A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. This creates challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of the state civil apparatus, along with efforts to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of the bureaucracy. To understand the impact of this change comprehensively, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research that can provide better insight into how the PPNPN recruitment discretion can influence the letter of the Minister of PANRB No. B/185/M.SM.02. 03/2022 concerning Employment Status in Central Government and Regional Government institutions, the contents of which are that honorary employees will completely expire on November 28 2023 and be replaced by PPPK. This regulation means that government officials no longer have discretionary authority to appoint honorary employees or PPNPN. Flexibility of authority for the government to meet the needs of supporting personnel through outsourcing mechanisms. Document Study research method: by reviewing existing related documents. The documentation study approach is research that analyzes the PANRB Minister's Letter and other related policy documents to understand the content, objectives and provisions of the regulations. Data collection through literature and qualitative analysis. The research results show that violations of the PANRB ministerial regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. To meet the shortage of ASN positions or other supporting staff, the leadership proposed the formation of CPNS and PPPK after mapping the positions. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

The rapid development of technology over time means that human work can generally be completed quickly. Technology is a tool that is often used in human activities. The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. Providing convenience for UD.Martua in determining which products are selling and which are not selling so that there is no accumulation of goods that are not selling and resulting in losses for UD.Martua.

Agencies or companies consider that an organization's success can be achieved only by having employees who have high competence. However, in reality, many highly competent employees cannot work optimally. This can be seen from the lack of employee enthusiasm for working (dedication) and low enthusiasm for completing work (vigor), so employee engagement with the organization is weak. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and job characteristics on employee engagement. Data collection was carried out using the perceived organizational support scale created by Eisenberg (1986), the Hackman & Oldham (1976) job characteristics scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale created by Schaufeli et al. (2003). The results of this research show that perceptions of organizational support and job characteristics simultaneously influence employee engagement of Civil Servants in District X amounted to 61.6%, while changes in employee engagement were caused by other factors amounting to 38.4%.

Members of the TNI and POLRI as part of Indonesian citizens should have human rights, especially the political right to vote in elections. However, in reality, the right to vote for these two agencies is limited by the provisions in force in the legislation. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the provisions on the right to vote for members of the TNI and POLRI from a positive law and human rights perspective. This research uses normative juridical methods such as a conceptual approach, a state approach, a historical approach and an analytical approach. Based on the research results, there is a decline in democracy looking at the history of elections in 3 periods, namely the old order, the new order and the reform era. Apart from that, there is a lack of synchronization between positive legal provisions and each other which regulate human rights and political rights of Indonesian citizens

In the current era of economic development, Indonesia is focused on how the government maximizes state revenues, government agencies or the Directorate General of Customs and Excise need to expand performance or targets in order to face economic competition, that import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City in 2020-2022 did not reach the target set by the State Budget which is still increasing and decreasing. This study aims to see how much influence the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts on the target of partial and simultaneous import duty receipts. The study used a quantitative approach, information in the form of secondary data, namely time series data totaling 36 samples, data collection techniques using obseration and documentation. This study used the classical assumption test analysis method of multiple linear regression with SPSS. The acquisition of research shows that the value of imports has a positive and significant effect on the target of import duty receipts, while the realization of import duty receipts has a positive and insignificant effect on the target of import duty receipts. Simultaneously, the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts have a significant effect on the target of import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City. For future researchers, it is better to conduct studies in more than one region or port so that the results of the study can represent the overall condition in Indonesia in order to obtain accurate, representative and complete data so that the analysis and findings in the study become more valid.

The Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit is the implementing element for operational technical activities or technical investigation activities at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Forestry Service. The function and aim of establishing the KPH is to carry out forest management, outline National, Provincial, Regency/City forestry policies to be implemented, carry out forest management activities in its work area based on Determination Decree No.337/Menhut-VII/2009. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port. Comparison before and before the application of the Inaportnet system in submitting ship services, before the application of the Inaportnet system agents still visited the relevant agencies (manual system), after the implementation of the Inaportnet system all made the system online.

The examination of witnesses regulated by Act No. 8 of 1981 on the Code of Criminal Procedure Law (hereinafter referred to as KUHAP) is a provision concerning formal criminal law. In the case No. PDM-242/JKTSL/10/2022 with the accused Ferdy Sambo (FS) and the case N. P.D.M-246/Jktsl/10/2022 with Princess Chandrwati (PC) there is an event conducted examination of witnesses jointly, becoming a material of investigation, whether such examination can be carried out simultaneously considering the witness in giving explanations must be independent. To respond to the focus of research in this research use normative jurisprudential research methods with conceptual approaches and legislative approaches. The conclusion is that the joint examination of witnesses is based on Article 172 (1) of the Convention. Accordingly, the public prosecutor or the accused or the legal counselor may prepare a witness of a qualitative nature, subject to the provisions of applicable law, so that the testimony of the witnesses may have a valid proof force. Furthermore, it is expected that the law enforcement agencies will be able to carry out witness examination procedures accurately and honestly in order to the objective of the examination in the trial, which is to material truth.

This research aims to examine the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency from a review of digital marketing and the quality of human resources. This research uses an explanatory method with a population of MSME actors in Demak Regency and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of digital marketing on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (2) There is an influence on the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (3) There is an influence of digital marketing and the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. The contribution of digital marketing and human resources variables to the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency is 66.40%, while 33.60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing and the quality of human resources are important factors influencing the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. Digital marketing can help MSMEs to reach a wider market and increase sales, while the quality of human resources can help MSMEs to develop innovative and quality products and services. Recommendations that can be given to improve MSME development in Demak Regency are: (1) The government and related agencies need to provide training and assistance to MSMEs to improve digital marketing capabilities and quality human resources. (2) MSMEs need to utilize digital technology to market their products and services. (3) MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and services in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market

This study aims to determine, and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of public sector financing, good governance and internal control on government performance in OPD South Buru district on Maluku Province. The population in this study is the employees who work in Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), in South Buru Regency,Maluku Province. This research models uses descriptive quantitative, with data sources in the form of primary data. The sample used in this study was selected through the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that the results of the public accounting sector and good governance have a significant effect on the performance of government agencies in South Buru Regency. Whereas, internal control does not have a significant impact on the performance of government agencies in South Buru Regency, on Maluku Province.

Law No. 24 of 2009 Concerning Flags, Languages, State Symbols and National Anthems, it has been generally defined that a flag is a strong symbol to identify and represent an identity of a nation or group. Flags are used in agencies, offices, schools, and so on. Seeing the importance of the flag as one of the symbols of the country and many agencies that already have flagpole facilities, one of which is an institution in the field of education. Based on the results of field observations made, there are major problems related to flags, where in one of the elementary schools in Bukit Rata Village, which is a part of Kute Panang District, Central Aceh District, there are still many or minimal facilities at the school, one of which is no pole facilities. flag. Based on the results of discussions with the principal and teachers, the authors took the initiative to make flagpoles. The method used is to go directly to the field or practice directly to the field to build and erect the flagpole. The purpose of this flagpole installation activity is expected to increase a sense of nationalism, love for the motherland, and become one of the flag ceremony facilities at SDN 13 Kute Panang school located in Bukit Rata Village. Early marriage is a reproductive health problem that has a negative impact on adolescent survival. The limited knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health has an impact on a lack of attitude which results in adolescents committing deviant acts. Interventions to increase youth knowledge and attitudes about the impact of early marriage are urgently needed, one of which is peer education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of health promotion using the peer education method on the knowledge and attitudes of young women about the impact of early marriage. The design of this study was the Pre-Experimental Pretest-Posttest without Control Group. The sample in this study were 59 class VII girls using the accidental sampling technique. The results showed a p value of 0.000, so it could be concluded that peer education was effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of young women about the impact of early marriage. It is hoped that schools can cooperate with local health agencies in the form of counseling and health education.

In the current era of globalization and digital, fast, precise and accurate information services are needed. One of the technologies that must be applied in government agencies is the implementation of e-government which refers to the development of national e-government, and is adapted to the conditions that exist in each government agency. The aim of this e-government is to improve the quality of service and especially to realize the smart city which is currently being discussed. One of the districts that has recently implemented a smart city is the South Tapanuli district. So that in this study an analysis of the application of e-government in realizing smart cities will be carried out with the aim of knowing the process of implementing e-government policies, implementing smart cities that focus on the community, and to find out the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of e-government. The results of the study explain that the implementation of e-government in South Tapanuli district is indeed very effective in realizing smart cities in the midst of increasingly sophisticated technological developments. This is shown by the achievement of smart city aspects, although not optimal. In the implementation of e-government there are still a number of weaknesses, obstacles and challenges because the implementation in South Tapanuli district is still relatively new. These obstacles include the inadequate availability of human resources, the level of public capacity regarding e-government is still very low. Supporting factors for e-government implementation are full government support through regulations and established financial support.

Implementation of Supervision of Trawl Fishing Equipment (Trawls) in Selayar District, the use of these trawls which are still operating due to supervision that is not running effectively. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Supervision of Trawling Equipment in Selayar District, Lingga Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research approach with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study using the theory of supervision according to Joko Widodo (2016: 94). The results of this study indicate that: a. the supervisors implementing the policy, the supervisors, namely the agencies and other auxiliary apparatus in this supervision are still not running well or have not been implemented because there are still fishermen who use the Trawl fishing gear, b. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), under supervision have been implemented in carrying out supervision, so for this indicator it has been implemented sufficiently and is running according to the specified SOP, c. Financial Resources and Equipment, in this indicator there is still a lack of budget and some equipment is under supervision, so for this indicator it is still not sufficiently implemented because it is still constrained by a lack of budget, d. Schedule for Supervision Implementation, for the schedule itself, of course there is a special schedule but for carrying out self-monitoring sometimes it doesn't necessarily depend on the incoming reports, for this indicator it has also been implemented because the existing schedule is also in accordance with the time and reports received. Based on the research indicators, it can be concluded that the implementation of this supervision has not run optimally because there are still many fishermen in the Selayar District who use trawls. The recommendation that is needed is the implementation of supervision that should be carried out effectively so that there is no longer use of trawl fishing gear in Selayar District.
