Community Service is a lecturer's obligation which must be carried out as an implementation and recognition of the Tridharma of Higher Education, and is a lecturer's concern for environmental sustainability and the existence of community life. One form of concern from researchers which focuses on the community economic sector is still being carried out in order to play a role in the development of the nation's economy. The methodological approach used by researchers is to provide counseling and assistance to micro, small and medium business actors in managing their businesses with marketing strategies to increase profitability in their businesses. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic implementers that give color to Indonesia. The number of MSMEs is increasing every year and has absorbed a lot of workers. The existence of MSMEs is part of human life activities to meet their daily needs as well as their existence in the era of economic globalization and the ability to survive in the face of the economic crisis and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Marketing also requires a strategy that will later be able to win a battle. Because he considers that there are many opponents in the market field who have similarities in their business and should not be turned off. As in the Pancasila economic system, fellow market players should have a sense of mutual care from large entrepreneurs towards smaller entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Grand Strategy and a Core Strategy or what is called a Core Strategy. (Buchari, 2018) Almost every month MSMEs in the Jember Lor area continue to increase, more people choose business as a way to gain financial income for the family. However, MSME business is still carried out conventionally without any thought for the development of the business. As explained above, assistance is needed for MSME business actors who are willing to become respondents to gain knowledge about marketing strategies in order to increase profits and ensure that their business can survive and develop.

This study aims to examine the influence the application of regional financial system, the quality of human resources, and the application of internal control system to the quality of local government financial reports. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The theory used in this study is the stewardship theory. The sampling method in this tudy was the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is the staff/employees BPPKAD Gresik were 46 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 Program. The result of this study indicate that the influence the application of regional financial system has a significant influence and the quality of local government financial reportsand  the quality of human resources, application of internal control system partially does not have a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports.

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus, a virus which weakens immune system, while Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of disease symptoms due to decreased immunity, which are acquired (not genetic). Education about HIV/AIDS to reduce the incidence rate of, because so far there is no medication or vaccine to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. To date, health education extension in order to enhance knowledge of HIV/AIDS is quite successful. The attempt to increase knowledge for formal and informal education as well as general and religious education is made by integrating HIV/AIDS materials systematically. The results of preliminary study on 10 students indicated that 40% (four student)can answer more than five questions , and 60 % ( 6 students ) can only be answered fewer than five questions investigators.Objective: To identify the effects of health education extension about HIV/AIDS on knowledge in tenth grade students at SMA Namira Medan Tahun 2022. Methods: This research employed a Quasi Experiment Design with one group pretest-posttest. Subjects of the research were tenth grade students of SMA Namira Medan. Sampling employed purposive sampling with a sample size of 40 students. Hypothesis was analyzed using statistical test, namely Wilcoxon test. Results: The Wilcoxon test indicated that there were significant differences in knowledge with p value of<0.05 (p = 0.001) and Z >1,96 (Z=3,212). Conclusion: There are effects of health education extension about HIV/AIDS on the knowledge of tenth grade students of SMA Namira Medan Tahun 2022 as indicated with p <0.05 (p =0.001) and Z >1,96 (Z=3,212). This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Developments in this global era bring many changes that require a company to have human resources that can compete in current developments. This research aims to determine the existing HR development strategy at the Nelongso Bangkalan Fried Chicken restaurant. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. Managers and staff employees were the samples (informants) in this research. The technique used to test the validity of the data is using the triangulation technique. The results of this research show that implementing appropriate HR development strategies can increase employee productivity and company competitiveness in facing the global era..  

This study aims to determine and evaluate the government's internal control system and cash expenditure procedures in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City are in accordance with applicable regulations or not. This research was carried out at the Surabaya City Government and People's Welfare Office located in the Genteng Village government building, Genteng District, Surabaya City. The analytical method used in this study is the Descriptive Analysis Method. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Cash Expenditure System and Procedure implemented in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has been running well in accordance with Permendagri Number 13 of 2006 concerning Regional Financial Management Guidelines. The internal control system of cash expenditure in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has also been implemented well but has not been maximally marked by the lack of maximum implementation of policies on human resource development so that employees are still found who lack mastery related to cash expenditures and the constraints of the duties of the finance and accounting department.

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.

The economy is one of the most important elements in advancing a country, in the economy of course regulates employers and labor. This is summarized in the term employment. In employment, of course, guarantees have been made that require equality by means of labor inspection, but what happens in the field still illustrates inequality in the world of labor. So this research takes a concept called equal pay for equal work in a means of guaranteeing equality and is linked to human rights. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. By bringing the problem of how equal pay for equal work in human rights issues and how the correlation between equal pay for equal work on labor law and positive in Indonesia.

  Abstract : MRI is a modality in radiology that uses a magnetic energy source. MRI is capable of producing Axial, Coronal, Sagittal, and Oblique images of human organs, for example: Brain, Spine,extremity, muscles and other body parts. Epilepsy is one of the Brain pathologies that uses MRI as a means of making a diagnosis. In the Brain MRI examination in clinical epilepsy using sequence MRI Brain routine with additions sequence Coronal Oblique T2 High Resolution and Coronal Oblic T1W IR perpendicular to the Hippocampus. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for examining Non-contrast MRI Brain in clinical epilepsy and its rolesequence Coronal Oblik T2W Drive and Coronal Oblik T1W IR. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, total sample as many as 6 patients at Pertamina Central Hospital. The examination procedure was carried out using a head coil, supine head first position. Use sequence during the examination, namely Survey, Sagittal FLAIR, Axial T2WT SE, Axial FLAIR, Axial T1W TSE, Coronal FLAIR, DWI-ADC, Coronal Oblik T2W Drive and Coronal Oblik T1W IR. Results image onSequence Coronal Oblik T2W Drive and Coronal Oblik T1W IR are better at displaying the symmetry of the right and left brain organs, atrophy hippocampus and temporal lobe,sclerosis, mammillary asymmetrical body and fornix compared to other sequences. Suggestions pay attention to the direction of the slice so that it is perpendicular to the hippocampus to produce a symmetrical image and use sequence 3D-DIR is the latest in describing clinical abnormalities of epilepsy and MRS to find out the causes epilepsy originating from disturbances in the structure of brain tissue metabolites

This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

Work ethic is the totality of an individual's personality in the context of work. Working is a form of self-dedication as a servant of Allah by obeying all His commands and avoiding all prohibitions. For this reason, Allah has provided facilities in the form of surface resources for human use in achieving their well-being. A strong work ethic can fulfill economic needs and desires within the family. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and not to be lazy, as laziness can lead to poverty. The formation of a work ethic (including Islamic work ethic) is a complex process, involving various factors such as physical, biological, mental-psychological, socio-cultural, and possibly transcendental spiritual conditions and preconditions. This research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Padang Lamo Street Market, Pulau Temiang, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency, in January 2023. The respondents in this study consisted of 27 individuals, including fish traders, consumers, and religious scholars. The findings of the research on fish traders in the Pulau Temiang Subdistrict Market, Tebo Regency, indicate that fish traders possess crucial work skills, exhibit diverse motivations such as earning a livelihood and pursuing hobbies, their work ethic is driven by the desire to meet their family's needs, and their economic conditions impact their well-being. Challenges include limited education, environmental conditions, and limited alternative job opportunities.

This study aimed to determine the financial and budget administration management at Waigete Sub-District Office, Sikka Regency. This study was a descriptive qualitative and employed a case study design. The technique of analysis employed in this research was descriptive analysis consisting of collecting and filtering information thoroughly and in detail, then it was elaborated to obtain a clear description. Data was collected using observation, documentation, and interviews.   Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the management of financial and budget administration at the Waigete sub-district office starting from planning, budgeting, implementation, and administration were good while the issues were in reporting and accountability for budget implementation. They were not optimal due to the lack of human resources quality (HR) who had accrual-based abilities or skills in utilizing existing information technology and delays or time mismatches in annual financial reporting.      The delay in question was regarding the delay in the completeness of official travel report receipts used as transaction evidence to make accountability letters. Thus, the quantity of acceleration of programs and the submission of accountability reports was not optimal.    

Covid-19 has become a disease outbreak with an alarming level of spread and severity. The Covid-19 pandemic not only affects physical health, but also affects a person's mental health (Advocacy, 2020). The spread of Covid-19 throughout the world has caused the global health status to become a pandemic. Apart from causing physical problems for humans, the Covid-19 pandemic can also cause stress and increase the risk of various mental problems (Pfefferbaum & North, 2020). Apart from that, 53.8% of people felt psychological impacts such as depression, anxiety and stress due to Covid-19 (Wang et al., 2020).

In the digital era and now it stimulates human life in the world to adopt new patterns such as eating patterns and so on. The current era of information technology and globalization has brought many changes to people's lives, including changes in lifestyle, especially diet. Consuming excessive amounts of fast food can cause various health problems, such as obesity (overweight), diabetes (diabetes), hypertension (high blood pressure), atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), coronary heart disease, appendicitis (appendicitis), stroke, cancer. , and others (Amalia et al., 2022). Appendicitis is a health problem that often occurs in Indonesia. Appendicitis requires surgical intervention, because it is an acute inflammation (Rahayu et al., 2021).

The development of the 21st century is marked as the century of openness or the century of globalization, meaning that human life in the 21st century has undergone fundamental changes that are different from the order of life and characteristics in the previous century. The purpose of this service activity is to implicate the Learning Concept and Characteristics of 21st Century Students, as facilitating learning. The methods used in this service include lectures, practices, and discussions. There are several stages in this service activity, namely coordination, and analysis of needs, preparation of materials and activities, training, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as data analysis and reports. The results of this service show an increase in the understanding of teachers after participating in the socialization of Learning Concepts and Characteristics of 21st Century Students, with an average understanding categorized as very good. This Community Service Activity (PKM) assists teachers in designing learning that is interesting and according to the needs of students in the 21st century, so that teachers can become more aware of the importance of the characteristics of students in the 21st century. It is hoped that the results of this community service can become a reference for other educational institutions as well as teachers are also more familiar with the needs of educators.

Rheumatoid arthritis or what is often called rheumatism is a disease caused by chronic systemic inflammation. This disease attacks flexible joints and can affect the work or structure of the tissues and organs of the human body around the joints (Purba, Marlina, & Arianto, 2020). This disease is included in the autoimmune disease group which mostly attacks the elderly (Fatmawati & Ariyanto, 2020).  

This research aims to determine how the role of the village government in improving human resources (HR) and supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the village government in improving human resources (HR) in Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The instrument in this study is the researcher himself. While the data analysis applied in this study is interactive analysis, namely, data collection, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the Government of Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency has shown an important and proactive role in efforts to improve human resources (HR) through scholarship programs. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of this scholarship program include budget constraints, lack of information and counseling, bureaucracy and administrative constraints and lack of community involvement. Nevertheless, strong commitment and cooperation are expected to continue to encourage sustainable development and community welfare in the Olehsari Village Government, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency.

Regional financial management at the South Amarasi District level continues to undergo regulatory adjustments so that it is more effective and efficient, making planning, budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision of regional finances easier. This research is aimed at finding out cash management in South Amarasi District using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that cash management follows existing regulations but is not yet optimal due to limited human resources, so it is necessary to prepare competent human resources in cash management and optimize regional financial reports through increasing control functions.  

Soil Transmitted Helminths are parasitic worms found in tropical and subtropical countries that can cause helminthic infections in humans through contact with eggs, parasite larvae spread through the soil. Detection of STH infection is carried out by sedimentation and flotation methods. Garbage carriers are vulnerable to STH infection because they work directly with garbage and are in a sanitary environment that is not clean. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of STH examination on the feces of waste transport officers in Tawangsari Village, Malang Regency. Type of Descriptive Analytical research, conducted in July 2023. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling of a sample of 8 respondents. The results of the sedimentation method found 2 heads of Ascaris lumbricoides, respondents A1, A2 (1tail), the flotation method was not found helmints. The sedimentation method found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides respondents A1, A7(1 grain) and A2, A3(2 eggs). The flotation method found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides respondents A2(5eggs), A3(2eggs) and A6(1eggs). The results of the pearson correlation test show a relationship between STH infection and personal hygiene, the use of PPE is 0.875 > 0.01 with a value of r = -0.67 meaning that there is no relationship between personal hygiene and the use of PPE with STH infection means better personal hygiene, the use of PPE while working does not require STH infection, the relationship between STH infection and Environmental Sanitation of 0.000 < 0.01 with a value of r = -1 means that there is a strong relationship inversely proportional between Environmental sanitation with STH infection in waste haulers, means that the better the environmental sanitation, the lower the risk level of STH.

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.
