The correlation of communion prayer with the spiritual growth of P3MI GMI Efrata Parung Panjang Bogor, this research is an applied research to help each member of P3MI GMI Efrata Parung Panjang Bogor understand the meaning of the communion of prayer, and the meaning of individual spiritual growth. A proper communion of prayer will relate to positive spiritual growth, and the opposite is true. So the study aims to describe the relationship between the prayer alliance in GMI Efrata Parung Panjang Bogor and the spiritual growth of somewhere in the first place. The study presents questainnare data and the resulting interviews to obtain accurate data. Research indicates that there is a correlation between the communion of prayer and the spiritual growth of P3MI GMI Efrata Parung Panjang Bogor. This can be verified by an angket analysis that shows 0.881 value percentage, meaning that the correlation is significant. Thus, it may be concluded that there is a positive link between the variables of prayer communion and those of spiritual growth.

This research aims to determine (1) the effect of using tea waste compost fertilizer on the growth of packcoy plants, (2) the effect of using tea waste compost fertilizer on the growth of water spinach plants (Ipomea Aquatic), and (3) comparing the effectiveness of tea waste compost fertilizer in cultivating water spinach. and packcoy. The research was carried out from March to May 2023 on the land of PT. Mount Slamat, Slawi. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions, each treatment namely K0 (control), K1 (150 g), K2 (350 g) and K3 (450 g). The parameters of this research are plant height, number of leaves, and plant weight when the plants are 30 days after planting. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the research show that (1) The effect of tea waste compost fertilizer on the growth of packcoy plants has a real influence on the growth of plant height, number of leaves and weight of packcoy plants. K2 treatment with a dose (350 g) showed the best results for average plant height (24.1 cm), number of leaves (17 pieces) and plant weight (29.6 grams). (2) The effect of tea waste compost fertilizer on the growth of kale plants has a significant effect on the growth of plant height, number of leaves and weight of kale plants. K2 treatment with a dose (350 g) showed the best results for average plant height (58.6 cm), number of leaves (50.3 pieces) and plant weight (44.5 grams). (3) Comparing the effectiveness of tea waste compost fertilizer in cultivating water spinach and packcoy varies depending on various factors, including the composition of tea waste, growing conditions, and plant nutritional needs.

Dalam era digital saat ini, platform perdagangan elektronik seperti Tokopedia dan Shopee telah menjadi sarana utama bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) untuk menjual produk mereka secara online. Di sisi lain, aplikasi mobile memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan bagi penjual dan pembeli. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan aplikasi Android GAWAY sebagai alat yang mampu mengoptimalkan penjualan gerabah melalui platform-platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menggambarkan proses implementasi GAWAY dalam mengelola aspek penjualan, mulai dari pengaturan produk hingga manajemen pesanan. Metode analisis data melibatkan pemantauan statistik penjualan, interaksi pelanggan, dan tingkat kepuasan melalui fitur GAWAY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan GAWAY secara signifikan meningkatkan visibilitas produk, interaksi pelanggan, dan akhirnya peningkatan penjualan gerabah di platform Tokopedia dan Shopee. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi teknologi aplikasi dengan platform perdagangan elektronik untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UKM dalam ekosistem digital.

Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan akses modal halal kepada komunitas UMKM. Penting bagi perkembangan UMKM untuk memiliki akses modal halal. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah dan kesulitan dalam memenuhi persyaratan lembaga keuangan syariah. Dalam kegiatan ini, narasumber dilibatkan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah, konsep harta dalam Islam, serta berbagai akad yang terkait dengan pembiayaan lembaga keuangan syariah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, yang sebagian besar adalah pelaku UMKM, mengenai akses modal halal dan praktik bisnis sesuai syariah. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, serta mempromosikan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Diharapkan melibatkan lembaga keuangan syariah akan membantu dalam mencapai peningkatan akses modal yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM.

Latar belakang: Keadaan gizi yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam upaya mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Namun, berbagai penyakit gangguan gizi dan gizi buruk akibat tidak baiknya mutu makanan maupun jumlah makanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh masing-masing orang masih sering ditemukan diberbagai tempat di Indonesia. Rendahnya status gizi jelas berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Status gizi masyarakat dapat diketahui melalui penilaian konsumsi pangannya berdasarkan data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.   Tujuan Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberi motivasi serta informasi kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita tentang pentingnya pemenuhan gizi pada balita dan memberi motivasi kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita tentang pentingnya kesadaran dalam memperhatikan asupan kebutuhan anak. Metode Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melibatkan masyarakat   sebagai   bentuk   pemberdayaan   seperti   penyuluhan tentang gizi balita, pengukuran BB dan TB balita dan pemberian makanan tambahan kepada balita. Populasi  pada  kegiatan  ini  adalah  orang tua yang memiliki anak balita  di  Desa Rumah Berastagi, Kecamatan Berastagi. Hasil: Dari hasil pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita yaitu dengan tindakan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan diperoleh bahwa pertumbuhan balita mayoritas dalam kategori bagus atau baik. Simpulan: Pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita dapat terus dilakukan olah ibu yang memiliki anak balita melalui kegiatan posyandu.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Domestic Investment, Labor, Exports and Government Expenditures on Economic Growth in Indonesia. This research explains the influence of Domestic Investment (X1), Labor (X2), Exports (X3), and Government Expenditures (X4) on Economic Growth (Y) in Indonesia. The data used is time series data and was obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2006-2020. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 10 software. The research results show that partially domestic investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Partially, labor has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously domestic investment, labor, exports and government spending have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

The role of fractal geometry in analyzing growth patterns of tropical plants and its application in precision agriculture has become an emerging interdisciplinary topic in the modern era. Tropical plants often exhibit complex and irregular structures that cannot be fully described by conventional Euclidean geometry. This study aims to examine fractal-based mathematical models to identify self-similar patterns in tropical leaves and to explore their potential for optimizing precision farming practices. The methodology employs image-based mathematical analysis, using digital images of tropical plants to measure fractal dimensions and quantify growth complexity. The findings reveal that consistent fractal patterns can be observed across different species of tropical plants, particularly in leaf venation and branching structures, indicating a universal growth principle. Such patterns demonstrate high predictive potential for estimating biomass, monitoring plant health, and assessing responses to environmental changes. Furthermore, the study highlights how fractal-based approaches, when combined with precision agriculture technologies, can improve resource efficiency by supporting accurate irrigation scheduling, soil quality monitoring, and yield forecasting. The implications extend to sustainable agricultural development, as fractal analysis provides a scientific foundation for balancing productivity with environmental preservation. In conclusion, this research underscores the significance of fractals not only as mathematical concepts but also as powerful analytical tools with practical benefits, offering new pathways to advance digital farming, ecological monitoring, and sustainable food security in the modern era.

Islamic financial institutions provide facilities that can be used by the community in the business sector to open up opportunities to build UMKM. UMKM are the main productive and competitive actors in the national economy. For this reason, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises needs to be the main priority of national economic development. This study aims to describe the role of Islamic financial institutions for UMKM in realizing economic development. This type of research is a literature review research with data sources obtained through a search on google schoolar with a number of predetermined variable keys. The results of this study include the role of financial institutions in the economy including the transfer of assets, transactions, liquidity and efficiency. Islamic financial institutions were established with the aim of promoting and developing the application of Islamic principles, sharia and their traditions into financial and banking transactions and related businesses.

This research aims to analyze FDI, Exports, and Inflation on the Determinants of Economic Growth IMT-Gt for the 2000-2021 Period. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data for 22 years. This research uses secondary data obtained from the World Bank. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 23 with multiple regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the partial FDI variable has no effect on Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. The partial inflation variable has no effect on Indonesia and Thailand. In Malaysia, the inflation variable is significant. Meanwhile, partially the Export variable has a significant impact on the Economic Growth of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Simultaneous research on the variables FDI, Exports and Inflation influence the Economic Growth of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Hal ini akhirnya diikuti dengan keluhan psikis, mesti tidak khas misalnya mudah letih dan mengantuk berlebihan, rasa sakit atau kaku pada otot, persendian dan tulang, penis mengecil, penurunan tenaga, kekuatan otot, pertumbuhan kumis, janggut berkurang, dan penurunan frekuensi ereksi pagi hari, hingga menurunnya gairah seksual. Akibatnya laki-laki mudah marah, depresi, panik, tegang, gelisah, sulit tidur juga merasa tertekan. Sensus penduduk kota Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), menyebutkan tren penduduk lanjut usia (lansia) meningkat, terakhir pada tahun 2020 tercatat sebesar 15,94%, adanya peningkatan penduduk lansia menunjukkan dampak positif jika diikuti dengan adanya pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam memasuki fase lansia. Gejala andropause mulai muncul dengan nyata. Namun kecenderungan yang terjadi, usia penurunan produksi testosteron ini mengalami percepatan oleh karena adanya faktor eksternal seperti polusi yang berlebih, obesitas, diabetes, serta konsumsi alkohol di seluruh dunia, pada tahun 2000

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of NPM, ROA, and ROE on BOPO-moderated profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies in the period 2017–2022. This type of research is called quantitative descriptive research. The population used 26 food and beverage companies. The samples used in this study were from 14 companies, for a total of 84 samples obtained using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests that include normality tests, multicolinerity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests, double linear regression analysis, moderated regression analyses, hypothetical tests (t tests), and determination coefficients with the help of SPSS program 26. The secondary data used is the financial report obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the research show that NPM has no influence on profit growth, while ROA and ROE influence profit growth, and BOPOs are not able to moderate the relationship between NPM to profit growth. BOPOs are not capable of moderating the relationship between ROA to profit growth, BOPOs are not capable of moderating the relationship between ROE to profit growth    

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and DER on profit growth in insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling method with data from 7 insurance companies. This research is quantitative, which is research presented in the form of numbers and statistics. In determining the accuracy of the model that needs to be done is analyzing financial data, then testing several classical assumptions underlying the regression model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using Eviews software version 12.0. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a simultaneous positive effect on earnings growth, while ROE and DER have no significant effect simultaneously on earnings growth. The suggestion in this study is that there is a need to improve the company's financial performance in order to increase company profits so that company prices can increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Growth Rate and Contribution of Advertising Tax Revenue to Sikka District Regional Tax Revenue. The type of research used is descriptive-quantitative. Quantitative-descriptive is a method that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation using numbers starting from data collection, interpretation of the data as well as the appearance and results. The data analysis technique in this study uses the growth rate analysis formula and the contribution formula. The results of this study show that the average growth rate of advertisement tax revenue for 2017-2021 reaches 72% and the growth rate of local tax revenue reaches 49%. The average contribution of advertisement tax revenue to regional taxes in 2017-2021 reached 1.07% with very low criteria. Efforts made by BAPENDA of Sikka Regency to increase advertisement tax revenue through intensification and extensification.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan kondisi alamiah yang menunjukkan keberhasilan suatu daerah dalam melaksanakan pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Perkembangan sektor ekonomi daerah tidak terlepas dari basis sektor-sektor yang mempengaruhi sektor ekonomi daerah. Keberhasilan suatu daerah dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakatnya dapat diukur dari meningkatnya pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi daerah. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dilakukan di suatu daerah dan prosesnya akan saling berkaitan yang selanjutnya akan berlangsung terus menerus setiap tahunnya, yang merupakan syarat terpenting bagi keberlangsungan pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menitikberatkan pada pengujian data dimana pembahasan dalam penelitian ini bergantung pada hasil yang akan diperoleh dari estimasi data yang digunakan peneliti. objek penelitian adalah perekonomian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan juga time series. data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan cara dokumentasi dan observasi. Adapun dari hasil penelitian tidak terdapat sektor basis dalam penggunaan pendekatan Location Quotient, dalam perhitungan menghasilkan tiga sektor potensial yaitu sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian, sektor Industri Pengolahan dan sektor Jasa Perusahaan.

Profits can be used by companies to run their business and strengthen the company's position in facing competition at the local, national and international levels. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have an influence on profit growth at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the 2012-2021 period either partially or simultaneously. This type of research includes associative research. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a list of financial statements tables of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The population used in this study is the financial statements at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk for 40 years (1982-2022). The sample is the financial statements for the last 10 years from 2012-2021 which consist of a balance sheet and profit and loss. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, namely Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used to process the data in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test which consists of F Test (partial) and T Test (simultaneous).

Kehadiran ruang terbuka publik memiliki peranan penting dalam konteks perkotaan sebagai tempat bertemu, berinteraksi, dan rekreasi bagi masyarakat. Kota Jambi, sebagai salah satu kota yang sedang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, menghadapi konsekuensi spasial pada kawasan perkotaannya, terutama di kawasan tepi air. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, berbagai aktivitas dengan intensitas yang tinggi terjadi di kawasan ini, baik dalam sektor formal maupun informal. Pembangunan fisik seperti permukiman, pusat perbelanjaan, perdagangan, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya memperkuat kegiatan di sekitarnya dan memberikan peluang kegiatan berekreasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang bentuk, karakter fisik, dan aktivitas yang ada di ruang terbuka publik tepi air Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipologi ruang terbuka publik tepi air di Kota Jambi melalui bentuk, karakter fisik, dan aktivitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang ruang terbuka publik tepi air yang ada di Kota Jambi.

Pendampingan proses produksi dan pencatatan keuangan adalah suatu bentuk bantuan atau dukungan yang diberikan kepada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi dan pencatatan keuangan mereka. UMKM merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian karena memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan menggerakkan roda perekonomian di daerah. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, zein food sebagai mitra. Zein food memproduksi roti Maryam yang berada di daerah Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat.

The total population of Deli Serdang, based on the results of the 2020 Population Census, is 1,931,441 people, including people with irregular residence, and is the second largest in North Sumatra after Medan City. While the population growth rate from 2020-2021, based on the last SP 2020 figure, is 0.69 percent per year, the total population of Deli Serdang in 2021 is estimated at 1,941,374 people with a population density of 777 people per Km2.

The background of this research is to see teenagers who always use gadgets both in study and at other times. Apart from that, the purpose of this research is to analyze the use of devices among adolescents and see the spiritual growth of adolescents. The results of this study will take teenagers longer to play with gadgets than pray and read the Bible. More teenagers before going to bed find time to turn on the device to open social media and other applications and forget to pray and on time to wake up is the first th ing teenagers do is open the device which makes them forget to pray. The use of gadgets always has an impact on the development of adolescent behavior, because gadgets have a variety of interesting and flexible features and applications so that they can add to the attractiveness of everyone, especially among teenagers. Excessive use of gadgets is more likely to have a negative impact on adolescent behavior including irritability, lazy learning, and even immoral acts. Therefore it is hoped that parents will always supervise the use of gadgets in adolescents, where adolescents must be able to operate gadgets properly and know the benefits of gadgets so that deviant behavior does not occur. The consequence of this research is that parents play a role in helping and guiding their children in dividing their time in playing gadgets and reading and investigating God's word so that the spiritual level of youth can increase. Christian Religious Teachers also have a role in directing teenagers to increase spiritual growth.
