Online Single Submission is an electronically integrated business permit issued by the OSS institution in order to accelerate the business permit process. In Indonesia, licensing is actually the main obstacle for business actors. Too much bureaucracy, a lot of time, costs and the addition of many unofficial fees, make business people think about registering their business. These problems make the licensing system unhealthy and continue to recur from year to year. The implementation of licensing services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province can be considered less than satisfactory, as it still encounters issues. Specifically, business operators may not fully comprehend or utilize internet-based services. This research aims to assess the quality of public services provided through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at DPMPTSP North Sumatra Province. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the quality of public services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province is generally good but not yet optimal. It is recommended that the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province should actively engage in outreach efforts to educate the public about the utilization of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, allowing individuals to register their permits independently, without reliance on intermediaries or third parties.

The village fund is the origin of the APBN funds that are given to the village, transferred to the APBD district/city, and used to pay for the upkeep of government, the implementation of development, the development of civil society, and community empowerment. According to the regulations of the Finance Minister, the Minister of Village, Desert Village Development, and Transmigration sets priorities for the use of village money. The 2020 PDTT Permendes No. 13 on priority use of the village fund in 2021 specifies the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as the top priority for the use of village finances. There are issues with the preparation and prioritisation of the village fund of the government of Kadongdong Village, which results from the lack of participation by all members of the community and the village government's lack of transparency towards the public. As a result, the public lacks understanding of how and what the priority programme of the nation's funds is. Based on the occurrence, researchers are eager to learn more about Kadongdong village in Garut's Banjarwangi district's Analysis Success Implementation Policy Priority Fund Village. According to Edward III's thesis, the success of policy execution depends on four factors: communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research's findings indicate that Kadongdong Village's implementation of the village fund policy, which has been noted by researchers in the context of Kadong Dong Village, is not optimal. It is evident from this communication that the government of Kadongdong Village does not include the entire figure of the community in establishing the priority of the village fund.

The daily needs of the people of Central Aceh cannot be separated from agricultural commodities such as tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and others. Some of these agricultural commodities have sharp price fluctuations, such as tomatoes. When the supply of tomatoes in the market is reduced, the price can be much higher than the normal price. Conversely, when the supply of tomatoes is excessive, the price will fall far below the normal price. This is influenced by various factors such as the harvest season, the amount of production, the amount of public consumption and others. Based on these problems, we need a method to be able to estimate the price of tomatoes so that it can be used to support decision making related to price issues. Forecasting is one of the solutions to be able to estimate the movement of tomato commodity prices. The method used for forecasting tomato prices is High Order Fuzzy Times Series Multifactors. In this method, subinterval formation is carried out using Fuzzy C–means. To calculate the error rate of forecasting results in this study using the Mean Square Error (MSE). Based on the results of the tests carried out, the large values of the training and order data used in forecasting do not guarantee a low error rate.

The existence of political parties plays a strategic role in the development of democracy and the nation is faced with a number of issues that create a negative impression on these organs, some of which include; first, the problem of involvement of political parties in various cases of corruption and money laundering crimes that have an impact on the fall of public image and trust in the organization; second, the problem of pro and contra accountability of political parties involved in cases of corruption and criminal acts of money laundering before the law; and third, the issue of imposing criminal sanctions on political parties as the subject of corporate offenses known in corruption and money laundering. This research belongs to the typology of juridical normative legal research with secondary data types in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The approach taken includes the comparison, conceptual, statutory, and philosophical approaches, and analyzed descriptively qualitatively through literature. The results of the study show that; first, the justification of political parties as corporations in criminal acts of corruption and criminal acts of money laundering can be seen in five basic perspectives, namely philosophical foundation, juridical basis, historical basis, sociological basis, and political foundation of criminal law; second, the ideal concept of political party punishment as a corporation is carried out with a reconceptualization of the subject of corporate delictions in the affirmation of two types of corporations, namely corporations in the form of private and special corporations or in the form of public with different provisions on punishment arrangements. The need for an amendment to some provisions of the Corruption Law and the TPPU Law related to corporations in accommodating the two types of corporations into a forum for the implementation of ideas, of course issuing a law that contains specific provisions regarding special corporate punishment can be the answer to a myriad of issues regarding criminalization

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue and often becomes a subject of debate in Indonesian society. In both legal and religious contexts, this type of marriage faces various challenges, particularly from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the Indonesian Marriage Law. This journal aims to analyze the problems surrounding interfaith marriage in Indonesia by examining Islamic legal views, regulatory frameworks, and the resulting social implications. From the fiqh perspective, the majority of scholars agree that a Muslim woman is not permitted to marry a non-Muslim man, whereas the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman from the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab) remains a topic of debate, depending on social context and public interest (maslahah). This reflects how Islamic law prioritizes the stability of faith (aqidah), household leadership, and the continuation of religious values in the upbringing of children. From the standpoint of national law, Indonesia’s Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 places the validity of a marriage under the religious laws of the respective parties, making it difficult for interfaith marriages to be officially registered. As a result, such couples often face administrative barriers, issues in inheritance law, child custody rights, and social discrimination. This study concludes that a fair and constructive approach is necessary in addressing this issue, while preserving religious principles and maintaining social harmony in Indonesian society.

Various cases of community welfare land acquisition development show various problems that arise in the implementation process. With the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government is trying to correct deficiencies in the previous laws and regulations regarding land acquisition for public purposes. A wedding is one of the most essential public ceremonies in life. This matters is based on the fact that marriage involves more than simply the bride and husband.; it also involves parents and other families from both sides, as well as some tricky issues. In case with mixed relationships, the issue of the child’s nationality often comes up. Under the old Citizenship Law, which was constructed on the concept of a single nationality, children from mixed marriages were allowed only one nationality; the law dictates that the nationality of the father must be obeyed. This arrangement caused problems down the road of course, the mother would have a hard time finding care for her child if her parents’ marriage broke up. However, considering that Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship has been in effect. Mixed-marriage kids have a variety of options. Due to the assurance of their status, they can apply to become citizens of the Republic of Indonesia after they turn 18 or are legally married. When a child turns 18 or marries, they must choose a nationality and they can no longer have dual citizenship.

The increasing development of Ciater hot spring tourism in Subang Regency has encouraged the management to build resort hotel facilities. The design of this project refers to ecotourism principles. The design area is 47,000 m 2 consisting of 23 villa units, supporting facilities and recreational facilities. This project was designed by raising three main issues, namely environmental issues, privacy, and atmosphere. These three issues are then elaborated into the main concept, namely Tranquil Coexistence of Nature and Architecture which means harmony between architecture and its environment. The beautiful scenery of the mountains of West Java and the sloping contours of the land are a reference for laying out the mass composition and zoning on the site. The arrangement of masses in the eco-resort area is made natural by avoiding angles and symmetrical geometries. The concept of an open mass and roof form adapted from Sundanese architecture is a reference for spatial planning and building masses in villa facilities and public facilities using local materials. As an effort to reduce degradation of environmental quality in Ciater, the design of the site utility was made using a water sensitive landscape design approach in which the water element will be recycled and reused on the site. The results of this eco-resort design are expected to be able to contribute to environmental preservation, increase the tourism potential of Ciater hot springs, and increase the welfare of the surrounding community in line with the increasing number of visitors who come.
