This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital fiscal surveillance through the use of tapping boxes in optimizing restaurant tax collection in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using the reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing model proposed by Miles, Huberman, & Saldaña. The findings reveal that the implementation of tapping boxes enhances transparency and accountability in restaurant tax collection by providing real-time transaction data. The devices strengthen taxpayer compliance, particularly in terms of instrumental compliance, as the risk of detection for non-compliance increases significantly. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including resistance from some restaurant owners, limited internet infrastructure, and the need for regular device maintenance. Overall, tapping boxes hold significant potential for optimizing restaurant tax revenues at the regional level, provided that local governments improve socialization, technical support, and digital infrastructure readiness.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses distribusi tiket pelanggan pada Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ. Dengan fokus pada implementasi sistem distribusi yang lebih terotomatisasi, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode observasi digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam proses penanganan tiket pelanggan di lapangan oleh Teknisi Assurance, sementara wawancara melibatkan pemangku kepentingan kunci seperti Teknisi Assurance, Helpdesk Assurance, dan manajer divisi. Studi pustaka digunakan sebagai dasar teoritis untuk merinci best practices, keberhasilan, dan tantangan dalam implementasi sistem serupa. Hasil observasi akan memberikan pemahaman tentang dinamika lapangan, sementara wawancara akan menggali pandangan langsung dari pemangku kepentingan. Studi pustaka memberikan landasan teoritis untuk memandu perancangan dan implementasi sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang efektif. Pengembangan sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang terotomatisasi mengadopsi metode Waterfall dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan.

Export trade of coffee in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the country's economy; however, challenges and dynamics in the global market demand the development of an optimal strategy to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee products. This research aims to formulate an optimization strategy for coffee export trade by leveraging information provided by the Trademap website. The research method involves analyzing Indonesian coffee export data from the Trademap site, identifying global market trends, and evaluating relevant trade policies and regulations. The results of this analysis will form the basis for designing a strategy to increase market share and the export value of Indonesian coffee. The proposed strategy includes strengthening product branding, diversifying target export markets, improving the quality and innovation of products, and optimizing the supply chain to enhance logistic efficiency. Additionally, the integration of information technology and communication in trade management is incorporated to expedite information access and minimize business risks. The implementation of this strategy is expected to make a positive contribution to the growth of Indonesia's coffee exports, opening opportunities for access to new markets, and increasing the value-added of products. By tapping into the information potential of the Trademap site and developing adaptive strategies, Indonesia can effectively navigate the dynamics of the global market, strengthen its position as a leading coffee producer, and enhance the well-being of business actors in the coffee sector.

Business transformation in the digital era requires an innovative marketing approach. One way is by utilizing the potential of the internet and information technology. This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. Literature search can utilize sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. The industrial revolution today is not only oriented towards quality results and cutting-edge technology such as the industrial revolution 4.0. Today's industry is developing by implementing the concept of green building or green industry. Green industry is a concept and idea that an industry no longer only takes into account the advantages and benefits for its company, but also needs to pay attention to the level of efficient use of natural resources and energy sources and minimize the impact of the production process which is felt by the surrounding community and has a negative impact on the environment. , PT XYZ is one of the companies engaged in integrated plastic recycling in the world which processes plastic waste into quality and environmentally friendly products. In order to move towards a green building era that applies efficiency and effectiveness standards for a work system, PT XYZ will plan to determine the effectiveness value of a sustainable production line using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) theory. To measure the effectiveness value of a sustainable production process in TPM, the OLE (Overall Line Effectiveness) measurement method can be used. OLE is a tool for measuring the effectiveness of the production process, a modification of the OEE tool which is specifically for determining the value of process effectiveness in sustainable production. From the TPM measurement results, a production line effectiveness value using the OLE method was obtained of 91.7% during September 2023.

The development of science and technology today is growing so rapidly, this has had a huge impact on human life. One example of technology that is developing so rapidly is the use of digital applications as a technique for depicting building structures. For example, these digital applications include AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp design software. This application is a phenomenon that shows technological developments and the current needs of the architecture and construction industry. Depicting building structures using digital applications is the process of creating a digital model of the building to be built. a process of creating building engineering drawings in 3D (three-dimensional) form using computer applications that meet design standards. Digital applications can simplify and speed up the process of designing, implementing and maintaining buildings. Digital applications can also help save costs, time and resources, as well as reduce errors, conflicts and waste.

There are still many teachers who carry out learning activities that only pursue the quantity aspect of the material. Teachers usually try to convey all the subject matter even in a limited time, thus ignoring the learning process carried out by students. This is not recommended. Learning should not be limited to emphasizing the fulfillment of the quantity of subject matter but must strive to achieve the quality side. Thus the PGSD Adi Buana lecturer team provided assistance to teachers in Gresik district to optimize their competence in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. The method used in the implementation of this community service is a problem-based approach. The results of training and capacity show an increase in the knowledge of skills and abilities of teachers in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. This is indicated by the learning tools collected by the teacher after the mentoring is complete. Teachers are able to arrange learning activities that are able to activate students, provide learning alternatives for students and optimize the competencies possessed by students.

Gastritis merupakan terhjadinya peradangan pada lapisan lambung, yang dapat bervariasi dari yang ringan dan tanpa gejala hingga ulserasi yang parah. Jika tidak ditangani, kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan perforasi, terutama di antara individu yang berusia paruh baya dan usia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pola makan mahasiswa yang mengidap gastritis, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhi kondisi tersebut. Menggunakan dataset berisi 502 rekaman mahasiswa gastritis, penelitian ini mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel relevan seperti fakultas, semester, jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal, penataan jadwal kuliah yang padat, kebiasaan konsumsi makanan pokok, camilan, mie instan, makanan cepat saji, makanan pedas, kopi, minuman bersoda, dan jajanan/gorengan. Dengan menggunakan metode data mining FP-Growth, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola makan dominan yang ditandai dengan kebiasaan mengonsumsi makanan pedas 2 sampai 3 kali per minggu atau 4 sampai 5 kali per minggu (MP3), menerapkan strategi "Menahan Lapar" dalam mengatur jadwal kuliah yang padat (PJK2), dan tinggal di asrama/kontrak (TL1), dengan support value sebesar 8,2%. Pola ini menjadi fokus utama dalam analisis terhadap mahasiswa yang menderita gastritis.

Stunting merupakan permasalah gizi global termasuk di negara Indonesia yang memerlukan penanganan secara sistematis dan menyeluruh dari bidang keperawatan. Tenaga kesehatan dan pendidikan kesehatan turut berperan dalam penanggulangan masalah stunting, STIKES Telogorejo melaksanakan upaya promotif, preventif, dan tatalaksana lanjut pada temuan kasus stunting untuk mencapai tujuan dan cita-cita SDGs. Sebuah program yang digagas oleh STIKES Telogorejo yaitu POHON RANTING KAYU yang merupakan akronim dari Pola asuh, Hygiene, Hipnosis, Optimalkan sehat, Ngerti Gizi, Gerakan Anti Stunting Kelurahan Karangayu bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka stunting di wilayah Kelurahan Karangayu Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melaksanakan upaya promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan maintenance dengan membentuk tim penanggungjawab khusus seperti Satgas Ranting Kayu dan Tim Kinclong. Upaya promotif dilakukan dengan sosialisasi & edukasi, Upaya preventif dilakukan dengan pelatihan kepada kader. Upaya kuratif dilakukan oleh Satgas Ranting Kayu, Tim Kinclong, dan hipnoterapis. Hasil Program POHON Ranting Kayu yang bersinergi dengan program lainnya baik dari pemerintah maupun pihak lain telah menurunkan angka stunting sebesar 73% di wilayah Kelurahan Karangayu. Berbagai upaya promotif dan preventif yang telah diberikan juga berpotensi mencegah temuan kasus baru.

PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is a manufacturing company that produces costumize products, steel door systems and fireproof doors. Currently PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is producing 100 units of pallet rack manufacturing with customers from PT X so that proper material requirements planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the material requirements of pallet racks optimally and efficiently. This research requires calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) using the Cutting plane method and controlling the production process to run effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the results show that for 2 mm thick mild steel material requirements, 6 sheets of plate are needed, 3 mm thick mild steel requires 173 sheets of plate, 3.6 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate and 5 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate. So that from these calculations PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is expected to minimize the material requirements of pallet rack products.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help and guide teachers in developing their abilities to achieve learning goals. Academic supervision within the madrasah is carried out by the head of the madrasah. Madrasah principal supervision is the ability of the madrasah principal who carries out duties apart from being a leader in the school and also as a supervisor for teachers in carrying out evaluations and coaching aimed at developing the learning process for teachers. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Because it is carried out based on the current situation and circumstances. The results and discussion of the research show several results as follows: The madrasa head's academic supervision planning in optimizing tasks and functions has been arranged in prota and process but is not updated every year.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

The data used are primary data and secondary data. With this data, researchers can find out what types of fixed assets are used by Cornflower Agents, namely buildings, machines and vehicles. The limited resources in the Cornflower Agent business are human resources, because they have been replaced by machines that can make the grinding process easier.

Information and digital technology has become an important part of an organization to grow and develop in an era of change. This will show how tourist villages use information and digital technology to provide new information, services and value to a wide audience. One of the tourist attractions in Lembanga Randanan is the Painted Rice Fields. The fertile rice fields provide beautiful landscapes and a deep impression. Students from the Management study program at the UKI Toraja Faculty of Economics with the theme Tourism Village are collaborating with the Lembang community and parties in the development and promotion of the Painted Rice Fields tourism in Lembang Randanan so that it can be touched by a wide audience, especially the commercialization of tourism. From the results of observations, it was found that the basic problems that hinder tourism promotion are the lack of public awareness to promote painted rice field tourism and the ineffective use of information and digital technology. The aims and objectives of organizing community service are to introduce painted rice field tourism to the general public and to help the Lembang Randanan community in using information and digital technology for promotion. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method with primary data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data collection was obtained from searching various references such as books, journals and articles. The results of the service activities that have been carried out are helping tourist villages with promotion, marketing and management of tourist villages. This includes creating Instagram and YouTube social media accounts which aim to promote tourist villages, especially painted rice field tourism in Lembang Randanan. From this research, it is hoped that potential-based tourism village promotion can be carried out.

One of the government programs created to realize MBKM (Free Learning and Independent Campus) activities is the Teaching Campus. This program is intended for students as agents of change to increase human resources by contributing and providing innovation to educational problems, especially in learning activities. This campus teaching activity includes several activities regarding literacy and numeracy, adapting technology to more innovative methods. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in students' learning patterns (Learning Loss), which has had a major impact on children's interest in learning, understanding of the material and learning outcomes. In connection with existing problems, the aim of writing this journal is to have a direct impact on holding campus teaching programs. Research or studies from this journal were carried out using a qualitative approach in the form of collecting data on learning outcomes during the program. The results of research and studies show that there is an increase in students' interest in learning by using learning media that is more exciting and fun. Apart from that, this learning method is very effective in increasing the value of the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN Simokerto I / 134. Good learning outcomes come from good learning methods, because interest in learning is proportional to the understanding gained too.

This article explores efforts to optimise the rights of crew in the international maritime contextand take a stand against illegal agency practices that harm them. An in-depth analysis of the ship's crew working conditions reveals labour rights violations and unsafe working conditions. Meanwhile, the role of illegal agents exacerbates the situation. This research urges the government to optimise the rights of migrant ship crew members. By detailing basic rights such as a living wage, safe working conditions, the research investigates the positive impact of implementing migrant worker protection policies. Focus is also given to countering illegal agents by identifying prevention and enforcement strategies that can be implemented. This research provides a foundation for cooperation between governments, shipping companies and international organisations to create a fair and sustainable maritime environment and eradicate illegal agencies that only want to benefit themselves. This research not only describes the challenges, but also illustrates solutions in protecting the rights of ship’s crew members and countering illegal agents in the maritime sector.

There are many benefits to a village having a website that is managed seriously. Lighten the government's workload and make things easier for village communities. This service activity will be carried out in Paddinging Village, which is one of the villages in Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi. This consideration regarding location selection is because Paddinging Village does not yet have a village website. On the other hand, Paddinging Village has several natural potentials which can be maximized by disseminating information to people inside and outside the village. Paddinging Village has quite large natural and tourism potential but has not received special attention from the government. The expanse of mountains and rice fields as well as the mist that sometimes covers it, accompanied by cool air are the characteristics of Paddinging Village. Apart from that, Paddinging Village has a pine forest which is very suitable as a camping spot on the weekend. Even the water there comes from springs directly from the mountains, which can be used as a basic ingredient for a mineral drinking water business.
