Internship is one component of the learning process in the Bachelor of Public Administration (S1) Study Programme of FISIP UNTAG Surabaya. With the development of MBKM- Merdeka Learning Independent Campus, one of which is MSIB Internships and Certified Independent Study is one of the Independent Campus programmes designed to ensure students get the main, best, and most up-to-date skills and competencies to face the world of the future. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Surabaya City is the place for internship implementation. This programme covers many programmes in population administration and civil registration. Students have the opportunity to choose and seek experience that suits their major on their campus. The researcher will discuss the Kalimasada programme (Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) in this MBKM Dispendukcapil Surabaya internship programme. Kalimasada is one of the Surabaya City Dispendukcapil's programmes to pioneer the creation of an orderly environment/village for civil registration by increasing the number of people who are aware of civil registration. The Population Administration Aware Community Neighbourhood Area (Kalimasada) program is designed to help Surabaya residents get more organised and effective population administration services. Klampid New Generation (KNG) is a platform site where people can access services such as birth certificates, moving in, moving out, and death certificates.

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

One of the significant issues faced by developing countries, including Indonesia, is the problem of rapid population growth. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian government has implemented the Family Planning (KB) Program. The family planning program provides an opportunity for residents to regulate the distance between child births or reduce the number of births by using various contraceptive methods, both hormonal and non-hormonal. The aim of this Community Service Activity is to improve maternal and child health services, with the hope of controlling the rate of population growth. This activity was carried out by providing information about family planning and free family planning services to 20 WUS who were family planning acceptors in Malakaji District, Gowa Regency. After free family planning services, there was a question and answer session about family planning and evaluation monitoring was carried out. The results of this activity showed that the family planning participants were able to answer questions well and some of them were willing to use IUD or implant family planning. From the results of this activity, it can be seen that knowledge about family planning increased after the outreach was carried out. Before the counseling was carried out, the majority of knowledge was lacking, 12 mothers or 80%. Meanwhile, the mother's knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Mothers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%, so it can be concluded that Community Service activities, in the form of counseling about family planning, had a positive impact on WUS in the area and succeeded in increasing family planning knowledge

Divorce is the end of a marriage between husband and wife and they no longer live together. Divorce is also a severance of the relationship between husband and wife in faith and the blessing of not being together again to seek their respective lives. Many people have divorced, even though we know that divorce is strictly prohibited in Christianity. In the Bible, divorce is hated by the Lord Jesus in Matthew 19:6 which states that divorce is prohibited. The aim of this research is to find out divorce due to domestic violence: A feminist approach Matthew 19.9. In marriage, you definitely hope for a happy family full of love. Every family definitely wants their family to be safe, comfortable and always happy. However, we cannot deny that having a family is not only about happiness, but in the family it can also bring conflict due to misunderstandings or incompatibility with each other. Lack of harmony between husband and wife which can lead to domestic violence (KDRT). Domestic violence in the family is a shame that often becomes an excuse to cover up the facts of domestic violence. Those who are considered to be exposing their own family's disgrace and embarrassing themselves. The research method used in the research is qualitative research using Fiorenza's feminist interpretation approach. All research materials used in the discussion of each part of this study will be taken from the literature available in the library. A literature review includes identification, explanation of sources, and systematic description of documents containing information related to the problem to be studied. The results of this pattern renewal research provide an opportunity for women's independence to escape from the hegemony of male colonization. Jesus created equality in the relationship between husband and wife.

This study aims to determine the effect of Growth Opportunity, Leverage, Firm Size  and Net Working Capital  variables on Cash Holding  in Property and Real Estate Sector Companies. The population used in this study is Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research observation period of 2018 – 2022. Sample selection criteria using  the purposive sampling  method based on predetermined criteria and have been adjusted to the purpose of the research problem, obtained a total of 43 samples from 87 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS program tool version 21. The results of this study show that Growth Opportunity, Leverage, Firm Size and Net Working Capital have a significant effect on Cash Holding.

Coaching is a factor that plays an important role in getting better, and achievement is a benchmark for the success of a coaching. In the world of sports, especially futsal, futsal sports coaching needs to be done from an early age through talent search and guidance, breeding, education, and sports training. Therefore, the team needs to know its strengths and weaknesses and be able to identify opportunities and threats. This research was motivated by the ups and downs of futsal achievements at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya and wanted to know based on SWOT analysis. This study aims to describe the coaching of futsal achievements at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya based on the analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT). This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The target of this study was 15 people consisting of 1 manager, 2 coaches, and 12 athletes. Data are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this study is that from antiquity, the strengths possessed outweigh, the weaknesses and the opportunities that exist are more than the threats. 1) The strengths possessed include management has been formed, sports management has been implemented, funding has been smooth and can be managed properly, athletes have high motivation and enthusiasm, team cohesiveness and confidence are increasing. 2) The weaknesses are outdoor or outdoor courts, management management is less conceptualized, and coaches do not have a coaching license. 3) The opportunity that exists is that routine championships have begun to be held again, the number of futsal teams between schools that stand makes competition tight, and athletes who excel in their fields. 4) There are concerns about insufficient athlete regeneration, and lack of funding from schools. Strategies that can be applied are optimizing and upgrading existing facilities & infrastructure, making budgets to be submitted to schools to get additional funds, maintaining and improving the quality and achievement of athletes, coaches must continue to innovate while improving.    

Human rights become a hot world issue when their recognition becomes a commitment of every country in the world. The global community is also worried about violations of human rights which frequently occur and are becoming more massive as time goes by. Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues became increasingly hot on the lips of the public when there was news in the mass media about the ASEAN-wide LGBT meeting being held in Jakarta last July. In this article, the author uses normative juridical research methods. The author will review secondary legal materials, including laws, books, journals and literature related to the research subject, and explain them through descriptive analysis. 20th century, issues surrounding transgender identity began to emerge in various big cities in Indonesia. In the context of performing and martial arts, as well as among male communities in some ethnic groups, same-sex interactions have become common. Human Rights freedoms are supported by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, namely liberalization of freedom of expression, especially transgender sexual behavior. Transgender issues began to emerge in several large cities in Indonesia at the beginning of the 20th century. Then it began to experience rapid development around the 1960s. Indonesia is a country that respects and upholds human rights in its constitution. The lack of clarity regarding transgender people in both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and positive law in Indonesia is used as an opportunity for transgender people to fight for their rights

This thesis is entitled The Influence of Halal Labeling, Design and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions to Use Cosmetic Products in Students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This study aims to determine the effect of halal labels, design and product quality simultaneously and partially on cosmetic purchasing decisions in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, in which the data collection researchers used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this study were 96 students, and using a non-probability sampling technique, is a sampling technique that does not provide an opportunity for every element or member of the population to be sampled. The results of the study show that the halal label, design and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur.

The cosmetics industry is currently a very large business prospect and provides a fairly broad market opportunity. One of the marketing strategies used by beauty companies is the use of brand ambassadors and digital marketing to compete, maintain and increase the company's profit level. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Digital Marketing on Purchase Intention of Y.O.U Products. The sample in this study were 78 respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study using simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method using the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention, and Digital Marketing also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention. In addition, Brand Ambassador and Digital marketing have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Intention.

Rezki Putri Amalia’s 2023. “Business Strategy in Brick Business Group in Limbung Village. Guided by Mr. Agung Widhi Kurniawan ST. MM. and Mrs. TenriSayu Puspitaningsih Dipoatmodjo SE, MM. This research aims to find out and analyze the business strategy of the Brick Craftsman Business Group in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency and to find out the opportunities and challenges faced by Brick Craftsman Businesses in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this research was 6 people as brick entrepreneurs in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the business strategy of brick craftsmen in Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency is expanding market share and increasing the quality of brick products. Opportunities in running a brick business in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency are that the product for making house stones is brick and the demand for bricks is quite high. The challenges faced by brick craftsmen in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency, are uncertain weather and the emergence of many new business-based competitors.

Purpose: The article aims to explore the inclusiveness of the target schools of the Teaching Campus Program at One Roof Public Middle Schools in Wonosobo Regency, by emphasizing findings that characterize the portrait of education in rural schools. Methodology: Research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Data was collected through literature study, news and articles in both online and offline media, as well as interviews with the Secretary of the Wonosobo Regency Education, Youth and Sports Service, School Principals, teaching staff and students of the Teaching Campus program. Next, the data is analyzed and strengthened with various theoretical supports in the discussion. Findings: The inclusiveness of education at the target school of the Teaching Campus in terms of attitudes and educational patterns is different from schools in urban areas, where they understand more about education from the surrounding environment. This opens up the opportunity for a dichotomy curriculum between one region and another. This research contributes to theory, practice and future research directions in the field of educational curriculum. We propose that scientific organizations can push the boundaries of scientific progress, moving beyond power structures by integrating the principle of diversity as a consideration in national curricula. Originality: research integrates educational inclusiveness in rural areas, where previous research has not been specific in approach.    

This research is to analyze the factors that influence a person's decision to become a sport photographer. The purpose of this research is expected to be useful, both theoretically and practically is expected to provide additional knowledge studies for readers. This research uses qualitative approach by referring to the case study research strategy. The qualitative approach is data obtained such as the results of observations, interviews, photo shoots, document analysis, field notes, no expressed in the form of numbers. The majority of the informants are active people in the world sports photography even though I had never heard of sports photography before. After analyzed, found factors that influence informants in making decisions to be a sports photographer. This study describes several factors in the decision process decision to become a sports photographer. Based on this research, it was found that taking The decision to become a sports photographer is: 1) Opportunity, 2) Simple work flow, 3) Flexibility, 4) Passion.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. (2) Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) yang dicetuskan oleh  Rangkuti. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera, dalam mengaplikasikan strategi pemasarannya. Sedangkan Objek penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel Marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. Hasil wawancara yang telah diteliti bahwa Strategi Pemasaran pada PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere adalah dengan cara melakuan kegiatan berupa: (a)Home Prospek, (b)Home Sharing, (c)Open Plan Presentation, (d)Workshop dan (e)Training. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera telah menerapkan strategi marketing mix yang menggunakan variabel 4P yaitu Product, Price, Place Dan Promotion.

Based on the results of the research, data was obtained that (a) Head Raudlatul Athfal's understanding of the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely the head of RA An-Najah had understood the qualifications and competencies of RA An-Najah Teachers. Where the academic qualifications of Teacher RA An-Najah have an undergraduate background. Teachers have also met all teacher competency standards, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. (b) Head Raudlatul Athfal's strategy to improve the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely by involving teachers in training, training and seminars; involve teachers in KKG; motivating Teachers; carry out Supervision; complete the Facilities and Infrastructure; enrich digital knowledge; apply the PAKEM method; developing a learning curriculum; and hold a meeting. (c) Supporting factors for Head Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competency at RA An-Najah, namely: (1) Environment, (2) Teachers are members of IGRA, (3) Teachers are certified, (4) Teachers have a great willingness to learn , (5) Cooperation, and (6) Adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the Head of Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competence at RA An-Najah is the lack of willingness and opportunity for teachers to participate and attend coaching in improving teacher competence.    

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that meet the criteria for being a micro enterprise. In doing business, the goods sold must have consistency and quality that is in accordance with what is advertised. Assuming that his character is good, buyers will make repeat purchases more often at Minas Syukur Kambang. The quality of the products at Minas Syukur Kambang is good but the quality of service is still lacking because there are still many miscommunications. The menu variations are also good with various variations with different flavors, but sales results fluctuate even though if all the product indicators had been implemented, it could have encouraged consumer interest in buying the product, thereby increasing sales results. The research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality, menu variations on consumer satisfaction in the Minas Syukur Kambang UMKM. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive sample taken as many as 95 respondents using a simple random sampling technique, namely a random sampling technique, namely a sampling technique where all individuals in the population, either individually or together, are given the same opportunity to be selected as sample members. The results of this research state that product quality has a positive effect and service quality does not have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, menu variations have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valid and reliable. This research aims to determine the effect of fraud diamonds on the tendency for fraudulent financial reports in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sub-Sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. This research was conducted using the associative causal method. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being the financial reports of 10 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sub-Sector Manufacturing Company registered on the IDX in 2019-2021. This research data was obtained from literature and documentation studies, data analysis techniques were obtained from IBM SPSS statistics version 26. Data analysis used in this research is, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests using normality tests, autocorrelation tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, analysis multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using partial test (t), simultaneous test (f) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research partially show that external pressure and ineffective supervision have proven to have a positive effect on financial report fraud. Meanwhile, the financial target variables, change of auditor, change of director were proven to have no positive effect on financial statement fraud. The variables pressure, opportunity, rationalization and ability simultaneously have a significant effect on financial statement fraud at a significant level of 5%. In this research, the fraud variable is explained by independent variables by 31.3%, the remaining 68.7% is explained by other external factors which are not in this study.

This community service is carried out by the Business Development Intern division which aims to review the business development strategy of PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia in expanding the education platform network in Indonesia through an opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approach. In developing an educational platform, it is important to understand stakeholder needs, analyze market potential, develop relevant features and content, improve accessibility, and provide training and guidance to users. The results of the community service carried out by the Business Development Intern division show that PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia has an important role in providing an educational platform in Indonesia. Opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approaches help companies identify potential business opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

The research aims to describe the development of extracurricular learning at SDIT Qordova and SDN 036 Ujung Berung based on the results of the SWOT analysis. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection carried out using interviews, observation, literature and also documentation. The instrument used in this study is a SWOT analysis that considers strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study show that the main strength of the two schools is the availability of various types of extracurricular options that facilitate various interests and talents of students. The drawback is the unavailability of facilities from several extracurriculars such as rooms and fields. The main opportunity is the potential of students in non-academic fields to develop so that they have the opportunity to become a quality and achieving school, and the threat is low student participation and attendance in participating in extracurricular activities. The findings and observations made at two schools, namely SDIT Qordova and SDN 036 Ujung Berung, show that the development of extracurricular learning is very important.
