Karunia gold shop, as one of the gold trading retail players, has several branches in Cepu City and its surroundings. In order to improve operational sales efficiency, this shop will adopt the latest technology by implementing a sales information system. The purpose of this study is to develop an online cashier system based on QR Code at the Karunia gold shop for purchase/sale and payment transactions. Jewelry transaction data from 2018 was IDR 150,594,000, in 2019 it was IDR 109,309,000, and 2020 it was IDR 120,683,000. The structural model system development method uses web-based PHP programming and a MySql database. The results of the black box testing of the new system obtained a functional value of 72.3%. The final result is an Online Cashier System with QR Code which has the potential to increase transaction speed, facilitate gold stock management, and provide a different experience to customers in making effective, efficient and better transactions.    

This research aims to analyze the role of digital communication in improving business efficiency by focusing on the use of digital communication tools such as email, chat, and collaboration platforms. The research object consisted of 10 STIE Ganesha students of the employee class who were selected as respondents to provide insight into their experience in using digital communication tools in the context of their work. This research was carried out in May 2024 using a qualitative approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis to identify key patterns and themes related to the effectiveness of digital communication compared to traditional communication methods. The results showed that digital communication tools significantly improved operational efficiency for working students, allowing them to complete tasks more quickly and organized. However, the findings also reveal significant challenges, such as information overload and notification distractions, which can reduce productivity and focus. Therefore, while digital communication offers many advantages, it is important for individuals to develop effective management strategies to address these negative potentials, such as notification management and wise time allocation. The implications of this study underscore the importance of a deep understanding of digital communication tools and their effective application to maximize productivity in the modern business environment.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Green Intellectual Capital on operational performance in coffee shops in the West Jakarta area. This research uses quantitative methods and uses purposive sampling techniques. Through a questionnaire as a data collection tool, a sample size of 302 respondents was obtained. Questionnaires were distributed to managers, supervisors and baristas in coffee shops using Google Form. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The research results reveal that Green Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Operational Performance and significantly on Green Supply Chains Management. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing regarding the influence of Green Supply Chains Management on Operational Performance also provide positive results. These findings may indicate that Green Supply Chains Orientations and environmentally friendly practices in coffee shops are still limited and have not had a significant impact on performance. Based on the research results, managerial implications underline the importance of increasing awareness among coffee shop managers and employees of environmental issues. This awareness is very important to ensure that Green Supply Chains Management in coffee shops is carried out in an environmentally friendly manner, thereby improving operational performance and contributing to the preservation of the natural environment.

Efficient data management is essential for organizations, especially in the face of large volumes of data. The method used is the waterfall model, which includes the needs analysis stage, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of the analysis show that manual document management has many weaknesses, such as difficulty in conveying information and lack of supporting applications. The use of Excel formulas and analytical features helps in making smarter and more informed hiring decisions. Integration with email allows candidates to be sent notifications regarding the status of their applications automatically, improving transparency and applicant experience. An interactive analytical dashboard is also provided to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies in real-time. Human resource management has become a determining role in operational systems in this modern era. The stronger the role of HRM, innovations in HRM managerial models always occur. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses an associative approach method to analyze the relationship between two or more variables, namely the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The sample for this research is employees at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Bogor 2 branch has 54 employees. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews then continued with validity testing ending with hypothesis testing through regression coefficient analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Indomarco Prismatama Bogor 2 Branch was 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% was due to other factors not included in this study (hypothesis 1 was proven). Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Indomarco Prismatama Bogor Branch 2 amounted to 73.1%, while the remaining 26.9% was influenced by other variables not studied (hypothesis 2 was proven). From the test results of the influence of X1 and Indomarco Prismatama Bogor Branch 2 was 71.4% while the remaining 28.6% was due to other variables not studied (hypothesis 3 was proven).

The management of waste retribution in Semarang City has encountered problems with low target achievement of retribution. This can hamper the government's efforts in providing optimal waste management services. This study aims to describe and analyze the management of waste retribution as a reference to plan for increasing the target and realization achievement of waste retribution in Semarang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method involving in-depth interviews, data reduction, inductive analysis, data validity, and drawing conclusions, using an administrative theory approach with the principles of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling as a framework for thinking about waste retribution management. The results show that the planning process is not yet optimal, the organization is not yet effective, the direction of fund use is quite effective, and the control is strict but financial reporting needs improvement in transparency and accountability. The suggestions given include increasing socialization and education, forming a special unit to manage retribution, evaluating and adjusting tariffs, increasing transparency in financial reporting, and involving stakeholders in monitoring and evaluation.

Babycom, a company specializing in the sale of imported baby sandals, faces challenges in managing its inventory due to rapid sales growth, particularly through the Tiktok Shop platform. Manual inventory management is prone to data inaccuracies, monitoring difficulties, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these issues, this research proposes the development of a web-based inventory management application using the waterfall development method. This approach is chosen for its ability to provide structured guidance from needs analysis to maintenance, tailored to the complexity of Babycom's requirements. It is anticipated that this design will offer an effective solution to inventory management issues, resulting in improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of information access for the company.

Lean Inventory Management is a systematic approach that focuses on reducing waste in the inventory management process to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This study aims to analyze the impact of Lean Inventory Management implementation on reducing inventory costs in manufacturing companies. This research uses a case study method in a manufacturing company that has implemented Lean Inventory Management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of company documents. The analysis techniques used include descriptive and comparative analysis to measure changes in inventory costs before and after implementation. The results showed that the implementation of Lean Inventory Management succeeded in significantly reducing inventory costs. Some of the strategies implemented include the implementation of Just-In-Time (JIT), reduction of buffer inventory levels, improved coordination with suppliers, and the use of information technology for real-time inventory monitoring. In addition, the company also noted improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction as a positive impact of implementing Lean Inventory Management. This study concludes that Lean Inventory Management is an effective approach to reduce inventory costs in manufacturing companies. The success of implementing information systems in a school environment is significantly influenced by effective risk management. This research aims to implement the OCTAVE Allegro method to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the information system at Panca Setya High School. The OCTAVE Allegro method was chosen for its systematic and structured approach to information security risk management.This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school staff, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings revealed several key risks threatening the information system at Panca Setya High School, including threats to student data confidentiality, weaknesses in technological infrastructure, and a lack of security awareness among users. Through the implementation of the OCTAVE Allegro method, this research successfully identified effective mitigation strategies, such as enhancing information security training for staff, updating security policies and procedures, and strengthening data protection technologies. The conclusion of this research highlights that comprehensive and sustainable risk management is crucial for protecting the school's information assets and ensuring operational continuity.The recommendations from this study are intended to assist the management of Panca Setya High School in enhancing their information system risk management, thereby better supporting the achievement of educational objectives.

The aim of this research is to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in educational administration to increase transparency and accountability at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, data collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of AI at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation in several aspects of educational administration, including student data management, financial management and teacher performance evaluation, can improve operational efficiency and more accurate reporting mechanisms. The application of AI can speed up the decision-making process and provide easier access to relevant information for all stakeholders. These findings show that the integration of AI technology not only provides a good level of transparency in the management of educational foundations but also increases accountability for the parties involved. PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

The utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in the management of educational institutions has become a key element of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in the digital era. This study aims to investigate the role of ICT in data management, management, learning processes, and communication in educational environments. Using literature review techniques and secondary data analysis, this study found that the use of ICT increases information transparency, accuracy and speed, improving resource management and decision-making. However, ICT implementation also faces many challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, lack of technical capacity of human resources, and resistance to change. Overcoming these barriers requires a comprehensive and sustainable strategy. This research aims to design and build a website-based library book e-catalog application at the Fatahillah College Center Foundation. This application is designed to overcome the limitations of the manual system currently used by libraries, increase the efficiency of book information management, and make information access easier for users. The research methods used include descriptive methods, observation, interviews, and system development using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the e-catalog application can manage book, member, and loan transaction data effectively. It is hoped that implementing this application can support literacy activities and increase library operational efficiency.

This study explores the impact of product and service innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing strategies on the profitability of companies. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through surveys and company financial reports and analyzed using statistical techniques, including linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that product and service innovation significantly enhances profitability, emphasizing the importance of continuous innovation. Operational efficiency, measured through lower operational costs, directly correlates with increased profit margins. Furthermore, a strong positive relationship exists between customer satisfaction and profitability, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies. Human resource management practices that promote employee satisfaction and productivity are also found to significantly impact profitability. Lastly, the adoption of digital marketing strategies is shown to boost sales volume and market reach, contributing positively to financial performance. These results suggest that companies should adopt a holistic approach to strategy development, integrating innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing to enhance profitability. The study underscores the need for companies to continuously evolve and adapt to market changes to sustain competitive advantage and long-term success.
