This study examines the implementation of East Manggarai Regency Regulation Number 15 of 2019 regarding the acceleration of stunting reduction in Kota Ndora and Rana Loba Urban Villages, Borong District. Through a juridical-empirical approach, primary data was obtained through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that the implementation of the regulation is still not effective due to factors such as ineffective human resources, inadequate infrastructure, limited budget allocation, and low community participation. The study recommends improvements in training and education for human development cadres, increased budget allocation for stunted families, and a reassessment of budget allocation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in addressing stunted families.

The existence of the police is essential in overcoming criminal acts of terrorism, because the police are structured in such a way from the regions to the center and are also in accordance with the duties and functions of the police in creating public security and enforcing the law. The problem raised in this research is: what are the steps taken by the National Police in tackling criminal acts of financing terrorism? What are the obstacles to the National Police in dealing with criminal acts of terrorism?This research is directed towards normative, or doctrinal, juridical legal research which is also referred to as library research or document study, because it is mostly carried out on secondary data in libraries. The results of the research and discussion explain the role of the National Police in overcoming criminal acts of terrorism, namely maintaining public security and order, which is a dynamic condition of society as one of the prerequisites for implementing the national development process in order to achieve national goals which are characterized by ensuring security, order and the rule of law, as well as fostering it. peace, which contains the ability to foster and develop the potential and strength of society in warding off, preventing and overcoming all forms of law violations and other forms of disturbance that can disturb society. This research aims to investigate the influence of Chinese ethnicity on job choices among workers in Jakarta. Using a case study approach and qualitative methods, this research was conducted in May 2024 involving 5 sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that factors such as cultural values, social networks, and historical experiences play an important role in influencing the occupational choices of ethnic Chinese in Jakarta. Apart from that, society's perception of Chinese ethnicity also influences career choices. The favorable socio-economic dynamics of the Chinese community in Jakarta also play an important role in shaping their career choices. It is hoped that this research can provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the career choices of ethnic Chinese in Jakarta, as well as their relevance to the cultural, social and economic aspects that influence the relationship between ethnic Chinese and the world of work in the Indonesian capital. Thus, this research provides an important contribution in expanding insight into the dynamics of the relationship between Chinese ethnicity and employment choices in urban contexts such as Jakarta.

The operation of electromedical equipment in health care centers is very dependent on the quality of electrical power. Disturbances such as voltage sags, also known as dip voltage, can disrupt the performance of sensitive electronic devices and potentially threaten the stability of a power distribution system. This study suggests the use of a Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) equipped with feedforward control to reduce voltage sags. With long flashes and significant voltage drops, simulations using MATLAB/Simulink show that the feedforward control on the DVR is able to compensate for voltage sags correctly and on time while still maintaining a stable load voltage.

Canva and PIXLR are applications that can be operated through computers and smartphones. Many people have not been able to maximize the potential of this application to become a support in creating content in entrepreneurship. MSME players in the Ngaliyan Kendal urban village area, on average, have not used a combination of Canva and PIXLR applications in creating content to promote their products on social media and marketplaces. The Canva application in maximum use must be paid (pro) so that by combining the combination with the PIXLR application can get maximum results without having to pay (pro). This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to MSME players in the Ngaliyan village area on how to maximize the Canva application with PIXLR to produce good content without having to pay (pro). This community service activity is expected to be able to improve the skills of MSME players so that they can create the right content so that they can minimize costs and improve the performance of both themselves and their businesses. The results of this activity are that MSME players install and operate the Canva and PIXLR applications for every content creation. MSME players feel very helped because without having to subscribe to pay (pro) it turns out that they can get results almost equivalent to subscribing (pro).

The background of this research is to analyze the character of Sukat using analysis of Sigmund Freud's literary psychology theory, the aim is to find out the causes of the character Sukat experiencing disturbances in his personality, and also to find out the alleged disturbance that occurred to the character Sukat in the performance of the Play Written Later by Bode Riswandi. In this article, the impact of urbanization on the lives of the people of Serang City is discussed. This article identifies various impacts due to urbanization through research and analysis carried out. Urbanization in Serang City affects many aspects of community life and the environment. One of the main effects of urbanization in Serang City is changes in land use. Green spaces and agricultural land have been converted into housing, shopping centers, offices and other urban infrastructure. Thus, productive agricultural land is reduced, biodiversity is lost, and environmental damage occurs. With economic growth and development of urban infrastructure, public services, and access to education, urbanization increases employment opportunities for local residents. However, urbanization also brings social and lifestyle changes, which can influence cultural values, daily habits, and social interaction patterns. With demand for housing increasing and a shortage of affordable housing. Apart from that, changes that occur in urban infrastructure and the impact they have on infrastructure access and traffic must also be considered. The method in this research uses qualitative interview techniques. By gaining a better understanding of these impacts, it is hoped that sustainable solutions can be developed to exploit the positive potential of urbanization and overcome the problems faced by the people of Serang City.  

Pruritus, or itching, is a common symptom in seniors that has a significant impact on their quality of life. Primary skin disorders such as xerosis, atopic dermatitis, and scabies, as well as systemic diseases such as cancer, chronic renal failure, cholestasis, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, iron deficiency anemia, and certain medications, can cause this condition. Chronic pruritus, which is common in individuals over 60 years of age, can cause discomfort, sleep disturbances, and psychological stress. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to screen for pruritus intensity in the elderly in St. Anna. One individual (2.4%) reported mild pruritus, while 12 individuals (29.3%) reported severe pruritus. Routine assessment using the 12-PSS provides important information for managing pruritus in the elderly, meeting clinical and research needs, and improving patient care and quality of life.

Digital development in urban and rural areas is developing unevenly. The development of technology and information tends to still be centered in urban areas. This then makes it difficult for rural communities to compete in increasing their product sales because of limited access to technological tools and information. In addition, people in rural areas still use traditional marketing methods in marketing their products. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that people will be able to increase their sales through this method. The use of digital marketing media as a promotional medium will allow business actors to have a wider reach in finding new customers, so that it is the key to increasing product sales and strengthening their presence in an increasingly competitive market. Based on these conditions, efforts need to be made in utilizing digital marketing to increase sales so that they can generate more sales and be widely known to the public. The initial step taken by the community service team was to provide socialization to the community regarding training on the use of digital marketing that would be applied to the business group.

In the current digital era, gadget use has become an inseparable part of everyday life, including among children. However, excessive use of gadgets can have a significant impact on children's health. This service activity aims to provide education regarding the negative impact of gadget use on children's health. Excessive use of gadgets can cause mental health and physical health problems, including disturbances in body posture and vision problems due to exposure to blue light which can affect their growth and development. Results The pre-test carried out before the educational activity resulted in only 27.5% understanding the impact of using gadgets on health, while the test carried out after the education resulted in 77.5% understanding the impact of gadgets on health. This shows an increase in understanding of 50% after it was carried out. education regarding the impact of gadget use on children's health.

This research is motivated by initial observations that show that the Implementation of Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies has not been optimal, as seen from the large number of tax arrears that must be fulfilled by the Ciamis Regency DPPKAD. PBBP2 (Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax) revenue has not reached the predetermined target. The increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is carried out by following the right tax principles, including the application of sanctions for violations. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 33 people, and a total sampling technique, so that the sample also totals 33 people. Data was collected using questionnaires. The results of the study show that the implementation policy of Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies received a total score of 2262, which is included in the high category according to the benchmarks used. PBBP2 admissions at the Ciamis Regency DPPKAD received a total score of 2289, also in the high category. Based on hypothesis proof, the policy of implementing Law Number 28 of 2009 has an effect of 77.3% on the receipt of PBBP2 in the Ciamis Regency DPPKAD, while 22.7% is influenced by other factors that are not studied.

It's caused by a number of things, including the activity of sebaceous and sweat glands decreasing with age, which lowers the amount of water in the stratum corneum and causes moisture loss. This can lead to disturbances in daily activities and a decline in sleep quality. In France, mild to moderate-severe dry skin is prevalent at a rate of 55.65%, while its prevalence is 9%. At Hana Nursing Home, sixty people attended the geriatric population screening activity, with a mean age of 78 years. During this activity, the left hand demonstrated an average water and oil content of 36.6% and 16.4%, respectively. In contrast, the right hand displayed an average water and oil content of 33.7% and 15.1%, respectively. However, many young children abuse the use of smartphones without parental supervision, which ultimately has negative impacts, one of which can endanger children's motor skills and endanger children's activities and lives. This research aims to find out how mobile phones influence the social emotional development of early childhood. In this research the author also uses qualitative methods with a literature approach. The results of the research show that the influence of these gadgets is very influential on children's emotional development because this includes mental disturbances, emotional instability. So, children's use of smartphones should be accompanied by strict supervision by parents.

Waste management in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency still faces various challenges. Waste produced by households is usually processed individually, such as burning or landfilling it with soil. However, this method is still not effective because urban communities have limited space. Other waste management is on a paid basis, where the rubbish will be picked up by the rubbishman at each house and will end up in the final disposal site. The mass use of non-degradable and uncontrolled items, as well as deficiencies in waste processing and management, have negative implications for health and the environment. Efficient and environmentally friendly waste management is an urgent problem, and we are making every effort to bring this problem to light. We want to spread our efforts and bring attention to the need for sustainable waste management by visiting every community in RT 1, RT 2, and RT 3. This qualitative descriptive research aims to detect, characterize, and explain PSAT in Ciburial Village. , Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency. Environmentally conscious volunteers and authorities from the Ciburial Community Group, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency and other local organizations took part in this research. Apart from living in Ciburial Village, they are also active in the integrated waste management program. The findings from this research highlight the potential of integrated waste management initiatives to educate the general public about the importance of responsible waste disposal. More and more people are realizing that sustainable waste management and sorting waste for reprocessing based on type is very important. Organic waste will later be collected and reprocessed into compost, while dry waste will end up in final disposal sites.

This study aims to analyze the coastal women’s dual roles in Ternate City and its impact on their physical and mental well-being. This study used a qualitative approach to identify the division of work between domestic roles and productive roles, factors affecting dual roles, and their impact on women's well-being. The research method involved literature study, observation, and secondary data analysis. The results of the study showed that coastal women experienced significant dual roles due to patriarchal cultural norms, unequal access to resources, and economic pressures. The impacts covered sleep disturbances, physical fatigue, stress, anxiety, and depression. Efforts such as strengthening inclusive development programs, changing cultural norms, and developing work flexibility policies that consider women's dual roles are needed to reduce double workload.

This study aims to describe the use of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) on a child experiencing emotional disturbances following the death of her mother. Healthy psychological development in children plays a crucial role in their ability to learn and adapt. Good cognitive and emotional development enables children to understand and manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and build positive social relationships. A child with strong emotional skills tends to be more resilient, better able to cope with stress, and has a higher level of life satisfaction. This study employs a qualitative case study design to gain an in-depth understanding of individual experiences within a specific context. Observations and interviews were conducted with the subject, a 10-year-old girl named Icha, who was identified as having emotional and behavioral issues suitable for REBT intervention. Romans 12:2 provides relevant spiritual guidance in the context of children's psychological development, emphasizing the importance of transforming the mind for a better life. Through the stages of REBT, Icha successfully identified and changed the irrational thoughts that caused her emotional disturbances. Significant changes were observed in the fourth session, where Icha became calmer and was able to accept herself. This therapy demonstrates the effectiveness of REBT in addressing emotional disorders in children, especially those experiencing trauma from loss.

This research needs to be carried out because there may be disturbances in various fields such as economics, politics, defense and state security during the 2024 presidential and vice presidential general elections (PILPRES). Library research was chosen as the method used in research by collecting legal sources. The data collection method used in this research was a literature survey. The legal data collected was analyzed qualitatively and the author used content analysis to classify legal materials. The results of this research will encourage the public and government to not only focus on holding presidential elections, but also pay attention to the impacts that may arise from this activity, specifically those related to National Defense and Security. By using the values ​​in Pancasila principles 1 to 5 as ideology, it can be concluded that this can strengthen the country's defense and security in the 2024 election.
