Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

The climatic chamber is a calibration medium for the thermohygrometer. This simple climatic chamber was built using the Arduino uno, DHT22 sensor, heater, and peltier. The climatic chamber was designed and manufactured well and cheaply. Climatic chamber testing of the design results is carried out to determine the success rate of the tool. Tests are carried out using the Madgetech data logger tool through monitoring or monitoring of temperature within a certain period of time. The results of temperature monitoring at two observed values, namely temperatures of 250C to 300C and temperatures of 300C to 350C, showed good results with the corresponding rhythm of temperature increase and temperature decrease. It's just that the decrease in temperature still takes longer than the increase in temperature. This shows that the heater can be said to be working optimally and the peltier is not fully working. So it is necessary to do further studies related to the peltier for the climatic chamber both in terms of number and characteristics.

The low standard of values for natural science shows that Indonesia is still lagging behind other countries. This can be seen from the data from the results of the PISA survey conducted by the OECD in 2003 which states that the standard for Natural Sciences in Indonesia is 360.16, while the standard for Natural Sciences (IPA) in the world is 484.84. This data shows that the average score of Natural Sciences subjects is still very low. There are many factors that underlie the low value of IPA in Indonesia. one of them is the assumption that this subject is difficult. In addition, students also find this subject boring and uninteresting. Therefore, this study intends to develop alternative media for fifth grade students to help them learn science, namely in the form of an RPG game that can be played via a computer.

The existence of Marana geothermal manifestations of hot springs scattered in Masaingi Sub-district, Donggala District, Central Sulawesi Province, indicates geothermal prospect zone. Therefore, in order to obtain the subsurface model and to interpret the prospect zone, has been conducted an interpretation of Marana geothermal subsurface area based on magnetic anomaly data. The research uses secondary data of magnetic anomaly obtained from Centre for Geological Resources, Bandung, Indonesia. The research area is located on UTM zone system 50 which close to the magnetic equator, therefore the reduction to equator (RTE) process is applied to the IGRF corrected dan diurnal variations. The Upward Continuation is conducted to obtain a regional magnetic anomaly on 600 meters. Furthermore, 2.5-dimensional modeling on subsurface had done by the Talwani method using Software Oasis Montaj. The 2.5-dimensional modeling results show that the contrast of magnetic susceptibility value of Marana Geothermal rocks. Medium magnetic susceptibility value are metamorphic rock complex and Tinombo Alhburg Formation with values ranging from 0,69-0,8 (x10-2SI). Formation of Molasa Celebes Sarasin and Sarasin have low magnetic susceptibility with values 0,007-0,01 (x10-2SI), whereas high magnetic susceptibility value are granite and granodiorite (1,2x10-2SI). The new intrusion is found in the body of granite and granodiorite with magnetic susceptibility value 2,1 (x10-2SI). Based on the result of Marana geothermal modelling, the prospect zone (reservoir) is estimated in the West of research area which near the Masaingi hot spring. The prospect zone is estimated to be sandstone at a depth of ± 1200 metre. The heat source is the new intrusion thought to be a heat source (diorite) with a depth of> 4500 m. Clay cap is predicted to be an altered sandstone of argillitic alteration. The Masaingi hot spring is indicated to be an upflow zone just above the heat source, while the outflow zone is estimated to be in the southern of the research area.

Increasing technological developments require many parties to always adjust to all kinds of changes that will occur in the future, both economic conditions, government regulations, consumer conditions, and conditions of competitors. The way companies communicate with their investors has also changed, as a result of the rapid development of the internet. The internet that companies use to report financial information to investors is called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Today, IFR has been put forward by most countries because it can minimize the negative effects of information asymmetry, reduce agency costs, reduce capital costs, and increase firm value. Companies in achieving their goals are faced with uncertain conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences between IFR and ERM in commercial banks in Indonesia with high and low market capitalization values. This research is a non-static analytical descriptive study. The sample used is only two commercial banks to be compared. The development of information and communication technology in the current digital era is growing very rapidly and affects many aspects of human life, including aspects of children's education. The influence of these technological developments also brings changes to modern lifestyles that have both positive and negative impacts on all levels of society, including the lives of children. The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 also affected the life of the education world, namely changing learning methods of the teaching and learning process in schools. The online learning method is starting to be applied for schools that are ready with this online learning system, which requires a lot of media, such as cellphones, laptops, computers and of course the availability of a good internet network. This government policy came into effect in several provinces in Indonesia on Monday, March 16, 2020, which was also followed by other provincial areas. The changing era and the influence of the development of technology and information can affect children's lives. These are a challenge for a teacher because the teacher's role is very important in the child's education process. This role can be interpreted as individual behavior that is important for the social structure of society. While facing all challenges, the teacher has important role to instill the right character values for students to anticipate all negative influences that can be caused and affect their lives, especially for PAK teachers in carrying out their main duties.

A house for every human being is the main and most important need compared to others needs in general. A financial institution is an institution engaged in the financial sector where its customers are people from various walks of life with various behaviors. Lending is a business activity that carries a high risk and affects the business continuity of a banking company. The problem that is often faced in providing home loans is determining the decision to extend credit to prospective customers, while another problem is that not all home loan payments by customers can run well or commonly known as bad credit. One of the causes of bad credit is an assessment error in making credit decisions. Data mining is a process used to analyze cases in order to find the best performance of an algorithm being tested. One way to get information or patterns from a large data set is to use techniques in data mining. There are many classification methods that can be used to produce precise accuracy values. In this study, two classification algotihm methods are used in classifying the home crediting dataset, namely the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The comparison of the two algorithms produces an accuracy value fo the Naïve Bayes algorithm of 36.36% and the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 59.54%.

This research report is motivated by the large number of sharia financial institutions that have emerged and the increasing number of sharia banks that provide financial services while meeting the increasingly diverse needs of society. With the current abundance of sharia banking, there are accusations that sharia banking is a conventional bank that only has a sharia label attached to it. However, nowadays sharia banks always try to implement Islamic values based on Sharia principles. Sharia banking has a big influence on people's economic activities. Various sharia banking products are expected to be able to encourage and accelerate people's economic progress in accordance with Islamic principles. In Islamic principles, economic activity cannot be separated from the postulate of faith in Allah SWT and even becomes a built in control for economic actors. From here, sharia banking was built and designed to improve the standard of human life. Sharia banking is expected to become an alternative and even a decisive solution for the development of the national economy, especially for Muslims.

Improvement of Textile Industry system design with Six Sigma and FMEA to improve process quality. Six Sigma is a method of continuous quality improvement, by minimizing the number of defects. FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) tool is used to help determine the appropriate action, eliminating priority failure modes. The next step to improve to determine the most influential factor to the occurrence of color defects, so that the influence of the interference factor is minimum. If the control function is carried out and the factors causing the defect do not appear again there will be an increase in sigma value. FMEA analysis results obtained by machine temperature and material factors that most influence the occurrence of color defects, with RPN values of 210 and 120 respectively, the Six Sigma calculation results an increase in sigma value from initial conditions of 3.78 sigma to 4.93 sigma, or an increase in process capability of 1.15 sigma. Proposed improvements with DOE so that color defects do not appear are suggested by setting the thermosol engine temperature control device and mixing the optimized NaCl.
