Rumah sakit sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan memerlukan kinerja karyawan yang optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada pasien. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yaitu dengan melakukan tinjauan terhadap artikel, jurnal, dan buku yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit, antara lain pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, pemberian insentif dan reward, peningkatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi antar departemen, serta peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja. Hasil dari studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan merupakan strategi yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, sehingga mereka dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pasien. Selain itu, pemberian insentif dan reward juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Kesimpulannya, strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit perlu diimplementasikan secara efektif dan terencana, dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari strategi tersebut. Dalam jangka panjang, strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien.  

Various factors can influence a country's economic growth, among which is the availability of manpower. The substantial availability of human resources in a country can serve as a catalyst for the progress of Indonesia's economy. This research aims to determine the influence of the Human Development Index on the economic growth of Bali Province during the period of 2018-2022. The research methodology employed is quantitative, involving the gathering of data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and a literature review. In this study, the dependent variable is Economic Growth, while the independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI). The research findings reveal that the HDI has no significant impact on economic growth.

This study examines the importance of open and honest communication in personal and professional relationships and its impact on group dynamics, team effectiveness, and individual well-being. Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The advice given is to add service support facilities and improve service methods so that service times are better, as well as to review the types of delegation of authority given to sub-district heads so that the policy objectives are achieved more optimally.

This study discusses the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husbands and wives during the period of syiqoq from the perspective of Islamic law. Syiqoq, which refers to deep conflicts between husband and wife, poses a significant challenge in married life. The purpose of this research is to analyze how Islamic law regulates the fulfillment of rights and obligations during conflict and to offer solutions for its resolution. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review methods, analyzing fiqh literature, fatwas from Islamic scholars, and other primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that despite ongoing disputes, fundamental rights such as maintenance, protection, and housing must still be provided, and obligations like communication and consultation are essential for resolving conflicts. The role of hakam as a third party mediator is also identified as an effective mechanism for resolving syiqoq. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for couples and Islamic legal institutions in addressing marital conflicts fairly and in accordance with Islamic principles while strengthening the understanding of family law dynamics in a modern context.

This writing departs from the author's concern for the reality that often occurs in the leadership of Catholic Youth in fostering a spirit of leadership, where the leadership spirit of OMK is still lacking because they often forget responsibility, which is caused by the influence of the times which makes them more happy themselves, have their own opinion , act alone and boast about themselves, so that they still have not found their true identity as OMK. The purpose of this writing is to understand and understand the theory of OMK leadership and to understand the spirit of creative and innovative leadership in OMK. The method used in this thesis is literature review. Thus, from the theory that has been described, it is hoped that OMK will be able to carry out their responsibilities in realizing the ideals and hopes of the Church, because OMK are individuals who still have a fresh leadership spirit and are still strong in service. Through OMK the Church will be assisted in various services both liturgically, ministry and pastoral. Therefore, if OMK is to be a true leader, they must be able to challenge a process, be able to work together, give themselves, be humble, and be able to apply good moral values ​​to everyone.    

Today, the world of education is experiencing a shift from its true values. The education system used places too much emphasis on intellectual aspects, textual values, and charitable morality. However, they pay less attention to aspects of personal character formation, value education, and sensitivity and social responsibility. This situation should not be allowed to continue. Now is the time for stakeholders who are involved in organizing education to return education to the "spirit" idealized by the father of national education, Ki Hajar Dewantara, regarding education that is free. This paper is the result of exploring Ki Hajar Dewantara's ideas on education. Done by using literature review. From the results of a literature search it was concluded that education that liberates will produce three types of people. First, it will give birth to humans who are not ruled by other people, but their minds can rule themselves. Second, giving birth to humans who stand tall because of their own strength. Third, to give birth to human beings who are capable of self-discipline, so that they do not interfere with the independence of others.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan pandemi di akhir tahun 2019 yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS Cov-2). Dampak pandemi Covid-19 tak hanya dirasakan pada sector kesehatan namun juga seluruh sector secara umum. Terjadinya Covid-19 di seluruh negara juga memberikan dampak perubahan tatanan kehidupan di masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa kebiasaan baru terkait pola hidup lebih sehat yang diadaptasi masyarakat agar tetap bisa bertahan ditengah pandemi Covid-19.  Tujuan artikel ini adalah menganalisis artikel yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pola perilaku sehat masyarakat. Sumber data didapatkan melalui database terkomputerisasi seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, Elsevier, Portal Garuda serta Google Scholar dengan kriteria artikel penelitian yang relevan mengenai adaptasi pola hidup sehat selama pandemi Covid-19, publish tahun 2019-2023, berbahasa Indonesa atau Inggris dan bersifat open access. Lima artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi kemudian dianalisis dan dilakukan sintesis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kebiasaan baru terkait pola hidup sehat yang diadaptasi masyarakat setelah terjadinya pandemi Covid-19.

Teori Marketing Mix tentunya akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menilai pendekatan komunikasi pemasaran PT Cimory. Sebelum dan sesudah menggelar brand ambassador, digunakan strategi komunikasi pemasaran PT Cimory untuk menumbuhkan ekuitas merek di Instagram. SLR adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini (Systematic Literature Review). Dengan adanya jejaring sosial Instagram @Cimoryindonesia, peneliti mengungkapkan fakta dan realita tentang fungsi brand ambassador dalam mengembangkan brand equity. Metodologi penelitian mengadopsi paradigma konstruktivis untuk mengungkap bauran pemasaran. Sebuah studi kasus ekstensif dilakukan sebagai metodologi penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik sebelum maupun sesudah bertindak sebagai brand ambassador, tidak ada perbedaan jumlah like, komentar, dan follow.

The hospital is an important organization and is engaged in providing health services  that focus not only on medical service issues but also on non-medical service issues. The hospital guarantees the availability of medical devices to the availability of equipment that can affect the  quality of health services provided, including patient satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this  study is to determine the analysis of the procurement of medical equipment logistics in hospitals.  The method used in this research is literature review from seven national journals obtained using  online database facilities via Google pages scholar and researchgate. The selected journal is based on its publication published from 2018-2023. The research results show that the analysis of logistics planning and procurement activities of medical devices in several hospitals in Indonesia  have various differences. The difference consists of hospitals that already have a plan logistics is good and some are not running perfectly. Procurement of medical devices that have not been good  due to several factors, one of which is an inadequate budget. So that management or logistics  management of medical devices is needed in hospitals so that medical devices are always available  in accordance with quality standards hospital health. 

The characteristics of organizational culture can have a significant impact on the performance of teachers in schools. Some characteristics of organizational culture that can influence teacher performance are as follows: task orientation, communication, social support, recognition, and learning culture. Research is conducted with a procedure or work stages starting from the preparation phase where the research team prepares a review of relevant theories related to the research being conducted, discussions, sharing of knowledge, and literature searches are activities in this phase. Then, initial observation is carried out on the problem, followed by submitting written questions to the respondents in the form of a questionnaire, and then the data is collected, tested, analyzed, and evaluated.

This research is entitled "scientific article collaboration on library collection development". The purpose of this research is to find out how the collection development process is carried out in the library in particular. This study uses a qualitative research design. By collecting primary data, secondary and literature review. Data analysis techniques using data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study. This shows that collection development is an important and vital activity in the library. There is no library without collections, both print, non-print and electronic collections to meet their various information needs. Library collection development is very important for library growth, therefore it needs to be continuously evaluated to assess their strengths and weaknesses. This process will lead to the removal of material that is no longer relevant. Given the shortage of books in libraries and based on the premise that no library is independent, libraries engage in inter-library lending or sharing of resources. Anisometropia merupakan gangguan penglihatan yang ditandai dengan perbedaan refraksi lensa sferis atau silinder antara mata kanan dan kiri lebih dari 1 dioptri. Prevalensi anisometropia pada populasi sebesar 2-4% dan kondisi ini lebih sering menjadi penyebab gangguan penglihatan unilateral pada orang dewasa di bawah 60 tahun. Berdasarkan penyebabnya, anisometropia dibagi menjadi dua yaitu anisometropia aksial dan anisometropia refraktif sedangkan berdasarkan kekuatan refraksi anisometropia dibagi menjadi dua yaitu anisometropia absolut dan anisometropia relatif. Deteksi dini anisometropia memberikan dokter kesempatan untuk mengintervensi lebih awal, mungkin memperlambat, bahkan mencegah perkembangan penyakit. Retinoskopi sikloplegik terbukti sebagai metode yang paling tepat dan akurat untuk penentuan kesalahan refraksi selama pemeriksaan mata secara komprehensif. Malnutrisi, pemakaian media komunikasi elektronik seperti telepon genggan dan televisi, sampai kelalaian orang tua memerhatikan anaknya merupakan beberapa faktor risiko kelainan refraksi. Hampir seluruh anisometropia dapat menyebabkan kelainan ambliopia. This article will examine Islamic counseling associated with the study of philosophy, from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, then axiology. Philosophical values ​​can feed direction and permananan about Islamic counseling. The research method used is literature review or literature study. Integrativity in the main science of Islamic counseling, namely, psychology, communication and Islam. Furthermore, from an epistemology perspective, it is concerned with the implementation and professionalization of the counselor. Then from the aspect of axiology in Islamic counseling which aims to provide assistance provided by counselors to clients in order to find ethical and aesthetic values ​​for the existence of essential (pure) happiness, namely happiness that comes from Allah SWT, the Almighty.

With the development of using social media in gaining more information, a cosmetic product potential buyer will search for more information from various sources, including reviews from beauty vloggers on YouTube. Beauty Vlogger existence can be a form of information exchange that can affect the sales of a product. Miss “X” becomes one of beauty vlogger in Indonesia who also makes review of cosmetic brand, including cosmetic brand “S”. Purpose of this research is to find out how much a beauty vlogger’s credibility can affect the decision purchasing of “S” cosmetic products. This research used Trustworthiness, Expertise, and Attractiveness as independent variables. The research methodology used in this research was a quantitative method that calculated by SMARTPLS 3.0. The population of this research was the subscribers of Miss “X”’s YouTube channel. In collecting data, the writer used non probability sampling with some criterions. The study sample of this research was 100. The result of the study shows that beauty vlogger Miss “X”’s credibility affects the purchasing decision of “S” cosmetic products by 33,8%. Trustworthiness has a positive and significant effect towards Purchasing Decision. However, Expertise and Attractiveness do not have significant effect towards “S” cosmetic products despite being positive.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

The hospital as a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a complete manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Efforts to improve health services as an agreement on setting long-term goals and visions which then become a common reference in achieving the goals that have been set. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how to improve health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are by increasing efforts such as providing adequate infrastructure facilities including from a physical perspective, besides being efficient, fair, timely, secure, integrated, focused, reliable and effective. It can be concluded that efforts to improve the quality of health services as a process of meeting the needs and life expectancy of patients, both internally and externally. Quality can also be associated as a gradual and continuous improvement process. In general, the quality of health services focuses on the concept that health services have three main foundations, namely quality, access and cost.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.
