytical research design with a cross-sectional study approach, the population in the study was 50 people using Consecutive Sampling sampling, all subjects who came and met the selection criteria, and were included in the study until the required number of subjects was met. The data analysis used is chi square. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.004. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.004<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.003. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.003<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal education and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.005. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.005 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between mother's work and giving formula milk, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted.       The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal education and the provision of formula milk at the Tanoh Alas health center. It is hoped that this research can be used to provide appropriate steps or strategies to encourage the public and health workers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, by minimizing the factors that influence early provision of formula milk.
