This research aims to: (1) Describe the value of the character's self-sacrificing struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (7) Describe the implications regarding the value of the character's struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen on literature learning in high school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are library techniques, listening techniques and further note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses text analysis techniques.The results of this research show that there are values of the characters' struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen which is in accordance with Joyomartono's theory. The author found 25 data which were divided into six, namely 9 data on the value of being willing to sacrifice, 5 data on the value of unity, 2 data on the value of respect, 2 data on the value of patience, 4 data on the value of never giving up, 3 data on the value of cooperation. Apart from that, these values can be implied by studying literature in high school. Based on the 2013 curriculum in KD 3.8 interpret the author’s view of life in the novel read. and KD 4.8 Present the results of the interprestation of the author’s views both orally and in writting. The results of this study can be used as teaching material in studying literature in high school. Teaching materials can be used as a complement to the main textbook source.

The meaning of Abraham's call for Christian Religious Education is important in practicing Christian teachings today. By understanding Abraham's calling, Christian teachers can apply the steps that Abraham used during his life to the teaching of Christianity. The research method used is qualitative through analysis of scriptural texts and related literature. The values contained in the history of Abraham's call, such as faith, patience, obedience, and submission are very relevant to Christian religious education. This paper also discusses how to apply these values in the context of Christian education, including reflective and interactive learning. However, understanding the meaning of Abraham's call in the context of Christian religious education presents challenges, including differences in interpretation and understanding that arise from different Christian traditions. The solution to this challenge is to increase insight and understanding through dialogue between Christian traditions and interfaith studies. This paper also provides solutions to overcome challenges in understanding the meaning of Abraham's call, and the need for greater insight and understanding through dialog between Christian traditions and interfaith studies.

The establishment of a christian school is the implementation of the great commission of christ.  The specific goal is for everyone to experience an encounter with christ and experience renewal for everyone’s life continously. The method used bythe author in this study is a qualitative method, (library research). Where the author collect library books as the main source, journals,articles, and also websites related to the title. The goal to be achieved in this writing is to open our horizons, especially teachers or those who want to become teachers, so that they have professional values in carrying out and carrying out their vocation when educating and teaching students. The results obtained from this study are that teacher professionalism can help students realize their goals, and there is the potential for teachers to be the spearheads who bring big changes to nation and state.

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.

Thus, in this study, the author or researcher uses or qualitative method approach involving in data collection and analyzing the data obtained. Overall, the Israeli education pattern is an educational system that includes the development of technical skills, the formation of student character and morals, the teaching of Jewish religion and culture, inclusive education, and the development of technological skills, all of which are designed to create competent and globally minded human resources. In conclusion, the application of Israel's pattern of education according to the Torah has also proven successful in Israel and can serve as an example for other countries in developing an effective education system. Nonetheless, it should be kept in mind that the Israeli education pattern cannot always be applied directly in other countries, due to different cultural differences and social contexts.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided in today's life, because technological progress will run in accordance with scientific advances. Every innovation is created to provide positive benefits, provide many conveniences, and as a new way of doing activities for human life. Especially in the field of technology, society has enjoyed many benefits brought about by the innovations that have been produced in the last decade. The benefits of the internet are increasingly felt for its users who cannot be separated from this internet world. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) stated that currently internet users in Indonesia have reached 82 million people. With this achievement, Indonesia is ranked 8th in the world (Kominfo, 2013). The development of technology today has shown tremendous progress. Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. Its presence has had a considerable impact on human life in various aspects and dimensions. Likewise, communication technology is a hardware device in an organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information.

Character education gets a lot of attention nowadays. Today, when there are many occurrences of deviant behavior, character education is needed to minimize the implementation of deviant acts. Character education is applied to instill character points in everyone, which leads to changes in behavior from bad to good. To optimally instill character values ​​in each person, character education is applied. must start earlier. Elementary school education plays an important role in character education in this regard. The success of character education is influenced by several factors, one of which is a conducive atmosphere in the classroom. Through a class atmosphere with character, students can create ways to always behave well. Creating a personalized learning space requires the role of the teacher. Because people spend a lot of time at school interacting with students, teachers certainly have many opportunities to instill student character points, this time by creating character learning spaces. Some things that teachers can do to build character are: 1) imitate character, 2) teach manners, teach character academics, train character-based discipline, 5) teach manners, prevention. violations of peers and the priority of goodness, 6) directing children to be responsible for forming their own character.

Dengue fever remains a serious public health issue at the international and local levels, particularly in Semarang. Dengue fever can be controlled by Wolbachia bacteria, to suppress Aedes Sp. The SMA Labschool UPGRIS Semarang City students have never received instruction on controlling dengue disease using Wolbachia. This activity aims to increase the pupils' understanding of the issue. Powerpoint slides are used to facilitate discussions and the presentation of material during activities. There were 49 students in attendance. The Pre-Post test is used to measure knowledge. The non-parametric Wilcoxon sign rank test was used for a descriptive and analytical analysis of the measurement results. The findings indicate that 42 students' knowledge (85.7%) grew due to exposure. In the pre-test, students' understanding of dengue fever and how to control it using Wolbachia was, 50% complete (mean 50.6), but in the post-test, it was 80% complete (mean 8). The values before and after the test are significantly different (p-value 0.001). The socializing activities can help students learn more about the dynamics of dengue-transmitting mosquitoes and how Wolbachia bacteria can be used to control them. It is essential to create print and internet informational materials regarding dengue illness and how Wolbachia can treat it.

Christian religious education, on the other hand, reflects the teaching of truth from the Word to children, to create deeper intimacy with God. Educational and research facilities are important for a university. Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB) wants to provide the best educational and research facilities for its academic community. Living lab and Industrial Park is one of the facilities that UNPAB wants to provide and will greatly support educational and research activities within the university. Based on this, a good Living Lab and Industrial Park area masterplan is needed to create an efficient area. The concept offered in the planning of the Living Lab and Industrial Park Area is Tropical Sustainable while still considering local cultural values. The facility plans provided are livestock areas, agricultural and plantation areas, product processing areas, sports facilities areas, management offices, and ecotourism areas. The living lab and industrial park area is expected to become a superior educational and research facility and can be a producer of products and innovations of UNPAB academics and researchers.

Financial performance is a unit of analysis carried out with the aim of finding out the extent to which the company has implemented the rules in implementing finances properly and correctly. The aim of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk based on the results of profitability ratio calculations. The research method is research using quantitative descriptive methods. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of the financial reports of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The data analysis technique in this research uses measuring tools in the form of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) ratios. The results of the research show that the average value of the profitability ratio of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is in very poor criteria, so that the financial performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is considered to be still very poor because the three ratios show very poor values and do not meet industry standards.

Today, the world of education is experiencing a shift from its true values. The education system used places too much emphasis on intellectual aspects, textual values, and charitable morality. However, they pay less attention to aspects of personal character formation, value education, and sensitivity and social responsibility. This situation should not be allowed to continue. Now is the time for stakeholders who are involved in organizing education to return education to the "spirit" idealized by the father of national education, Ki Hajar Dewantara, regarding education that is free. This paper is the result of exploring Ki Hajar Dewantara's ideas on education. Done by using literature review. From the results of a literature search it was concluded that education that liberates will produce three types of people. First, it will give birth to humans who are not ruled by other people, but their minds can rule themselves. Second, giving birth to humans who stand tall because of their own strength. Third, to give birth to human beings who are capable of self-discipline, so that they do not interfere with the independence of others.

The research aims to understand how these factors shape individuals' abilities and behaviors in digital communication. Employing a qualitative research model, data collection will involve interviews and observations. The sampling technique will employ purposive sampling to ensure representation across various demographics. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes within the collected data. The study anticipates revealing insights into how character formation, religious education, and school environment interact to influence digital literacy and communication practices, contributing to a deeper understanding of the dynamics between traditional values and digital engagement.      

Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

Lawang Sewu is a historic building owned by PT KAI in Operational Area 4 Semarang, Central Java. Lawang Sewu is a relic from the Dutch Colonial period. Now Lawang Sewu has become a cultural heritage building that is included in the building protection law. In this museum we can find the legacy of the old PT KAI. Lawang Sewu is also one of the leading tourist attractions in the city of Semarang and witnessed the 5-day battle in Semarang which took place from 14 to 19 August 1949 and is marked by the location of the Tugu Muda Monument which is on the west side of Lawang Sewu or more precisely at the Jalan Pandanaran roundabout. As an architectural and tourist object, Lawang Sewu has the value needed in the definition of a monument and monumental nature. These values include aspects of history, technology, architecture, and culture. Currently the Lawang Sewu building houses a collection of trains in Indonesia from time to time. Collections such as Alkmaar, Edmonson machines, calculating machines, typewriters, replica steam locomotives, securities, and several other collections. This place is also often used for community activities such as exhibitions, festivals, art performances, shooting, wedding parties and photo shoots.    

This writing departs from the author's concern for the reality that often occurs in the leadership of Catholic Youth in fostering a spirit of leadership, where the leadership spirit of OMK is still lacking because they often forget responsibility, which is caused by the influence of the times which makes them more happy themselves, have their own opinion , act alone and boast about themselves, so that they still have not found their true identity as OMK. The purpose of this writing is to understand and understand the theory of OMK leadership and to understand the spirit of creative and innovative leadership in OMK. The method used in this thesis is literature review. Thus, from the theory that has been described, it is hoped that OMK will be able to carry out their responsibilities in realizing the ideals and hopes of the Church, because OMK are individuals who still have a fresh leadership spirit and are still strong in service. Through OMK the Church will be assisted in various services both liturgically, ministry and pastoral. Therefore, if OMK is to be a true leader, they must be able to challenge a process, be able to work together, give themselves, be humble, and be able to apply good moral values ​​to everyone.    

One of the basic needs of every human being is to find happiness and be able to express it. One alternative that is often used by individuals in expressing happiness is social media. Happiness is also basically relative, depending on which perspective the expression of happiness is valued. This paper will search to describe various expressions of individual happiness on social media. The general concept of happiness from the perspective of the study of moral philosophy, in this case, hedonism and eudaimonism, is used in this paper as an analytical knife for this phenomenon. In addition, as a comparison, Islamic values are also presented in this theme. This type of study is library research with the main data sources being national journals, books, and other reading materials. The results of this study found that expressions of happiness on social media are quite diverse including shared reality, self-portraits (selfies), obtaining rewards, exploring and obtaining various entertainment from social media, and charity activities. Besides that, there are also expressions of happiness that are capable of harming others, including bullying and sharing hoaxes. These various activities have positive and negative positions from the point of view of moral philosophy and then the concept of Islam was born to complement and give birth to signs of obtaining happiness on social media.
