This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

 The background in this study is how important a leader is in applying motivation and work rewards to the company to improve the performance of his employees, because with motivation and work discipline, employees will feel responsible for all their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work rewards on employee performance partially, and to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously. The conclusion from the results of this study is that increasing employee performance is inseparable from Work Motivation (needs, attitudes, abilities, payment or salary, job security, relationships with fellow workers), work rewards (providing overtime or wages given to employees) and employee performance (always arriving on time, always prioritizing attendance percentage, always obeying the provisions of working hours, always using working hours effectively and efficiently).

The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, residents' satisfaction in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta. and the role of Employee Performance on Citizen Satisfaction in Child- Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta.This research method is a qualitative description through interviews with informants as key informants who explain or describe the effect of employee performance on citizen satisfaction in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta. And through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is a group interview that emphasizes interaction on the topics discussed. This study also describes testing the validity of the data, the validity of the data or the credibility of the data, namely in observation, perseverance, discussion and study as well as analysis of the satisfaction of these residents.The results of the study showed that there was a value gap in the views of officials who were interviewed and discussed with community groups who were also interviewed by researchers. So the need for a researcher's perspective and confirms that performance is a substantial factor in creating maximum work. Thus the role of performance on citizen satisfaction in the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, is very important. Not only encouraging the creation of new values in understanding citizen satisfaction.

This research aims to assess how internal control, information technology, and staff competence influence the quality of financial reporting in Kota Langsa. The research methodology employed is quantitative, utilizing primary data. All Local Government Units (OPD) in Kota Langsa, totaling 33, were taken as the sample, with three respondents from each OPD, resulting in a total of 99 respondents. The sample selection was done through purposive sampling.Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and the use of measurement tools such as validity and reliability tests. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The regression analysis results indicated that internal control has a significant positive influence on the quality of financial information in the reports. Conversely, information technology does not have a significant impact, while staff competence also has a significant positive effect.In summary, this research demonstrates that internal control and staff competence play vital roles in enhancing the quality of financial reporting in Kota Langsa, whereas information technology does not have a significant impact

This research aims to find out whether work discipline and quality of public services influence public satisfaction at the Bungah sub-district office, Gresik district. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The population used is people who provide services at the Bungah sub-district office. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Bungah sub-district office, Gresik district. and service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Bungah District office, Gresik Regency.

.This research aims to determine the Analysis of Recognition of Revenue and Expenses for Construction Services Based on Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) at PT PUKS Ujunggading District. West Pasaman. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and document study. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing employees in the administration and finance fields and documents regarding financial reports. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Income Recognition and Expense Recognition at PT PUKS Ujunggading Regency. West Pasaman is in accordance with SAK ETAP with the level of conformity of income recognition of PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman against SAK ETAP 75% and the level of suitability of expense recognition for PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman towards SAK ETAP 80% which is recognized in the 2021 profit and loss statement. PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman is guided by SAK ETAP in preparing its financial reports because it will make the job easier and minimize errors in recording. Impact of Income Recognition and Expense Recognition at PT PUKS Ujunggading Regency. West Pasaman is in accordance with SAK ETAP with a conformity level of 72%. There are errors in the income statement regarding other income and other expenses, the amount of which is unknown and not recorded. This has an impact on the profit and loss report which can create inaccuracies due to empty accounts. In the cash flow report there is no funding activity, whereas in the previous year's cash flow report the funding activity itself is known at what nominal value, this could have an impact on the cash flow report of PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman because it can create inaccurate reports.

OCB is an employee's willingness to take on roles that exceed their main role in an organization, so it is called extra-role behavior. This research aims to analyze the influence of cultural values ​​on the organizational citizenship behavior of Russian nurses in Makassar City. The type of research carried out was quantitative research using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Data collection is in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were nurses at RSIA Khadijah, Makassar City, totaling 177 respondents. The results of the research show that there is an influence of culture values ​​on the OCB of RSIA Khadijah Makassar City nurses. Culture values ​​are the variable that has the most influence on the OCB of RSIA Khadijah Makassar City nurses. It is recommended that hospital management need to pay attention to culture values ​​by utilizing language and tradition aspects, which have been done to emphasize new values ​​that employees want to develop.

This research is motivated by the fact that in a public company operating in the fast food sector, human resources are very important in achieving company goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of communication, teamwork and rewards on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire as data. This research uses a saturated sample method. The sample in this research was all 53 employees. The technique used to analyze the data is the SPSS 25 program. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results of this partial test (t) show that the communication variable has a significant value of 0.030 < 0.05, which means that the communication variable partially or significantly influences employee performance. The teamwork variable has a significant value of 0.045 <0.05, partially influencing or being significant on employee performance. The reward variable has a significant value of 0.901 > 0.05 and partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. And the F test results show that the variables of communication, teamwork and rewards have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that communication and teamwork partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while rewards do not have a significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of McDonald's Sri Ratu Kediri employees.

This research explains the influence of the physical work environment, supervision and employee work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Persada Nawa Kartika Kertosono Nganjuk Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population is 47 employees. The sampling technique used saturated samples, the number of samples in the study was 36 permanent employees. Research results (1) The level of significance of the Sig value. 0.069 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.881 < 2.032) means that the physical work environment does not have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Sig value. 0.295 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.064 < 2.032) means that supervision has no partial and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Sig. 0.017 < 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (2.529 > 2.032) means that work discipline has a partial and significant influence on employee performance. (4) It is concluded that Sig.F 0.000 is greater than 0.05. It was concluded that physical work environment variables, supervision and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) The results of the multiple linear analysis test are as follows: Y = 4.128 + 0.202X1 + 0.211X2 + 0.451X3

The purpose of this study was to determine whether incentives affect employee motivation at PT Saerah Surya Perkasa Surabaya, to determine how much influence incentives have on employee motivation at PT Saerah Surya Perkasa Surabaya. In this thesis research, the sample used is simple ramdom sampling, namely random sampling without regard to level and the population in this study amounted to 100 people. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study are, Data is analyzed by validity test, reliability test and simple regression test (t test) using SPSS 20 for windows application. The results showed that incentives had an influence on employee work motivation and the magnitude of the influence of incentives on employee work motivation at the regent's office of Southwest Aceh Regency was 10.0%.

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of  the influence between work facilities and work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Population in this research totaled 212, the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling using the isaac and michael table so that 131 samples were found. Method the analysis used is quantitative with inferential statistic. Based on partial test it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work facilities and employee performance. Work motivation has an insignificant effect and has a negative value on the employee performance of PR.Dua Dewi Cabang Kediri.

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Office. And the object in this study is the Culture and Tourism Office of North Toraja Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the culture and tourism service, totaling 58 people. The results of this study indicate that training has no effect on performance and work discipline simultaneously. the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.378 or 37.8%.

Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism and organizational commitment; and (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance bith partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency as many as 43 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, professionalism, and organizational commitment were categorizedas good. The results of the test statistic showed that partially the variables of professionalism and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the T-test statistic showed that simultaneously, the professionalism and organizational commitment variables had a significant effect employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency by 25,1%

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work ethic and capabilities of Human Resources at the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency, and (2) determine the influence of work ethic and Human Resources capabilities on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were 55 employees who worked at the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency. The sample used the saturated sample technique. Data was collected through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing through the F test and t-test. The findings of the descriptive analysis revealed that the variables of employee performance, work ethic, and Human Resources capabilities were quite good. The results of the t-test showed that the work ethic variable had no significant influence and the ability of Human Resources had a significant value on employee performance. The results of the F test showed that the variables of work ethic and Human Resources capabilities simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination was 0.477 which indicated the contribution of the work ethic and Human Resources variables on employee performance of the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency was 22.7%

This research aims to find out whether work motivation, work ability, and the work environment have a partial or simultaneous influence on employee performance of UD Rahayu Kec. Gurah District Kediri. Sampling technique in this research, the saturated sample method was used, namely the entire number population of 38 employees. The data source for this research was obtained through observation, interviews, library or literature studies, questionnaires, and dokumentation. Data processing is through the SPSS 21 program. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis multiple linear, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: (1) Work motivation has a signifiant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,001 and the calculated t value is 3,473. (2) Work ability has significant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,009 and the calculated t value is 2,772. (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,005 and the calculated t value is 2,966. (4) Work motivation, work ability and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with the F test results obtained a significance value of 0,000 and a calculated F of 18,287.

This study aims to: (1) Examine the effect of brand image on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. (2) Assess the impact of religiosity on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach, including data collection through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The study covers all residents of Kolaka Regency, with a sample size of 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Validity and reliability of research instruments were ensured using SPSS 25.0. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), with Smart PLS 4.0 used to test the measurement model and the structural model. The findings highlight a positive and significant influence of brand image on product intention, along with a similar positive and significant impact of religiosity on product inclination.

PT Dos Ni Roha Logistic is a branch of DNR Corporation which has a function to fulfill the delivery of goods or pharmaceutical equipment by providing transportation services for the delivery of goods both land, sea and air. Data collection methods in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, literature studies with a population of 47 employees and a sample of 47 determined using saturated sampling techniques and processed using SPSS software version 25.  Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity Pt Dos Ni Roha Logistic Jakarta, Work Discipline and Work Motivation are one of the important factors that affect employee productivity, an employee if he has a level of work discipline and is given good motivation in Work can result in high levels of productivity. The results of this study show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, which is 0.546 or 54.6%, so it can be concluded that the influence on employee productivity is 0.546 or 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Companies should need to improve work discipline and work motivation within the company in order to further increase the productivity of their employees.

The target audience for this Science and Technology Application Program is the Nurimas batik making group which has 11 members and is located in Pajerukan Village, Kalibagor District. The emergence of this group was triggered by the large demand for batik products in Kalibagor District in particular and in Banyumas Regency in general which has not been served, namely 10,020 people from school students, teachers and employees within the Kalibagor District. School students, teachers and employees in Banyumas Regency are generally required to wear batik clothing 2-3 days a week. Meanwhile, the Nurimas Batik group is the only batik craftsman from the Kalibagor District area. The partners' main problems are that many of the production equipment is no longer suitable and there is a lack of capital due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the partners have not started a business in promoting their products to potential customers, the partners have not mastered the online marketing or sales of their batik, the partners do not understand group management. which is good, the partners do not implement order in their group's administrative records, the batik motif designs of the batik-making partners are still simple and not yet varied, their mastery of business management is still lacking and they do not carry out standardized bookkeeping. This activity has resulted in an increase in equipment and production materials owned by partners, increased sales, the ability to market on-line, increased partner mastery of group management and administration, results of administering activities, group financial reports, and scientific articles. In order to obtain the specified goals and outcomes, the team carries out outreach programs to partners, practice and mentoring. The method used to evaluate is to compare the level of knowledge with capabilities and production results. Then compare marketing activities before the Science and Technology Application service program and after.
