The World Health Organization (WHO) as an agency of the United Nations, noted that in Indonesia, traffic accidents are the third leading cause of death after coronary heart disease and tuberculosis (TB). It is recorded that around 1.2 million people die each year in traffic accidents. Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death for adolescents, aged 15 to 29 years. Of this number, 73% are dominated by teenage boys. The number of traffic accidents among adolescents can occur due to several factors, one of which is the lack of understanding of adolescents about the laws and regulations governing traffic problems. In Indonesia, there is a law that regulates traffic, namely Law no. 22 of 2009. An understanding of the substance of the Traffic Law is deemed necessary for teenagers, especially for those who are still in high school. Therefore, this activity is one of the means to minimize the death rate among teenagers caused by traffic accidents, by increasing the knowledge and understanding of teenagers about Traffic laws. It is hoped that a better understanding of the Traffic Law, can reduce the number of traffic accidents among teenagers. Broadly speaking, the implementation method in this activity can be divided into three stages, first, namely pre-activity which includes licensing activities, surveys, and program preparation. Second, implementation starts with giving questionnaires before and after lectures and lectures. Third, evaluation, which includes the preparation of reports. The results of this activity showed an increase in the understanding of service participants regarding the Traffic Law and the forms of violations regulated in it. Shivering after cesarean section is one of the common side effects of spinal anesthesia that is often overlooked but can cause significant discomfort, even increasing the risk of postoperative complications such as increased oxygen consumption and impaired recovery. This community service program aims to improve understanding in both patients and health workers regarding the importance of effective shivering management through health education and practical training. The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, action simulation, and evaluation of the level of understanding before and after educational activities. The results showed an increase in patient knowledge from 50% to 85% after education, and a decrease in the incidence of shivering from 70% to 30% after implementation of the intervention. These findings indicate that educational interventions and promotive-preventive approaches play an important role in improving the quality of postoperative care, especially in patients undergoing cesarean section. Therefore, the active involvement of health workers in providing health information and non-pharmacological pain management is essential to prevent and overcome shivering optimally.

Discharge planning needs to be implemented from the time the patient enters the hospital until the day of discharge. Providing effective information can increase the knowledge and skills of patients and families to carry out independent care at home which is assumed to be ready for discharge so that it is hoped that rehospitalization events will not occur. This study aims to see whether there is an influence of Discharge planning model five on readiness to go home and family. The research design used a quasi experiment with a two group pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach carried out on inpatient students. The research instrument used the Readiness For Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Paired T test. The results of research on 30 respondents using the Independent T test on the average readiness to go home after (posttest) patients in the Intervention and Control groups obtained P value = 0.000 < ? (0.05) there was a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the control group. Based on this research, Discharge planning model five is able to increase patient readiness to go home and it is hoped that it can provide input to hospitals so that they can make Discharge planning model five as a method that can be given to patients when the patient is admitted until the patient wants to prepare to go home.
