PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is a company engaged in the food sector, located in Jakarta. The company was founded on August 14, 1990 under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, and changed its name to Indofood Sukses Makmur on February 5, 1994. The company exports its food ingredients to Asia, Australia and Europe. This research will review the strategic management of a company, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. In this study the authors used qualitative method techniques with a descriptive qualitative method approach. This study shows that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carries out strategic management by promoting it on various platforms such as Instagram and TV shows. Then another management strategy is to continue to innovate to produce new products that can attract the attention of consumers and have added value.  

This study examines the implications of legal policies on the social structure of village communities in rural areas of Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this research analyzes how the implementation of various legal policies affects social dynamics, power relation patterns, and local institutions in rural areas. The results show that legal policies, especially those related to decentralization, agrarian reform, and recognition of indigenous communities, have resulted in significant changes in rural social structures. However, their impact varies depending on local context and community capacity in responding to changes. This study identifies transformations in local leadership, restructuring of access to resources, and shifts in traditional value systems. These findings highlight the importance of a more contextual and participatory approach in the formulation and implementation of legal policies in rural areas.

The aim of this research is to know the characteristics, compartments, hazards and how to manage hazards in closed spaces. Researchers used the literature review method, by digging up sources from books, laws and regulations, journals, maritime publications and others. The results of the research, hazard mitigation in enclosed spaces begins with risk assessment, followed by the correct procedures for closed room entry (before, during and after), particular responsibilities (Captain to Rating), organized assistance measures (if a victim falls) and the implementation of the Drill. according to SOLAS 74

Character education is increasingly relevant in the millennial era, where the younger generation faces complex global and local challenges. This research aims to explore the role and urgency of character education in facing these challenges. In the context of social and technological change, character education is an important basis for forming a strong and competitive generation. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review. The importance of character education in facing the challenges of globalization and the various perspectives of values in society are analyzed. The influence of technology and social media is also a new challenge in building the character of the millennial generation. Strategies to ensure effective character education in dealing with globalization and local currents are also discussed. This research provides in-depth and useful insights for education practitioners, policy makers, and all parties who care about the character building of quality and competitive millennial generations. Through a deep understanding of the importance of character education in the millennial era, it is hoped that the younger generation can grow as individuals with integrity, globally competitive and respect local values that strengthen national identity.

This study investigated the role of financial literacy and social influence in the actual usage of digital payment as a fintech service systems in an effort to gather information and the degree of risk that users will experience, taking into account the advantages received. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative strategy coupled with a literature review method for data collection, namely the acquisition of data from publications and journals pertaining to the usage of digital payment systems. The data analysis technique employs the approach of deriving conclusions by objectively, systematically, and generally recognizing the many specific qualities of a message. The findings indicated that financial literacy and social influence have a substantial impact on the utilization of digital payment systems. The usage of digital payment services as a type of risky financial behavior raises knowledge and comprehension of financial goods, which will affect judgments on whether or not to utilize these products. This study is limited to a literature review and paves the way for future empirical studies to analyze the elements and dimensions of financial literacy and social influence in the usage of digital payment services in more depth.

Latar Belakang: hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit sistem kardiovaskular yang membunuh secara perlahan dan didefinisikan sebagai tekanan darah darah diatas batas normal dengan tekanan sistolik >140 mmHg dan tekanan diastoliknya >90 mmHg. Hipertensi jika tidak ditangani dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang cukup parah seperti penyakit jantung, gagal ginjal, stroke bahkan bisa sampai kematian. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi secara nonfarmakologis yaitu dengan senam yoga. latihan yang memberikan manfaat kesehatan fisik dan mental melalui pengaturan hipotalamus, kelenjar pituitari, kelenjar adrenal dan sumbu sintetis, memunculkan respons sistem saraf terhadap stres dan membuat para lansia lebih rileks. Tujuan: Untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan hasil dari kajian Literature review tentang pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Metode: Pada penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode Literatur review yaitu mengumpulkan data jurnal, membaca, membandingkan dan menyimpulkan dari 10 jurnal utama. Hasil: Setelah penulis melakukan kajian literature review dari beberapa sumber, didapatkan 90% senam yoga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Pemberian terapi senam yoga efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.

This study aims to find out the gap in shaitan entering the human heart. As is already known that shaitan will tempt humans until the end of time. Allah Almighty commanded the angels and shaitans to kowtow to men. All angels were always obedient to God's commands and prostrated themselves to the first man, the Prophet Adam AS, while shaitan was reluctant to kowtow because he felt better because he was created from fire while man was created from a clod of earth. The pride of the shaitan caused Allah to impose the punishment that the shaitan took out of heaven. However, shaitan pleaded for the punishment to be suspended by vowing he would tempt people until the end of time. Therefore, shaitan both in the form of jinn and man always tempts to do things that Allah Almighty forbids.

In the era of technological and information development that is all sophisticated and modern, let's call it the era of industry 4.0 which is currently taking place and will also lead to the era of society 5.0, of course, making the use of the internet and technology a primary need. It cannot be denied that there are positive and negative impacts from the use of the internet and technology, moving from the negative impact that has started to make people behave individually. Lack of care and intolerance among others, the main purpose of this paper is to analyse the concept of Pancasila education as a national character education in the midst of the current era. The research in this paper uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analytical research type, with data collection techniques using literature review. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education as a national character education is certainly a character formation starting from the practice of Pancasila values ​​for the millennial generation in all aspects of social, national and state life. This can certainly be done well if the strengthening of the cultivation of Pancasila values ​​is carried out both in the family environment and in the world of education or even introductory socializations that can be carried out so that the millennial generation does not lose direction, it can actually better understand the values ​​of Pancasila itself.

This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the short story, Lara Lana, by Dee Lestari using an objective and mimetic approach. The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The resource in this study is the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique used in this study was to read critically and carefully the entire contents of the short story. The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation of learning media as message distributors. The study in this paper uses a descriptive method with literature study, namely by presenting an overview and analysis of the meaning, rationale for using media, rationale for using media, learning media in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and the benefits of using media. The results of this literature review indicate that learning media in general are tools for teaching and learning processes. Microsoft word is a word processing software in document creation that is the mainstay of Microsoft. In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh daya tarik penggunaan pilihan kata atau diksi yang digunakan oleh grup musik Soegi Bornean. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan diksi lagu asmaralibrasi pada album Atma. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain literature review. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik mencatat. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif yang meliputi langkah-langkah sebagai berikut; pemilihan data, pengkodean, klasifikasi data, deskripsi data, dan interpretasi data. Objek penelitian ini adalah lirik lagu asmaralibrasi di album Atma oleh band Soegi Bornean. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas diksi yang terkandung dalam lagu tersebut bersifat konotatif. Hal ini merupakan wujud kreativitas pencipta lagu dalam menciptakan lirik untuk lagu-lagu yang dianalisa dengan tema percintaan dan pernikahan.

In the era of globalization, the world of education has made very significant progress in all fields. All have been based on the use of information and communication technology in the teaching and learning process. Technology acts as a tool to help students and teachers in conveying information more effectively. However, students have not been able to master technology-based learning materials. So, teachers must facilitate and monitor student performance so that they can more easily and quickly master the material. The professional quality of teachers in Indonesia is still relatively low. This is because the human resources of the Indonesian people are still lagging behind compared to other countries. The quality of teachers in Indonesia needs to be improved by using a learning approach. Learning approach based on Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This TPACK approach makes it easier for teachers to master technology that is by learning content so that students are motivated and active in learning. This study aims to determine TPACK-based learning in supporting the quality of teachers in Indonesia. This research uses the type of library research. Research samples from literature studies sourced from Google Scholar and Eric Journal. The criteria for the data to be sampled are articles published in 2015-2022. The data that was used as a sample amounted to 15 articles that were following the research variables. Data analysis is qualitative data analysis. The results show that from 15 articles that have been analyzed, TPACK-based science learning is very helpful for science teachers in Indonesia. TPACK-based science learning enhances the professionalism of teachers in teaching science material. Furthermore, the TPACK approach greatly helps teachers' professional performance to be more effective and efficient in mastering technology for learning facilities

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor lama penyembuhan kaki diabetes/ulkus diabetikum pada pasien DM Tipe 2. Ulkus kaki sebagai komplikasi dari diabetes melitus tipe 2 memberikan prevalensi pasien ulkus kaki diabetik (UKD) berkisar 41% dari populasi umumnya, dengan prevalensi yang lebih tinggi pada manula. Sekitar 14-24% pasien UKD memerlukan amputasi dengan rekurensi 50% setelah tiga tahun. Sekitar 15% pasien diabetes mengalami tukak kaki dan 15-20% dari ini memerlukan amputasi. Amputasi kaki diabetik cenderung terjadi seiring dengan kenaikan tingkat kematian atau morbiditas dari waktu ke waktu. Untuk mengurangi tingkat amputasi pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2, perlu adanya penyembuhan dengan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi lama penyembuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dari beberapa buku dan jurnal. Didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunanaan antibiotik, faktor kebersihan ulkus kaki, faktor tingkat keparahan infeksi saat datang, dan faktor kondisi imunitas dan gizi pasien mempengaruhi lama penyembuhan pada pasien DM Tipe 2.

This research plans to determine student learning outcomes in science learning after the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is applied.  This research is uses the strategy of Meta Correlation Analysis which is an attempt to summarize various exploratory results quantitatively based on the consequences of important investigations. In this research is can find that there is an impact from the use of the learning model the fun type is Teams Games Tournament Tournament assisted by general media on student learning outcomes. Utilization of Cooperative Learning Model Types of Teams Games Tournament Assisted by Audio Visual has an impact on student learning outcomes. Likewise, TGT can also train self-confidence and all students are given the opportunity to attend classes effectively. Opening the door for students to be interested can make students more dynamic and increase their knowledge.

Kearifan local muncul dari dalam mereka sendiri dan dikembangkan selama beberapa generasi dan tertanam dalam diri masyarakat. Kearifan local merupakan warisan nenek moyang yang menyatu dengan religi, budaya dan adat istiadat.namun sekaran kearifan local sudah mulai memudar karena masyarakat modern menganggap bahwa kehidupan modern lebih baik. Oleh karena iitu literatur ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sistematik literature review yang didapat dari hasil review dari beberapa sumber artikel.

Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.
