Ecology is a branch of biology that studies the relationship between living things and their habitats. Basically, living things depend on other living things or their habitats, so there is a reciprocal relationship between living things and other living things or their habitat. This relationship between organisms or their habitats is an interaction that can be in the form of predation, parasitism, commensalism, and mutualism. This study collected data through direct observation in the field. Mahogany is a semi-tolerant tree that is easy to grow and adapts well to various types of land, including beaches, teak forest edges, and even roadsides. Mahogany plants are often planted on the roadside as protective trees (Prasetyono, 2012). Mahogany has many advantages, because its wood, bark, sap and leaves are all available, and the interaction of biotic and abiotic factors with organisms greatly affects the growth of organisms. The relationship resulting from factors that occur in sonokeling trees, ketapang trees, mango trees and durian trees is an interaction between symbiotic symbiosis and parasitic symbiosis. Symbiosis Symbiosis is a relationship between two organisms where one benefits and the other is not harmed or benefited, that is, the interaction between durian trees and ferns and dragon scales. Parasite symbiosis is a relationship of two organisms in which one benefits and the other is harmed, that is, the interaction between mango trees and benalu.

It is customary in the military world that unit commanders are responsible for the actions taken by their subordinates in carrying out their duties. This also includes violations occurring in war. This research uses a normative juridical research type with library study data collection techniques. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that not all subordinate mistakes can be included in command responsibility which is also borne by the superior or unit commander. This is because command accountability must at least fulfill several elements which include, the existence of a superior and subordinate relationship, the superior's knowledge of crimes committed by his subordinates, and the existence of failure to act, namely action that fails to be taken to prevent, punish and stop criminal acts committed by his subordinates.

Human resource management helps organizations achieve their short-term and long-term goals by aligning with overall business strategy. For this reason, the aim of writing this paper is to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and provide an overview of good employee training and development to increase productivity in companies. The research method is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory underlines that human resource management methods are chosen according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy aligns with the core mission and vision and acts as a roadmap for profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Training and development that influences employee productivity has increased the welfare of the company and also helped the company's prosperity by considering the planning and implementation of workforce training and development at the public level.

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. In other words, what influences the pattern of social interaction or social relations in urban communities is socioeconomic status, type of work, income level and education level. This research aims to understand the impact of the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the workforce involved in the MSME sector on poverty levels in Central Kalimantan. Through this research, it is hoped that we can increase understanding and knowledge about the factors that contribute to efforts to reduce poverty. The data used in this research consists of secondary data covering a five year period, starting from 2018 to 2022. The research method applied is the quantitatively to analyze the relationship between the independent variables, namely the number of MSMEs (X1) and the MSME sector workforce (X2), with the dependent variable, namely the number of poverty (Y). The large number of poverty can be influenced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because MSMEs have an important role in creating jobs, supporting economic growth and reducing economic inequality. From this research, it is concluded that the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in Central Kalimantan Province do not significantly influence factor Y, which shows that the number of MSMEs in the region does not play a role in reducing poverty levels. Meanwhile, the variable number of workers apparently has a significant impact on the poverty level in Central Kalimantan Province.

This research aims to find out the juridical perspective on polyandrous marriages and what the legal consequences of polyandrous marriages are in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses normative legal research methods or normative juridical research. This normative research includes library research or document study, because the objects studied are official public documents, namely official data from the Gorontalo Religious Court. Legal research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data alone can be called normative legal research or library legal research supported by empirical data. The results of this research show that the legal consequences of polyandrous marriages in the Gorontalo Religious Court are that the biggest difficulty in polyandry is that the father of the child is not known, so that in this model of marriage the relationship between father and child is uncertain. Just as sexual communism has no foothold, so polyandry cannot be popular in any society. Therefore, family life which is a safe building of protection for the next generation and a strict connection between one generation and the next is an instinctive demand of human nature.

The internal audit function continues to evolve in line with changes in the business environment. In Europe, the challenging business environment is closely related to risks and corporate governance issues. As a result, a shift in the internal audit function in addressing corporate governance issues demands greater independence from the function. Responding to the need for a more independent internal audit function, a decision regarding the appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit and his remuneration is required, which must be approved by the supervisor. These changes indicate that the role of internal audit in the governance management relationship has changed. This research provides an overview of these changes, the trends toward an increasing role of internal audit in corporate governance, the expected benefits of internal audit independence organizations, and the future challenges in European countries.
