The financial planning of the Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyah Study Program Student Association at the Muhammadiyah University of Buton must be carried out through financial administration. Financial planning takes into account a number of variables, including projected sales, pro forma reports, asset requirements, economic assumptions, and how investments are financed. Budgeting, spending, and saving for the future can all be done through financial planning. The method of activity used is the method of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, assignments, practice and training. The results of this dedication show that the Pre-test understanding of organizational financial administration found that 1 student (14.28%) got the very low category, 2 students (28.57%) got the low category, and 4 students (57.14%) got the moderate, and there was an increase after the Post-test on understanding organizational financial administration found that 2 students (28.57%) got the medium category, 4 students (57.14%) got the high category, and 1 student (14.29%) got very high category. This means that the implementation of this activity can improve and develop the organizational financial administration of the Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyah Study Program Student Association, Muhammadiyah University of Buton.

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants. The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.

Anemia in pregnant women can increase maternal and child mortality and morbidity rates. Anemia increases the risk of abortion, KJDR, premature birth, hemorrhagic and so on. Anemia in pregnancy affects the growth and development of the fetus both before and after birth. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 48.9%. One of the ways to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is to provide nutrition education that can help reduce anemia to the community, especially pregnant women. Tanakaraeng Village is used as a counseling location. The method used in this community service activity is lectures and discussions using powerpoint, LCD. From the results of data processing using a paired T test with a sample of 21 people, it was obtained that there was an increase in knowledge from the average value of the pre-test questionnaire, which obtained a value of 45.23 and post-test: 74.76. The result of the paired T test is 0.000. There is an average knowledge before being given counseling and after being given counseling.

Appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Adolescents usually have poor fiber intake patterns, such as not consuming enough vegetables and fruit, which results in functional obstruction of the appendix and increases germ growth. This is what can cause appendicitis. Facing a situation like this, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of appendicitis among teenagers. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to teenagers regarding efforts to prevent appendicitis. The method used in carrying out this community service is by providing counseling through lectures and providing leaflets containing counseling material at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School with the address Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The targets for implementing the activities are students at Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have had a positive impact on the parties involved, especially for students at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge regarding Efforts to Prevent Appendicitis in Adolescents. Apart from that, students can also improve their skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume foods that contain fiber such as vegetables and fruit to avoid appendicitis.

Indiscriminate disposal of iron waste into waters or the environment will be harmful to human health and the environment. In this regard, there must be an understanding of how to properly utilize iron waste so that it can provide economic value along with an understanding of environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship. This community service activity has the aim of providing understanding for students of SMK Tunas Nusantara Department of Industrial Chemistry by utilizing iron waste into ferrous sulfate. The training provided includes: environmentally friendly entrepreneurship, the dangers of iron waste, how to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and how to package it. The methods used in the training are: improvement and understanding through lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. During the training, the Tunas Nusantara Vocational School students participated in the training activities well and enthusiastically. The results of the training resulted in SMK students having knowledge about environmentally friendly entrepreneurship which was shown to be able to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and continue to work on it as an alternative to environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship.

This community service project aims to train students of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung in writing short stories that contain local culture. This project recognizes the challenges students face in writing short stories, including difficulties in generating ideas and a lack of interest and motivation. Traditional teaching methods focus on lectures and analyzing existing stories, leading to a lack of hands-on experience and boredom. The project implements a five-step approach: preparation, pre-activity surveys, material delivery, writing practice, and question and answer sessions. The material presented includes the essence of short stories, their components (intrinsic and extrinsic elements), imagination techniques, writing tips, and the integration of cultural elements. The students enthusiastically participated in a short story writing practice session with the theme "Personal Experience" and blended local culture. Question and answer sessions allow for open discussion and problem-solving, which further increases student engagement. The project successfully achieved its goal, improving students' writing skills and interest in literature. The active participation of students, especially during writing practice, shows a renewed enthusiasm for the subject. The project also highlights the need for ongoing support and follow-up activities to strengthen the skills acquired. The success of this project is further evidenced by the full participation of the 30 target students, the successful completion of the planned curriculum, the students' real understanding of the material, and their high level of enthusiasm throughout the activity. Although time constraints limited the question and answer sessions, students' willingness to ask questions and their ability to generate creative stories during the practice sessions clearly demonstrated the positive impact of the project.

Parenting socialization activities regarding the importance of intellectual and character education in dealing with the times are to introduce and socialize true parenting education for the community. Thus, socialization participants are expected to be able to practice the material socialized to their children in everyday life, so that a generation with intellectual and character is produced. The socialization was carried out using direct observation, interviews, and socialization methods, by means of: lectures/providing information and training. As a result of these activities, participants gain knowledge related to parenting; and commit to practice it with their own children.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

The current state of the war against COVID-19 requires people to be active at home, keep their distance, wear masks and other healthy living habits. Almost all activities that we normally can do outside the home freely, such as school, work, play, lectures and others, have been restricted since the Covid-19 outbreak. On the other hand, of course, there are economic factors that make people continue to do activities outside the home. Seeing this situation, the acceleration of handling COVID-19 must be carried out thoroughly and involve all parties who take universities. In Ringintunggal village, residents work as farmers, usually growing rice, beans, soybeans, secondary crops, and others. But here there are also lots of crystal guavas owned by residents, so don't be surprised if we enter Ringintunggal village there will be lots of guava trees around people's homes, and there are several crystal guava gardens that are quite wide owned by residents. But with the abundance of guava fruit, it is not accompanied by the innovation of processed crystals. Therefore we saw that this was a problem in the village and we were moved to take action for the residents of Ringintunggal village by providing understanding and training on the potential assets owned by Ringintunggal village.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

The JKS 18 Association is one of the food-producing centers in Surakarta. This association needs to get institutional and product strengthening to increase competitiveness in the global era. So far, the distribution of zakat has been done by Muzaki (obliged to pay zakat, or giving zakat) giving directly to people who get zakat. The impact of this arises from queues of people who get zakat, the distribution of zakat is not evenly distributed, sometimes some get double and some don't. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize better zakat management, namely through the Amil Zakat Institution and Baznas so that the distribution of zakat can be maximally evenly distributed. The method of implementing this socialization is by giving lectures in vitual or online because it is still in a state of covid 19. From this service, community members have a better understanding and understanding of the distribution or distribution of zakat through the Amil Zakat Institute and Baznas.

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

This study aims to determine the impact of the servant leadership of lecturers on student satisfaction in accounting lectures online. The servant leadership style has five dimensions including altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. This study uses a population of all Accounting students from one of the tertiary institutions in Semarang. Samples were obtained by random means with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. This research obtained the result that the research model was stated well. Partially, only the wisdom and persuasive mapping variables that influence student satisfaction in accounting online-based lectures. While the other three independent variables, namely altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship, were not proven to affect student satisfaction. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the object used is limited, so it is expected that further research can expand the object, namely various universities in Semarang to be examined.  Keywords: Servant leadership, satisfaction, accounting lectures

The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic.
